I had booked an air arabia flight through cleartrip and had bought the allowance deal which cost me a bit extra for baggage allowance and meal on flight. But when i went to the airport we find that there is no baggage allowance and no meal. The issue lied with the cleartrip company so we called them up and they told us to buy extra baggage allowance and they will refund us later. The amount was 3300aed and after repeated follow ups they still haven't refunded the amount even after 2 weeks. Whenever we call the call center they always say the same thing "the finance department just approved your request and you will receive the refund by tonight or tomorrow morning"
We still haven't received the refund!!!

    I have booked flight 2 tickets from pun - blr in goair 242 flight [ 1850 hrs ] through cleartrip on 10.7.19 and on 23rd jul i got information from airlines that the said flight been cancelled and contact cleartrip for alternate arrangement. Immediately i have contacted [ 23rd jul ] cleartrip and requested them to re-book on air asia flight which is at 1920hrs and the pricing was same of goair. They have agreed to do so and wait till next day morning 9am to revert back. As i haven't received any feed back, till 11am on 24th jul i have re-checked with them but their reply was to wait till after noon and they have assured me to arrange the alternate booking, @account of goair as they have cancelled the flight. I have waited till 6pm and since there was no feedback, again called them back but again they have asked me to wait till 8.45pm and assured me that they will do the needful for the re-booking. As usual i haven't received any feedback till 10am, on 25th jul i have called them again. Now the reply was totally different. They said they can only cancel the old booking and refund the full amount, in 21 working days. Re-booking need to be done by individual at the rate available now. When i checked it was found the rates were more than double of the rate, of 23rd afternoon when i registered my complaint. If they could have asked me to do the re-booking by self, on 23rd or on 24th jul itself then i could have saved the additional money that i had to cough up and saved from the mental agony, i had to undergo. I feel m/s cleartrip should compensate suitably, for the financial losses and the mental agony i have undergone.

      Good evening!!

      I’m writing on refund of my flight cancellation which happened on March 2019 it’s been more than 5 months now and whenever I call on behalf the ladies and gentleman over the call Centre support they come up with different dates as I am in a court and importantly no one is supporting even I asked if clear trip is not paying me back tell me because I don’t have time to call again and again to get alternate dates but still the same. If this company is loyal to their customers I hope my message will be responded either I’m getting the money on which date or I’m not be refunded be genuine and being good businessman kindly reply.

        I nandi vardhan mehta purchased my ticket (For my family) on air india (Dxb - jdh - dxb) with clear trip id [protected] during sept'18 last year and paid aed 3, 281. Airline pnr was hn647 for travel on 18th oct'18 (Dxb to jdh) and return on 25th oct'18 from (Jdh - dxb)
        We later changed our travel plans (Before travel date) and i was told that i can't make changes online and i have to visit air india office in dubai. I did that and kept the ticket open (For all three passengers) to be used within one year.

        I subsequently used one of the ticket (Nandi vardhan mehta) in 2019 for my personal travel and two other tickets remain open.

        Since i have no travel plan for my family before the expiry of the tickets i approached clear trip earlier this month to check on cancellation of the ticket and refund amount. I also visited air india office in dubai for said purpose. I was told by air india office that only clear trip can apply for refund and then subsequently credit the refund to the card which was used to pay the bills.
        When i spoke to clear trip advisers on phone they told me that they can't give me the exact amount which will be refunded as they need to check with air india staff. I told them to give me couple days to think and then i will let them know if i want my open tickets to be cancelled and claim refund.
        Today (24th july'19) i'm trying to get in touch with clear trip team both on phone in uae & india and it says that my trip id is not valid.
        I'm really disappointed and frustrated at the same time.
        My overall experience with clear trip call centre has been very bad. With poor speaking capability and bad customer service you have ensured that a loyal customer may stop working with you in future.
        Also i'm worried as i think that my money is been badly handled. If that not the case then why the trip id all of a sudden is not valid??
        I'm not been able to get in touch with clear trip people and i'll be grateful if you can help me cancel my trip and do the needful of crediting my money back to my account at earliest. I'm scheduled to travel tomorrow but i"ll be available on my mobile.
        I wish to add that if the poor service quality continues then i'll be forced to file an official complaint to authorities in uae & india and that too both against air india & clear trip. Hence i reserve my right to take legal action against both the entities.
        I feel that i'm been taken for a ride.
        I look forward to hearing from you at earliest.

