Clear trip has not provided refund for my cancelled trips. We have waited for more than 3 months for clear trip to provide the refund and every month they provide another estimated date for getting the refund. I was informed by 9th july i will be provided an update and the refund, and when i spoke to clear trip team on 9th, they informed me i will have to wait till 10th august to get the refund. They were not able to guarantee that i will receive my refund either.

    I try to book my flight ticket by cleartrip but money deducted and ticket not booked and i did not get any email or message regarding the ticket. Please help me. Now i don't have the money to book the ticket and i need to go very urgently. I try to call support number but it is asking about trip id and i don't have any trip id. But i booked with my mobile number and my email id.

      I was booking a ticket through the cleartrip app. After the payment of rs 27228/- with ref#igagoheet3 on 10th july 2019 was made, the app crashed. It shows money is deducted from my account, however, there are no details shown on the cleartrip app or any email. I dont have a trip id and no way to contact customer care due to this. Need a solution for this immediately. I have been a continuous cleartrip user and never faced this before

        I recently booked a round trip in cleartrip from guwahati to new delhi. The departure date was 16 aug and the return date was 29aug. I made the payment via my net banking. The money has been deducted from my account but i did not receive any confirmation email or pnr number in my phone number. what should i do now?
        I did not receive any cleartrip id.

          I booked a flight on 5th july 2019 from chandigarh to trivandrum. Rs. 14472 were paid through sbi net banking. As i submit, the message of session expired flashes on the screen and the money was debited from my account. I didn't got any conformational mail. I contact my bank regarding this and they said the money might be in your (Cleartrip) parking account. Kindly check the same and reverse the money to my account. I earlier mailed you regarding the problem but still there is no response from your side. Even none of your contact numbers are working. Provide some genuine contact numbers so that i can communicate directly.

            On5 july, 2019 rs.14472 has been transferred from my account in state bank of india via net banking to cleartrip but no booking confirmation email received and no refund of money. The booking was made for indigo flight from chandigarh to trivandrum. I can’t even contact them as they first ask for trip i’d. Even they don't respond the email. I am attaching the message i received from the bank.

              This complaint is regarding the trip id[protected] for flight from bangalore to sydney which was canceled in the last minute from the air line side in march 2019.

              Till date i have not received my full refund and neither has cleartrip shown any professional and kind courtesy to keep the customer (Myself) updated or happy about the refund progress or status.

              Each time, i call the customer service, they say they are helpless and provide me with a new expected date, making the customer wait for months and then again after calling back on the expected date, coming up with new dates and without any guarantee that i would receive my refund even then.

              I have been a regular clear trip customer, but im extremely disappointed in the way clear trip is responding to this incident and making the customer more anxious and testing the patience of their customers.

              It has been over 4 months and till date i havent received my refund.

              The latest expected date provided now is for next month 10/08/2019, again making the customer go through this inconvenience. The supervisor ms. Apoorva seemed least confident in making me believe i will get a positive response even on 10th aug 2019.

                I booked Ethihad flight to London using Cleartrip on 26th June at 9:54AM after the payment, i see message transaction failed on Cleartrip page. Money go deducted from my credit card of amount 62487/-. As I didnt get any order /Trip ID, i created account with ClearTrip and checked the My trips, i didnt see any. I spoke to Creditcard Call center, they mentioned transaction might have failed and my amount will be returned in 5 working days and i can go ahead with booking ticket again.

                I booked ticket at 10:10AM on 26th June 2019 and same was confirmed by email at 10:12AM. Later I got confirmation of 1st ticket at 10:24AM. Now I have two tickets for same person on same traveling days.

                Called clear trip customer care to refund the amount for frist ticket and they admitted its duplicate ticket on first conversation with call center executive and said will arrange call back in 48hours after checking with airways.

                After 48 hours when i tried to reach them as i didn't call back, they mentioned its my mistake to book 2nd ticket and they sent first ticket order ID and it got late in delivered. I have submitted proof of the emails reached me to "[protected]@cleartrip.com" and they mentioned will arrange call back in 24 hours.

                After 24hours i received email id to allow more 24 hours. Mean while i spoke to Ethihad Airlines, they mentioned they didnt get any request from Cleartrip, if they get any request, they would add remarks against PNR/Ticket no.

                As I didnt get any call from Cleartrip after 48hours, when I call them, they say we are in process of checking with Airlines.

                I much worried about the process of cleartrip to cancel the duplicate ticket. Is there any escalation process to higher management for faster help and resolution ?

                After regular followup frist ticket has been cancelled. One of floor supervisor Tasir helped. Rest of executives keep asking 48 hours time.

                Whenever call Cleartrip Customer care, they say we will get back to you in 48hours and they never called back. Its already 6 days and still asking 48Hours saying we need to reach Airlines. I spoke to Airlines directly, they mentioned they didnt get any update from Cleartrip, else they would be mentioning the remarks against PNR it seems.

                Not Sure why not working on resolution, instead of just taking time again and again. its huge amount of 62457/- and really not happy with service. I wouldnt recommend or suggest clear-trip to anyone.

                  Tried to purchase tickets from your site. The card was charged, but the site showed validation failure. We didn't receive booking confirmation nor did we get a trip id from the site. We have been charged for a service that you have refused to provide.

                  Can't call you nor can i contact you in any other way. This is the last time i trust your organisation - never again!

                  What sort of a incompetent and fraud company are you running there - cheating trusting people out of their hard earned money?

