We had bought 8 tickets for Alliance Air 9I 9624 for 30th july Diu to Mumbai from cleartrip online . The flight was cancelled by airline due to bad weather.
The airline has given certificate for full refund with all pnr endorsed .

Since 4th august we are claiming cleartrip for full refund and send airline papers as demanded multiple times, but still not received refund for single trip.

whenever we called the executive tells that refund was processed for few pnr's and others are under process, the first refund processed by cleartrip was on 17/08/19 for trip id[protected] and given a maximum of 4 to 5 days for the same to reflect in our a/c. But till today not received the same almost 10 days, when called executive, same reply ' that it was processed on 17/08, and on our claim that not yet credited in our a/c, the same 48 hrs further time has taken that our team will call and resolve the issue, we had total 8 tickets with 8 different trip id's with them for the same cancelled flight but not received refund for any tickets till now. The 8 trip id's are as follows with respective PNR's :
[protected] YYCC8,[protected] YYBY3,[protected] YYBC6,[protected] JG9JB,[protected] YYCR5,[protected] JG90Z
[protected] YYCYG,[protected] Y660N

AS PER AIRLINE THEY HAD REFUNDED FULL AMOUNT TO CLEARTRIP FOR ALL MENTIONED PNR'S.

    On 17th july 2019, i tried to book a flight ticket for my parents on go air thru clear trip. After keying in the details and payment details (Bank transfer), there was an error message telling the transaction could not go thru and that clear trip will contact within 4 hours time. Since our travel requirement was same day (Within 5 hours), i made alternate arrangements and booked the ticket separately. I received a mail from clear trip alerts that the booking is pending and details saved for me to complete the same. Since i already made alternate arrangements i did not book again. When i tried to reply and inform the mail bounced back as it was a do-not-reply mail box.

    However, i was surprised to see bank confirmation that an amount of irs 9200, 00 withdrawn for the same. Later go-air sent a pnr number ze1p7h to the my father's phone (Booking phone) and an invoice to my mail later. I do not receive any itinerary from clear trip on my mail. This is totally unexpected and request you to refund the amount of inr 9200.00 to the bank as soon as possible.

    On 20th July I complained in this forum. No reply till now

      Cleartrip owes me a refund of inr 20, 000+ due to flight cancellation and overpayment at the time of booking my airline tickets. I have been following up with their customer support for the last 3 weeks called them close to 6 times. So far no refund has been made to my credit card account and i do not get a clear answer from the customer support.

        I cancelled my ticket after getting a confirmation from cleartrip sayin that I will get full refund for my ticket. Over multiple calls and emails this has been confirmed . Now they have stopped responding to my Emails and calls and is saying that I that it is zero refund .
        I have made international calls to the customer care and been put on hold multiple times yet no progress on this .

          I have tried to book flight ticket on 11Aug 2019 from Banglore to Manama on 24 Aug, but the booking got failed and my money got deducted from the bank, when I contacted the customer care they told it will be refunded back within 3 to 4 working days and it has been 11days since this happened and now I can't contact the customer service as I Don have the order id because its not showing it

            Hi,

            I had purchased a return ticket on 10apr19 to baku through cleartrip which was cancelled by the azberbaijan airlines. The cleartrip id[protected]. Two of my other friends booked the flight at the same time for same date as we were traveling together, where they have got the refund a month back for my refund hasn’t been processed. I have called cleartrip so many times and they don’t have any answer to the delay of 5+ months on processing the refund.

            Need your help in getting this processed without any further delay.

              Dear team,
              I have purchased a ticket on cleartrip on march/2019 and canceld it as per rules and regulations, and up to date no refund issued to me as they keep on saying that no refund is issued from the airlines (Etihad) i have contacted the airlines and confirmed that cleartrip got the full refund. (All supporting documents are available upon request)

                Good day

                My below complain is not resolved by cleartrip, i've been calling them for several days and they keep on saying they will call back.

                I'm really frustrated by using this website, i'm regretting.

                I hope they will resolved this.

                I've both a ticket for johannesburg to tel aviv israel and from israel to dubai and dubai to johannesburg (Ticket for johannesburg multi-city return flight — trip id.
                The clear trip website showed me that i have a discount of r5000 (South african currency)

                The ticket was r19, 410 (South african rands currency) after they gave me the discount rate, which was on promotion on clear trip. (Before payments)

                After i did my payments clear trip confirmed the payment of rs 121, 849 in indian currency not 19, 410 which was showing. Which the amount was different and more from (R19, 410),
                My bank did the currency conversion and confirm that clear trip deducted rs 121, 849 more, which in south african currency it's r 26, 780 (South african currency)

                In summary, clear trip showed a ticket in discount, but after buying they deducted more with indian currency. Ticket was r19, 410 and they took r26, 780.

                After i've called 6 times, asking for my refund or cancellation or discount, i have not got any help and the last call they told me their team is working on the issue and they will call me back. No one called me till todate.
                Its been 5 days calling without help, i really trusted clear trip, but this time i'm really disappointed on the services and false advertising of discounts.

                  On 18/07/2019 i canceled my flight ticket (Pnr no h5tqwy), booked through clear trip
                  Regarding the refund of the money spice jet informed me that they have already credited the amount to the agent account but yet my money is not returned to me.

                  Regarding the refunding money, i tried to contact clear trip but but i did not get any positive response.

                  I never expect such type of behavior from clear trip team.

                  I would be grateful if you look at the matter and help me to get an idea about the status of the refunding money or could you please let me know who i should contact (Maybe government authority) to get solution...

