I booked a indigo flight for Amd-Bom which cost me 3193/-. I received an email from Indigo saying they have cancelled the flight. Instructions on Cleartrip website said that incase airline cancel the flight I maybe entitled to full refund. they also had instructions asking in such a case I need to cancel the booking on cleartrip and select the option "flight cancelled by airlines". i followed all the procedure and after 15 days receive my refund of amount 103/- only.
I looked up in indigo regarding my refund and it showed that they have refunded 2903/- (see attached) whereas cleartrip showed the refund saying airline charged 2500rs for cancellation (attached). And guess what? no customer care numbers working, either switched off or they cancel my call.

    Dear Team,

    Greetings!

    This is in regard to the cleartrip booking ID:[protected]. I had made this booking in the month of Feb 2020 for travel in the month of March 2020. My flight was cancelled by the airline (Vistara) in the second week of March 2020 due to the pandemic.

    I have a letter from the airline stating that they have initiated full refund on my PNR to cleartrip in the month of April itself. The letter is attached for your reference. However, Cleartrip has not initiated my refund till date. Also, they have not been replying to my emails. There is no other means of communication.

    I request you to kindly intervene and help me resolve this pending issue at the earliest.

    Your help in this matter would highly be appreciated.

        Ceartrip is cheating consumer with false flexify ticket that charge 250 more prices than the normal rate of the ticket.
        When it comes to using the ticket to change the flight schedule consumer can't change it with no available any customer support.

            I booked my flight from lucknow to srinagar with pnr KM752N but it was cancelled and emailed that it will be refunded but now they have neither refunded the amount nor responding to emails and direct messages

            PNR NO[protected].I have booked my round about ticket for my trip to Bangalore on 17.3.21 and return 19.3.21 then rescheduled it to 24.3.21--26.3.21.As per the flexy fly terms I am entitled to get a certain amount as refund amount. Usually the refund will be effected through the bank account from which the payment was made. This time you seem to complicate the process .Please refund my amount through the account detailed below.

              I cancelled my flight to baku (Azerbaijan airlines) last march 2020 due to pandemic. They promised me that they will process the payment and wait until 100 days. So the promised date is 23 june 2020 says that the refund will be initiated. Until now they did not process the refund and the money was not refunded to my account. I am really unsatisfied with the cleartrip in regards with this handling of refunds. Its inappropriate and unacceptable!

                It's been 4 or 5 months i was waiting for my refund. Until now, i didn't receive any update from your side.

                I keep sending an email every week but i am not able to get any information or reply regarding my issue.

                Please do the needful and update me on what is the status of my refund.

                  Cleartrip it has been 3 months but i have not received the refund of my canceled flights due to covid19. Yatraofficial refunded very soon. But cleartrip is not providing the refund. Whereas airline as already refunded the amount to cleartrip. Customer care no. Is also not working from so long. My booking pnrs are kldr3q and ngeh9c

                    Dear cleartrip when will I receive my refund..my neighbor recieve they're refund on March why for me it's taking long time ..the ticket was cancelled by airline also Saudi Airline same as to my neighbor ticket why mine till now I did not receive refund you send mail before after I filled my refund that I will wait only for 5-7 days what happen it's already 4months now.

                      I have cancelled a ticket with trip id [protected] on 21st april on cleartrip. It was an international trip ticket. Now it has been more than 2 months that i am waiting for an update that when i will get my money back. I have been writing to the cleartrip customer care also. But i always get a response that we are working on it. How much more time is it required for the company to refund money not sure

                        I have booked the flight for 28th march booked on 18th march 2020 but lockdown started on 24 th march midnight after which all flights where automatically cancelled and received cancellation confirmation n 26th march after so many follow ups and and escalation still have not received the payment back.                           I paid rs. 11462/- on 23rd june 2020 to book a air ticket, my bank account has been debited and the amount has been transferred to cleartrip account. I have written to cleartrip also with transaction details. Also another problem which i experienced that their customer care number not providing any support to customer. We have to only go through cleartrip website where i could not find any option to register my complaint. I wrote to customercare email id but yet not received any update from them.

                          Requesting cleartrip to refund my amount at the earliest.

                            Hi,
                            This is regarding the poor services of www.cleartip.com
                            I booked a return ticket from delhi to bagdogra (Trip id[protected]
                            Due to covid, my return flight and hotel booking got cancelled. I tried to contact cleartrip many times to get some alternate way to postpone the ticket but their lousie customer services never responded.

                            The worst part is that they also deducted money for all 4 tickets. I realized that we do not need such cunning middlemen for bookings. Airline is the ultimate authority and we should directly book tickets from it. My entire money got wasted, i could have saved some had i not been with cleartrip.

                            From my side, there is a big no to cleartrip in future. Beware of such cheats who run away when you really need them.

                              Clear trip not responding on mails and not giving the refund.. I cancelled the ticket with 24 hours. Airlines already have processed the refund to cleartrip but this clear trip and not giving the refund

                                I have booked a ticket from kanpur to ahmedabad for 1 july for 2 people

                                1) wife - divya
                                2) daughter - omi

                                I have entered my wife name as divya yogesh panjwani, now because of some issue, this is coming as yogesh panjwani.

                                I have requested them multiple times to change the name and enter divya as first name and yogesh as middle name.

                                But they are literally denying that.

                                So i am raising a formal complain this.

                                  I have book my flight ticket from mumbai to gorakhpur (Spice jet) my pnr number is nbfpfj my ticket amount is 10009. My flight was canceled due to covid -19 but clear trip refund my amount only 759 rupees. I have spoke with spice jet so customer care is telling that i have refund your ticket amount to clear trip agency.

                                  Kindly help on that part.

                                    I rescheduled my flight (Indigo) via cleartrip from June 12 to July 25.

                                    The ticket is confirmed and a refund amount of Rs 3000 approx. was mentioned.

                                    I rechecked my itinerary in cleartrip website, the amount regarding refund was not mentioned anywhere.

                                    I tried to contact cleartrip, but could not. The "cleartrip support" is not working and I can not contact via phone.

                                    So I mailed to "[protected]@cleartrip.com" regarding the issue.

                                    I got reply that "online amendment failed and flight was as per original schedule". So, "no refund" will be initiated by Indigo.

                                    I have the ticket which is scheduled on July 25 via Indigo.

                                    Please resolve my issue. I want my refund back and also my flight should be on July 25.

                                    This complain is against "Cleartrip".

                                        I have been followup with cleartrip thru their email since 20th mar, 2020 as trip was cancelled for both sides on 12th march, 2020 due to covid-19. However i have got one side amount, but not for another. This is very disappointing to say even after about 20+ mails given and indigo mails confirmation also given that indigo has already refund my amount, but cleartrip is denying that indigo is not reverting about my trip / pnr and wasting my time & energy for my hard earned money about 20k.
