Hi my name is nitesh,
I had booked a ticket through clear trip and air India cancelled the flight and offered me a full refund. It’s been 3 months (90days) I have not received any money . Everytime I call the customer care they keep saying they are working on it. It’s a 66k ticket and clear trip is being so irresponsible to this issue kindly help me in this issue. I have been calling them constantly and have also taken written mail assurance that they would resolve with in June 3rd and 2 weeks have already past and still no reply nor anyone is ready to talk to me. Customer care service so bad that I am tried of explaining the same issue over and over again for 3 months. Please help me in this issue.

    Hi,
    Please note I had tried booking my ticket through Clear Trip App on 14.06.2019 but could not book my ticket due to your server issue. The payment has been deducted & awaiting for the refund. The payment was made from my spouse savings account & today is the 5th day so please can you check & arrange the refund at the earliest. My registered Email Id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

    Please note previously also I have faced the same issues when I am trying to book through Clear Trip App but the amount was refunded back to my account for them. Request you to please fix this issue so you will not lose your customers to your competitors.

      I couldnt reschedule my flights on a critical situation (trip id:[protected]). I had to cancell all the tickets and to book fresh tickets causing heavy financial damages. Highly deplorable. As a responsible company is not supposed to behave like this to its clientle in such a competitive industry. consumer satisfaction should be the supreme motive of any organisation

        I booked a ticked with Air India express from Abu Dhabi to Delhi for 11 April 2019 at 00:20 am with Trip ID:[protected]. later I tried to merge the ticket with Air India departure for 11 April 00:05 am, as my family was travelling alone and I want to accompany them with my friends family who were travelling with Air India.

        when I checked with cleartrip customer care they asked me to cancel the existing booking and requested a to book new ticket with air India with Trip ID[protected].

        Later I booked a new ticket with air India with trip id, but when boarding pass was issued, we realized that both of them were same flight code shared with Air India express, and all of this happened due to incorrect information from customer care executive resulted in cancellation of flight and rebooking the same with different airlines.

        Despite of several reminders and follow up my money was not refunded and no action has been taken against the customer care executive Mr. Gund Sagar for providing incorrect information.

          I booked ticket from my cleartrip account by email : [protected]@gmail.com from nagpur to banglore at 12:11 am on 19jun
          Ticket for 7 july using amazon pay as medium
          But the ticket was not booked no id is shown on cleartrip account
          Msg fromAmazon:
          Payment of Rs.2, 029.00(Card Rs.2, 016.00 + Amazon Pay balance Rs.13.00) for Txn ID P[protected] on ClearTrip is successful.
          Tickets not booked yet
          Please look into it

          Last night around 9 pm i was trying to book a flight ticket. The payment method i used was googlepay.The booking failed but still the money was deducted and i didn't even get any email or trip id. Look into it ASAP.

            My self pyush RAI booked ticket from Chandigarh to banglore to and fro from Cleartrip amounted deducted but no tickets booked there customer care also not answering I think they ar fraud not resolving issues.there is no alternate contact no or email id to contact.booking was done today 18 june2019 total amount was 9800.they are very irresponsible in their behaviour.how could I get my money back kindly suggest me

                I have booked a Jet airways Ticket with Clear Trip. Firstly soon after Flight cancellations, they didn't update me instead i have called them to confirm the flight cancellations. Soon after the cancellations they assured me of complete return. My booking got cancel on 19th April, 2019 at 4:24 PM. and till today at 17th june, 2019, I have not received my refund. Everytime i call Cleartrip customer care they give me a new deadline.

                They are just giving new excuses every time. mostly their customer care do not answer the call.

                I am based in Dubai and this is so annoying.

                    I booked bombay to madurai flight for[protected] and When I book the option, I saw check-in baggage allowance 15 kg and cabin baggage 7 kg. snap shop example attached.
                    Now i saw no check-in-baggage allowance and I have to pay 400 rs per KG and totally 24000 rupees which is unfair. contacted [protected] and made complaint

                        My trip id[protected] from MAA to CJB - Flight AI9565 on June 13th morning scheduled at 5.45 am but was rescheduled to 7 am. Did not receive any information about the reschedule. I tried booking another ticket by the same flight a little later and realized that the flight has been rescheduled. I contacted the customer care of cleartrip over phone myself for clarification.

                        The best part is I received a mail from cleartrip regarding the rescheduled flight at 11.47 pm on 13th June, 2019 (for a rescheduled flight in the morning of the same day).

                        I never knew cleartrip can send us such mails so irrationally.

                          regarding bad experience with cleartrip

                          I am sorry to say you that, I am first time customer of Cleartrip and I have very bad experience with you.
                          I have booked a hotel with you and pay you what ever you want. But there is no minimum ammenties which you have mentioned at the time of booking. There is no power backup, no swimming pool, no cable connection, no lift in working condition etc... Yesterday night me and my family can not sleep for power...

                          Flight cancelled ny Air China. Have been following up with Cleartrip for 15 days, but no resolution so far.

                          Here's the full story

                          The story begins with an email - Cleartrip sends an email saying a part of the returning flight of the side characters has been cancelled by @AirChinaNA

                          Of the flight YVR - PEK - BOM, the PEK-BOM part has been cancelled.

                          I call @Cleartrip @riorover on June 29 requesting for a resolution, as due to my bad luck, I had booked tickets through these morons.

                          So the very first call from my side was answered by Revati. She said she'd look into it and get back to me in 48 hours (but she didn't).

