I booked a flight with following details through amazon pay (Via hdfc bank credit card) for my wife:
Name: nupur rohida
Booking date: 26th june, 2020
Flight date: 28th june, 2020
From mumbai to hyderabad
Pnr no. Y0s12
Flight: ai 617
And return journey
Pnr: llvb8a
Flight date: 9th july, 2020
Flight: indigo 6e969
From hyderabad to mumbai
When i completed the formalities by making payment through my hdfc credit card, i got the message that
The 'payment failed.'
Hence, immediately i booked another ticket under the following coordinates:
Pnr: y0rhl for mumbai to hyderabad
And rnubrn for hyderabad with same flight details.
The payment was made successfully.
To my surprise, when my wife reached at the airport, she was told that there are two pnrs
Issued in her name.
My wife explained them the case and asked them to cancel one pnr (I. E. Y0s12 and llvb8a)
Which they did promptly and my wife traveled on pnr y0rhl to hyderabad.
I checked with my hdfc credit card customer care and they confirmed that there are two
Payments debited on my account.
When the payment failed, how come two payments are debited in my account? I seek the
Refund of one payment of rs.6529/- at the earliest.
I spoke to amazonpay team, they have directed me to you.
When i tried calling on your customer care number [protected]/[protected], there is no reply. I tried
Calling on this number on so many occasions but no result.
You are requested to look into the matter and oblige with the refund at the earliest.
