Am chandra shekhar tried to book a flight ticket on 22/12/19 My trip ID:[protected].
After doing successful payment it got failed amount of 2400/- rupees got deducted from my account and no flight is booked. Which is need to be refunded back within seven working days and its more than 11 days i don't get refund from cleartrip yet. I wrote mail 2 times and they didnt even replied it tell yet. No proper way to communicate with them.

Kindly do the needful for me by looking int o matter

    Booked a Hotel Basundhara at Shantiniketan for 25th December '19. Cancelled the booking on 18th December. Customer Care representative assured me for full refund. on 31st December I checked my account, no refund showed. Again called CC, CC representative assured me for refund with in 24 hrs.
    on 2nd January 2020 I have again called CC as no refund executed. One of CC representative asked me to wait another 10-15 days. I asked for grievance readdressal email id. She kept me on hold at least Half an hour and never returned to the call. It was so unprofessional behavior of Customer care representative given me a shock. I Ultimately cut the call. Requested to train CC representative properly and speedy realization of my refund.

      Hi Team,

      I Booked my ticket on 22 Dec 2019 form clear trip app from Mumbai to Dubai.

      While doing booking two time transaction got failed and i was unable to book the tickets. Then i tried doing booking by changing flight and changing currency in Indian rupees and booking successfully done.

      I traveled to Dubai on 22 DEC 3.30 EMIRATES FLIGHT my trip Id is[protected].

      When I reached back Dubai then for one ticket whose transaction got fail amount deducted from account so i thought it will refund in few days may be, but i am still waiting for that.

      I am keep calling fro support to clear trip cc someone Neha and Amit but every time they are no responding properly while putting of waiting they just disconnect call.

      I wrote fro support on cleartrip app as well. no responses.

      Requesting you please REFUND MONEY AND PLEASE GO THROUGH SCREEN SHOTS PROPERLY FOR TRANSACTION FAIL PROOF.
      I got ONE SMS that my transaction is unsuccessful and click for refund on given link, when I am clicking on that it showing this connection is not private and i cannot reach to web page. Screen shot attached Below. trip id for deduction is[protected]

      I am fed up by keep calling to cc hope this complaint will help me out, kindly do the need full.

      I hope for refund i don't need to consumer forum for this matter.

        Sir/mam i had booked a ticket on 15/12/19 from cleartip portal after duing succesfull payment dont know how no trip id genrated nd got a msg dat ur amount will be refunded back dis process happen twice due to which total amount 2168 been deducted frm my bank account for this i had called them but ivr ask for tripid which i dont have as its not genrated i had wrote a mail as well to them nd even im writing this mail to u second time but still not my problem solved kindly do the need full for me

          Hi,
          This is to complain that regarding about my refund of air ticket .i have booked an airline ticket to calicut from sharjah on nov- 18- 2019. Unfortunately that payment was fail. i have got informations from clear trip that they will refund the full amount with in 24 hrs. then i have got message that the amount will credit in my account with in 7-8 days .
          but till now i did not receive anything . from last one and half month i am waiting for my cash it is too frustrating for me. that is why i am complaining now . i am expecting i will get a solution as soon as possible.

            I was return flckight tickets from kolkata to bangalore & back. Payment was made online. My bank confirmed payment and informed me acordingly in my phone massage. Immediately thereafter, i received the massage from you which states "payment for your trip id... Is unsuccessful as we did not get a confirmation from your bank... It will automatically be refunded.
            Unfortunately, the amount has not yet been refunded.
            Kindly let me know the present status of the transaction.

                      This is regarding refund issue for trip id:[protected]. A case id:10422978 has been raised against this as below.
                      “customer was displayed a refund of rs 4330 in cleartrip website but customer received rs 1398”.

                      If rs 1398 had to be refunded then system should have displayed rs 1398. Why did the system display rs 4330 then while cancelling the ticket?

                      Cancellation was done by me based on the refund amount received which was rs 4330.

                        We've tried to book flight tickets using ceartrip and the cleartrip id is[protected] on 19th dec 2019, the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount 21, 568rs/-.

                        We've noticed only one customer number as (+91) [protected]. We're continuously making several calls since dec 19th to the specified customer call center number, but always it's saying as if the booking is unsuccessful the money would be refunded within 5 to 7 days.

                        Till now, there is no status tracking on this to the customer (Us).
                        Kindly take necessary action on this.

                        If this app is fraud, kindly remove this domain from the internet.

                          I have bought cleatrip gift vouchers from std chartered bank. As per terms printed on voucher i can use upto 3 vouchers per transaction. However i am unable to use more than 1 voucher per transaction. I have attahed sample voucher with terms and conditions.
                          I am not able to find any way to reach out to cleartrip to discuss this problem.

                          I need immediate help to solve this problem and i am not finding any way to contact cleartrip.

                            I have booked ticket from goa to london for december 20th 2019 however wit thomascook airline has ceased operations and no information from cleartrip nor thomascook. Despite multiple follow ups over call/email/tweet since september 2019 still i didn’t get any refund. This is really unexpected from an organisation like you cleartrip.
                            Till now customer executive/lob sme are unable to provide any update on my refund.

