Updated by Mrk Sastry (01) Today, 11th Feb 2020, i received a call from [protected] at 18.19 hours, introduced himself as Mr. Dinesh from Cleartrip.
I have informed him about the flight booking made on 08th Feb 20, neither e-mail nor ticket details received.
(02) Without listening to the complaint matter raised by me, the so called representative of Cleartrip, Mr. Dinesh immediately asked me to share the Debit / Credit Card details. I got suspicion on his tone and the way he discussed the matter, and told him that i have used net banking transaction only.
(03) Mr. Dinesh disconnected the line, i dialed his number for about 10 times, he did not take my calls.
(04) After giving a gap of about one hour, i dialed his number ([protected]) at 19.43 hours, I asked him about disconnecting the previous call, without giving response, he immediately disconnected the call again.
(05) I have recorded voice of Mr. Dinesh and all the calls re registered and recorded...
(06) Now, I have a doubt about the sanctity / genuinity of Mr. Dinesh (Cleartrip) and this website also.
(07) With the available evidences, I don't hesitate to lodge police complaint in Hyderabad as i myself is a Lawyer and know the procedures. !!!. Will also take-up the matter to any extent.
Need clarification.
