wrong service from cleartrip

Dear cleartrip,

I booked a ticket from your website where i could not use my coupon code where i was supposed to get 5% off and a la perl ticket free, now as a customer i requested to give what is my right but according to your cc they cannot provide the said freebies to me, so may i request to cancel my ticket and credit my back to my account plz...

I booked a hotel room on 17/7/2019 at hotel city inn kakinada with the above trip id i. E., ref#igagpmsjko through cleartrip. Even though my bank a/c was debited with rs.2268/- neither the hotel nor my mobile through which i booked the hotel i. E.,[protected] received hotel booking confirmation from cleartrip. As the confirmation of booking through the esteemed cleartrip was not received by the hotel city inn kakinada, they collected rs.2661/-...

refund not initiated

I have not received my refund from cleartrip and it has been over 2 weeks. My recent trip from delhi to dehradun was cancelled by indigo about 2 weeks ago. I opted for a refund but i have not received it. The trip is coming up as 'travelled' in my cleartrip account but it was not, it was cancelled by the airline and the cancellation for refund was confirmed by me on 2/07. I spoke with them on the phone and also submitted for a refund online...

I tried two time but booking is not happened.
And once again I received call from your Person . She given time upto next day morning.
That is 20th I tried morning on the day....

cleartrip/ my amount debited but didn't get any booking confirmationflight tickets.

I have tried to book flight ticket from kolkata (Ccu) to bhubaneswar (Bbi) (Round trip) for 02-08-19. Booking date is 20-07-19. Amount of rs. 4243/- has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. On 17th july 2019, i tried to book a flight ticket for my parents on go air thru clear trip. After keying in the details and payment details (Bank transfer), there was an error message telling the transaction could not go thru and that clear trip will contact within 4 hours time. not getting response of mail and refund of money

Sir i vikesh barla tried to book ticket of 03 person on 19/07/19 of journey date 22/07/19 from port blair to chennai for which rs 8574 have been deducted from my internet banking at around 0545 hrs without booking. I did not received any message in my phone number or in my email id [protected]@gmail.com. Regarding booking but my money was deducted. I do not have cleartrip account and and have not get any trip id regarding the transaction....

We booked 2 flight tickets from bangalore to mumbai and after the payment the system showed an error without generating the trip id or ticked but the amount has already been deducted. When we call customer care they are asking us to enter the trip id. How can we provide a trip id when there was an error from your end. If this is not addressed, a bad word of mouth shall be spread about cleartrip and also we shall not do any further bookings...

I am quite displeased by your customer care system.. I booked for my ticket from mumbai to chandigarh on 13th aug, 2019, go air flight. The page went till booking, the amount got debited from my account and i have no ticket booked message.. And the page of cleartrip expired at that time.. So i think the ticket is not booked but amount deducted.. Now there is no way i can find the status as your customer care no. Asks for ticket reference...

not received any trip id and booking confirmation email

Hi team,
I have booked a flight ticket on 17/7/2019 at 11.03 p. M. But i have not received any trip id and booking confirmation email from clear trip. Payment are done.
As suggested by support team, there are some technical issue on system. They also suggest that i will get the mail today. I have not received anything for the same.
I am requesting to you, please check and confirm that my booking is done or not....
