Hi,
I tried to book a round trip flight from hyderabad to bengaluru, after payment was done it showed me an unsuccessful message and the money got deducted from my account. I tried calling on the number that was mentioned in the same dialogue, but that was not working, i tried another number mentioned by the automated voice. After calling twice on [protected], an automated voice asked me to enter trip id, by that time i had no email or message about trip id. This gave me an indication that booking has not been done. Out o[censored]rgency, i decided to book a ticket through another website, as the air ticket prices were also increasing.
Later in the evening i receive an email about booking confirmation in one of the flight and called customer care to cancel and refund the amount. The customer care executive said that he can keep one of the tickets (That is still pending, not confirmed) on hold and i shall receive a complete refund. For the other ticket that has got confirmed only rs157 will be refunded if i will cancel from my end.
I request you to kindly look at this issue and help with the money refund. This fault is not from my end, i came with an intention to book tickets. No user will wait for hours in case o[censored]rgency. I booked ticket from different website because for me the trip was important. Why should i face a loss of rs 6, 312. Please help me to get the refund.
