I have booked ticket for my parents(Avinash Chandra Shukla and Renuka Shukla) from cleartrip for New Delhi - Amsterdam( return ) for May 02, 2020 - May24, 2020.

Because of Corona, It has been cancelled by Indigo and as per indigo they have refund around 63 thousand INR to cleartrip
Its been since 70 days i have not received my amount in my bank account.I am continuously mailing cleartrip for the same issue.But I have not received my amount.

Attached confirmation mail that i received from Indigo that they have return my amount to cleartrip on 29th April.

        I had booked ticket with the travel agency named cleartrip pnr:-yfqnsa, c9zfkp.
        Due to lockdown all flights were cancelled by the state government so it was impossible for me to travel on 30th april under pnr - yfqnsa. So that means if i was not able to go manglore then it is obvious that my tickets under pnr c9zfkp will also get cancelled. But still i am getting charged cancellation fee of 11, 508. Also the tickets were cancelled in the month of april when the lockdown was extended by honourable uddhavji bala shaheb thackeray. It’s been more the 70 days now i haven’t received a single penny back and i am trying and asking the agency and airlines to refund the amount from 15th june.
        Today i got email from they that they will refund me amount of inr 714 and the amount i paid for booking was 24, 407. The tickets got cancelled due to lockdown extension then why these agencies are doing such fraud.

          My flight was supposed to be from 11th june 2020 to 18 june 2020. I booked my flight using cleartrip but it got cancelled due to coronavirus. I had asked for an refund since may 1st and it has now been over 2 months and they have not yet returned my money. They keep repeating “dont worry it will be there in the next week”, the hell it is. They also said emirates hasn’t returned their money but emirates claims that its from another website. I even mentioned this to cleartrip and they still haven’t done anything. I am really not going to use them again.

                  Gd morning sir, my clear trip Id[protected], i have bokked go air flight from Delhi to leh 21 June. Flight being cancelled by airline that's why I cancelled my booking from my side, . I didn't get my refund till now, I have complaint 3 times with customer care executive, . Plz doo need full as early as possible, otherwise I will take legal action, thanks

                    It's been 2.5 months since i am continuously chasing for my refund amount and not getting any response from cleartrip's side.

                    I am so annoyed and worried about my money as its a huge amount also there is no support & revert from company's end.
                    I want an urgent action to be taken and want my refund on high priority.

                      Why your Not Reply Please refund my amount
                      I have been asking for refund of my cancel trip but still not paid and trid id is - Trip ID:[protected].
                      It says refunded but amount not received.
                      Please advise at the earliest before i file a legal case.

                          Dear sir,

                          I booked a flight with following details through amazon pay (Via hdfc bank credit card) for my wife:
                          Name: nupur rohida
                          Booking date: 26th june, 2020
                          Flight date: 28th june, 2020
                          From mumbai to hyderabad
                          Pnr no. Y0s12
                          Flight: ai 617

                          And return journey
                          Pnr: llvb8a
                          Flight date: 9th july, 2020
                          Flight: indigo 6e969
                          From hyderabad to mumbai

                          When i completed the formalities by making payment through my hdfc credit card, i got the message that
                          The 'payment failed.'

                          Hence, immediately i booked another ticket under the following coordinates:
                          Pnr: y0rhl for mumbai to hyderabad
                          And rnubrn for hyderabad with same flight details.

                          The payment was made successfully.

                          To my surprise, when my wife reached at the airport, she was told that there are two pnrs
                          Issued in her name.

                          My wife explained them the case and asked them to cancel one pnr (I. E. Y0s12 and llvb8a)
                          Which they did promptly and my wife traveled on pnr y0rhl to hyderabad.

                          I checked with my hdfc credit card customer care and they confirmed that there are two
                          Payments debited on my account.

                          When the payment failed, how come two payments are debited in my account? I seek the
                          Refund of one payment of rs.6529/- at the earliest.

                          I spoke to amazonpay team, they have directed me to you.
                          When i tried calling on your customer care number [protected]/[protected], there is no reply. I tried
                          Calling on this number on so many occasions but no result.

                          You are requested to look into the matter and oblige with the refund at the earliest.

                            I had booked a flight on Feb 28 2020 for the Flight Srilankan Airlines from (Mumbai to Male) scheduled on March 19th 2020 (Trip ID:[protected] via Cleartrip and paid 61 k for four passengers. The flight got cancelled due to COVID situation on 17th /18th March before travel date and I got a message saying flight got cancelled .

                            Since then I have been chasing Cleartrip with the booking reference #[protected] to process my full refund amount.

                            This is clear full refund case as scheduled flight on 19th March got cancelled one day prior and I got a message saying the scheduled flight has got cancelled.
                            After that I had been rasing request and trying to connect with cleartrip - they are just sending automated emails that we are in process of refunding your amount - they had given 2-3 dates for the refund process but unfortunately it is still not refunded yet.
                            I am frustrated a lot over this, request your help and intervention to please have cleartrip pay the refund amount in full without further delay..

                              I booked a indigo flight for Amd-Bom which cost me 3193/-. I received an email from Indigo saying they have cancelled the flight. Instructions on Cleartrip website said that incase airline cancel the flight I maybe entitled to full refund. they also had instructions asking in such a case I need to cancel the booking on cleartrip and select the option "flight cancelled by airlines". i followed all the procedure and after 15 days receive my refund of amount 103/- only.
                              I looked up in indigo regarding my refund and it showed that they have refunded 2903/- (see attached) whereas cleartrip showed the refund saying airline charged 2500rs for cancellation (attached). And guess what? no customer care numbers working, either switched off or they cancel my call.

                                Dear Team,

                                Greetings!

                                This is in regard to the cleartrip booking ID:[protected]. I had made this booking in the month of Feb 2020 for travel in the month of March 2020. My flight was cancelled by the airline (Vistara) in the second week of March 2020 due to the pandemic.

                                I have a letter from the airline stating that they have initiated full refund on my PNR to cleartrip in the month of April itself. The letter is attached for your reference. However, Cleartrip has not initiated my refund till date. Also, they have not been replying to my emails. There is no other means of communication.

                                I request you to kindly intervene and help me resolve this pending issue at the earliest.

                                Your help in this matter would highly be appreciated.

                                    Ceartrip is cheating consumer with false flexify ticket that charge 250 more prices than the normal rate of the ticket.
                                    When it comes to using the ticket to change the flight schedule consumer can't change it with no available any customer support.

                                        I booked my flight from lucknow to srinagar with pnr KM752N but it was cancelled and emailed that it will be refunded but now they have neither refunded the amount nor responding to emails and direct messages

                                        PNR NO[protected].I have booked my round about ticket for my trip to Bangalore on 17.3.21 and return 19.3.21 then rescheduled it to 24.3.21--26.3.21.As per the flexy fly terms I am entitled to get a certain amount as refund amount. Usually the refund will be effected through the bank account from which the payment was made. This time you seem to complicate the process .Please refund my amount through the account detailed below.
