Sir, this is in regards to my ticket fare refund of sr 1771 instead of full refund of 2051 as the cancellation was due to covid and as per rules full refund of the fare has to be done. My trip id is[protected].
I find it unfair as the deduction of 276 is too much. Spicejet had refunded in full and i expect to get the same.
I will definitely fight for it if i don't get the full refund. Not only that i will see to it the other consumer to will know how cleartrip fool the customers by letting them know of your unfair practices through social media.

      मैंने अप्रैल माह में cleartrip के माध्यम से thirivanathpuram से japur का air indigo flight में ticket book करवाया था परन्तु सम्पूर्ण lock down की वजह से flight निरस्त हो गई थी ।इस वजह से मैं यात्रा नहीं कर सका और जब मैंने अपने refund के लिए apply किया तब भी मुझे आज तक मेरा रिफंड नही मिला है । flight-indigo से संपर्क करने पर उन्होंने मेरा refund cleartip ko पूरा पैसा refund कर दिया है। परन्तु cleartrip की तरफ से मेरे किसी भी संपर्क का कोई जबाव नहीं दिया गया है। अतः महोदय जी आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मेरी शिकायत दर्ज करने की कृपा करें।

        Hi..
        I an writing this message due to lack of response from clear trip. I had booked for tickets for my parents through clear trip for travel from Bangalore you San Francisco on 3rd July 2020 and return back on 29th July 2020. The airline Emirates cancelled the tickets due to covid. Trip iD[protected]. According to cleartrip policy with the airlines I should get a full refund . Its been more than 2 months and still no refund has been processed. They are not every replying you the mail. It's a huge amount. Please refund it soon.

          For Trip [protected] that was cancelled due to COVID, cleartrip has not refunded the amount that airlines had refunded to the agency. They have till date only refunded 27K out of 78K that was refunded by airlines. I have chased customer support but it seems that is a joke no agent know how much they owe be back.
          I have email from Indigo confirming refund amount but cleartrip is holding on to the money and not refunding.
          Email quote from Indigo
          "Further, an amount of INR 41, 023 and INR 36, 033 has been refunded to the agency. For any refund related queries we would
          request you to kindly get in touch with them."

          Please help to get ~ 57K back

            Cancellation confirmation for Abu Dhabi - Mumbai return flight -- Trip ID[protected]

            I got a notification from Cleartrip that my flight was cancelled by airline on March 18, 2019 and after calling call center it was advised to cancel the same and claim for refund and was assure to get full refund on March 20, 2019. It is almost a year I cancelled and after several follow-ups there is no update or communication from Cleartrip with regards to refund.
            Very disappointed with the service provided by Cleartrip. Nobody even bothered to call or email on status of refund. While booking, Cleartrip take the service charges on booking the flight and they should take the ownership of refund as well. My friends who booked directly thru jet airways got refund in very suitable time but since we booked thru Cleartrip are getting penalized. Jet confirms that they have 100% processes all refund claimed by agents.
            Request you to please check and provide the refund at earliest.

              My ticket id no[protected] was cancelled and in this regard I wrote an e-mail to spice Jet they replied back saying that my refund is sent to my agent Cleartrip but it's more than 30days I haven't recieved any refund by Cleartrip.

                  We did our booking from cleartrip for 17th july for indigo flight however we had to postpone the booking and did from indigo website and postponed with additional 1364rs to date 25th july from same indigo website itself. We again cancelled this ticekt also. We were told that within 5-7 working days we will have refund in our account. On 29th july we called indigo customer care and they said it will take 21 working days to be refunded to your account. Now today again we have called indigo customer care and they are saying it was already refunded 8020 rs to cleartrip on 21st july.
                  Cleartrip now today initiated the refund of 6084 rs to us calculating the amount according to the initial cost of our tickets and not adding the extra amount we paid again while postponding the tickets.

                    I had booked flight ticket from Chennai to Singapore to travel on 4/sep/2020 in indigo flight trans ID:[protected] PNR number UMCWUT, indigo send message on 27/8/2020 that the flight was cancelled .so I called their customer support, they said full refund will be made for flight cancelled by airlines. I inform to indigo customer care officer that the flight booked thru clear trip so let me inform first before make a call to Indigo. So I contacted clear trip about this issue . They assuming I cancelled the flight and refund made with meagre amount which is 1/5 of total money, The flight was cancelled by airlines and agreed to give full money but clear trip as agent to indigo cheating the money paying meagre money. This if clear trip not settle, I will escalate to customer care help line to settle this matter. In fact clear trip has not given any contact number to call their customer care and cannot get in touch with any complaints by blocking / made their web site in such a manner to deny all approach to clear trip .

