This is with reference to My mails and call received from Cleartrip and my trail mails and mail received from spice jet state and confirm that thay have given full refund. Cleartrip have assured many times me that they are looking into my pending refund from spice jet goa mumbai ticket on 27 April 20 the said flight cancelled by air line due to Covid 19 lockdown.

I will request you to look into matter and give credit of pending refund to my payment mode.

    Sir,

    I contacted Mr. Rehan of Cleartrip on 20th Sept20, he confirmed Del- HYD- SAG flight canceled. I requested to share the first Airline confirmation.
    But without my consent and confirmation, Cleartrip Cancelled the flight and stating that full amount will get refund.
    I checked on same day with the Airline for other flight ( as my family to travel) and learnt that flight not got canceled and we booked the same flight at higher price.

    For Return SAG - DEL, I got confirmation from SPICE Jet that flight cancelled and will refund full amount to agent.

    Now cleartrip has deducted the amount ( Rs. 12000/- approx ) and not listening to request. and not paying the difference of Higher amount I paid for the flight.

    I need the compensation, from Cleartrip fro Difference in Amount + Inconvinience cause.

      Hi,

      I tried booking hotel with Cleartrip few days back and at that time my money got debited but the booking got failed.
      Its been now more than 7 days but still i haven't received any refund. I am trying to login in the Cleartrip Account but there no failed booking is getting listed.

      I have my bank statement showing the amount deduction against booking with Cleartrip.

      Kindly do the needful to initiate the refund as early as possible.

          I had a confirmed booking for spicejet flight in Apr'20 through cleartrip but due to lockdown, flight got cancelled. Now when i am trying using my credit shell and want to have a new booking against cancelled one, no option is coming in cleartrip website/account to use this credit. Cleartrip customer care department is also not working due to covid and IVR is mentioning to connect with the airline - spicejet and when trying reaching out to spicejet, they are saying that these credits can only be used from agaency's (cleartrip) end. This is really pathetic as i have raised my concern thrice in the support chatbox of cleartrip but no response from their end. No notification, guidelines, email is provided to customers to avail these credits. Can someone please resond after reading this.

                Above flight were cancelled due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

                Recently, Supreme Court has directed all airline to refund the Covid period ticket amount.

                Cleartrip sent an email intimating that Refund has been processed. But same is not received till date. On calling the customer care number given in email, it directs to website.

                Cleartrip emails are No-reply emails. Any mail to their customer support ID bounces back. There is no way to really communicate in person and inform that Refund is not received.

                Cleartrip does not give a call on registered Mobile no [protected].

                It's pure case of harassment and making us followup endlessly.

                Please pressurise them to release the refund at earliest.

                  I had booked a ticket on clear trip on may 30, to travel from Bangalore to Delhi on June 1. The airline was indigo. The airline cancelled due to covid the previous night and a credit shell was offered to me. Now when I go for booking a new ticket the credit she’ll option does not show Uk even when I bill out in my trip I’d or booking pnr.
                  I need Clear trip to fix this because when I try through indigo they say I booked through an agent (meaning cleartrip) and need to approach them, not indigo

                    I had booked a family trip with Cleartrip and this was cancelled due to lockdown information. I have been following up with Cleartrip since March and there has been no progress at all. The airlines (spicejet) say it's fully refundable, Cleartrip shows its refundable but I don't know why it's getting delayed so long! Everyone is going through a tough phase, I have medical emergencies due to which I can't travel and have refused the credit note offer they gave earlier. I really want someone from Cleartrip to call me as I have been only getting email replies saying it's pending with their finance department. Really unprofessional conduct by Cleartrip. The least customer care can do is speak to the customer in such a difficult time.

                      Hi,

                      I made a a flight booking on cleartrip via booking number[protected]. The flight in question was cancelled by the airlines and the entire money refunded back to cleartrip. However cleartrip has refunded me back after deduction of cancellation charges of rs6000. They have no customer service number and their customer service support chat is useless. They are illegally witholding my money which they have received from airlines. They are not reachable on phone, send automated responses upon raising query through customer support on their website and are simply looting and harrassing people. Where is the control and regulation on such fraud companies. Please help.

                        I booked refundable tickets with freedom fare on march 10. They charged me for canceling trip without charges. Tickets were cancelled in april and i have been following up since but still have not received any refund.

