And return newdelhi - chennai on 29.06.2019. The total amount was

The pnr for new delhi chennai booking in air india 540 was zce06.
However owing to unavaidable circumstances i had to cancel my ticket on the same day of booking owing to official reasons.

An automated message stated that

We have processed a refund of rs. 19, 585 for your chennai - new delhi return booking (Trip id [protected]). The refund should appear in your
Account in 5 to 7 working days depending upon your bank.

Further i would like to inform you that i will be filing a defamation case against cleartrip on failure of payment within next 48 hrs. This is the last warning i am giving you.

    The company they themselves cancelled by flight due to jet airways issue.
    It was cancelled in the month of april.
    Since april they have been saying 48 hours, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days and today is 01.08.2019.
    Called jet airways too they had said that the money has already been refunded to cleartrip. Since i booked from second or third party jet airways had refunded the money to cleartrip's account.
    Even jet had screen shot and sent the details too.
    All of my friends who had book ticket from other applications have got their refunds but i still haven't got.
    Last july 8th they had said they would send a final confirmation but they didn't and now 10th of august they will send a confirmation once i get confirmation then only i can get money is what they have said but they cannot confirm.
    Since jet has been shut down so clear trip can't promise us for our refunds.
    2260 aed is my actual amount to be refunded.

      I had booked tickets from jet airways as per following detail

      Onward journey

      Flight detail - 9w 778 delhi to indore

      A same days before the journey when i called jet airways to find out about the status of the flights i was told that the flights have been cancelled. No prior information was shared by the airlines. I got to know about the status only when i called their call centre. Because of this fact i had to shell out an exorbitant amount to re-book on a different flight.

      I demand two things.

      1. Cleartrip should refund the tickets amount asap
      2. Cleartrip should compensate me for the expensive replacement tickets and for the mental harassment, agony and torture.

      Note:
      The cleartrip has nullified my trip i'd details from their service. So i cannot access again and also they are responding mee.
      Email are not responded and call are not connected.

        Air india express already refunded my amount to clear trip uae accounts, but it is unfortunate to say that clear trip still not credited the same to my account and no response till date, in spite of my repeated reminders.

          Dear sir,

          Good morning, please help me on below issue from cleartrip i am really frusted from their service.

          Travel from dubai to chennai to dubai (Emirates airline thru cleartrip)

          Onward: 13th may 2019
          Return: 28th may 2019 (Amendment date against 17th jun 2019)

          My actual travel plan to india is on may month that is 13th may 2019 to 20th may 2019.
          But my amendment date of ticket is booked wrongly by the cleartrip employee as 28th may 2019. So i cancelling the ticket on 23rd april 2019 on cleartrip site and it shows to wait for 5 to 7 days. After week called a customer care for my refund and they asked me to wait for 45day den after 5 to 7 working we will refund your amount.

          I have called them after ~50days and they told that they are waiting for clearance from airlines to refund and asked me to wait next for 48 hours for our response.

          Above sentence is repeatedly they are saying of every week i am following up from ~50 days of wait. Today[protected] also called them they told me the same reason. I am really frustrated against this issue they wont call back or any mail i didnt received from them.

          Alomost 3 months is over i purchased my ticket throught credit card and i paying interest for last two month for those credits. My question is i have purchased my air ticket through cleartrip they have to refund and why i have to wait for airlines reply. They are customer of emirates airlines they have to wait for their refund application. They committed me to pay next 45 day from the cancellation but they blame on airline on my refund.

          I dont know how about emirates airlines but i can say they are very good in service with customers. I am also reached them to ask above issue, they said that it can be replied by cleartrip they have to refund not by us.

          Please solve me on above issue, i request to make full refund of my air ticket without any deduction. Please please please... I am really frustated...

            I have been calling cleartrip customer service for so many times to change my flights and after being put on hold for a very long time, the csr will always say that there is a problem with their server and they will call back but nobody every did!! How many times do i need to make an international call to change my flight bookings and i am running out of time! Someone please call me back and resolve this issue as soon as possible.             On 23/07/2019 I had booked a ticket from Raipur to Hyderabad by Indigo flight 6E 473 as guest user, Mail Id used was [protected]@gmail.com . An amount of Rs. 4954 was deducted from my ICICI bank. However ticket was not booked and the same amount is not refunded till date. I would request cleartrip to please refund the amount.

