I booked a ticket in Cleartrip for my mom last Feb 2020, MNL-DXB-MNL. But due to Covid19 I received an email (May 7 2020) from them that the flight has been cancelled and that I will received the full amount of 1704 AED, which will take 60 days to be processed. It's almost 3 months and unfortunately I haven't received any concrete answers/reply regarding the refund. I've tried sending messages on their social media accounts, but I'm receiving automatic reply only.

    Cleartrip booking id:[protected] pnr : ujc47b

    I have been requesting clear trip to initiate the refund for airline booking with vistara.

    Before nationwide lockdown, vistara gave full refund to tickets booked after a certain date. And since my booking fell in that time frame, i called up vistara to cancel the tickets. They confirmed the cancellation and asked me to get in touch with cleartrip for refund.

    But since then, i have not received any refund and has been struggling to hear from them.'

    Please kindly help me in this situation.

      Gud evening sir... I have booked my ticket from srinagar to chandigarh on 18th june. But my ticket booking in unsuccessfull but the amount of ticket is deducted from my account. Afterwards there is message from cleartrip yur money will be refunded in 3to 12 working days but today is 30th july. Its about to one and half month but there is no refund from yur side.
      Sir its my humble request to please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

        Not getting refund as trying from many days not got refund as the period given under the policy is also over though not got the refund as i also ask to your supervisor Vijay Mishra he is telling that nothing lies in his hand he said that the issue is made to your finance team but they are not at all interested in trying to resolve the issue i have call them today as i have lapse the period of 10 working days but till on the 14 working day they have not refunded the money.today is[protected] i am trying since last thursday (i.e 9th working day )to get ARN no. so they told me to wait for 24 hrs on friday when i called your executive tells me that your refund has been initiated but has been reverse due to technical error my money refunded on friday they are telling me on the friday that they are doing my case on priority but till sunday the issue was not resolved then i further called them on monday i had a talk with vinayak an other supervisor he told me that he had talk to finance team talk they have will be transfering my refund on by monday evening also he taold me to wait for 24 to 48hrs then i waited on wednesday when i called then they told me that till now refund has not been initiated as it was the 13th working day then again i talk to supervisor named vijay mishra he tells me that he can't do anything as the refund is pending from the finance team so he told me that he is mailing them but it takes 24to 48 hrs to reply from them (as they are very busy but cannot transfer the refund on time) then till now on the 14th day i am not getting the refund.

          I booked a online IndiGo air ticket from Cleartrip.Then I changed my travel date on 1st October 2020 when my ticket price was some decreased so some amount Rs.1053/- was supposed to be returned But it was going to be three months and I didn't get the money.Indigo say they sent the money to the agent Cleartrip but Cleartrip did not give me the refund.Then I sent a lot of mails. They said they would pay in seven to ten days but I haven't given it yet. Even if I send another mail, no one is replying. What should I do now?               And got message from clear trip that the amount will be reimbursed in 7 working days

                I had booked flight ticket from mumbai to rajkot with spice jet through clear trip having trip id[protected] the said flight was cancelled by the airline due to covid pendemic and the full refund is processed by the airline and transfered to cleartrip on 18th june 2020 but still i have not received any rtefund nor any confirmation on my status of refund from cleartrip inspite of my repeted follow up with cleartrip and also the have no customer care help line active where i can call them and resolve my issue

                  I've checked with Spicejet(PNR W89GWI) and Indigo(PNR UPBP3U) and both have confirmed that full refund has been credited to the agency but I have not received my refund in past four months. I have contacted the Cleartrip multiple times but they just ignored my concern and now my money is stuck with them.
                  Cleartrip doesn't have a functional email support, their call doesn't work, there is no live chat option where one can reach out to them hence I have been contacting them via Twitter. I have tweeted more than 10 times but their customer support does not help and they just ignored my concern and every time they just told me to cancel it through website. I told them that I tried getting the refund through their website but it doesn't have any option hence I am raising a complaint. I should be getting the full refund(not credit shell) as both the airlines have credited full amount to Cleartrip.

                        I booked ticked from clear trip they gave booking confirmation from fly dubai then i got an email from airline stating they are not operating flight i contacted airlines and as per them they never gave any confirmation to clear trip yet they booked and contact clear trip for refund process i tried to contact them non of their customer service is working i visited their mumbai office that also they shifted then i booked my ticket from emirates and travelled i cancelled my ticket stating reason flight cancelled by airlines yet they deducted 583 aed out of 675 aed only 92 aed is refunded which is not fair flight is cancelled by airlines and i want my full refund as due to pandemic i can't bear such huge fraud no one is responding from clear trip kindly take strict action and help me in getting my full refund

