    It’s been since may i’m following up with them on my ticket which is been cancelled by cathy pacific (Trip id:[protected] vancouver to chennai). I booked through clear trip, once cathy pacific cancelled the ticket (Due to covid) they should automatically initiate the cancellation (Or) try for rebooking.

    However, it has been almost 3+months since i am waiting, i did not get resolution at all. They call me and transfer to other dept. And the call gets disconnected. They do not have any call center to communicate also, i need to drop an email. For each email, i need to wait for 72 hrs to get response.

    My rs.96000 is blocked and now they say that they do not know whether i will get the refund of return (Cancelled) journey, as cathy pacific is not disclosing the cancellation amount. How will i cancel my ticket without knowing how much refund i will get? Its cleartrip duty to get the refund for me as it is been cancelled by airlines. I paid to cleartrip not to cathy pacific. They give me lame reasons that airlines is not allowing – they should ensure to have a sync with airlines and resolve this problem rather than give reasons to customers.

    Secondly, they have issued the open ticket to me so that i shall use the same ticket for my future journey. However, i still see that there are no schedules for any future dates by cathy pacific, what is the use of giving the open ticket without any scheduled dates? I will not be able to stay in the canada for more days for me to use the open ticket. They may tell me to go out any time as i am allowed to stay only for 6 months.

    Additionally, as airlines has cancelled the ticket, its cleartrip duty to get me the full refund (Or) arrange for a new flight without any additional cost.

    I am not getting any proper response for past 3+ month from cleartrip and they are holding my huge sum of money since then. I need your help to get this resolved and provide me a money back.

    ClearTrip told to initiate the cancellation. There are no future itenarires avaibale to india by the airlines, hence i initiated the cancellation for refund. Airlines cancelled the ticket of their own.

      Indigo has already refunded the amount but cleartrip has not initiated the refund and so i am not able to use the amount in the indigo credit shell.
      The pnr is enkitk and the refund amount is 10500.
      No customer care number is working

        I have not yet received the refund for this cancellation. Trip id[protected].
        This is cancelled on 19 march 2020
        The refund amount rs. 7776 is sent by spicejet to creartrip on 19 june 2020.
        This is one of the biggest cheating by cleartrip.com.
        Kindly refund me rs. 7776 immediately.

          I have book a ticket from johannesburg to dubai and back for march on emirates. This flight was cancelled but no refund. Cleartrip do not respond to any communication

            My booking id number is[protected]. The amount was 114.850kwd. The booking was done on 1wth march 2020. I am lodging the complaint on 13th sept 2020. Till now the refund hasn't been initiated. I have taken my bank statement also in which the amount hasn't been reflected back. Kindly this as a greatest problem as there is no contact number with the clear trip company. I am writing this as a request since during this pandemic we are all in need of money.

              None of the support contacts are working. Spicejet refunded my amount fully, but cleartrip neither send a notification nor send the refund amount as of now. The amount it aed 3, 053.40.

              I have been waiting since march 2020.

              Appreciate immediate refund from cleartrip.

                Cancellation confirmation for abu dhabi - mumbai return flight — trip id[protected]
                I got a notification from cleartrip that my flight was cancelled by airline on march *, * and after calling call center it was advised to cancel the same and claim for refund and was assure to get full refund on march *, *. It is almost a year i cancelled and after several follow-ups there is no update or communication from cleartrip with regards to refund.
                Very disappointed with the service provided by cleartrip. Nobody even bothered to call or email on status of refund. While booking, cleartrip take the service charges on booking the flight and they should take the ownership of refund as well. My friends who booked directly thru jet airways got refund in very suitable time but since we booked thru cleartrip are getting penalized. Jet confirms that they have *% processes all refund claimed by agents.
                Request you to please check and provide the refund at earliest.

                  I have purchased aticket from cleartrip with trip id[protected] for my daughter studying in uk. We were forced to cancelled the ticket as the kuwait airport was shutdown and we had no other option to cancel the travel.

                  Unfortunately cleartrip is not refunding the amount nor they are giving us any other option such credit note or voucher. Now they even don't reply to emails.