                    I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to bengaluru for 19.08.2019, on 30.07.2019. An amount of rs 2630 was deducted but no booking was made, no refund has been received so far, which is extremely ridiculous and outrageous. I was to attend an important meeting at nimhans. Shall file a consumer care complaint against cleartrip and would strictly prohibit my family and friends from using this worthless app which has no way to reach out, i am at tremendous loss

                      I got airline ticket throw clear trip and it is been canceled on january by airline and clear trip agent promised to return the refund with in (24 hr) every time i contact them as of know it is been 7 month with out any feed back
                      I called costumer service more than 13 times with out solving my issue or feedback about the refund
                      I tried to communicate and contact the cleartrip directly and costumer service refused to provide the address and direct contact
                      All the documents are available upon request

                        I returned from port blair to kolkata on 15.08.2019 by goair for which i purchased the ticket from clertrip much before. 1 premium non veg meal and 2 smart snack non veg were also purchased while booking the ticket. My clertrip id was[protected] and my airline pnr was m69lmp. But no food was served to me and my family from goair. While i asked the reason behind it, they say no food was enlisted against my pnr. They also show me the name list for the food items against the passenger; and my name or anybody of my family's name was there. How ridiculous was this. I have never felt so ashamed in front of my family. Go air crew also advised me not to purchase any ticket from cleartrip in future because this kind of cheating is regularly done by cleartrip to many passangers. I came to the goair counter at kolkata airport, they also advised the same. Afterwards i called to cleartrip helpline and told the matter and they admitted their guilt that they have not updated the food items against my name. Now i want justice and cleartrip should pay me a hefty penalty along with the return of my food money.

                            Purchased one way train ticket from bsb to ndls for 2 persons on 9th august 2019

                            I checked credit card balance and i found that double amount of money was deducted from it. The first one was 3247 rupees which is the correct price to my booking.
                            The other was charged 3227 rupees which i have no idea what that was charged for.
                            I am not willing to cancel my booking, so could you please fix that and give me a refund on the other payment?
                            Or i can even contact my credit card company if needed, and that the payment haven’t made yet.

                              Air ticket was booked from cleartrip via trip id[protected] from ahmedabad to pune for travel dated 12th august with goair as the flight provider. The amount of inr 7214 was debited right away from the account and booking confirmation received. However, on the date of journey (12 august) when i checked the flight status it was revealed by support staff that the ticket was not confirmed due to some internal technical glitch. The staff provided no support in getting this ticket confirmed and instead asked me to book afresh. I haven't received the refund for the original ticket and had to book new ticket as the travel was urgent. I was required to pay four thousand additionally for the same flight ticket. Please help in getting the refund and additional sum incurred.

                                Dear Sir,
                                With reference to the above Trip ID I have booked the tickets under Flexifly. On 1st of August I called Customer Care and asked for amendment in my travel dates and time. The lady who has talking with me was not able to understand Flexifly scheme, any how I made her understand then she did the amendment in only one sector by talking full amount from me, with the assurance that I will get my REFUND in a weeks time till now there is no news!
                                Since then continuously I am calling customer care for the amendment in my 2nd sector but for hours I am being put on HOLD then my call is being DISCONNECTED or I am being told we will call you in 2 hours time but no body calls. Today I again started calling since morning and I was pleading today is the travel date may ticket will be wasted but no body has any concerns on that I was just waiting talking to one person then another person, holding for long time then again they are disconnecting, again and again I am calling but the answer is wait, some time they say talk to the airlines. I even spoke to airlines but replied: “THEY HAVE NO CONCERN WITH FLEXI FLY” I again called and again after holding for long time the answer was we will call you in an hour. After around 4.30 PM today the last lady said yes I spoke to the seniors I will do the required amendment and then she asked me travel time and date, one I provided her she told “Sir Time is over, we cannot do anything because it has a time limitation”.
                                When I asked for the refund of my ticket of one sector which has been done, the reply from customer care was you contact Insurance Company directly and get.

                                THIS IS BIG SCAM OF CHEATING CUSTOMER BY OFFERING FLEXIFLY LIKE SCHEMES.
                                On top of that I have been tortured, harassment, humiliated, cheated.
                                You have cheated my money, either resolve this issue by refunding entire money, cost of time which I have wasted talking with your team and all my legal expenses within 15 days from receipt of this letter.

                                  My trip id[protected] i have booked my ticket on 13th of july for travel date on 13th of august under flexifly. On 1st august i
                                  I called customer care asked amendment in the travelling dates of both the sectors from 13th august to 28th august. The lady who was handling me did changes in one sector and told me another sector will be done after 4 hours. Since then i am calling continuously and no one is answering anything they are transferring call here and there, sometimes to amendment then again put me on hold for hours then it is being disconnected. Is cleartrip cheating their customers by offering flexifly. My llight of one sector which is not amended is at 6.10 pm today. What should i do...
                                  The is really a big scam.
                                  My refund of cancelled is also not received.

                                      Hi, my name is jayan kumar ramdin and i, m a resident of mauritius. I have a cleartrip account through which i booked train tickets (Ac chair car) for 3 adults and 1 child for a trip on 21st november 2019 on train number 22987 aii agra fort superfast from jaipur to agra fort on 8th august 2019. A sum of inrs 1791 was deducted from visa credit card [protected] bearing name of leena devi ramdin (My wife). Unfortunately after paying i had problems to access the irctci website and could not finalise the purchase.                                         I booked a ticket on 2nd august 2019 rs 105, 554.in the name of baljinder singh and sakshi and on same call immediately i cancelled the booking. On same call customer care ask me that your full payment refunded in 2-3 days. But till today no payment received sorry for english iam calling daily to customer care but they didn't give me any proper answer also i mail my bank statement to clear trip ([protected]@cleartrip.com).
