I have booked a flight ticket from cleartrip and on 17th february 2020 i have cancelled the trip and i got a mail from cleartrip that rs 22045 will be refunded to me in 5-7 working days.
Since then i am following and today is the 7th day and when i contacted them again they are saying that it will take time.
When i call them and tweet them they said on 27th feb it will refunded but till now no refund and no one is replying
When i contacted on twitter earlier they said it will be refund on 27th feb now they are saying 29th feb everytime they are increasing the day.
I request you to please help me

    Hello,

    I've booked a ticket dated: 1 dec 2019, trip id: [protected]. Later that day, i called the cleartrip customer care to inquire about the cancellation refund amount and rescheduling possibility.

    The agent name: reem (R. [protected]@flyin.com) attended my call and said she doesn't suggest to cancel the flight but will get back to me after checking the possibility for rescheduling.

    After a few hours she called me and said by mistake she rescheduled my flight to 30 jan 2020 without my confirmation. I told her, i need same flight of 1 dec 2019 but she said it's not possible to again reschedule back in spite, she herself rescheduled to 30 jan 2020.

    After several discussions, she told me to reschedule by myself and pay extra charges that will be refunded to my account. She wrote me a confirmation mail then rescheduled the flight. Since then she is not answering my call and blocked my email address.

    I want the action to be taken within the next hours otherwise, i'll file a legal complaint (I've got the call recordings and confirmation with the above email address)

      I am writing to you regarding the refunding of the ticket fare for trip *and *. Since the first time it showned payment unsuccessful i tried for the second time and same amount was deducted two times. Since both these payment were unsuccessful and for the same amount was deducted from my account on 18 feb 2020. And till now i have been waiting for the refunding. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

      Consider this as important and do the necessary at the earliest.

          I have been chasing the customer care for two days however, even after payment being deducted from the account, i have not received the ticket for my flight.

          I have to call more than 10 times to clear trip from overseas however, there was no resolution.

          This is really unprofessional and they are blood sucking company which is least bothered about the customer satisfaction. All they want is money and ways to just avoid the customer.

          Many times, their customer care kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

          I would like to have the refund for these additional charges and also, i am going to escalate this matter to any possible forum and channel to show their real face to the public.

            I am getting bored by call customer care people after so many conversations cleartrip people gave option of refund they told me that you can refund in ct wallet and i also agree with that because of they people failed to transfer amount in my account even i provide an attachment that the iban number is absolutely right...

            Again they people mail me to sent another iban number its shows how your company or agency people are working like fools...

              I made a transaction for flight booking but the amount got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
              The transaction is of 19, 540 for booking a ticket to dubai from mumbai airport
              The booking is for 17th march from mumbai terminal 2 airport to dubai airport
              The transaction details are as follows. I tried to book the tickets from cleartrip using my phonepe account

                I booked the ticket via trip id [protected] from pune to blore and return (Travek date - 31st aug 2019) along with my family. I cancelled ticket for all passengers from blore to pune since the booked flight was changed and keep mine from pune to blore. When i visit for check in to the spicejet counter my ticket was not recognized however from cleartrip it was not cancelled.

                Cleartrip team had suggested to book a fresh ticket and fly to blore and the complete amount will be refunded. I am continuously following with the team but there is no response. Even i tried to contact via call center my trip id is not recognised.

                I have only received the partial amount refund rs.2328 and remaining rs.6388 is still pending.

                  Hi was on the cleartrip website booking my flight from dubai to mumbai return... I only wanted to book emirates and only emirates hence i paid such a heavy amount. Turns out that i only have one way emirates while on the other hand it will be a fly dubai plane as soo as i got my tickets details i managed to talk one t
                  Of the rep of cleartrip she mentioned that fly dubai will only check u in... The plane however will be of emirates. They can't find the recording is what they say! Also why if it is a fly dubai why does it say emirates jus to be clear i wasnt looking for any other flight other then emirates! Now either i need my entire refund or both emirates flight. Cause this is cheating u show something and u get something else.. Not to forget i paid the full price...

