Sir, one of my flight booking with cleartrip id[protected] whichbi booked through amazon, i have cancelled in amazon and while contacting through indigo they told me that refund has been processed to travel agency account. And one more flight with cleartrip id[protected] which i booked through amazon, i have rescheduled the date and i am suppose to get refund of rs6918 which is fare difference. The same amount has been refunded to travel agency account as informed by indigo. I have contacted cleartrip customer care manytimes buy fed up of their repeated message asking me to wait for 60 days to get the refund. Cleartrip customer care does not know latest dgca guideline all cancelled amount should be refunded within 3 weeks.in amazon order page one of the ticket is shown as ticket cancelled and refund amount is rs0 and for another ticket it is shown as trip completed. During lockdown how my trip will be completed. I have already talked with indigo and they told me that my amount has already refunded to travel agency account.in this present situation i need my cash else i have to bear extra interest for credit card.     This is a one way ticket i had booked to travel between toronto and montreal on 31st march 2020. The plan was changed as i could not travle due to ongoing covid-19 situation and the trip was cancelled via app.

    I checked with westjet airlines and they are providing full refund for all trips booked on or before 3/15 and i myself have received refund for bookings done via google.com with westjet.

    However cleartrip is not willing to pass across the ticket or mark the ticket as open and deducted the whole amount including their processing charges. Please refund the ticket as per airlines policy as westjet is doing so for all flights.

      I was supposed to travel with my wife to toronto on 27th march 2020. Due to covid-19 lockdown etihad had cancelled my flight (Via abudhabi) and i initiated a cancellation on cleartrip app regarding the same.

      I received a confirmation email on the cancellation from cleartrip on 22nd march and even contacted their support regarding the same. They said the refund will be done in next 5-7 working days.

      However now when i check the status it shows that we have travelled on the flight and the cleartrip is showing us as a "no show" where in we have cancelled 5 days prior to the trip.

          My name is harvinder singh, i booked my indigo flight pnr # um6upd via cleartrip which got cancelled due to corona threat, indigo has already refunded the payment on 7th march to cleartrip, however cleartrip hasn't initiated the refund till date.
          I request indigo to refund the amount else i would be forced to take legal action.

              I was make the ticket with make clear trip on 20th March 2020 Dubai to Jaipur and flight schedule on 29th March 2020 but India has been lock down and not flight schedule from dubai to Jaipur.So many mails send from clear trip mail id but not revert.I was follow up last 1 Month Please refund the my ticket full amount 8900 Rs and amount debit in my SBI saving account.

                Although the airlines (Indigo) has refunded the amount to cleartrip, they are not transferring the amount in my bank account. Every time say that its with the finance team and will take more time. They dont give any specific reason for the delay

                    I have to complain that I booked a flight for 1 April 2020, when suddenly the Airlines cancelled all the flights and informed to process a full refund. However, from ClearTrip, there is no such response confirming the same. It says the refund will take up to 60 days due to COVID-19 crisis. Yes, I understand the situation, but there should be a way to follow up with customer care regarding the status of the refund to have a sense of security. But now my hopes are fading since I have not received any response from Cleartrip for almost a month.

                          Dear team

                          Reference to the complaint id: 2609636 through consumer through consumer complaints forum dated 9th april 2020 to clear trip.

                          It is very disappointing that in spite of multiple written complaints and reminders to clear trip customer care and registered complaint through consumer complaint forum there is no response from clear trip till date.

                          This is a serious matter of concern, in the way clear trip is treatintg client in a very arrogant and unprofessional way.

                          I want my ticket cancelled for pnr# yhw55p and the complete money refunded to my account through which the ticket was booked.

                          Failing which i will be forced to go legally against clear trip without any further intimation.

                              Good day! Dear cleartrip team,

                              I am one of the customer who booked a flight for my family members for a two way travel using cleartrip, paid with my debit card with the details below:

                              Cleartrip - trip id:[protected]

                              1. Pnr/booking ref.: hf4ywi - indigo 6e 444 hyd 09:50 11:20 bdq fri, 03 apr 2020 1h 30m fri, 03 apr 2020 hyderabad - rajiv gandhi international economy vadodara – vadodara
                              2. Pnr/booking ref.: kj28qz - indigo 6e 464 bdq 11:50 13:35 hyd tue, 07 apr 2020 1h 45m tue, 07 apr 2020 vadodara - vadodara economy hyderabad - rajiv gandhi

                              The above flights were cancelled by the service provider indigo before they have changed their refund policy and they have refunded the money to cleartrip (Attached email acknowledgement from indigo for your reference). I have checked the status of the aforesaid trip id in my cleartrip account and it says refunded to my debit card.

                              Further i had called indigo and cleartrip about the refund status where indigo confirmed me of processing refund to the cleartrip. Further i had used the escalation matrix from the cleartrip website to raise a query and i have been told that the payment is processed into my account but there was a gate way error of techprocess and they are resolving it at the earliest. The refund will appear into my account in a day or two.

                              It’s been 24 days i have been chasing this refund. I have escalated this matter with the customer service department referring to the escalation matrix on your website.

                              Balkrishna the escalation officer who responded to my query is apparently doing his best to get the refund however it’s been 24 days now and i just get to hear about some error in the gateway.

                              Getting helpless of your escalation officer borrowing time from me and unable to let me know by when my refund be really processed i am reaching out to you with a lot of difficulties.

                              You may refer to the trail email, it has all the details.

                              Awaiting response in the matter at the earliest from the cleartrip team as i am into deep financial crisis have been dependent on the commitment of this getting resolved at the earliest by the escalation officer.

                                Self booked flight ticket with indigo airlines through cleartrip for travel from ahmedabad to chennai on 15th apr 2020. Same got cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic lockdown. On checking with airlines regarding cancellation they confirmed the refund of money in the form of credit shell.                                     Dear cleartrip, my flight was cancelled by the airline due to corona virus restriction. From indigo airline make credit shell against my pnr number for next booking. I need credit shell authorization from cleartrip side. But cleartrip customer support is not available for any support and my credit shell authorization. How can i book my flight whenever they are not authorized the credit shell?? Its very pathetic experience with cleartrip. I recommend all public please do not book your ticket with cleartrip.
