Right now airlines fee while cancellation is 6675 and booking fee is 21608
But when i was booked this flight that time airlines fee while cancellation is 8000 and booking fee is 19500
So my refundable amount is around 11000
Please look in to it as soon as possible. If this is not possible then i will go at consumer court

Complaining that my air ticket. When I was take ticket 1 hr 45 mins layover now shows 10 hrs 35 mins layover. This not acceptable I have three kids. So please give me alternative change. If omanair change schedule only musket to kozhikode .same time change my flight dubai musket at night time.

    On 28 june 2019 i tried to book my flight tickets thought cleartrip app, then after the payment of rs.5, 462/- successfully done to cleartrip (Ref. No.[protected]gag) for airasia flight i5-1518 neither ticket i'd nor ticket confirmation details were sent to me.
    I hope you would make this issue resolve as soon as possible and implement my refund to my source account.
    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I tried to book tickets from Goa to Hyderabad on 28 June 2018 through your app .later my money has been deducted and no tickets were sent .Not even ticket I'd
    Please refund my money to the source account.

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      Kindly note that I had to contact Cleartrip customer care three times to rectify the refund processed for the trip ID[protected].​ Each time I was informed that the refund issue will be rectified within 48 hrs, however, I finally got a response today. And again the refund amount processed is wrong. Please find below the refund details I received initially from Cleartrip officials which is wrong.

      A convenience fee (–) AED 37.00
      Total refund amount AED 584

      Please note that the highlighted cashback amount AED 50 should not have been deducted, as the cashback AED 50 I received was for the Trip ID [protected], and not this trip. (This Trip ID is[protected]. Have attached a screenshot of the wallet for your reference. Secondly, the highlighted airline charges AED 500 is not correct as the actual airline deduction is AED 487 and not AED 500.

      Have attached a screenshot of the mail I received from Indigo Airlines, which states the correct amount. If needed, I can forward you the mail as well.

      Now lastly I would like to inform you that I have been credited with a full refund from Indigo Airlines. The total amount I should be receiving is AED 753. However, I received only AED 584 as you have deducted AED 106 as cancellation charges for the second time. (The airline has already charged AED 487 as total cancellation deductions.) I am a regular customer of Cleartrip. I have made many trips and I have many upcoming trips on Cleartrip as well. Is this not unfair from Cleartrip's part to deduct cancellation charges two times on a single trip? I request you to check the above issue as soon as possible and refund me the correct amount which should be AED 169. (AED13 + AED50 + AED 106)

      Kindly note that, in this competitive world, these unprofessional attitudes and mistakes from Cleartrip officials will greatly affect your business. It will discourage valuable and potential customers from using Cleartrip in the future. Expecting a quick response from you. Thank you.

        Jet airways flight got cancelled which i booked via clear trip, and past 2 months i have not received my refund. Past 60 days i made multiple calls talking to different representatives of clear trip and all that they could say is that is is pending with jet airways. I today spoke to floor supervisor// tausif khan as well unfortunately he is also not in position to give any information beyond this. He said he cant connect me to his superior nor he can give me his email id not his superior email id.

        I fail to understand how can clear trip could give such poor response again and again to premium customer like me who always book flight via clear trip.

        Clear trip don't getting refund from jet airways has nothing to do with me. That is the problem clear trip has to fix with jet airways at back end. They can not make me await till your team manages to negotiate and make it happen with jet airways. Unfortunately now jet airways is bankrupt too, so does that mean i will never get money back from clear trip?

        Additionally, while airlines cancelled the flight - clear trip team enforced me that if i need refund then i have to to put a request for cancellation of flight. I again fail to understand when airline cancelled their flight why do i need to cancel again!

        I sent email to [protected]@cleartrip.com to complaint formally too but no one has even reverted back.

          My trip id is[protected]. I was booking the ticket through online and a call came to me through clear trip and said she will assist me through booking. Her name is komal. She sent me the link to pay rs 8611 and i paid it but then she called up again and said tickets are sold out and you need to pay rs 867 more to to book another flight and i paid that also and then she said i am sending you the ticktets. And then i got no calls from her. My tickets has not generated yet. And customer support are also not responding well. I have all the recordings of this transactions. Specially komal has troubled me a lot and now i have to book immediate flight which will cost me very expensive all because of clear trip executive.

          Please look into this matter and kindly refund my money back or else book my ticket immediately.

            Hi.. I tried to book a hotel in cleartrip app in the name of depek.. My trip i'd is[protected]... Booking was failed from their end.. I m daily contacting the customer care for refund.. They are not processing my request... It's been 14 days... Daily one customer care executive attends the call and asking 24 hrs for solving, for 14 days... Pls help me..

