I had booked two Air tickets through Cleartrip details of which are as under:

Above flight were cancelled due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Recently, Supreme Court has directed all airline to refund the Covid period ticket amount.
Cleartrip sent an email intimating that Refund has been processed. But same is not received till date. On calling the customer care number given in email, it directs to website.
Cleartrip emails are No-reply emails. Any mail to their customer support ID bounces back. There is no way to really communicate in person and inform that Refund is not received.
Cleartrip does not give a call on registered Mobile no [protected].
It's pure case of harassment and making us followup endlessly.
Please pressurise them to release the refund at earliest.
