We have booked 7 tickets from jaipur to goa for dated 15 th oct 19. Under trip id[protected] &[protected]. Due to some unavoidable reason we has cancelled all the tickets. As per clear trip policy you people should have charged rs 500 per ticket as a cancellation fee. But you people have been charged so much. We have talked about the same to go air also they have informed us that they have refunded total16541 from both pnr nos. But finaly we got only rs 3580. Plz look into the matter otherwise i will take the nessessory action. Go air detals has been attached.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had booked a return flight with Indigo through your agency but due to current circumstances the flight is cancelled . After contacting with Indigo directly, they had refunded full amount to your agency but I was paid only AED 292 of AED 896 from cleartrip. ID[protected] .I wish to get full amount as refund.

    Trip id is[protected]. Booking was confirmed. Subsequently cancelled by you. You inform me by mail that if the amount (Rs.4009.00) debited from my account, it will be refunded within 4 to 12 days. Booking date was 20.3.2020.
    My account was also debited by rs.4009.00 on 20.3.2020.
    Till date (06.04.2020) that
    Amount (4009.00) has not been refunded by you and not credited to my account.
    I request you to refund the money (Rs.4009.00) immediately.
    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    CLEAR TRIP HAS BLOCKED ALL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS. TRIP ID[protected]. FLIGHT FROM SYDNEY TO MUMBAI APRIL 1 -2020 cancelled. No way i can contact them all mails not replied phone calls not answered i am in a lurch. ETHIHAD PNR WKNWBN. PLS HELP

      My trip id[protected] from kolkata to dibrugarh has been cancelled on 28/03/2020 and credit note received from the indigo airlines, but cleartrip is showing my credit shell will be refunded on 26th may 2020.

      This is so very unprofessional and worst of cleartrip and it's services.

      I am so very disheartened and i don't know how do i use my refund as i am not a very frequent flyer.

      Please help.

        18TH MARCH 2020 FROM DELHI INTERNATIONAL AIR PORT, TRAVEL COUNTER.
        PAYMENT TO CLEAR TRIP.COM
        VALUE OF THE TRANSACTION : LKR 355, 974.13

        This is a written confirmation to cancel.

        My niece Shakira Coonghe bearing the Irish passport number PI7065465 who is an Irish citizen was in India from January after visiting Sri Lanka end of last year. Due to the COVID19 pandemic situation she was trying to get an Airline ticket from Delhi International Air Port (From an Airline Ticketing counter inside the airport) to United Kingdom wanted my help to purchase the ticket and I gave her my Credit Card Details to her due to the Urgent situation. After Travel Agent made the purchase the following message was received by me.

        “QCG-167008 is your one time password. It is valid till 06:32 PM Srilanka time for your online transaction on your SCB card ending 0663. For assistance call +[protected] “

        After receiving the above message I informed the above indicated one time password to my niece. After this I received the following message on my mobile.

        “An overseas TRX of LKR 355974.13 was made on your card ending 0663 on 18/03/2020 subject to exchange rate and fees. Your avail bal is LKR 539058.11”

        But after a while my niece informed me the that the Travel Agent informed her that the transaction was not received by the travel agent and therefore the ticket can not be issued. She sent me the following photos of the Travel Agent’s computer screen as well.

        Then I called the Standard Charted 24 Hour Customer Service Center[protected] and inquired in to this matter and the bank informed me that the transaction has gone through to the “Clear trip.com” and the Authorization Code for the transaction was “060711” and to inform this to the Travel Agent in India. The telephone number indicated in their web site is +[protected] and the Trip ID informed to my niece by the travel agent was [protected]. But using the above details it is not possible to contact Clear Trip.com

        I gave the above information to my niece and I also spoke to the travel Agent through my niece’s phone and the travel agent informed that she will get in touch with her bank and check as according to system the payment has not come to them up to that time. Photos of the Travel Agent who made the Transaction is given below.

        After the Travel Agent checking from the bank informed that the payment has still not come and the ticket cannot be issued.

        Then I informed my niece to inform the travel agent to cancel the transaction and the travel agent has informed my niece that the transaction was cancelled.

        Then I called Standard Charted Call center and informed of the matter and informed to cancel the transaction. Further to this I’m sending this letter in order to get the following actions and information from you as Standard Charted has issued my card and I have been using this card for a very long time and this is the first time some thing like this happened to me.