          I booked my ticekt from ahmbd to kolkatta and kolkata tho ahmbd my money got deducted but my ticket was not booked kindly look up to the matter as this is the 4th time i am writing the same complant and no response from your end kindly revert me back as this is getting vry late i need my refund as soon as possible its been more than 7 days my money has not been refunded waiting for your response.

            Hi. My self shivamutyam. I have booked a flight ticket from vidya nagar to hyderabad on dated 23/07/2019 afternoon. My amount has been debited from my account to cleartrip. But i did not get any conformation mail or any ticket from clear trip. But i did not get my money back. Iam having refrence number of transaction i:e; ref#igagqmrrj3. Iam trying to contact them but they are not responding my call and moreover they are asking ticket id, i didn't get any mail or ticket from them so how can i inform ticket id. So please refund my amount if not iam ready to go legally.

              I had cancelled my entire multi city trip in July 18 online. The ticket I had booked is refundable, Trip ID is[protected]. On 24th July I called to check as to what is the progress on my refund, however they said my trip was only partially cancelled. I explain to the customer service that my portal showed that the entire trip hand been cancelled and refunded, but she insisted that only onward leg was cancelled and she wanted me to give her an approval to cancel the rest of the sectors. I went ahead and did that but I have proof that the info she has was incorrect. Also when I had asked what is the refund amount, she said we can only hope for a refund. while clearly emirates has a very low charge on cancellation.

              I would like to know what will be the complete refund and what is cleartrip going to cut out of the refund. Also clear trip should apologize for the bug in their system for passing incorrect info to me and also pay damages

                  I tried to book air ticket on 20th jul-2019 for my son vikram malani through cleartrip by indigo flight of 29th oct-2019 (Journey date).] from chennai to indore. On completing the booking process i made the payment rs4597/- through my hdfc bank credit card but immediately after the payment i got the server error on screen and neither got the booking confirmation nor the trip id by cleartrip. After sometime, on the same day i. E 20th jul-19 i attempted again to book the ticket for the same journey as said above and again upon making the payment rs4597/- i got the server error on screen and neither the booking confirmation nor thre trip id given by cleartrip. I have the confirmation from hdfc bank that a total amount of rs 9194/- (4597 x 2 = 9194/-) has been paid for cleartrip booking. Then i tried to call cleartrip customer care number but was shocked to find that they first ask to provide the trip id number. As i have not received any trip id from cleartrip on both above occasions, so iam not able to communicate with them, it is ridiculous. I want my amount rs 9194/- to be immediately refunded to me. Secondly, at customer care number of cleartrip there must be an option for the people who have not received trip id to reach their customer care executive.. Shanker r malani

                    I have been chasing clearTrip team for the refund of my cancelled ticket but there is no positive response from the team.

                    Ticket was cancelled on 20th June'19 but still i have not received the full amount refunded by the team. I have called their customer care team multiple time but no positive response.

                      I have booked tockets for two persons today afternoon from chennai to visakhapatnam. I have not received any confirmation about the tickets or any email or sms. When i checked qith the indigo airlines (Which i have choosen for my trip), they have confirmed that no ticket is booked on the names i have mentioned. I tried calling cleartrip. They have asked me for a trip id. I didn't receive any message or id from cleartrip. Kindly look into the issue and refund the money back to my account

                          I booked a hotel room on 17/7/2019 at hotel city inn kakinada with the above trip id i. E., ref#igagpmsjko through cleartrip. Even though my bank a/c was debited with rs.2268/- neither the hotel nor my mobile through which i booked the hotel i. E.,[protected] received hotel booking confirmation from cleartrip. As the confirmation of booking through the esteemed cleartrip was not received by the hotel city inn kakinada, they collected rs.2661/- again from me. The relevant entries of my bank account are here under. As the hotel people did not accept my version that my account was debited by rs.2268/- i was forced to pay rs.2661/- as i could not show any message confirming my booking. I do not know where it went wrong. Please see that i receive back the money i paid twice for the same room.

