On 18/07/2019 i canceled my flight ticket (Pnr no h5tqwy), booked through clear trip
Regarding the refund of the money spice jet informed me that they have already credited the amount to the agent account but yet my money is not returned to me.

Regarding the refunding money, i tried to contact clear trip but but i did not get any positive response.

I never expect such type of behavior from clear trip team.br...

I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to bengaluru for 19.08.2019, on 30.07.2019. An amount of rs 2630 was deducted but no booking was made, no refund has been received so far, which is extremely ridiculous and outrageous. I was to attend an important meeting at nimhans. I got airline ticket throw clear trip and it is been canceled on january by airline and clear trip agent promised to return the refund with in (24 hr) every time i contact them as of know it is been 7 month with out any feed back
I called costumer service more than 13 times with out solving my issue or feedback about the refund
I tried to communicate and contact the cleartrip directly and costumer service refused to provide...

I returned from port blair to kolkata on 15.08.2019 by goair for which i purchased the ticket from clertrip much before. 1 premium non veg meal and 2 smart snack non veg were also purchased while booking the ticket. I checked credit card balance and i found that double amount of money was deducted from it. The first one was 3247 rupees which is the correct price to my booking.

On same call customer care ask me that your full payment refunded in 2-3 days. I had booked a flight from bangalore to kochi today. But as the kochi airport got shut down due to the rains i cancelled my flight yesterday also because it said i would get full refund amount. Today i saw my total refund will be only rs 197.

When i booked my ticket i had purchased additional baggage for 5 kg, which is on 27/07/2019 under pnr - gwh9pr
For 31st july 2019 travel from chennai to bengaluru, flight no. 6e6011.

Clear trip - e-ticket copy shows clear message about add on baggage for 5 kgs with the payment detail..
Where as airline denied my add on check-in baggage and ask for payment for excess baggage over 15kg.. br...

To visit mgm dizzee world but i have not received any communication on my email and denied entry by the mgm authorities.

On 05.08.2019, i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank saying your a/c xxxxx is debited with rs. 12270.00 on 05.08.2019 05:42:22 at pur/cleartrip privatelimi/mumbai.
Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
Please kindly look into this matter....

I had booked a flight ticket with cleartrip on 09.04.2019 and it was jet airways ticket but due to the closure of jet airways my ticket was cancelled and the customer service executive said that the refund would be processed by july 8th and i haven't received the refund yet.
