My flight has been booked through cleartrip and that flight is cancelled by the airlines and saying that reschedule of flight is possible only through cleartrip and now cleartrip is not responding even not replying my mails i have no means to contact them please let me know if they are ready to assist me in this emergency condition else i will file a legal complaint against them with the claim of my loss

    Good day! Dear cleartrip team,

    I am one of the customer who booked a flight for my family members for a two way travel using cleartrip, paid with my debit card with the details below:

    Cleartrip - trip id:[protected]

    1. Pnr/booking ref.: hf4ywi - indigo 6e 444 hyd 09:50 11:20 bdq fri, 03 apr 2020 1h 30m fri, 03 apr 2020 hyderabad - rajiv gandhi international economy vadodara – vadodara
    2. Pnr/booking ref.: kj28qz - indigo 6e 464 bdq 11:50 13:35 hyd tue, 07 apr 2020 1h 45m tue, 07 apr 2020 vadodara - vadodara economy hyderabad - rajiv gandhi

    The above flights were cancelled by the service provider indigo before they have changed their refund policy and they have refunded the money to cleartrip (Attached email acknowledgement from indigo for your reference). I have checked the status of the aforesaid trip id in my cleartrip account and it says refunded to my debit card.

    Further i had called indigo and cleartrip about the refund status where indigo confirmed me of processing refund to the cleartrip. Further i had used the escalation matrix from the cleartrip website to raise a query and i have been told that the payment is processed into my account but there was a gate way error of techprocess and they are resolving it at the earliest. The refund will appear into my account in a day or two.

    It’s been 24 days i have been chasing this refund. I have escalated this matter with the customer service department referring to the escalation matrix on your website.

    Balkrishna the escalation officer who responded to my query is apparently doing his best to get the refund however it’s been 24 days now and i just get to hear about some error in the gateway.

    Getting helpless of your escalation officer borrowing time from me and unable to let me know by when my refund be really processed i am reaching out to you with a lot of difficulties.

    You may refer to the trail email, it has all the details.

    Awaiting response in the matter at the earliest from the cleartrip team as i am into deep financial crisis have been dependent on the commitment of this getting resolved at the earliest by the escalation officer.

      Self booked flight ticket with indigo airlines through cleartrip for travel from ahmedabad to chennai on 15th apr 2020. Same got cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic lockdown. On checking with airlines regarding cancellation they confirmed the refund of money in the form of credit shell. On contrary to the above cleartrip has not yet confirmed the same and unable to contact them by any means.

      Due to the above sel[censored]nable to book the flight ticket with the refund amount.

        Had called up your riyadh office [protected] on 13 april 2020, requesting to cancel this and to arrange refund the amount in full due to current covid19 issue. We got information that the complaint has been raised to concerned department and will get a feed back with in 24 hours.

        Regret to inform you that no satisfactory reply has been received till date. I have made several follow ups by phone and e-mails, and the follow up message are not going through and it is getting bounced.

        I urge your assistance to cancel this ticket by refunding the amount in full.

          Dear cleartrip, my flight was cancelled by the airline due to corona virus restriction. From indigo airline make credit shell against my pnr number for next booking. I need credit shell authorization from cleartrip side. But cleartrip customer support is not available for any support and my credit shell authorization. How can i book my flight whenever they are not authorized the credit shell?? Its very pathetic experience with cleartrip. I recommend all public please do not book your ticket with cleartrip.

                  And I follow what is the procedure I cancel my ticket and ask for refund but till now I did not receive any message from Saudi Airline or cleartrip regarding this refund it's more than 23 days but it's seems like I'm waiting for nothing.