              I have booked my return air ticket (Jazeera airways) from doha to hyderabad on 22nd july 2019, the travel dates are 6th august to 27th august 2019.
              The fare i was charged was 2804/- qar.
              Airways name: jazeera airways

              My concern is as follows:- we understand that the flight ticket prices as fluctuating, but the overnight difference of 550/- qar is not acceptable.
              On 23rd july when i checked the ticket price for same journey with similar dates it was showing 2261/- qar, which is not acceptable
              I understand the drop of 50/- qar to 200/- qar in the ticket prices as its common but 550/- qar is something i really would like to highlight.

              Today's (28th july 2019) ticket price for same journey is 2374/- qar.

              I have already logged this complaint, but unfortunately didn't get any response, i was been told that will receive a response within 48 hours.

              I would request you to look into this matter and would appreciate if customer representative responds back to me.

              I would appreciate and request for a refund of the amount i am overcharged for this journey.

                I had booked an air arabia flight through cleartrip and had bought the allowance deal which cost me a bit extra for baggage allowance and meal on flight. But when i went to the airport we find that there is no baggage allowance and no meal. The issue lied with the cleartrip company so we called them up and they told us to buy extra baggage allowance and they will refund us later. The amount was 3300aed and after repeated follow ups they still haven't refunded the amount even after 2 weeks. Whenever we call the call center they always say the same thing "the finance department just approved your request and you will receive the refund by tonight or tomorrow morning"
                We still haven't received the refund!!!

                  I have booked flight 2 tickets from pun - blr in goair 242 flight [ 1850 hrs ] through cleartrip on 10.7.19 and on 23rd jul i got information from airlines that the said flight been cancelled and contact cleartrip for alternate arrangement. Immediately i have contacted [ 23rd jul ] cleartrip and requested them to re-book on air asia flight which is at 1920hrs and the pricing was same of goair. They have agreed to do so and wait till next day morning 9am to revert back. As i haven't received any feed back, till 11am on 24th jul i have re-checked with them but their reply was to wait till after noon and they have assured me to arrange the alternate booking, @account of goair as they have cancelled the flight. I have waited till 6pm and since there was no feedback, again called them back but again they have asked me to wait till 8.45pm and assured me that they will do the needful for the re-booking. As usual i haven't received any feedback till 10am, on 25th jul i have called them again. Now the reply was totally different. They said they can only cancel the old booking and refund the full amount, in 21 working days. Re-booking need to be done by individual at the rate available now. When i checked it was found the rates were more than double of the rate, of 23rd afternoon when i registered my complaint. If they could have asked me to do the re-booking by self, on 23rd or on 24th jul itself then i could have saved the additional money that i had to cough up and saved from the mental agony, i had to undergo. I feel m/s cleartrip should compensate suitably, for the financial losses and the mental agony i have undergone.

                    I’m writing on refund of my flight cancellation which happened on March 2019 it’s been more than 5 months now and whenever I call on behalf the ladies and gentleman over the call Centre support they come up with different dates as I am in a court and importantly no one is supporting even I asked if clear trip is not paying me back tell me because I don’t have time to call again and again to get alternate dates but still the same.                       I nandi vardhan mehta purchased my ticket (For my family) on air india (Dxb - jdh - dxb) with clear trip id [protected] during sept'18 last year and paid aed 3, 281. Airline pnr was hn647 for travel on 18th oct'18 (Dxb to jdh) and return on 25th oct'18 from (Jdh - dxb)
                      We later changed our travel plans (Before travel date) and i was told that i can't make changes online and i have to visit air india office in dubai. I did that and kept the ticket open (For all three passengers) to be used within one year.

                      I subsequently used one of the ticket (Nandi vardhan mehta) in 2019 for my personal travel and two other tickets remain open.