                          I had booked a return ticket to delhi at 10am, got a response back saying that the payment has been unsuccessful and therefore refund for the same shall be processed.
                          I went ahead and booked another ticket and to my shock, i got ticket from cleartrip at 10.35am.
                          I asked for refund as they had mentioned payment failed. But they have refused to do so.
                          This is truly unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

                            Im Eileen Sigua, Filipino citizen and currently working in Dubai, UAE
                            I had booked for 6 tickets in Cleartrip on Jan 21, 2020 for me and my family.
                            total amount of the tickets are more than AED 11, 000. however due to covid, airlines itself cancelled our booking, email sent from cleartrip informing us that full refund can avail due to covid. Then another email received on May 2020 that changed are made from airlines that charges will be apply. And this made us upset, first of all refund are not yet process since the time we agree for the full refund, 2nd thing almost 8 months from the day we requested for refund and till now there are no status.
                            they keep are ticket open as I had check online. I already sent several email to them "CSFF Support "
                            and no response from their end.
                            we need very badly the refund as our employer deducted our monthly salary since Covid time.
                            please help us and do the needful.

                            They had replied to through email, stating below screenshot.
                            As per Cleartrip, both airlines don't provide the full refund. However one of mu friend who was fed up for following up to them and finally yesterday got her full refund, after all the complaints she made and posted all complaints to all social media.
                            This is unfair. Please help me to communicate with them.

                              I have flight tickets booked for April 21st 2020 from Bangalore to Mumbai for spice jet flight with pnr number F7ULGS.The ticket was booked through the Clear trip.Because of covid, we were supposed to get a credit of this cancelled tickets but havent got any.I have deleted the cleartrip mail which had the cleartrip id.
                              I want to book new tickets for same people for Dec 10th 2020.Spicejet staff says have to take this up with the cleartrip as ticket booked through them.But there is no valid contact number of clear trip that I can reach .SO I want clear trip to act and refund the amount for Me (Mandakini Patil) my Parents and my daughter .

                                I do have booking from clear trip from Mct to cairo and return (607-[protected], 607-[protected])
                                and in last June I use app of clear trip to open my ticket ( plz find the attachment screenshot from my mobile ).

                                and I left without choose any date for new travel as Oman airport still closed, and now when I requested them for new ticket they asking me to call eithad call center, when I did call them they mentioned that my ticket is refunded to clear trip, and clear trip answer me again my ticket is zero refund and I shave to contact Eithad again to rebook my ticket

                                  I made a booking in Dec2019 for my parents through Cleartrip and was charged AED 2070 for to and fro flight. Due to Covid all flights go cancelled and Indigo confirmed 100% refund for our tickets. I was asked by Cleartrip that the refund will be made within 60 days from the date of cancellation. It's been almost 8 months since I have been contacting this company for the refund. After sending more than 20 emails, 7 calls to their call centre and almost 20 times asking refund through their website, I have received only partial refund of AED 1046 for my one way ticket and the return ticket fair AED 1024 is still pending.
                                  This has been very annoying and wastage of my time in sending multiple reminders and of no use, max I received was 1-2 calls to confirm the amount will be transferred within 72 hours which never happened was only partial amount that was transferred.
                                  I need your intervention in this case in order for me to get my complete refund.

                                    I have booked a Ticket for my family members from Bhubaneswar - Bangalore one-way (Trip ID:[protected] for 1st may but due to COVID-19 my flight got cancelled from airlines for which I suppose to get the full Refund but till today I have received Rupees 3026 to my credit card but remaining amount 12500 have not received yet to my credit cell nor to original mode of payment for which I am continuously following up over email but no replay from your side. Your customer care number also switched off and no one responding over email, when I check with IndiGo, they mentioned that they have already made the payment to the Agent which means to Cleartrip. Want to know how many more days I need to wait endlessly, or I need to file a consumer case against Cleartrip for not refunding my money?

                                      I booked my air tickets on May 23rd, 2020 from Cleartrip . My GOair flight got cancelled for which i requested the refund from airlines and it has been initiated by the airlines for which i received the email as well . i forwarded the email to Cleartirp customer care asking for my refund amount already been credited in their account by airlines. After number of follow ups, i am still not receiving any reply from them neither they are ready to credit my refund for the cancelled flight.

                                        My trip got cancelled by airline (Trip ID:[protected] and they refunded the the full amount.
                                        but clear trip has refunded only 10655 out of 21447.
                                        the number given in their app is switched off since ages.
                                        there seems to be no way to contact them.
                                        Need a full refund and will never visit this website again.