                            I have not received my refund from cleartrip and it has been over 2 weeks. My recent trip from delhi to dehradun was cancelled by indigo about 2 weeks ago. I opted for a refund but i have not received it. The trip is coming up as 'travelled' in my cleartrip account but it was not, it was cancelled by the airline and the cancellation for refund was confirmed by me on 2/07. I spoke with them on the phone and also submitted for a refund online immediately after receiving a message that the airline had cancelled.

                              I tried to book the tickets on 19th July but due of technical issues my card is not working that time. Immediately cleartrip customer care person call me and send payment link to my email I'd.
                              I tried two time but booking is not happened.
                              And once again I received call from your Person . She given time upto next day morning.
                              That is 20th I tried morning on the day. But not processed booking same time your person call me also. At the time also not happened. I stopped the trying booking.
                              Then I tried in other company website my ticket is done by other company tickets Booking app.

                              Now tickets is confirmed and my amount also gone to your cleartrip account.
                              How is possible to cut my money two days I tried not happened. That every matter you customer care person knows everything.

                              I need my money back.

                              I request you to listen voice recordings of your customer care service person voice.

                                I have tried to book flight tickets from Chandigarh to Pune ( flight INDIGO 6E-842 from IXC 12:05 to 13:10 DEL and INDIGO 6E-286 DEL 17:55 to 20:00 PNQ for 3 travelers) for dtd 24/07/3019 through on line booking from Cleartrip Pvt. ltd Booking Date is 22/07/2019. Amount of Rs 26253/- has been deducted from my account at time appx 02:12 pm dtd 22/07/2019 during online booking at place (Talwara, Distt. Hoshiarpur, Punjab) but tickets has not booked. The following message shown by your firms after make payment through debit card of State Bank of India ( debit card ending 4583)

                                "Oops, your booking didn't go through
                                Sorry, we were unable to confirm your booking. we know it's annoying, but it happens.
                                There's no need to worry, we promise to call you within the next 4 hours to book the same
                                We strongly recommend you do not try booking again, this may result in a double charge to your credit card."

                                After waiting for 4 hours i.e. now at 7:30pm dtd 22/07/2019, No response or no reply or no phone call received from your firm regarding confirmation of tickets, nor the Refund( if ticket has not booked). As the tickets has not booked there is no trip ID but when I call your customer care no. [protected] the very first question asked to enter your trip ID, so i couldn't talk to the customer care.
                                I also contact the Indigo customer care no. [protected] regarding the booking of tickets from Chandigarh to Pune at 16:32 and 17:30 hrs on dtd 22/07/2019. They told that no booking has been done by my name till now. So i requested to resolve the above said issues/problems as soon as possible. Please let me know the current status of booking. If booking is not possible than let me know immediately so that I could make another alternative to go to PUNE on dtd 24/07/2019 and than My money may please be refunded as soon as possible within time.

                                      I have tried to book flight ticket from kolkata (Ccu) to bhubaneswar (Bbi) (Round trip) for 02-08-19. Booking date is 20-07-19. Amount of rs. 4243/- has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. Upi refs no - i[protected]. Din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care. Such a poor customer service. Would like to know urgently the status and refund asap.

                                        On 17th july 2019, i tried to book a flight ticket for my parents on go air thru clear trip. After keying in the details and payment details (Bank transfer), there was an error message telling the transaction could not go thru and that clear trip will contact within 4 hours time. Since our travel requirement was same day (Within 5 hours), i made alternate arrangements and booked the ticket separately. I received a mail from clear trip alerts that the booking is pending and details saved for me to complete the same. Since i already made alternate arrangements i did not book again. When i tried to reply and inform the mail bounced back as it was a do-not-reply mail box.

                                        However, i was surprised to see bank confirmation that an amount of irs 9200, 00 withdrawn for the same. Later go-air sent a pnr number ze1p7h to the my father's phone (Booking phone) and an invoice to my mail later. I do not receive any itinerary from clear trip on my mail. This is totally unexpected and request you to refund the amount of inr 9200.00 to the bank as soon as possible.