                          After 48 hours, I called again, spoke with Riya. She asked for 24 more hours, but like Revati, didn't get back at all. @Cleartrip @riorover the story goes downhill from here for you guys. @makemytrip @YatraOfficial you guys might enjoy this

                          Then I spoke with Nikhat ( she asked for 12 more hours)

                          Next day Payal (she said she'll get asap)

                          Next Day Yuvraj (no commitment)

                          Next day Pranav (handed phone to supervisor Apoorva)

                          (Same day as Pranav )Apoorva : We are looking into this, but we can't reach @AirChinaNA

                          So, after almost 6-7 days of calling @Cleartrip @riorover and receiving NO CALL BACK whatsoever, I called again on June 6/7 (I'm calling from Canada, so time difference, duh!) and spoke with Rahul Kshitij Sarang.
                          ‏
                          So, for the first time during this call in so many days, we discussed what options we had :

                          1. Go with the refund, but the amount of refund unclear and to calculated
                          2. Check for flights for other days / routes

                          So, as established in the thread, I was calling @Cleartrip for 7+ days since their email about flight cancellation. Their reason for no resolution so far was "not able to reach @AirChinaNA @airchina " which doesn't sound true. I'm sure it doesn't take 7+ days to get hold of them.

                          The floor supervisor Sarang Jogale told me that I can either go for a refund, but he didn't know how much money I'd get, or he'll look into this, and get me a flight YVR-PEK-DEL-MUM. He asked for 72 hours to check with the airlines.

                          He didn't get back to me in 72 hours, and I called again. This time I spoke with Vikash. He asked for 48 hours. And of course Vikash didn't call back in 48 hours. So called them again today. @Cleartrip @riorover are you guys ashamed of this, one bit?

                          So, after almost 14/15 days of non-stop followup (just from my side), @Cleartrip @riorover have the balls to say that they can only provide a flight from YVR-PEK-DEL or I can take the refund (the amount still unclear)

                          you guys have ZERO accountability, and are taking absolutely no responsibility here. If I take a refund at this point and book another flight, do you have any idea how much the flight prices have gone up while in the mean time, when you did NOTHING?

                          And are you aware how much a domestic flight would charge for international luggage of 23kgs x2 per person check-in luggage for 2 passengers? Who is going to pay for that? You can't simply disassociate yourself and ask me to deal with @AirChinaNA @airchina directly

                          @Cleartrip @riorover The latest person I spoke to after Sarang was Sagar. He was shameless enough to tell me that I should talk to @airchina @AirChinaNA now! If I were to do that, why do people need companies like @Cleartrip ? And what exactly are people like you doing @riorover?

                          If the airlines cancel a flight, they either give a refund or give an alternate day/ route. @Cleartrip middle-men like you simply eat up customers' time in getting resolution. Airlines don't suffer, you guys don't suffer, but we as customers have to pay for your mistakes!

                          Should @Cleartrip take some responsibility here? Should they arrange for / pay for some part of the journey / baggage allowance?

                          I am really upset and frustrated about this company.
                          I should not trust this company again and never ever chose this company again.

                            I had booked flight ticket on 29 may...it was unsuccessful but money of rs 2900 got deducted...I did not get the ticket

                            Then I booked another ticket.
                            I had done payment by axis bank
                            Contacted bank..they said issue of payu

                            Contacted payu...they said payment is with Cleartrip..
                            I have not got the ticket and hence definitely I want my money refunded...pls help

                              I have purchased jet airways tickets on (travel date[21/05/19] from mumbai to varansi in April Month, but due to jet flight cancellation I requested to clear trip for a full refund. Now it is almost 2 months, but still I didnt get any final confirmation from them. I have to buy some other flight tickets for the same travel, but the fare is almost double now than the old fare. The mistake is not ours but still they are not taking any responsibility for that.. I came to know that, my friends got full refund, who bought tickets from local travel agents or direct from jet airways within 10 days time...

                                I bought Dubai Mumbai ticket for 29th May 2019, on 24th May 2019, via Cleartrip website

                                I have sent mails with the bank details and the copy of the deducted transaction.

                                There is no proper response.
                                One cannot complain on their website or customer care, as without a trip Id, one cannot go forward with the process.
                                Unfortunately, since the transaction failed, I don’t have trip id

                                  I have purchased 4 jet airways tickets on (travel date[protected] from Cochin to Doha in April Month, but due to jet flight cancellation I requested to clear trip for a full refund. Now it is almost 2 months, but still I didnt get any final confirmation from them. I have to buy some other flight tickets for the same travel, but the fare is almost double now than the old fare. The mistake is not ours but still they are not taking any responsibility for that.. I came to know that, my friends got full refund, who bought tickets from local travel agents or direct from jet airways within 10 days time. So better avoid these kind of agents in future and make sure we are always in safe zone.

                                    I Nateshkumar Mani booked a ticket to Hyderabad thro website, and an amount of Rs.3169.00 got debited from my HDFC account. However ticket has not been issued.

                                    Not able to proceed on Customer support since it asks for a Trip ID number, which has not been issued s far. IVRS does not give operator support.

                                    Tried all the toll free number as well as the Mumbai number provided on site but both numbers are non existing. Also no customer support email ID has been provided

                                      As we booked hotel about one month ago at karma cottage manali for 8 June to 13 June 2019 having trip I'd[protected] on the name of tarun Kapoor. Yesterday When we reached at the hotel after a long travelling of 20 hours, hotel staff said we don't have any booking of yours. Clerartrip didn't confirm your booking.all rooms were already booked. We can't do anything. We were having small kids with us. We suffers alot due to your mistake. We were stayed at road for about 2-3 hours. All other hotels were booked. And we called cleartrip staff but they just transfer our call from one executive to another. And at last they said we can't do anything sorry.
                                      We stayed full night in our car. U people make our trip worst. Seriously u are the worst online booking co. We will never avail services from you. And also after reaching Delhi we will take serious step against you.
