I am trying to rebook my tickets and utilities my credit shell and i am unable to do so. Nobody from cleartrip is responding despite numerous emails and phone calls. Even the customer service is not available. This is really frustrating and complete harrasment of customer who trust the platform. Please resolve the issue asap.

    My concern relates to trip id [protected], pnr xknt3g (Passenger - surabhi upadhyay). We cancelled this booking and were eligible for full refund. Customer relations department of indigo airlines is saying that they have refunded amount of 6434 to cleartrips account on 12th july 2020. However we haven't received such refund from cleartrip.

      And i want to initiate cancellation request via clear trip. However i am unable to proceed online as well as offline.

          I am trying to change my open ticket with clear trip as i cannot do it directly from airline (As original ticket booked from clear trip). Since morning i have sent them four numbers 3 international and 1 indian number. I am getting calls from everyone on all the numbers but they are telling me that they could not reach on any of my numbers. Whatever email i am writing to them i am getting same response "please give alternate number" i am stuck because of them. They are least bothered to read my mail and reply.
          I cannot even talk to one of their executives. I have made more than 01 international calls on their customer care but its only a recorded message that we have shifted everything online. Kindly visit our website. They do not have any other option. I don't know why and what they want to talk to me, which they couldnt take on email in writing.

            Hi i cannot login for customer support my email id was wrong. I have sent many email for customer support but no update / thank you for contacting cleartrip support. This support id is not functional anymore.
            Cleartrip account show no booking yet / email id / trip id is wrong. Can some take curtsy to update this issue
            How can i proceed my request for a complete cancellation on which i could get a full refund, and what will be the time frame for a refund to be done. Update update

              I had reschedule my flight by direct airlines website. That time fare is low comparison previous booking. My trip id[protected] email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I am not recived my refund amount rs. 2370
              Kindly check my status by previous booking date is 04 july 2020. Reschedule date is 19 july 2020.

                Hello there,
                My pnr is qg242s and my trip id is[protected]
                Indigo has confirmed that they had made the refund to cleartrip on 24th of may 2020 at morning 10:40. But i still not get my refund yet. I try to contact so many of times but no response. Always a computer generated message forwarded to me. Kindly tell me the exact date and time on which you'r going to make my refund. As i needed money. If you'r not respond this mail properly then i will surely take strict action against your company and sue your company.

                      I had tried booking flight from nagpur to pune on[protected] with trip id[protected].

                      The amount has been debited from my account but the booking could not be completed. The refund has been initiated but is still not credited to my account.

                      There is no customer support available.

                            I booked a ticket in Cleartrip for my mom last Feb 2020, MNL-DXB-MNL. But due to Covid19 I received an email (May 7 2020) from them that the flight has been cancelled and that I will received the full amount of 1704 AED, which will take 60 days to be processed. It's almost 3 months and unfortunately I haven't received any concrete answers/reply regarding the refund. I've tried sending messages on their social media accounts, but I'm receiving automatic reply only.

                              I have been requesting clear trip to initiate the refund for airline booking with vistara.

                              Before nationwide lockdown, vistara gave full refund to tickets booked after a certain date. And since my booking fell in that time frame, i called up vistara to cancel the tickets. They confirmed the cancellation and asked me to get in touch with cleartrip for refund.

                              But since then, i have not received any refund and has been struggling to hear from them.'

                              Please kindly help me in this situation.

                                Gud evening sir... I have booked my ticket from srinagar to chandigarh on 18th june. But my ticket booking in unsuccessfull but the amount of ticket is deducted from my account. Afterwards there is message from cleartrip yur money will be refunded in 3to 12 working days but today is 30th july. Its about to one and half month but there is no refund from yur side.
                                Sir its my humble request to please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Not getting refund as trying from many days not got refund as the period given under the policy is also over though not got the refund as i also ask to your supervisor Vijay Mishra he is telling that nothing lies in his hand he said that the issue is made to your finance team but they are not at all interested in trying to resolve the issue i have call them today as i have lapse the period of 10 working days but till on the 14 working day they have not refunded the money.today is[protected] i am trying since last thursday (i.e 9th working day )to get ARN no. so they told me to wait for 24 hrs on friday when i called your executive tells me that your refund has been initiated but has been reverse due to technical error my money refunded on friday they are telling me on the friday that they are doing my case on priority but till sunday the issue was not resolved then i further called them on monday i had a talk with vinayak an other supervisor he told me that he had talk to finance team talk they have will be transfering my refund on by monday evening also he taold me to wait for 24 to 48hrs then i waited on wednesday when i called then they told me that till now refund has not been initiated as it was the 13th working day then again i talk to supervisor named vijay mishra he tells me that he can't do anything as the refund is pending from the finance team so he told me that he is mailing them but it takes 24to 48 hrs to reply from them (as they are very busy but cannot transfer the refund on time) then till now on the 14th day i am not getting the refund.

                                    I booked a online IndiGo air ticket from Cleartrip.Then I changed my travel date on 1st October 2020 when my ticket price was some decreased so some amount Rs.1053/- was supposed to be returned But it was going to be three months and I didn't get the money.Indigo say they sent the money to the agent Cleartrip but Cleartrip did not give me the refund.Then I sent a lot of mails. They said they would pay in seven to ten days but I haven't given it yet. Even if I send another mail, no one is replying. What should I do now?                                         I had booked the trip with clear trip but due to covid the trip got cancelled

                                        Indigo has already payed clear trip the amount on 7th july

                                        And got message from clear trip that the amount will be reimbursed in 7 working days

                                        More than 12 days now still the ammt is not got in my account