                    I have sent an email from april 1 regarding the cancellation of my brother's booking under reference number[protected], until now i have not receive my refund even i gave my dubai hsbc iban for the refund. Please assist. I'm trying to cancel the flight online, however the otp is really late, hence i cannot do the cancellation on line. I have received an email on 26th march advising emirates airlines cancel the trip. However, i cannot cancel the booking online via cleartrip support cancellation site.                       Mumbai - seattle return trip which was expected to depart march 26th 2020.
                      The flight was cancelled by delta airlines because of corona virus and they confirmed to me in email that i will get full refund for the trip. Since i booked the trip via cleartrip, despite trying to reach them on call a hundred times in vain, i went ahead and cancelled this online on 19th march. I have received no refund from then until now - it has been 1 month!! And in the meanwhile, i need to pay my credit card dues including the flight fare of ~ rs 70, 000. There is no way to reach these guys - contact center is closed. There is no support whatsoever online other than saying it will take 60 days to refund a trip which was cancelled by the airline!!! This is absolutely unacceptable service - even under corona virus circumstances!!. I want to sue you guys for mental harassment and fraud.

                        I booked a flight via amazon who's traveling partner is cleartrip (Clear trip id[protected] pnr-ofpquv) travel date -8 april which got canceled due to covid 19 lockdown.. I got a confirmation from indigo that, i will receive a full refund (11000/- email attached) but today i got a mail from amazon that i will receive only 3444/- rs. As a refund and the same amount is showing at clear trip site as well..

                          I have booked ticket for my daughter on 28th Mar, 20, which has been automatic cancelled due to Corona virus issues. Now, we got confirmation from flight vendor (Indigo), that Credit shell has been issues INR- 3671, however there is no information from Cleartrip, neither they are picking phone on Customer care. There is no process for booking same ticket on another date using Credit shell. Need support from dealing with cleartrip kind of companies.

                          I cancelled my ticket on feb14th
                          I haven't received any credit shell refund from Cleartrip which I am supposed to receive . All their lines are engaged and none of their executive are providing adequate support. Expecting a call back soon from Cleartrip
                          I had booked a round trip ticket to Trivandrum-Delhi-Trivandrum through Clear trip. But due to some reason Indigo had cancelled the return flight from Delhi-Trivandrum (6E-2113). I also go the ticked cancelled through Indigo and they provided me with a credit note. But I have still not received the amount credit to my account from M/s ClearTrip. Attached here with copy of Credit note received from Indigo and copy of Ticket.

                              I am waiting for so long.. Air asia my airline already refunded my entire booking amount to cleartrip. But cleartrip is not refunding me..
                              I already shared the transaction id as well which u had received from the airline..
                              All though they are confusing me my doing miss committment regarding credit shell.

                              When airline is refunded the amount due to covid-19 outbreak as per my request then goibibo should also refund my amount. I want my entire amount back in my mode of payment..

                              My pnr is f6j7rx.
                              And my trip id is id[protected].

                                Here i am registering my complaint against cleartrip. I booked 4 air tickets of indigo airlines through clear trip for travelling to india - kozhikode from doha - qatar on march 20, 2020 and back from india to doha on april 26, 2020.
                                Unfortunately due to corona virus issue the flight was cancelled by the airline company so i couldn't make my trip. Then i have only option remain and that is ticket cancellation. Same time airline authority replied me that they refunded the full amount to clear trip for the up and down trip and i can claim from them, but the clear trip refunded only very small amount of my trip, where i eligible to get the full amount.                                       I have booked 16 tickets for Pune to Bhubaneswar (IndiGo), but cancelled all tickets due to COVID-19.

                                      I got the Credit Note acknowledgement from IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Limited) on 31st March-2020 but still the amount is not credited credit card.

                                        We have booked 7 tickets from jaipur to goa for dated 15 th oct 19. Under trip id[protected] &[protected]. Due to some unavoidable reason we has cancelled all the tickets. As per clear trip policy you people should have charged rs 500 per ticket as a cancellation fee. But you people have been charged so much. We have talked about the same to go air also they have informed us that they have refunded total16541 from both pnr nos. But finaly we got only rs 3580. Plz look into the matter otherwise i will take the nessessory action. Go air detals has been attached.