        1) Please take immediate action to cancel the above transaction of LKR 355, 974.13
        2) What is the reason that the Airline ticket could not be purchased in this case ( Any credit card users primary objective is not to spend, but to spend for a specific requirement or a reason.
        3) The telephone number indicated in the Cleartrip.com web site is +[protected] and the Trip ID informed to my niece by the travel agent was [protected]. But using the above details it is not possible to contact Clear Trip.com. Is this a Fake company?

        Awaiting your Urgent action on the above and await your reply on the same.

          Sir, i how made a flight booking with cleartrip booking id[protected]
          And i have made flight changes directly with indigo airlines and the respective refund amount is pending, when will i get it.

          Details of mail sent to indigo airlines-
          I have a refund amount to be received from indigo airlines for pnr-jehfsy&vfu7ti of rupees 814&224 respectively.
          How long it would take for the refund processes its been almost 20 days now.

          I received the reply from indigo airlines they told me that they have refund the amount to the the booking agent

            I was scheduled to go to dehradun from pune via delhi and on 23.05.2020 by air (Booking id with clear trip[protected] and booked my round tickets through the above mentioned company. My return journey date was 01.06.2020.
            Due to the present issue of corona pandemic, i want to cancell my trip and hence applied to the above company through their website. However i find that the refund which is calculated by the company is totally unreasonable and it is a huge financial loss for me.
            I will request forum here, to look in the matter and advice the company to refund my full amount without any delay as i am applying for the cancellation well in advance.
            I request the forum to take cognizence of my complaint.

              I have booked flight tickets on cleartrip.com on 20th jan 2020 i. E. Trip id [protected]. For a round trip from goa to pondicherry (Via hydrabad) on the 14th of apr 2020 and return trip on the 19th 0f apr 2020.

              Due to covid 19 as all flights are cancelled upto the 14th of apr 2020 and hence i would like to cancel the trip.

              All calls made to the cleartrip helpline numbers give a standard message that all flight support is available online only.

              However when i use this option i get the message "sorry, unable to get your details right now..."

              This has been happening consistently till date.

              An email to their email id - [protected]@cleartrip.com was followed up by an auto reply message from the as below

              Dear customer,

              Thank you for contacting cleartrip customer care. This support id is not functional anymore. We request you to please reach us on:

                I booked 4 tickets through cleartrip under booking ref i3w56t. Since there was a lockdown in india, my flight got cancelled by the airline and as per their information i was told to contact cleartrip to claim for full refund in this ticket. But even after sending lots of email and tried calling them several time, nobody response back to me. My flight was supposed to take on 28 march 2020 but till today 5th april 2020, i haven’t receive any response regarding for this flight. I fell helpless as nobody is helping me in this pandemic situation. I can’t afford to buy another 4 tickets, i’m out of money and i’m literarily stranded here in delhi. Everything is out of stock, we’re broke, and my family needs to go back to my hometown. The flight will be soon operate again once this lockdown is over but my flight is already cancelled and nobody reinstate my flight nor refund my money. I really need help at this point of time. I feel like i’m being played by cleartrip as nobody cares about it, all they cared about is getting money from the customer. Can anybody help me?

                    I have booked my flight ticket via clear trip.com for my journey from bahrain to hyderabad via dubai. However due to the prevailing situation on covid-19 the onward flight has been cancelled due to wich my journey was at stake. When i contacted the airline to cancel the ticket and refund, they insisted on me to contact the agent since the booking was done through them.

                    I have not received proper customer support since then, i had to call them repeatedly to cancel my booking. The customer service number provided for bahrain isn't active and dosent get connected. I tried reaching them through my indian pals, they dont reposnd wisely. They always claim the airline (Emirates) hasn't responded which is completely false. I have contacted the airline myself and they say the refund process is completed.

                    It has been more than 35 days, the refund is still due.in the earlier email they stated the refund would be processed in 30 days. But that timeline has also elapsed and no professional behaviour is shown by clear trip agents.

                    Please blacklist the service provider and cancel their license as soon as possible. I have seen people lodge the similar complaints in the facebook page where the refund is due for many many years and months surprisingly.

                    I have attached my ticket and email from cleartrip for the refund. Please also look into this matter very seriously. This is a dangerous case of defrauding the customers through online cases.