                    I have booked snow city (Visit date 26th june 2019) through clear trip. One day before (25th june 2016) a guy called me from clear trip and said that due to emergency maintenance the snow city is closed on 26th and because of that he cancelled my booking. Also he said i will get the complete refund 2 to 3 days.
                    But till now i didn't received my refund, its been almost more than 10 days.

                      I request cleartrip please process my request to refund my amount i've done the booking on 7/06/2019 of inr 2, 747 at 11:10am at clear trip travel. Its been 4 hours and there is no response from your side i didn't receive any other message from cleartrip but i've got my transaction message from the bank.                         My airline ticket booked through ClearTrip was cancelled be Airline due to service/ flight not operating. I requested a refund of my journey on 10th May and was told that it would take 45 days to process refund. It's been more than 45 days and each time I call ClearTrip, they tell me reach out to Air India for refund amount or visit Air India office. I tried reaching out to Air India but they say that the ticket was booked through Travel Agent and we will only provide info to them. ClearTrip keeps telling me that they can't help as Air India is not responding to us, apparently they have been responding to me swiftly. They are the travel booking manager and should take the onus of managing refunds as well.

                          They have done fraud by making fool while generating booking for flight tickets. When we have done online payment we are unable to get the instant reply it has been a long time that no one is ready to reply for same. Kindly requesting you to get my money back on immediate basis. The clear trip id is[protected]. It has been long time. These people have no time to look in the this. Its getting impatient now. I feel that i have made mistakes with booking via cleartrip. Please give me my money back

                            I have been cheated completely by taking my money while booking airline tickets. I have completed all my transaction and also got otp for completion also but i received call from cleartrip stating that they are unable to see the transaction. But i have got debit mesagee and they took my money. Its rediculas that their executive is not replying also. There is no customer care email i'd where we can say something. The tollfree no won't connect any executive where we can say anything
                            I have frustrated a lot pls help me i want my money back on urgent basis

                              I have booked a ticket on 30 june 2019.. With successful transaction.. My bank statement clearly shows transaction of rs 2576.0 frm a/c x5985 to cleartrip... Ref#igagmbllm8 on 30jun19 but no any confirmation of ticket from there side. Kindly resolve my issue. My mail id is shara. [protected]@gmail.com.. Hope cleartrip will resolve my issue asap..                                 I had booked one air ticket for my Mumbai to Kochi trip on 19/06/2019(trip id:[protected]. First i attempted to make transaction through my UPI. Money debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. So i used my debit card and i got the ticket. And i got a mail from clear-trip that says refund process would be done within 5-7 days. but now it is already 10 days passed. I did not get any money.

                                  I just want to place a complain to your one of our customer service who assisted me yesterday regarding my childrens baggage allowance.

                                  It's been a decade i an using your site to book our family ticket but yesterday i am so disappointed to your one of your staff giving me incorrect information.

                                  I asked mr. Parol (Correct me the if i am wrong with the spelling) to double check with me the baggage allowance for my 3 childrens flying today with trip number[protected] and he told me clearly that only the 2 olds is having 40 each kgs allowance and childrens do not have. So suddenly my husband and i rush to remove the excess baggage for them which is 40kgs x 3 = 120kgs but when my husband check in today at counter they told that childrens has a baggage allownce of 40ks each of them..

                                  We didn't bring the other baggage for childrens becuase we trust and believe clear trip staff but today it was disgusting information.

                                  Could you please trained your staff properly and keep them updated so that they will avoid giving such wrong information to clients.

                                    I booked a ticket through clear trip for a travel in june 4 using my indian bank debit card. I cancelled the ticket at the same time because it was not needed. When i cancelled the ticket clear trip said like they will refund the amount with 7 days. After 15 days i asked them because the amount was not credited to my account, cleartrip said they already refunded the amount, they send me the acquirer reference number (Arn) to check with my bank. I called my bank they said that i've to go to my branch to check the details, i went to my bank, bank people said they cannot help with that acquirer reference number (Arn), acquirer reference number (Arn) means nothing to them, bank said that they can only help when account is taken from my account not when someone put money in my account. So i again called cleartrip, clear trip said that they already send the money to my bank account. Then cleartrip asked my bank statement to confirm that amount is not credit into my account, so i send the bank statement to cleartrip. After one week i called cleartrip for the status, cleartrip is again giving me the arn to do the same process again. How many times i have to do the process to get my amount. Cleartrip should take the responsibility to send the money back.

                                      Aeroflot ticket bought from cleartrip was rs 5000 higher price for comfortable layover of 3 hrs. Till the time of flight they hv no clue that the layover is much shorter barely enough to take the connecting flight while. Repeated calls n promose to call bk till the flight departed. Aeroflot insisting the hv not rescheduled the flight and these sre regular timmings.
                                      How can a booking agent do such cheating openly. And not even bother to respond. Now who is responsible if im not able to mk it to the connecting flight to lyon
                                      Also all info of baggage allowance on ticket misleading.

                                        Sir, i booked for round trip flight from imphal to new delhi on 02/07/2019 at around 2.50 pm for the dates 21/07/2019 and 26/07/2019, indigo flights from 15.30 n 23.15 and 11.00 am. An amount of rs 8647 had been debited from my account through net banking, but no message or confirmation email or intimation has been received in my mobile no [protected] and email [protected]@rediffmail.com kindly take remedial measures from your end at the earliest.
