Following are my flight booking details on cleartrip
1) date booked 12th march 2020 and paid in full through credit card.

3) covid 19 lockdown instituted in india till apr 14 by prime minister on 24th march
4) called cleartrip support but i was kept on hold and no response
5) there is no refund or policy available for covid 19 lockdown on cleartrip app or website, nor is there any information provided by cleartrip.
6) i mailed cleartrip customer care asking support, and i was mailed back that they could change dates of my travel. I asked to provide me an open ticket so i could choose the dates when the covid 19 situation becomes clear from the government.
7) cleartrip support mailed back saying my flight has been made "open" and i could choose another flight date. However, there was no link nor was there any complaint number given for reference. On asking for a complaint number i stopped getting replies altogether.
8) on 28th march i started receiving mails and messages from cleartrip stating that my flight is on 2nd april from delhi to toronto and on 11th apr from toronto to delhi as per the above itenary
9) this means there has been no change in my status and cleartrip is keeping my money without providing any service.
10) on trying to contact airlines, i have received feedback that since i have booked a flight through cleartrip, i should reahc out to them for cancellation and refunds
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is regarding the refund issue and worst service of CLEARTRIP.
I m looking for refund for cancelled flight due to COVID 19.
