Dear,
I had booked ticket from pune to dubai, the changers where including infant paid online. Later i found infant ticket in not added.
Customer care person asked to make a new booking for infant and the money will be refunded for the previous booking.
I haven't received any refund yet.
Kindly refund the ticket amount asap.

Please refund the amount of 31820 as the booking transaction did not go through. the Money got deducted without tickets being issued.