                    I had booked my flexi delhi-dehradun-delhi bookings, for the first time with cleartip, for 14-15th february 2020 under trip id :[protected] and paid rs.6539/-.
                    However, due to pressing engagements, i wanted to change the delhi-dehradun flight and went to 'rescheduling' and did the needful.
                    However, to my surprise new booking of not only delhi-dehradun (14.02.2020) but also dehradun (15.02.2020) was made and was required to make payment of rs.7, 558.00. As i was in great hurry and was engrossed in some very urgent work, i paid this amount (Rs.7558/-) too. Thus a total of rs, 14, 097/-.
                    0nce i was free, i started trying your customer care number[protected], but was surprised that despite 10/15 attempts i could not get your customer care executive for clarification and refund.
                    I just gave up but it is shameless on your part that i could not get through your customer care executive on time and has unnecessary to bear more than rs.7500/- owing to your indifferent attitude.
                    Very pathetic experience and that too this was my first booking with you and of course would be last one.

                      I have booked flight tickets from Bangalore to london in April 2019 but the flights have cancelled but I'm still not getting any response from cleartrip regarding refund. Jetairways have mentioned in July 2019 that your eligible to claim full refund if have booked through apps. But this cleartrip are not providing the refund many have got the refund who have booked through other apps. I gonna complaint to indian consumer court regarding this fraud. I want my money within this week.

                        I have been calling last one year for my refund from jet airways, there is no proper response from your team that what action has been taken against jet airways for the customers refund, we have paid through clear trip beyond certain waiting period clear trip should take responsibility to refund the tickets till now no response trip id[protected]

                          I m ex staff of cleartrip located in mbp mahape. Main issue working with cleartrip and leaving the organisation is worst management. First of all a big salute to manager - anthony. Second salute for client named - faisal ansari known for a playboy in company. Final and not the least mr haider shaikh team leader cum lady assistance.

                          Due to the groupism created on the floor from this guys other staffs don't survive over there with their hard work and capability.

                          Instead of helping to staffs they only know how to flirt with girls and just spend a day without any work.

                          Limited staffs they keep with them who just are the slaves of them as they won't work in company they are just paid for creating neusence on floor and supplying top info to client. No proper training provided by the company until and unless u make any loss for the company..

                          Over and above that if anyone thinks to take to hr that's the bad idea here as the secret relationship between manager and hr will not allow u to prove yourself that u are right man in company.

                          On top of that i[censored] resign the company and in feedback form i[censored] share the bad experience u went through. They will make sure wherever u join in new company they will ruin the feedback to new employer..

                          As they don't want to make positive changes in management and also wanted to know about worst experience... If any chance someone gives feedback the same paper goes in dustbin instead of following some changes

                          Integrity made by agents results in terminations but same if done by client and tl then it's fair enough...

                            On 14th feb 2020, i tried to book a flight from ahmedabad to porbandar. The amount of rs.3580 got deducted from my account, but the trip did not get confirmed. I don't have a trip id since the booking was not completed by cleartrip, despite deduction of the booking amount from my google pay account. Without a trip id, i cannot contact cleartrip. Please look into this.

                              In the process of booking of a air travel ticket by mistake payment of a sum of rs.580/= was initiated which has been debited to my credit card no. Ending with *4386, your account has been credited on 27/01/2020 under payment authentication no.060245 as intimated by m/s. Hdfc bank.in this context i like to inform you that in the web page i have been notified that ' trasaction failed ' but your account has been credited 27/01/2020 and my credit card account has been debited on 26/01/2020 by rs.580/=.. So, please, verify your account and arrange to refund rs.580/= to my credit card a/c.