              I booked my ticket for family from mumbai to qatar doha on 28 june 2019.
              Once i made payment, it got processed, but i didn’t receive any trip i’d neither the ticket. Cleartrip shows zero bookings.
              Booking was done for 21930 inr, transaction i’d - [protected] to payee techprocess solutions ltd pg.
              Please get it sorted asap.
              It was first booking through cleartrip.

                I booked my ticket online on 22nd june on cleartrip after getting to know that i could avail rs 1800/- cash back on international ticket. However the promotional code festive which is valid till june 30 did not get applied. I typed the code, there was no error reported on screen. I called customer care immediately and reported the problem. I was told that the case has been passed to the tech team. I again called on 25th and i got the same reply that the technical team is looking into it. I called again today and once again the same reply. If the system did not accept the code or report any error, why should be at a loss?? Request for a favourable response - thankyou!

                  On 27/06/2019 at 11:20 pm i have booked 3 air tickets through you site for 28/06/2019 on air india (Ai 668). But i have not received the ticket details. And also cash from my bank account is withdrawn for the payment for this tickets.
                  Rs 20, 694 is withdrawn from my icici bank account. After that i was not able to access your site. I have not yet received ticket details. And your sites was not available after that.
                  Kindly return me the money or make arrangements for getting ticket details

                    1. I booked my ticket on 19th june 2019 with trip id[protected] through in which it was showing payment failed in night.
                    Then i booked another ticket via trip id[protected] and after booking it showed payment failed while the earlier trip id[protected] showed praveen flying.
                    2. The trip id[protected] was showing payment failed till morning.
                    Now which terminal i should go t2 or t3 while trip id[protected] for airindia t3 was showing praveen flying and trip id[protected] was showing payment failed.
                    So i decided to go to t3, when i reached t3 the trip id[protected] started showing praveen flying.
                    Now tell me is it my fault or am i a fool to book 2 ticket.
                    Please revert and return my money as it is not my fault and your technical fault.

                      I am writing to you because i am completely disgusted with the service by cleartrip. I had tried to book my flight tickets on 21/06/2019 however the coupon that i had applied cthsbcfriday did not work. The flight tickets at that point of time was 5700 to and fro for 2 people including a cashback i had received from booking a hotel. I had contacted cleartrip on the same day and spoke to a representative and was advised that this is a technical issue and i would receive a cashback of ₹1200 in 24 hours. I had not received my cashback and had contacted cleartrip several times. There standard answer was we need to speak to the person who spoke to you and will call you back. I have not received any call back and i had even spoken to a manager on 26/6/2019 and was promised it would be resolved the same day. Today is 27/06/2019 and the fight tickets have shot up to over ₹6000 for a one way trip. Because if the unethical and unprofessionalism of cleartrip's customer service. I had incurred heavy monetary loss of over ₹4000. This is unacceptable and needs to be logged. I am attaching screen shots of the number of calls made to cleartrip.                         I booked multi-city trip from delhi-leh, leh-mumbai and mumbai- chennai on june 10. I didn't receive a confirmation email but the money was deducted from the bank account. I am unable to contact anyone because i don't have a trip id. Most ridiculous customer experience i have had.

                        I need a refund and also because of the loss i'm suffering, compensation for the extra money i'm paying for the tickets.

                            While booking the ticket on cleartrip website from hyderabad to dubai and dubai to vijayawada and they offered a code for visa75, uponentering they will issue a coupon for 75 aed amount which can be redeemed while applying for uae visa, and i entered the same but did not get the aed75 voucher which can be used to apply the visa. I called customer care multiple times requesting them to issue at the earliest so that i can apply the visa as travel date is approaching, but they keep on telling that i will get in next 24hrs. Nothing has happened.
                            Now its over one month, still nothing received.
                            When i called to their customer care at +[protected], spoke with nikhat on 26th june and received feedback as, they will get back to me in next 48 hrs.. This activity is continued from the day when i booked the tickets

                            Hence, i would like to file a compliant against cleartrip and want get penalty for cheating me and troubling alot without issuing the voucher on time.

                            They should pay penalty for the stress what they gave to me in this regard.

                            Today called the support +[protected] on 30th June 09:40 AM and
                            spoke with Disha and she confirmed that the case is still pending no
                            feedback to provided further.
                            When I asked to connect the call to the Escalation manager, she put
                            the call on hold for around 10 min and after that connected to the
                            floor supervisor by name Payal (whose manager is Yasin Shaik)
                            Payal acknowledged that the coupons were not issued for both the trips
                            and also their team member Apoorva escalated the case, still there is
                            no feedback received from the back end team.
                            Payal promised to look into the issue and get back to me within 24
                            hours with appropriate resolution as issuing VISA coupon now is
                            useless for me.