                            I request you to please discuss with your higher official & refund my money back on highest priority.

                              Booked two tickets from delhi to bengaluru, but one pnr was generated for both the tickets. Called customer care multiple times to check if that would cause any issue but everytime they confirmed there are two bookings against trip id[protected].
                              On the day of travel i ended up booking a fresh ticket just 4 hours before the travel (Costed 5 times of previously booked ticket) on the affirmation of the senior executive that it is their fault and they would generate a refund for the fresh ticket as pnr is unique and two tickets cannot be issued for same pnr.
                              Now there is no call back, no refund and everytime i call, i end up waiting for hours to talk to some senior but none is available.
                              It is a clear case of forgery and harassment from clear trip with pathetic customer care service.

                                Thereafter i waited and waited but ultimately they denied any refund simply with the following email:

                                Screenshots of both emails are attached.in addition there was another email assuring me that the refund will be processed in not more than 1 day. However, the mail denying refund was sent after more than one and a half month.

                                After seeing this email denying refund, i immediately called the call centre and explained my grievance. Firstly i was holding the phone for about 15-20 minutes since i selected the option pertaining to cancellation and refunds. Thereafter, when the call got connected, i was committed that i will be given the entire refund as committed on email within 48 hours of the call. However till date there is no revert.

                                This is clearcut cheating with me.

                                I have been loyal to the brand cleartrip and still face such issues.

                                A grossly unfair way of retaining customer's money.

                                I am thoroughly dissatisfied by this attitude since no response is coming forth till date though i was committed a resolution and refund in 48 hours.

                                The company deserves to be penalised with damages for wasting the time and energy of customers especially those who are loyal.

                                  There is no information yet for the july ticket that was cancelled by the airlines.
                                  The clear trip still says, himalayan airlines is not doing the refund, whereas himalayan airlines have mentioned that there's no request from clear trip. Email attached.
                                  Don't know if clear trip is really willing to pay or play with peoples money like this. To mention they have some really disgusting managers to deal with, absolutely no respect and ethics to speak to a customer who is already been bothered by clear trip-rather helping they make the situation much much difficult. Clear trip shows no sign and no courtesy to even clear this issue.
                                  This is an absolute mental harassment. They now ask for the trip id and make me wait on calls for 20 mins and then disconnect, i have to again call and then they the say the pervious person is not available please tell me the issue and there i start again and another wait for 20 mins.
                                  Is this really how things are done.

                                  My flight was finally cancelled by the airlines after making several calls on 28th july 2019.
                                  I have been religiously following up but every time the clear tripper says, you will receive a call and instead of that i receive an email which mentions we tried calling you but couldn't get thru it.
                                  I have my cousins who booked the same ticket and which as exactly done the way we did - but they all have received their refund. I called up the himalayan airlines to confirm and they have confirmed saying my full amount was refunded to clear trip.
                                  After that i tried calling the clear-trip they kept saying you will receive in 40 days from the date i called every time.
                                  I called up again on 3rd sept a lady supervisor took and call made me hold for 15 mins but informed me saying the airlines have cleared your money mam, its with the finance department of clear-trip and it will only take 7 days more. Today is 19th sept, i had called yesterday a manager basit mohammed who did not wanted to talk kept saying will call her back, and later as usual did not call but send an email we tried calling you but the same old story. Nobody called neither messaged after that. I called up today again 19th sept, it was transferred to a manager called imran mujavar - who was as rude as i am borrowing money from him - he said yes its with our finance by the end of sept you will receive it - it will take 40 days more but i cannot email you all this (Because its a lie). And then he raises his voice doesnt let me speak and disconnects the call, next min i call he is not available to take the calls - he can inform the cleartripper who is talking to me - tell her we will email her-but cannot come on the call. Really is this is how customer is dealt with and then he behaves as if he is doing a favor on me. This is utter shame on customer service

                                    My cleartrip id is[protected]. My ticket was for 30th may, 2019 from dubai to delhi and viceversa on 29th june... For two people.
                                    I booked through cleartrip for jet airways.
                                    The jet airways got canceled and cleartrip cancelled my flight also without permission. Later they told that they will give refund but now 9 months passed and yet no refund.
                                    My cousins and friends also booked the ticket from cleartrip and other websites and they got alternatives for same day and also refund for the same. But to me they didnt even give any alternative nor the refund.
                                    The total cost of ticket was 2260 aed, its ny total two months salary... No one is understanding my pain at all that i need the money back. Please provide my money back... Please its a request. I booked through cleartrip so i trusted you people and you are the people responsible for giving the refund only.

                                      Due to wrong entry of passenger name.
                                      The name should have been vijayalakshmi parvatikar instead of vandana (Which the name prio to marriage)

                                        Hello Team,

                                        The ticket as per the below mail from Go Air for today 15 Jan is a fraud ticket as I am not boarding this flight. The PNR of this ticket matches with the attached ticket which is a valid ticket i.e Date of Journey is 15 Jan, 2020 from Pune to Kolkata.

                                        Attached is my valid ticket dated 15 Jan 2020 from Pune to Kolkata. PNR is J72GFM.

                                        Please Notre the below ticket from Go air is not mine and I am not boarding this flight.
