I have purchased aticket from cleartrip with trip id[protected] for my daughter studying in uk. We were forced to cancelled the ticket as the kuwait airport was shutdown and we had no other option to cancel the travel.

Unfortunately cleartrip is not refunding the amount nor they are giving us any other option such credit note or voucher. Now they even don't reply to emails....

I booked two tickets of which they refunded me one of them after 5 months and the other one they are not even telling emirates to process the refund. When I spoke to emirates, they have no problem giving the refund only that it have to be initiated by Cleartrip as they are our agents. No one you can speak with on phone to understand why is not done. All automated call and email replies. I have proof of them emailing me that they have Vance...

Awaiting a refund from cleartrip for over 5 months.

Vistara promised a full refund and they have confirmed the same on march 17 and we are yet to receive that money. I need this to be addressed and closed urgently.

Sir, this is in regards to my ticket fare refund of sr 1771 instead of full refund of 2051 as the cancellation was due to covid and as per rules full refund of the fare has to be done. My trip id is[protected].
I find it unfair as the deduction of 276 is too much. Spicejet had refunded in full and i expect to get the same.

While reserving flight ticket from silchar to hyderabad (Spicejet) ticket id[protected]. Amount of rs.40410 is deducted twice from my bank account.

I an writing this message due to lack of response from clear trip. I had booked for tickets for my parents through clear trip for travel from Bangalore you San Francisco on 3rd July 2020 and return back on 29th July 2020. The airline Emirates cancelled the tickets due to covid. Trip iD[protected]. According to cleartrip policy with the airlines I should get a full refund . Its been more than 2 months and still no refund has...

For Trip [protected] that was cancelled due to COVID, cleartrip has not refunded the amount that airlines had refunded to the agency. They have till date only refunded 27K out of 78K that was refunded by airlines. I have chased customer support but it seems that is a joke no agent know how much they owe be back.

I got a notification from Cleartrip that my flight was cancelled by airline on March 18, 2019 and after calling call center it was advised to cancel the same and claim for refund and was assure to get full refund on March 20, 2019. It is almost a year I cancelled and after several follow-ups there is no update or communication from Cleartrip...
