Hi

Trip id:[protected]

I am traveling to istanbul on[protected] via ukraine intl air ps 374 for a medical treatment.

My return to dubai is via turkish airlines flight 235-[protected] on 03-oct-2020.

I was informed this morning [23-sep-2020] that my return via turkish airlines has been canceled and the next flight available is on 23-oct-2020.

I have already paid an advance for my medical treatment and have my hotel booked for the period that i am staying there and cannot cancel my flight to istanbul via ukraine intl air ps 374 as this is a confirmed flight and i will loose lots of money.

Considering the next flight via turkish airways is avaialble for 23-oct-2020 -

What am i going to do there for additional 20 days, are you going to bare my costs of stay?

Or

You arrange for another flight back to dubai on 3rd?

Or

You reimburse me the amount that i am going to spend to book my last-minute return flight which will be double the costs?

      I sunil palsania booked flight ticket of air Asia from bagdogra to jaipur on 22 july 2020. Due to some reasons I cancelled my ticket on 1st august, now am regularly calling clear trip for some costumer support because I haven't received my refund.

        I am left with a hatred on Clear Trip for their silence on paying back me paid by phonepe of an amount of Rs 5625. They denied the payment and cancelled my booking on 28th September 2020. To get that money back I sent them many emails. After being frustrated I went on searching how to connect them. They have telephone numbers not in order, but having hobnobbwith a fake company that emptied my savings account. I do not know how to get that money back or Clear Trip is a fake and fraud company?
        ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Nothing so far has been resolved and no representative called me over phone or sent any messag. I do not onow why Clear Trip.still exists.

              Cleartrip is the most incompetent travel agent service i have met. I have made queries on twitter and facebook but they don't reply back after saying 24hrs and you can msgs trillion times but still nothing.

              They refuse to also refund ur money back so months of complaining and they won't bother

                Cleartrip is clearly not reachable since 8months.
                My money is stuck with them for 9months, the booking were done in jan2020.
                For booking which are cancelled by airlines and providing full refund, cleartrip is charging cancellation charges.

                This is a fraud company

                  I received a massage that my trip was canceled so i contact cleartrip to cancel the trip and get a full refund as they told me also they told me that the refund process will take two month and till now i not received any refund and when i contact cleartrip they told me it is still under process with gulf air

                    A ticket was booked from kolkata to doha dated march 22 which was cancelled due to corona pandemic lockdown. Its been around 6months and there has not been any update when the flight can resume. So, i had to cancel the ticket. Tried to contact cleartrip ever since but there is no update regarding the refund or any update from them. I like to have full refund of the ticket and like to seek help regarding the same.

                        It’s been since may i’m following up with them on my ticket which is been cancelled by cathy pacific (Trip id:[protected] vancouver to chennai). I booked through clear trip, once cathy pacific cancelled the ticket (Due to covid) they should automatically initiate the cancellation (Or) try for rebooking.

                        However, it has been almost 3+months since i am waiting, i did not get resolution at all. They call me and transfer to other dept. And the call gets disconnected. They do not have any call center to communicate also, i need to drop an email. For each email, i need to wait for 72 hrs to get response.

                        My rs.96000 is blocked and now they say that they do not know whether i will get the refund of return (Cancelled) journey, as cathy pacific is not disclosing the cancellation amount. How will i cancel my ticket without knowing how much refund i will get? Its cleartrip duty to get the refund for me as it is been cancelled by airlines. I paid to cleartrip not to cathy pacific. They give me lame reasons that airlines is not allowing – they should ensure to have a sync with airlines and resolve this problem rather than give reasons to customers.

                        Secondly, they have issued the open ticket to me so that i shall use the same ticket for my future journey. However, i still see that there are no schedules for any future dates by cathy pacific, what is the use of giving the open ticket without any scheduled dates? I will not be able to stay in the canada for more days for me to use the open ticket. They may tell me to go out any time as i am allowed to stay only for 6 months.

                        Additionally, as airlines has cancelled the ticket, its cleartrip duty to get me the full refund (Or) arrange for a new flight without any additional cost.

                        I am not getting any proper response for past 3+ month from cleartrip and they are holding my huge sum of money since then. I need your help to get this resolved and provide me a money back.

                        ClearTrip told to initiate the cancellation. There are no future itenarires avaibale to india by the airlines, hence i initiated the cancellation for refund. Airlines cancelled the ticket of their own.

                          Indigo has already refunded the amount but cleartrip has not initiated the refund and so i am not able to use the amount in the indigo credit shell.
                          The pnr is enkitk and the refund amount is 10500.
                          No customer care number is working

                            I have not yet received the refund for this cancellation. Trip id[protected].
                            This is cancelled on 19 march 2020
                            The refund amount rs. 7776 is sent by spicejet to creartrip on 19 june 2020.
                            This is one of the biggest cheating by cleartrip.com.
                            Kindly refund me rs. 7776 immediately.

                                My booking id number is[protected]. The amount was 114.850kwd. The booking was done on 1wth march 2020. I am lodging the complaint on 13th sept 2020. Till now the refund hasn't been initiated. I have taken my bank statement also in which the amount hasn't been reflected back. Kindly this as a greatest problem as there is no contact number with the clear trip company. I am writing this as a request since during this pandemic we are all in need of money.

                                  None of the support contacts are working. Spicejet refunded my amount fully, but cleartrip neither send a notification nor send the refund amount as of now. The amount it aed 3, 053.40.

                                  I have been waiting since march 2020.

                                    Cancellation confirmation for abu dhabi - mumbai return flight — trip id[protected]
                                    I got a notification from cleartrip that my flight was cancelled by airline on march *, * and after calling call center it was advised to cancel the same and claim for refund and was assure to get full refund on march *, *. It is almost a year i cancelled and after several follow-ups there is no update or communication from cleartrip with regards to refund.
                                    Very disappointed with the service provided by cleartrip. Nobody even bothered to call or email on status of refund. While booking, cleartrip take the service charges on booking the flight and they should take the ownership of refund as well. My friends who booked directly thru jet airways got refund in very suitable time but since we booked thru cleartrip are getting penalized. Jet confirms that they have *% processes all refund claimed by agents.
                                    Request you to please check and provide the refund at earliest.

                                      I have purchased aticket from cleartrip with trip id[protected] for my daughter studying in uk. We were forced to cancelled the ticket as the kuwait airport was shutdown and we had no other option to cancel the travel.

                                      Unfortunately cleartrip is not refunding the amount nor they are giving us any other option such credit note or voucher. Now they even don't reply to emails.

                                        I booked two tickets of which they refunded me one of them after 5 months and the other one they are not even telling emirates to process the refund. When I spoke to emirates, they have no problem giving the refund only that it have to be initiated by Cleartrip as they are our agents. No one you can speak with on phone to understand why is not done. All automated call and email replies. I have proof of them emailing me that they have Vance the ticket which in actual they haven’t.
