I booked air tickets with cleartrip last year jan 2019 and was canceled in march 2019 due to change is flight timing and they assured me full refunds as it was not my fault.
Since march 2019 till date i am filling up for this refunds but no luck yet. The amount is rs 70, 000/- and is a big money for me. Please help me to get refunds. The trip i'd is[protected]

    I have ordered 4 e gift vouchers worth 2500 inr each through amazon and tried redeeming it and it was not possible through cleartrip application. I have tried reaching in the cs number and was not gone through as i don't have an existing booking with them. Also i have wrote a mail to them and i haven't get any revert. Now my gv was expired and i have lost my 10 k just because of poor customer services from cleartrip. Kindly do the needful

      My bookings failed two times for trip ids:[protected]
      And[protected].
      I received mail and message that refund will be processed in 3/7 days.
      During booking i used coupon with pin, now it shows zero value in coupon.
      Unable to utilize coupon value due to transaction failure.
      Customer care number provides only trip status.
      How to contact a person?
      The coupon value is rs 2000, when it will reflect back? Who will be responsible if it doesn't reflect? Will clear trip pay for it? What if it gets expired?

      Due to payment and transaction issue with clear trip, booking flight during less fares and emergency will be bad option.

        I tried to apply for a visa with all the relevant details using the below link. At last payment details were also entered and I clicked on pay it redirected to be an error page please find the same attached and the payment was also deducted.

          I am from kolkata. I recently book a ticket. When making my payment through net banking it shows my booking failed and technica error. But money already deducted from my bank account.. Clear trip id is

          I talk to cleartrip executive. They told me that they did not receive money.. then i called to my bank customer care executive. They told me that if cleartrip did not receive money tell them to send an email to bank.
          The flight was cancelled for 12th April 2019 and since then even after multiple follow ups there is no refund processed.

          I even have mails from cleartrip that they will close the refund by 8th aug, hwever, no action and we are still chassing them with no output.

            Sir we booked train from madurai to okha we have the booked and been transacted to cleartrip.. After money we received a page to fill user id and password but we type password but it receive wrong credentials... After we made phone call to cleartrip they said after 1 hour u will receive message. But still we has not receive any message... Now we trying to contact but they asking trip id.. We had not receive any trip id how we get id and what about our money...in clear trip my user id name pavithra

              I tried booking a flight for which I was charged on 7th of December but although money was debited, tickets weren't booked and till now I have not recieved the refund. I am tired of contacting customer care which is a bot and wont provide any details. Before I take legal action, I need to hear from a team representative of cleartrip regarding why they haven't responded to my mails.

                I am cheated. I havent cancelled the tickets but clear trip is blaming me n dont provide any proof that tickets were cancelled by me. It has been more then a month now still no resolution.
                Very unsatisfied with the services. Kindly provide me full refund.

                  For the above trip id [protected] from Chennai to Trivandrum flight booking on 4th Jan an amount of Rs.5026 has been deducted my account but from your side I got a message payment failure and booking not materialised.

                  Kindly resolve the issue.
                  But till now your site is giving the wrong information that payment has not been deducted.

                    Sir,
                    Please refer to my trip id –[protected]Kochi-dubai-kochi) and trip id –[protected]Kochi – jaipur-kochi).
                    I had booked the above tickets through m/s. Cleartrip and had paid additional amounts for privilege seat as per the airline seating arrangements. Unfortunately and also to my surprise i was not provided with the seats i have booked for all the above sectors. I had to run here and there to finalise my seat which was none of the seats reserved by me.
                    The tickets and one the boarding pass is enclosed for your reference. During my travel i enquired about the same at the airline office at the airport and they clarified that the privilege seat booking amounts or information about the same were not forwarded to airline by cleartrip and they cannot provide the booked seats. There were lots of confusions during my travel even though i have booked all the tickets well in time.
                    As i am a frequent user of cleartrip for my travel bookings, i request you to clarify the reasons for these confusions.