                                  Sir, i mr nalini kanta dash have booked 2 no flight tickets on 06.02.2020 through your portal, one from coimbatore to chennai and other from chennai to coimbatore having pnr ejw49t and rdt78y. But in the pnr rdt78y i have wrongly selected coimbatore airport as depature terminal instead of selecting chennai airport as departure point because i have to return from chennai and proceeds towards coimbatore. Than i contact your customer care and they replied that you again booked a tfromicket chennai to coimbatore and yhe earlier amount will be refunded in your account. Again i have booked a ticket having pnr llti3n and cancelled my earlier pnr rtd78y. I have also lodged complaint in indigo they mailed me that they have refunded rs 732/- on 06.02.2020 and rs 2850/- on 07.02.2020 in the agency account.                                     The time cancellation your team told me that only 93/- sar, will be deduct from you and rest amount will refund back to your account and i received only 223/- sar, after i called on cleartrip they said rest amount will be refund you. And from morning i try to call on[protected], call not reach to you. Kindly refund my rest amount. I will be very thankful to you.

                                    STILL THERE IS NO ANY RESPONSE FROM CLEARTRIP.
                                    Cleartrip cancel the flight ticket themselves and they said they will refund my money back into my credit card immediately which they didn't do, i went to the bank they told me my money is still held by cleartrip, they have no right to hold my money, i want my money refunded back into my credit card, why are they holding my money ?

                                      Hi, i canceled my return flight from hyd to del on 14th jan (Booked from cleartrip) and is eligible to full refund with trip id[protected]. Even after so many follow-ups with their team, i haven't received any refund yet.
                                      They always make an excuse that the payment is pending with the airlines side but the airline has already clarified them keeping me in the loop on a conference call that the payment had already released from there side on 14th jan itself.
                                      I even reported this issue on their twitter handle but again of no use.

                                        e) Amount deducted: Rs.3115/-

                                        Grievance:
                                        1) I have booked the ticket with the above details, when clicked for taking printout of the ticket, could not get the same.
                                        2) Even, verified my e-mail ID for finding Transaction ID.
                                        3) Surprisingly, there was no mail confirmation on the booking,
                                        4) Attached Bank transaction document related to the deduction of Rs.3115/- from my account.

                                        Attached Bank transaction statement and e-mail correspondence.

                                        Request for returning the money (Rs.3115/-) immediately.

                                        Friends, Received a call from Clertrip Helpdesk (9758687698) yesterday at around 13.15 hours. Explained the gentleman about the issue. He assured me that the refund will take place very shortly. The issue is resolved today (14.02.2020) and received Rs.3115/- Good to see that the issue is resolved within a week since i lodged the complaint. My special thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum for flagginf the complaint and the follow-up made with Cleartrip. I also thank Cleartrip for their quick response in resolving the matter amicably. No doubt, it is a lesson for me with the Cleartrip establishment. Regards, M R K Sastry

                                        (01) Today, 11th Feb 2020, i received a call from [protected] at 18.19 hours, introduced himself as Mr. Dinesh from Cleartrip.
                                        I have informed him about the flight booking made on 08th Feb 20, neither e-mail nor ticket details received.
                                        (02) Without listening to the complaint matter raised by me, the so called representative of Cleartrip, Mr. Dinesh immediately asked me to share the Debit / Credit Card details. I got suspicion on his tone and the way he discussed the matter, and told him that i have used net banking transaction only.
                                        (03) Mr. Dinesh disconnected the line, i dialed his number for about 10 times, he did not take my calls.
                                        (04) After giving a gap of about one hour, i dialed his number ([protected]) at 19.43 hours, I asked him about disconnecting the previous call, without giving response, he immediately disconnected the call again.
                                        (05) I have recorded voice of Mr. Dinesh and all the calls re registered and recorded...

                                        (06) Now, I have a doubt about the sanctity / genuinity of Mr. Dinesh (Cleartrip) and this website also.

                                        (07) With the available evidences, I don't hesitate to lodge police complaint in Hyderabad as i myself is a Lawyer and know the procedures. !!!. Will also take-up the matter to any extent.

                                        Need clarification.
