Dear consumer complaints,
I am Dr. Gopi prasanth. My bookings over indigo airlines was cancelled by airlines and the same has been refunded to cleartrip on 20th of july by airlines. My indigo PNR is LJTHJG and the ckeartrip Trip ID[protected].
I have been constantly contacting them for about a month to refund the amount Rs. 20, 145 which airlines has refunded them. But everytime, they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then they do not reply. Then after 3 days, i contact them back again and then they say the same thing to wait for 24 hours. They have taken a total of 1 month till now and they are still saying the same that they are waiting a reaponse from their finance team. It does not make sense even when the airlines has refunded, you are still holding my money back.
This seems to be like a scam from cleartrip side.
I request the people here to take appropriate action against cleartrip and get my money back.
I am attaching the necessary emails and notifications for further clearance.