                      My trip id from clear trip was[protected]
                      Cancelled date 02/01/2019
                      I was support to travel from istanbul to dubai on 04/01/2020
                      As per the the ticket any refund for canellation need to be claim through clear trip and after submitting my cancellation i got email that i got 0 refund amount which is not acceptaable as not term and condition was mentioned about no refund for me ticket, please investigate as i cant accept this

                          I had booked a ticket with cleartrip on 8/22/2019 for which payment failed but money was debited. They sent me an email saying money would be returned with in 5 to 7 days but still haven’t received the refund. I tried reaching out to the customer care but it’s automated and no one available.                             Am chandra shekhar tried to book a flight ticket on 22/12/19 My trip ID:[protected].
                            After doing successful payment it got failed amount of 2400/- rupees got deducted from my account and no flight is booked. Which is need to be refunded back within seven working days and its more than 11 days i don't get refund from cleartrip yet. I wrote mail 2 times and they didnt even replied it tell yet. No proper way to communicate with them.

                            Kindly do the needful for me by looking int o matter

                              Booked a Hotel Basundhara at Shantiniketan for 25th December '19. Cancelled the booking on 18th December. Customer Care representative assured me for full refund. on 31st December I checked my account, no refund showed. Again called CC, CC representative assured me for refund with in 24 hrs.
                              on 2nd January 2020 I have again called CC as no refund executed. One of CC representative asked me to wait another 10-15 days. I asked for grievance readdressal email id. She kept me on hold at least Half an hour and never returned to the call. It was so unprofessional behavior of Customer care representative given me a shock. I Ultimately cut the call. Requested to train CC representative properly and speedy realization of my refund.

                                Hi Team,

                                I Booked my ticket on 22 Dec 2019 form clear trip app from Mumbai to Dubai.

                                While doing booking two time transaction got failed and i was unable to book the tickets. Then i tried doing booking by changing flight and changing currency in Indian rupees and booking successfully done.

                                I traveled to Dubai on 22 DEC 3.30 EMIRATES FLIGHT my trip Id is[protected].

                                When I reached back Dubai then for one ticket whose transaction got fail amount deducted from account so i thought it will refund in few days may be, but i am still waiting for that.

                                I am keep calling fro support to clear trip cc someone Neha and Amit but every time they are no responding properly while putting of waiting they just disconnect call.

                                I wrote fro support on cleartrip app as well. no responses.

                                Requesting you please REFUND MONEY AND PLEASE GO THROUGH SCREEN SHOTS PROPERLY FOR TRANSACTION FAIL PROOF.
                                I got ONE SMS that my transaction is unsuccessful and click for refund on given link, when I am clicking on that it showing this connection is not private and i cannot reach to web page. Screen shot attached Below. trip id for deduction is[protected]

                                I am fed up by keep calling to cc hope this complaint will help me out, kindly do the need full.

                                I hope for refund i don't need to consumer forum for this matter.

                                    This is to complain that regarding about my refund of air ticket .i have booked an airline ticket to calicut from sharjah on nov- 18- 2019. Unfortunately that payment was fail. i have got informations from clear trip that they will refund the full amount with in 24 hrs. then i have got message that the amount will credit in my account with in 7-8 days .
                                    but till now i did not receive anything . from last one and half month i am waiting for my cash it is too frustrating for me. that is why i am complaining now . i am expecting i will get a solution as soon as possible.

                                      I was return flckight tickets from kolkata to bangalore & back. Payment was made online. My bank confirmed payment and informed me acordingly in my phone massage. Immediately thereafter, i received the massage from you which states "payment for your trip id... Is unsuccessful as we did not get a confirmation from your bank... It will automatically be refunded.
                                      Unfortunately, the amount has not yet been refunded.
                                      Kindly let me know the present status of the transaction.

                                        I have reserved maa-cok round trip by air india flight number ai 509 & ai 510 respectively on[protected] for mr murugappan. But compelled
                                        To cancel mr murugappan’s journey due to flight delay of 7 hours. Neither air india nor cleartrip informed me the delay 24 hours in advance as the common procedure. They informed me the matter just few hours prior to the time of travel.