                            I had done the flight ticket booking on Sunday morning 19th of July 2020, I got the e-ticket ( which did not mention if it was confirmed or not) .After a few minutes I got a msg and an email saying that the payment is still under process, after another 1-2 minutes I got a msg and an email saying that the payment wasn't successful, the payment failed so if the money has been deducted from my account then I would be getting the money back in 3 to12 working days . (I am attaching all the details )
                            I tried calling you and the airlines, Indigo, but no one was answering the phone, I tried calling the airport so that I could talk to any representative from the indigo airlines present there, but I just couldn't reach anyone. I have not yet received the refund.
                            As the web check-in also was not available to check if the ticket that you had emailed was a valid ticket or not . (Web check is only available 48hrs before the flight).
                            I had to get a confirmed ticket of Pune to Nagpur for the 21st July 2020 as I had to travel for my college admission . So I booked another ticket through another agent .
                            I checked in by web check-in later that is on Monday 20th July 2020 and I entered the PNR of the booking that you provided me in the e- ticket, and it was allowing me to select the seats and all, so that was an indication that the ticket booking was a valid one and hence I cancelled the booking but I got a message that only a part of the money that I paid that is only Rs 4860/- will be refunded, while I had paid Rs13040/-( I haven't received this refund, I checked with the bank as well)
                            Now I request you to make sure that I get the full amount refunded that is Rs13080/- as soon as possible because I am being charged for your mistake. You sent me an email that the payment was unsuccessful and the money would be refunded back . That is the reason we made another booking .

                                I would like to draw your kind attention towards shoddy service of airline operators and how nonchalantly they play with consumers hard earned money with literally no accountability.
                                Sir I had booked an air travel ticket from Delhi to Goa and back for my travel dates 01 April 2020 to 4th April 2020 via Clear trip booking site with reference Trip ID[protected].The total cost of my fare was Rs 33, 524/- and the receipt of the fare is attached below.The air tickets were booked by SpiceJet 8171 from New Delhi (DEL) to Goa (GOI) for travel date 1st April 20 and Vistara 848 from Goa (GOI) to New Delhi (DEL)for travel date 4 th April 20 for four passengers namely .Priti Mehra, Saurabh Mehra, Prapti Mehra and Himani Shali.

                                When the lockdown was declared by our Hon’ble Prime Minister on 22nd of March 2020, I cancelled my trip on 23rd March 2020 taking a proactive call on widespread pandemic and as a law abiding citizen adhering to guidelines laid down by GOI for prohibiting travels.After incessant requests both to airlines and travel agent, I have only received an amount of Rs 3236/- out of my total fare amount of Rs 33, 524/- eating away my hard earned money of Rs 30, 288/-. I may please submit my complaint

                                A.That the airline companies instead of showing humanitarian virtues, is rather seeing these challenging times as an opportunity to extract unlawful gains from the people who are already in misery due to uncertainties. That the present policy is extremely harsh on the ordinary passengers who book tickets in advance for travelling.That Airlines has given evasive answers and are refusing to give the entire refund and has thus caused mental torture and harassment to the Applicants, and is a deficiency in service. Hence the Applicants are not only entitled to the entire refund of the tickets amount, but also to interest and costs.

                                B.That the action on the part of Airlines instead of providing the full refund of the amount collected for the tickets due to cancellation, providing a Credit Shell, valid upto one year, is clearly in violation of the Civil Aviation Requirement issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) which clearly states that “the option of 17 holding the refund amount in credit shell by the airlines shall be the prerogative of the passenger and not a default practice of the airline.

                                C.That cleartrip has deducted undue service [protected]@Rs 1800/- for services not privided to the customer

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      Please refer to the highlighted text mentioned below from an email received from clear trip on 20th july 2020 regarding refund of mere rs 3236 for my trip id[protected] for goa travel during lockdown period 1st to 4th april 2020.
                                      It is very shocking to know that out of total fare of rs 33, 524/- (Receipt attached) only rs 3236 is refunded to me.
                                      The clear trip has deducted their service charges for services which is not provided and cancellation charges for trip being canceled for travel during the lockdown imposed by the government of india. Under the aegis of the new consumer protection act, 2019, a product manufacturer and seller will be liable to provide compensation for injury or damage caused by a defective product or service. Inter alia the act also adds that in cases where the consumer is injured, the fine to the manufacturer, seller or distributor could go up to rs 5 lakh and up to seven years in jail.

                                      I beg to say that its my hard earned money of which every penny counts. The tickets were canceled in lieu of restrictions imposed by goi and not by my own whims and fancies.

                                      I humbly request once again to kindly refund my entire amount so that i am not put to any further mental agony.

                                        Hi team.

                                        I had booked a ticket for kuala lumpur - bangalore one-way (Trip id:[protected] via cleartrip, they have not refunded the amount from may month although they should have in 42 hours.
                                        The ticket was from malaysian airlines and they have refunded cleartrip the amount. Cleartrip is clearly holding the money from a long time.

                                        I have followed up for 20 + times over various platforms but they are not returning the money.