                      Since i have no travel plan for my family before the expiry of the tickets i approached clear trip earlier this month to check on cancellation of the ticket and refund amount. I also visited air india office in dubai for said purpose. I was told by air india office that only clear trip can apply for refund and then subsequently credit the refund to the card which was used to pay the bills.
                      When i spoke to clear trip advisers on phone they told me that they can't give me the exact amount which will be refunded as they need to check with air india staff. I told them to give me couple days to think and then i will let them know if i want my open tickets to be cancelled and claim refund.
                      Today (24th july'19) i'm trying to get in touch with clear trip team both on phone in uae & india and it says that my trip id is not valid.
                      I'm really disappointed and frustrated at the same time.
                      My overall experience with clear trip call centre has been very bad. With poor speaking capability and bad customer service you have ensured that a loyal customer may stop working with you in future.
                      Also i'm worried as i think that my money is been badly handled. If that not the case then why the trip id all of a sudden is not valid??
                      I'm not been able to get in touch with clear trip people and i'll be grateful if you can help me cancel my trip and do the needful of crediting my money back to my account at earliest. I'm scheduled to travel tomorrow but i"ll be available on my mobile.
                      I wish to add that if the poor service quality continues then i'll be forced to file an official complaint to authorities in uae & india and that too both against air india & clear trip. Hence i reserve my right to take legal action against both the entities.
                      I feel that i'm been taken for a ride.

                          Hi. My self shivamutyam. I have booked a flight ticket from vidya nagar to hyderabad on dated 23/07/2019 afternoon. My amount has been debited from my account to cleartrip. But i did not get any conformation mail or any ticket from clear trip. But i did not get my money back. Iam having refrence number of transaction i:e; ref#igagqmrrj3. Iam trying to contact them but they are not responding my call and moreover they are asking ticket id, i didn't get any mail or ticket from them so how can i inform ticket id. So please refund my amount if not iam ready to go legally.

                            I had cancelled my entire multi city trip in July 18 online. The ticket I had booked is refundable, Trip ID is[protected]. On 24th July I called to check as to what is the progress on my refund, however they said my trip was only partially cancelled. I explain to the customer service that my portal showed that the entire trip hand been cancelled and refunded, but she insisted that only onward leg was cancelled and she wanted me to give her an approval to cancel the rest of the sectors. I went ahead and did that but I have proof that the info she has was incorrect. Also when I had asked what is the refund amount, she said we can only hope for a refund. while clearly emirates has a very low charge on cancellation.

                            I would like to know what will be the complete refund and what is cleartrip going to cut out of the refund. Also clear trip should apologize for the bug in their system for passing incorrect info to me and also pay damages

                                I tried to book air ticket on 20th jul-2019 for my son vikram malani through cleartrip by indigo flight of 29th oct-2019 (Journey date).] from chennai to indore. On completing the booking process i made the payment rs4597/- through my hdfc bank credit card but immediately after the payment i got the server error on screen and neither got the booking confirmation nor the trip id by cleartrip. After sometime, on the same day i. E 20th jul-19 i attempted again to book the ticket for the same journey as said above and again upon making the payment rs4597/- i got the server error on screen and neither the booking confirmation nor thre trip id given by cleartrip. I have the confirmation from hdfc bank that a total amount of rs 9194/- (4597 x 2 = 9194/-) has been paid for cleartrip booking. Then i tried to call cleartrip customer care number but was shocked to find that they first ask to provide the trip id number. As i have not received any trip id from cleartrip on both above occasions, so iam not able to communicate with them, it is ridiculous. I want my amount rs 9194/- to be immediately refunded to me. Secondly, at customer care number of cleartrip there must be an option for the people who have not received trip id to reach their customer care executive.. Shanker r malani

                                      Dear cleartrip,

                                      I booked a ticket from your website where i could not use my coupon code where i was supposed to get 5% off and a la perl ticket free, now as a customer i requested to give what is my right but according to your cc they cannot provide the said freebies to me, so may i request to cancel my ticket and credit my back to my account plz

                                        I booked a hotel room on 17/7/2019 at hotel city inn kakinada with the above trip id i. E., ref#igagpmsjko through cleartrip. Even though my bank a/c was debited with rs.2268/- neither the hotel nor my mobile through which i booked the hotel i. E.,[protected] received hotel booking confirmation from cleartrip. As the confirmation of booking through the esteemed cleartrip was not received by the hotel city inn kakinada, they collected rs.2661/- again from me. The relevant entries of my bank account are here under. As the hotel people did not accept my version that my account was debited by rs.2268/- i was forced to pay rs.2661/- as i could not show any message confirming my booking. I do not know where it went wrong. Please see that i receive back the money i paid twice for the same room.
