This is utter shame on cleartrip that after promising the much delayed refund amt date 27th may. Still refund is not processed. Upon continue follow up with customer care the experience became more worst and looks open fraud as each csr provide his wishful delay reason.
Been calling almost daily since 26th may requesting to speak to customer care manager...

I booked two flight tickets on 31st may 2019 at 1:55 pm destination was from delhi to srinagar departure time 15: 45-17: 15 31st may 2019 from go air g8-337. Cleartrip pvt ltd deducted rs 33762 of two passengers. I didn't receive any trip id nor confirmation messages. When tried to contact with customer service of cleartrip they are asking me to enter trip id which is haven't received. Please refund my money back....

I tried to book two tickets on 26.04.2019 through my debit card but tickets were not booked. Two transaction were made that are reflected in my bank statement. Neither the ticket booked nor got any message regarding trip/booking id. I tried to contact on your helpline no but they ask for trip/booking id. On 26.04.2019 i tried to book train tickets from new delhi to ahemdabad but no ticket booked. And money was deducted from my account. The trasanction were done through my debit card. No booking/trip id was given. Refund of rs. 4423.00 has been recieved in one case but refund in other case still awaited. When called on their help line number they ask for trip id. Which is not available. Neither ant message recieved. So amount of rs. 4423.00...

I booked a ticket for 2 passengers from kolkata to bengaluru for travel on 4th of may in sg658, however due to cyclone, kolkata airport got closed and spicejet eventually cancelled the flight. Usually i'm booking my flights via skyscanner website and this is the first time i book from here it was showing 40 kg while doing the booking after finalizing the same i saw in my ticket that theres no 40 kg weight in my travel ticket ots only 7 kg handbag which is ridiculous.

My Tirp ID is[protected], the ticket is booked from clearTrip platform and the Airline changed the Flight Boarding Airport due to which it was not possible to board the flight and ticket was cancelled well in advance. now it has been 2.5 months passed still i didn't received my refund and clearTrip not promising any confirmed date....

I booked a flight through Cleartrip app. My account is debited twice but booking of flight is not yet confirmed. No tickets received or no confirmation mail or message recieved from clear trip.
I have sent an email more than 10 times to clear trip customer support but no response.

I got my tickets booked from cleartrip on 27th may from delhi to goa. Amount of rs 8184 was deducted from my account but cleartrip never generated my trip id or ky tickets. They have a customer care number which asks for trip id and even thier support ask for same. They hvnt refunded the money nor even ready to do anything about it. I paid through paytm upi. And they said to ask fr refund from cleartrip....

Despite several calls made and mails written no resonse or resolution of issue..

They are not refunding the amount already refunded by airlines... Sick...

I booked the ticket from cleartrip for hyderabad to delhi from airindia on 26th April.
But due to technical problem airindia flight got cancelled. I filed the complain for refund.
I received a call from mumbai cleartrip office [protected]. They told me i will get full refund of 3838 along with compensation of 1000.

But for this you have to download google pay and add cleartrip bank account to get refund and compensation....

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing dealing with a call center just to get my money back.

Emails are not being replied to, agents are trying their best to end the calls, managers are desperately avoiding escalations calls. What else. I wonder how on earth do you call your self a customer service organisation.

28/05/2019 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank regarding the transaction amount being paid to cleartrip and deducted from my account.

I was not given any confirmation email following the transaction nor any form of statement of failure of booking. However upon calling air asia it was confirmed that no booking...

I dont have an account in the site. The site interface is not at all user friendly. i want to cancel my flight bookings as i dont have a account. the site isnt accepting the trip ID given or the account through which the bookings were done. I want to know the procedure of cancelling the flight bookings without being sign up. i need a procedure to do the cancellation and would request the return the amount and take care of this....

We had booked 2 hotel rooms in gulmarg - nedous hotel, gulmarg, jammu and kashmir vide above reference number & paid an amount of rs 39725/-.

We were to leave for srinagar on the 26th from mumbai, however due to imposition of curfew we had to cancel the trip. Hence our inability to land in srinagar resulted in the trip to gulmarg being cancelled. Cleartrip vide their mail intimated deduction of 21280 & worked out he refund...
