I booked my tickets from Sharjah to Trivandrum in Indigo Airlines through Cleartrip on November 2019. Myself and my wife travelled from Sharjah to Trivandrum on 28th February 2020. Return date was 28th March 2020. Due to covid19 pandemic, intl flight services temporarily suspended and therefore Indigo flight services stopped my trip was cancelled by airlines. I claimed my return ticket refund and as per Indigo airlines, they have already initiated my ticket fare refund on March Itself. When I inquired about the status of my refund with Cleartrip, they said that this refund status is still under processing. Now there is no call attending services, instead we should contact through online. But whenever we ilI contact them through online, will receive auto reply set only for the last three month. No clear information and professional response from them. Already 90 days completed, and still waiting for the refund amount.