                    Clear trip send email with email address quoted here [[protected]@gmail.com] to get my contact number, so I give my contact number and somebody called today asking my debit card details .
                    I told my debit card details will not be given, already by wrongly clear trip send refund of Rs. 1590/= to my bank which is also credited (but supposed to pay, Total Money Paid for the ticket Rs.8, 137 /= ).
                    Hence I asked to pay refund of balance money of Rs.[protected]=6547. He said clear trip will pay either UPI or Google pay only, so I must give credit card details otherwise they will keep the refund amount in Hold.
                    Please clarify UPI or Google pay I do not have, if so why cant pay in direct to bank debit card account as they paid already.

                    I was trying to add image of air ticket in .jpg but not getting add, However PNR & transaction ID will give all information.
                    Clear trip refunded Rs.1590 to my bank and got credited assuming I cancelled my air ticket, It is not true.
                    After I get the message from my flight operator Indigo's SMS & email and I called Indigo to reconfirm, then I contacted agent clear trip, they said full refund will be send after confirmation with flight operator but they deliberately refunded claiming I cancelled.
                    Try to get in touch with clear trip by then they closed contact details except face book. I wrote in face book, after seeing face book then they send email as " regret" "apology" all that but full refund not done. Mean while I make complaint in " consumercomplaintd.in ". clear trip finding way to say so many reason not to or delay my refund money. Hence requesting consumercomplaints.in to expedite and get the full refund. thank you

                    I had contacted Indigo about this refund issue, Indigo clearly send email that under the above PNR No: UMCWUT the confirmed flight ticket was cancelled by Indigo and the full amount was refunded in two part. The first part was on 27/8/20 and second part was on 1/9/20 to the clear trip/travel agent.
                    Clear trip wrongly assuming the flight ticket was cancelled by me, so they refunded Rs. 1590 which is not totally acceptable and it is there mistake.
                    Hence, clear trip must refund the balance money of Rs.6547 ( Rs.[protected]=6547) as how Rs.1590 refund made in to my debit card account and credited into my account.
                    Not required to call me to get my debit card number and other details in debit card.

                        I have booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore on 01.04.2020 by indigo. Due to covid issue, the flight has been canceled. I have contacted indigo and asked for refund. The said airlines has made credit note by refunding the amount on 30.07.2020 itself.

                        Please check the status and send the amount immediately to my bank account.

                          I was trying to book flight from ClearTrip on 28th June 2020, from Dehradun to Mumbai. Amount was deducted from my bank account of Rs. 9429/-
                          Trip Id: [protected].
                          I have already contacted cleartrip via phone & email and informed them same details as above, it was told to me that it will be refunded in 3 to 12 days.
                          I have also contacted ICICI bank through which i made the payment, they informed that payment has been deducted from account by cleartrip and they have to refund it to bank.
                          Today i received an SMS on my mobile phone that ; Dispute of INR 9429/- on has been declined by the merchant(ClearTrip). Id is SR[protected].
                          It's been already 1 month and 28 days and cleartrip has not refunded my amount of INR 9429/- .
                          Hope so Indian Consumer Complaint forum will help me refund my money in my account.

                            I had booked air tickets from above company having pnr-wc8ehj, wbw77j, we7n2q and u9257c and trip id is[protected] and[protected]. As per spicejet report, the refund of cancellation of air tickets has been transferred to cleartrip but cleartrip has since not been refunded the air ticket amount to me till date. It is therefore requested to please expedite my refund amount.

                                    We have been following up since 3 months to cleartrip but we havent recieved any response from your side, we had booked tickets from clear trip but we have cancelled it through the Airlines i. E through spicejet, they told us that full refund has been initiated to cleartrip but we haven't received yet, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                      Dear consumer complaints,
                                      I am Dr. Gopi prasanth. My bookings over indigo airlines was cancelled by airlines and the same has been refunded to cleartrip on 20th of july by airlines. My indigo PNR is LJTHJG and the ckeartrip Trip ID[protected].
                                      I have been constantly contacting them for about a month to refund the amount Rs. 20, 145 which airlines has refunded them. But everytime, they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then they do not reply. Then after 3 days, i contact them back again and then they say the same thing to wait for 24 hours. They have taken a total of 1 month till now and they are still saying the same that they are waiting a reaponse from their finance team. It does not make sense even when the airlines has refunded, you are still holding my money back.
                                      This seems to be like a scam from cleartrip side.

                                      I request the people here to take appropriate action against cleartrip and get my money back.

                                      I am attaching the necessary emails and notifications for further clearance.