                      I have cancelled my flight via cleartrip on 13/03/2020 since the airline air india rescheduled my flight without my approval. I received an email from cleartrip customer service saying that i will recieve my refund of rs 45386 by 28/03/2020 which i have not yet received. The airline and cleartrip customer service do not respond and they are saying that it will take 60 days more for refund. I need this money urgently as required for my daily chores due to lockdown. Please help and resolve this issue

                        I had booked a flight from cleartrip on 23march, 2020 from prayagraj to mumbai pnr: xqnz5r which i later rescheduled due to a change in plan on 5thapril, 2020 which i was charged rs5660/- rescheduling charges as now the flight is cancelled by airline due to covid-19 i received a credit shell from airline of rs8360/- i asked them to reschedule but they insist me to contact cleartrip as i forwarded my request to cleartrip with the credit note of indigo for refund they are telling me that the refund will initiated within 60days which is almost two months how will i manage another booking as i am running out of money and they are responding in this way i need a full refund as soon as possible by cleartrip & indigo

                          I booked indigo6e flight from bangalore-nagpur and back through cleartrip.
                          All the flights have been cancelled because of covid-19.
                          Cleartrip is not offering refund for indigo6e flights. Indigo6e is also not offering refund saying that cleartrip should be the one to provide refund.

                          Cleartrip or indigo has to refund the money.
                          Are you stranded with no refund? Comment here and we'll get in touch with you. We're preparing to forward refund complaints to the national consumer disputes redressal commission against cleartrip. You're eligible if the airlines or booking agency has refused a full refund to your original mode of payment.

                            I have booked a flight tiket from pune to banglore and banglore to pune through clear trip. I have cancelled my tickets because all the hotels and city is completely shut down due to the covid 19.

                            I have contacted amazon and they confirmed that as per thr govt. Instructions you're eligible to receive a complete refund for both the tickets so i have cancelled the tickets and i haven't received my refund yet.

                            One of the executive from clear trip mr jitendra dutt has informed me that he has initiated a complete refund for both the tickets and also sent me an e-mail confirmation as well but still i havent received any refund and as per the e mail the refund has been processed on 19th march but now they're denying to issue a refund.

                            Please look. Into this as its not a small amount.

                              My cleartrip i'd is[protected] and pnr no-
                              Bgvbyh. Due to covid19 lockdown don't reached airport restricted by police. So my ticket is cancelled but my refund amount is not credit in my account. It is very bad activity by cleartrip. So as soon as possible my amount refund in my account. This is very bad activity by refunded amount it is very bad impression cleartrip for customers. So as soon as possible me refund is return to my account

                                I had booked round trip flight ticket through cleartrip with Trip ID[protected] from Ranchi to Bangalore.however the airlines had resheduled the flight by more than 3 hrs and had given an option to cancel with complete refund.the cleartrip had forwarded normal cancellation inspite of resheduled cancellation and charged me full cancellation fee.there is no facility to speak to customer care.i emailed them too but it was not delivered no means to communicate my issue.

                                    3) covid 19 lockdown instituted in india till apr 14 by prime minister on 24th march

                                    4) called cleartrip support but i was kept on hold and no response

                                    5) there is no refund or policy available for covid 19 lockdown on cleartrip app or website, nor is there any information provided by cleartrip.

                                    6) i mailed cleartrip customer care asking support, and i was mailed back that they could change dates of my travel. I asked to provide me an open ticket so i could choose the dates when the covid 19 situation becomes clear from the government.

                                    7) cleartrip support mailed back saying my flight has been made "open" and i could choose another flight date. However, there was no link nor was there any complaint number given for reference. On asking for a complaint number i stopped getting replies altogether.

                                    8) on 28th march i started receiving mails and messages from cleartrip stating that my flight is on 2nd april from delhi to toronto and on 11th apr from toronto to delhi as per the above itenary

                                    9) this means there has been no change in my status and cleartrip is keeping my money without providing any service.

                                    10) on trying to contact airlines, i have received feedback that since i have booked a flight through cleartrip, i should reahc out to them for cancellation and refunds

                                    Hi, actually i booked flight from AUH to COK on 31st march 2020, booked srilankan airlines via clear trip, then i cancelled my booking on 17th march due to covid-19, Now I am waiting for the refund amount more than 12 days my trip id is mentioning here:[protected]

                                      Our PM announcement up to April 14-20, all state covered under lock down,
                                      & Stay at home Due to corona virus (Covid-19), state transport, Trains, Domestic & international flights are cancelled up to 14 April.
                                      Due to this reason, yesterday onwards I have contract clear trip customer care services, no response from his end.
                                      Due to lockdown in All state,
                                      Domestic flights are cancelled.up to 14April-20.
                                      Request you please refund my booking amount & deposit in my account.
