Dear sir/madam
Please refer to the highlighted text mentioned below from an email received from clear trip on 20th july 2020 regarding refund of mere rs 3236 for my trip id[protected] for goa travel during lockdown period 1st to 4th april 2020.
It is very shocking to know that out of total fare of rs 33, 524/- (Receipt attached) only rs 3236 is refunded to me.

I had booked a ticket for kuala lumpur - bangalore one-way (Trip id:[protected] via cleartrip, they have not refunded the amount from may month although they should have in 42 hours.
The ticket was from malaysian airlines and they have refunded cleartrip the amount. Cleartrip is clearly holding the money from a long time.

Both of the below flights were cancelled by airlines. And i was confirmed by them that i will get full refund for the same, however cleartrip did not provided me the full refund. [i booked ticket from amazon.in site. Didnot knew they have their internal tie up with cleartrip. When i tried to cancel off tickets, i was then routed to cleartrip site]

Cleartrip has not processed my refund amount after my airlines cancelled. They are non responsive to complaints and have also suspended their customer support....

I am tired of mailing cleartrip i have gotten the email from go air that my money has been transferred to the cleartrip and after that it's been more than 8 days i haven't gotten my money in my account yet. My trip id is[protected]...

I had booked an Indigo flight from Mumbai to Bangalore trip I'd [protected] fro 29th March.
Flight was cancelled by Airline due to COVID. I received a mail on cancellation and assured of refund by June 31. I received refund of Rs 560 against Rs 3737 on July 18.

I want refund. Flight was cancelled by spice jet i booked ticket through clear trip. I emailed to spice jet they responded your refund is initiated but still clear trip is not refunding my ticket fare....

Reference to the mentioned trip id:[protected] it is informed by the airline authority that the ticket is not valid.
You people have cheated me by providing false ticket and collect money.
It is suggested to return my money back.

Received a communication saying that airline has reversed amount, upon checking again, they are saying airline is not refunding the amount.

Checked with the airline and they confirmed the refund will be done.

The team has failed to communicate...

The company is neither refunding my money, nor responding at all. The service has disappeared from the scene. Another credit shell created by them is not working.

I booked a ticket on 5th june 2020, trip id[protected] i did not cancel this ticket as it got automatic cancellation of my refund -19 but i got refund rs.19716 but if i canceled my refund myself, why did i get so much amount? I cancelled my tickets with cleartrip on 13th march, 2020 due to the covid-19 issue and was informed that i would get my refund within 60 days. After following up with them, i was told that the refund application (Ra) was raised on 07th may (I don't know why they waited for almost 2 months to raise the ra) and i would get a refund after 60 days of raising the ra. I patiently waited for another 60 days only to be told by then that...
