Updated by sybasha Today called the support +[protected] on 30th June 09:40 AM and
spoke with Disha and she confirmed that the case is still pending no
feedback to provided further.
When I asked to connect the call to the Escalation manager, she put
the call on hold for around 10 min and after that connected to the
floor supervisor by name Payal (whose manager is Yasin Shaik)
Payal acknowledged that the coupons were not issued for both the trips
and also their team member Apoorva escalated the case, still there is
no feedback received from the back end team.
Payal promised to look into the issue and get back to me within 24
hours with appropriate resolution as issuing VISA coupon now is
useless for me.

Updated by sybasha Clear trip has sent the coupons which should be used before 15th July 2019. But now these coupons are useless for me as my travel to UAE was over long back (for which I booked the tickets through clear trip for which this complaint was logged) and hence these are of no use.
Hence conveyed the same to Payal and asked to escalate the case to have proper resolution. Payal promised me to get back to me on this within 24 hours, but nothing happened.
Again I called +[protected] on 3rd Jul art 17:10 hrs and spoke with Shehraj. He asked me to hold the line and line went on hold for 10 min then he disconnected the call.
Later at 17:21 hrs once again call and spoke with Pema regarding this compliant and she took my mobile number and confirmed that she will get back to me on this. Immediately she called and discussed the case. She said, she will check with the technical team and arrange a call be within 24 hours. Waiting for early resolution.
