While booking a mumbai-delhi flight on may 29th, my cc got debited of 4037inr but the confirmation message never flashed!! I haven’t received my flight tickets.. There is no direct customer care number where i can call without a trip id which i obviously don’t have! Neither do they have an email id where concerns can be raised. On their website when i try to submit a query - i get an error message “there was a problem sending your query, please try again”! This is ridiculous.. I want my flight tickets asap!!

    Usually i'm booking my flights via skyscanner website and this is the first time i book from here it was showing 40 kg while doing the booking after finalizing the same i saw in my ticket that theres no 40 kg weight in my travel ticket ots only 7 kg handbag which is ridiculous.
    I contacted the call center and they promise to call within 48 hours. Anyhow i must get same what i seen during the booking time otherwise you guys have to refund the full amount.

    Mail I'd - [protected]@gmail.com - I have booked 7 tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai on 21 June 2019 by and Mumbai to Bangalore on 23 June 2018, worth approximately INR 46000 . After successful completion of the transaction, tickets did not get printed, and I do not have the transaction ID.

        Hi

        My Tirp ID is[protected], the ticket is booked from clearTrip platform and the Airline changed the Flight Boarding Airport due to which it was not possible to board the flight and ticket was cancelled well in advance. now it has been 2.5 months passed still i didn't received my refund and clearTrip not promising any confirmed date.

          Sir, I wanted to book airline ticket by net banking from Kochi to Dammam. Due to weak internet connection process failed.
          But from the bank Rs.28, 009 was debited from my account and credited to PAYUCLEARTRIPPRIVATE.

          Please let me know when will the amount be refunded back to my account

              I booked a flight through Cleartrip app. My account is debited twice but booking of flight is not yet confirmed. No tickets received or no confirmation mail or message recieved from clear trip.
              I have sent an email more than 10 times to clear trip customer support but no response.

                I got my tickets booked from cleartrip on 27th may from delhi to goa. Amount of rs 8184 was deducted from my account but cleartrip never generated my trip id or ky tickets. They have a customer care number which asks for trip id and even thier support ask for same. They hvnt refunded the money nor even ready to do anything about it. I paid through paytm upi. And they said to ask fr refund from cleartrip.

                    I booked the ticket from cleartrip for hyderabad to delhi from airindia on 26th April.
                    But due to technical problem airindia flight got cancelled. I filed the complain for refund.
                    I received a call from mumbai cleartrip office [protected]. They told me i will get full refund of 3838 along with compensation of 1000.

                    But for this you have to download google pay and add cleartrip bank account to get refund and compensation.

                    I was sure there will be no fraudulence as i was getting from cleartrip landline number.

                    i downloaded googlepay and added cleartrip bank account num[protected].

                    I don't know how my whole amount got deducted to this account number by upi.
                    Firstly 3838 three times and 1599 one times.

                    Now i am big loss of 17000 which got debited yesterday..

                    Please help me out against this scam done by clear trip.

                      This is by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing dealing with a call center just to get my money back.

                      Emails are not being replied to, agents are trying their best to end the calls, managers are desperately avoiding escalations calls. What else. I wonder how on earth do you call your self a customer service organisation.

                      I have emails/ calls recordings confirming refund to be processed by 05.04.19. Till date it is almost june and i haven't received anything and your staff pretend to be ignorant of the matter and just keep putting the blame on something else.

                      Your managers are even more pathetic. I was promised numerous call backs in 48hrs, never received one. Out of the umpteen number of calls made to you guys requesting for a manager, not once have your managers had the courtesy to speak to a customer trying to get answers for his money. They just keep ignoring escalation calls.

                        28/05/2019 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank regarding the transaction amount being paid to cleartrip and deducted from my account.

                        I was not given any confirmation email following the transaction nor any form of statement of failure of booking. However upon calling air asia it was confirmed that no booking had been initiated by cleartrip.

                        I cannot even contact the customer service centre as i was not issued any trip id. This is a pathetic system fooling customers and has caused me great discomfort and monetary loss. I m never going to book any ticket from cleartrip in future and will tell all my friends to refrain from booking in cleartrip if my problem is not resolved as soon as possible

The site interface is not at all user friendly. i want to cancel my flight bookings as i dont have a account. the site isnt accepting the trip ID given or the account through which the bookings were done. I want to know the procedure of cancelling the flight bookings without being sign up. i need a procedure to do the cancellation and would request the return the amount and take care of this.

