Dear sir

Here i am registering my complaint against cleartrip. I booked 4 air tickets of indigo airlines through clear trip for travelling to india - kozhikode from doha - qatar on march 20, 2020 and back from india to doha on april 26, 2020.
Unfortunately due to corona virus issue the flight was cancelled by the airline company so i couldn't make my trip. Then i have only option remain and that is ticket cancellation....

I have cancelled my booking under trip ID[protected], The Airline indigo has already issued refund to Clear trip under PNR # JLFRVD on 28th March 20.
but the refund not credited in my account ....

I want tocanncel my booking

I have booked 16 tickets for Pune to Bhubaneswar (IndiGo), but cancelled all tickets due to COVID-19.

I got the Credit Note acknowledgement from IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Limited) on 31st March-2020 but still the amount is not credited credit card....

We have booked 7 tickets from jaipur to goa for dated 15 th oct 19. Under trip id[protected] &[protected]. Due to some unavoidable reason we has cancelled all the tickets. As per clear trip policy you people should have charged rs 500 per ticket as a cancellation fee. But you people have been charged so much. I had booked tickets through clear-trip website on march 3rd, 2020. I have not received any trip id though email. But my confirmed ticket booking number was yhw55p. 3 passengers travelling from chennai to doha on 1st may 2020 and return ticket on 30th may to chennai via bangalore. Due to this ongoing covid-19 crisis i wanted to cancel the tickets to be safe for my family.

Very pathetic customer service from cleartrip. I booked a flight from bangalore to kannur for march 26th 2020 through cleartrip. As flight got cancelled then indigo gave confirmation regarding credit shell. The amount i paid for flight is 4800 inr. Trip id is[protected]. Booking was confirmed. Subsequently cancelled by you. You inform me by mail that if the amount (Rs.4009.00) debited from my account, it will be refunded within 4 to 12 days. Booking date was 20.3.2020.
My account was also debited by rs.4009.00 on 20.3.2020.
Till date (06.04.2020) that
Amount (4009.00) has not been refunded by you and not credited to my account.
I request you to refund...

My trip id[protected] from kolkata to dibrugarh has been cancelled on 28/03/2020 and credit note received from the indigo airlines, but cleartrip is showing my credit shell will be refunded on 26th may 2020.

This is so very unprofessional and worst of cleartrip and it's services.

I am so very disheartened and i don't know how do i use my refund as i am not a very frequent flyer.
