I have booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore on 01.04.2020 by indigo. Due to covid issue, the flight has been canceled. I have contacted indigo and asked for refund. The said airlines has made credit note by refunding the amount on 30.07.2020 itself.

As per spicejet report, the refund of cancellation of air tickets has been transferred to cleartrip but cleartrip has since not been refunded the air ticket amount to me till date. Due to COVID 19 lockdown, my flight dated 23 March was cancelled by the Airlines from Mumbai(IND) to Melbourne (AUS). This would be eligible for full refund but it has been 5 months and Cleartrip is not responding after multiple follow ups.

The flight was from Delhi- Rome-Venice and return dated 07th March'2020, the onward flight Rome-Venice got cancelled due to COVID 19 and hence I cancelled my tickets. Even after 5.5 months they have not refunded . The actual airlines - Al Italia confirms that w.e.f. 17.07.2020 they have already processed the refunds but till date I have not received my refund !!!...

This is to raise complaint against the clear trip agency as they are holding my money against the cancelled flight for 25th march amid lockdown. (Pnr-ke3w9a)
Even though, the airline has processed refund amount from their end but clear trip has not yet processed it from their end.
Sent out many emails and chasers but no response received.
Due to lockdown, they have closed voice support but not responding...