                            We had booked 2 hotel rooms in gulmarg - nedous hotel, gulmarg, jammu and kashmir vide above reference number & paid an amount of rs 39725/-.

                            We were to leave for srinagar on the 26th from mumbai, however due to imposition of curfew we had to cancel the trip. Hence our inability to land in srinagar resulted in the trip to gulmarg being cancelled. Cleartrip vide their mail intimated deduction of 21280 & worked out he refund at rs 12284 which is unreasonable, unfair as due to extreme situation the trip was cancelled. Due to curfew being imposed due the death of a dreaded terrorist on 23 may 2019 the valley was virtually shut down.

                            In such harsh and unforgiving circumstance we had to cancell the trip. Request a reconsideration for the amounts charged & urge you to kindly refund the entire amounts.

                                Its really pathetic online portal to use for booking any tickets. I booked a ticker once on 28 may 2019 at around 2pm and the money got deducted but the ticket was not booked. I got an email that the money will be refuded. Now again after trying to book another ticket i have faced the same issue.in 24 hours my money got deducted twice. Please proceed with reimbursement as soon as possible. I am never using this service again if i am not getting my money back as soon as possible

                                  I wanted to raise the case of my refund for trip id[protected] that has not been processed till now. I canceled the ticket at 2 am on april 1, 2019 and the flight was scheduled at 4:55 on april 2, 2019. As per the airlines policy i am eligible for a refund.
                                  I have been following up with cleartrip for past 50 days and every time they say we will talk to the technical team and come back to you. Though first time the agent accepted that you will get a refund.
                                  This is really frustrating, i am asking what is due to me, if policy says you are eligible for refund 24 hours before than i should be refunded.
                                  Please pay back the refund money asap, i cant keep on calling cleartrip customer care and explain the case again and again.

                                  I raised the issue on social media and Gulf Air contacted me to explain the issue. They have mentioned in the mail and Clear Trip did not inform the airlines to cancel the ticket at 12:20 am in the night rather the request was placed at 8 am in the morning which is within 24 hours of the flight time.
                                  This shows that problem is with cleartrip and they are not accepting their mistake and refunding the amount.
                                  I would really appreciate if you could help me get a refund.

                                  I have booked a ticket on 17/05/2019 from Mumbai to Dehradun dated 01/06/2019. While the payment for the ticket has been done and money has been deducted from my account still I haven't received any email or trip id.
                                  The flight I was booking in was SG 6932.

                                    I had applied for uae visit visa via cleartrip on 18th may and received the visa on 19th may 2019. However the traveler details mentioned were not matching with the passport (Name, dob & place of birth). I contacted cleartrip for rectification and i was promised a 48 hour window to get the corrected visa. It has been 8 days since and issue is not resolved yet. The person is travelling in 2 days and i am yet to get any update on the visa, inspite of applying well in advance. Due to such delay, i am in the verge of losing out on the flight tickets, visa charges and hotel bookings etc. Every day i make calls to customer care number and get the same reply, asking for 24 hour period to resolve the issue.

                                    I am unable to apply for a fresh visa because the visa from cleartrip is still active. I asked for cancellation of the visa also, so that i can apply as fresh from my end. I was informed that cancellation is not possible too. So neither will cleartrip provide visa on time (For me to update ok to board status) nor will they allow cancellation of the visa for me to apply for a new one.

                                    The person travelling is going abroad for the first time and this has caused much hassle which otherwise could have been a smooth trip for that person. Also there has also been zero response to any of my mails. The customer care people also have standard response everytime the call is being made. Promise to call back never happens too.

                                        I had tried booking a banglore ahmedabad airticket on 15th may once online through the cleartrip website and when the transaction got debited from my account and no ticket was booked, a cleartirp representative called me and the second time again the transaction happened and still the ticket couldn't be booked.
                                        I made two transactions of rs.11, 340 each on the 15th of may and only one amount of rs.11340 was refunded into my account on the 22nd of may after 7 days.
                                        Sill the second amount of rs.11340 has not yet been credited back into my account.
                                        The transaction receipts from the bank have been attached here for both transactions for further reference.