                            Clear trip has sent the coupons which should be used before 15th July 2019. But now these coupons are useless for me as my travel to UAE was over long back (for which I booked the tickets through clear trip for which this complaint was logged) and hence these are of no use.
                            Hence conveyed the same to Payal and asked to escalate the case to have proper resolution. Payal promised me to get back to me on this within 24 hours, but nothing happened.

                            Again I called +[protected] on 3rd Jul art 17:10 hrs and spoke with Shehraj. He asked me to hold the line and line went on hold for 10 min then he disconnected the call.
                            Later at 17:21 hrs once again call and spoke with Pema regarding this compliant and she took my mobile number and confirmed that she will get back to me on this. Immediately she called and discussed the case. She said, she will check with the technical team and arrange a call be within 24 hours. Waiting for early resolution.

                              Please check the trip id number[protected] this ticket was cancelled may 30 2019. Every day 2times i contact customer care number 22069185. Everyday getting different answers from the customer care side, extremely blaming me and foolishing me. Still did nt refund my account, i give my all bank details in kuwait. Nothing to happen untill this time. Customer care side give me two number both enteirly different, i asking more than 100 times, i need reference number, refund transaction date, website name, nothing to replay from the customer side. Realy customer side is blaming me. This ticket rate 149 kd (Kuwait dinar) but refund amount is 106 kd only his cutting different ways. Untill now i didnt get any one fils from clear trip side.. What is purpose doing like this, why this cheating me., realy iam very upset.

                              Please please please i requesting.. Can you help me about this matter?.

                                Ear concerned,

                                I have booked the attached ticket on 16 june 2019 for travel from jakarta to new delhi on 10 july 2019.

                                While booking the ticket it was showing the same is refundable.

                                Now i have to cancel the ticket and your customer care executive first confirmed that the ticket is refundable and after putting me on hold for 7 mins mentioned that it is non-refundable. Also, there is no where mentioned in the ticket that the same is non-refundable.

                                This is just an unfair trade practice. The clear trip can not fool people first by mentioning that the ticket is refundable and then after booking, they change the same to non-refundable.

                                Would appreciate please cancel the attached ticket and process my refund within 24 hours failing which i will file the case in consumer court (Copied on the email).

                                Further, while reviewing the comments from other customers, i think it is a custom for cleartrip first to show that the ticket is refundable and post booking, it becomes non-refundable.

                                I was booking hotel Hill town in mcleo ganj himachal from 14-06-19 to 16-06-19 for two room by cleartrip on dated-08-06-19. So was pay online transaction by google pay Rs -5712. And amount was deducted on my account and no any SMS and email by cleartrip for hotel booking no trip I'd send .I was email to cleartrip customer care, no any response from cleartrip .I call customers care it was engage no response. Cleartrip customers care centre is a problem .I call hotel hill town for confirmed room booked. So hotel manager say no room booked from cleartrip by your name . I was very shocked this situation. My trip was cancelled by cleartrip. Cleartrip was harassment the customers.

While booking i did not receive any trip id and ticket. After that i call the clear trip they ask about trip id. I told them all the story about booking. After that they told me due to some technical problem ur booking is not confirm ur money will be back. After that regularly i am calling in clear trip to many people (Calling agents) the told me many will be return back. After travailing date 24 june they are informing me. Ur booking was confirmed and due to no show in flight we will not return back any thing. And it was ur problem. Because while booking u put wrong mail id. Even mail mail id is not wrong. U have to be write gmail.com u write wrong gamil.com. This is the reason.

                                  My ques. Why i get the information after departure date. Why the did not inform me in beet win 22 may 2019 to 17 june 2019. Then i can use the ticket or i can cancel.

                                  And how the flight can do no show because same day same flight same name i booked ticket by other travel agency.

                                    My name is mukesh batra. I have booked fariyas lonavla resort through hdfc bank and cleartrip was involved as a third party in booking. When requested for gst invoice then hotel and bank said cleartrip will give gst invoice. When i called to cleartrip team they denied and not giving invoice of 38 thousand.

                                      It's been more than two months since I cancelled my Cleartrip trip but have still not received my refund amount of ~Rs.8500.
                                      This trip was cancelled because Jet Airline cancelled this flight at their end and have sent message to cancel the flight from cleartrip to have the refund amount.

                                      The website doesn't provide any refund status or any kind of customer service to provide support on Refunds. It's a horrible service.

                                      Please help!!

                                        I have made a booking on cleartrip website for a flight from kochi to dubai, for a travel date 24-jun-19, however once i have made the payment through sbi online banking services, the amount of rs. 6319 got debited from my account and i got a message from cleartrip that the transaction is failed due to some unknown reasons. I spoke to sbi and they told me that the amount already charged against the transaction and nothing can’t be done from their end. I tried to contact cleartrip however failed to get connected them. As such, kindly advise what is the possible way to get the money refunded by cleartrip. Thanks a lot for the resolution in this issue...