                    I booked two tickets of which they refunded me one of them after 5 months and the other one they are not even telling emirates to process the refund. When I spoke to emirates, they have no problem giving the refund only that it have to be initiated by Cleartrip as they are our agents. No one you can speak with on phone to understand why is not done. All automated call and email replies. I have proof of them emailing me that they have Vance the ticket which in actual they haven’t.

                      I had booked the above mentioned ticket on 27/01/2020 for
                      Dubai - mumbai travel date 26/03/2020
                      Mumbai - dubai travel date 12/04/2020
                      Through cleartrip and airline was vistara. Now due to the prevailing circumstances the ticket was cancelled and refunded by vistara to cleartrip. I have received confirmation from vistara which is attached along with this complaint. Cleartrip customer service is number and email is not working and i am not able to initiate a refund request on their website also. So kindly refund the amount asap.

                        Dear Cleartrippers,
                        It is highly frustrating to deal with your team as it is extremely difficult to get any relevant response from them. I kept on requesting for assistance, and in three days I got a response from your executive who asked me to wait for 3 more hours for a call back from the concerned team, and if they don't call, you can cancel the ticket directly with the Airline and send the info to the team. I sent the info, but it was not taken into account instead booking amount of my previous ticket is refunded while on August 16th itself my itinerary was rescheduled by your team and paid an extra amount of Rs. 2740/- (Credit card statement attached) for the amended ticket to travel on 6th September. The 6th September ticket was partially cancelled by the airline and the airline was continuously asking to claim the full refund or reschedule. I tried to contact your team which responded three days suggested me cancel the ticket with the airline and send the info to CSFF, I did that. But, the refund processed is incorrect. The refund amount that CSFF team is mentioning (Rs. 5167) was the amount of my previous ticket (August 16, 2020) which was amended and the new ticket was booked for September 6, 2020, adding an extra amount to it (which is not being shown in my Cleartrip account). The amount of refund processed by the airline is Rs. 7217/- (proof attached), not Rs. 5167/-
                        I, therefore, request you to process the refund of the actual amount i.e. Rs. 7217/- which I spent on buying the tickets.
                        Please process the refund of the rest of the amount. I request a call back from your team for any further query.

                          Cleartrip.com is not returning my money where cleartrip.com was unable to provide the tickets to me.

                          I have been trying to connect to them on daily basis, over email, site, twitter. But they are not responding.
                          ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Cleartrip responded asking for 72 hours time and again asking for another 72 hours now.

                            Awaiting a refund from cleartrip for over 5 months.

                            Vistara promised a full refund and they have confirmed the same on march 17 and we are yet to receive that money. I need this to be addressed and closed urgently.

                                They never respond... They will grab your money but never do proper service... Not even send proper email... Since 8 months i don’t receive my refund... And now they don’t response i lost my 3500 aed. I strongly recommend plz don’t use clear trip. I am gong to file a case against clear trip in feature they don’t play with any one

                                  My trip ID for a cleartrip.com air ticket purchased on 4th September 2020 for Mangaluru-Kolkata-Mangaluru is[protected] and IndiGo PNR is TI4SYC.                                     Sir, this is in regards to my ticket fare refund of sr 1771 instead of full refund of 2051 as the cancellation was due to covid and as per rules full refund of the fare has to be done. My trip id is[protected].
                                    I find it unfair as the deduction of 276 is too much. Spicejet had refunded in full and i expect to get the same.
                                    I will definitely fight for it if i don't get the full refund. Not only that i will see to it the other consumer to will know how cleartrip fool the customers by letting them know of your unfair practices through social media.

                                        मैंने अप्रैल माह में cleartrip के माध्यम से thirivanathpuram से japur का air indigo flight में ticket book करवाया था परन्तु सम्पूर्ण lock down की वजह से flight निरस्त हो गई थी ।इस वजह से मैं यात्रा नहीं कर सका और जब मैंने अपने refund के लिए apply किया तब भी मुझे आज तक मेरा रिफंड नही मिला है । flight-indigo से संपर्क करने पर उन्होंने मेरा refund cleartip ko पूरा पैसा refund कर दिया है। परन्तु cleartrip की तरफ से मेरे किसी भी संपर्क का कोई जबाव नहीं दिया गया है। अतः महोदय जी आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मेरी शिकायत दर्ज करने की कृपा करें।
