On May 9th 2019, I cancelled a flight from LHR you MNL 3 hours before the flight since the check in agent with Cathy pacific informed the passenger (British citizen) that a transit visa will be needed to transit HKG which the layover was 4 hours. I received and email from cleartrip regarding the”Priorty” refund on the 17th of May stating” Your refund should be processed in no later than 1 days” It’s now the 10th of June 2019 and there is no refund. I’m consistently being informed that they are waiting for the airlines and when I call the airlines they tell me they are waiting for cleartrip.

So far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I was told that a callback would be done in 3 hours, that was around 5 days ago. I made a mistake booking another flight with cleartrip. It will definitely be the last time and this is just the first complaint.

    Dear Clear trip team.
    Clear trip was lying to me since 2 months but as per jet airways team.agent has not even intiated the request for refund that means you all are sleeping on my case.
    The worst customer service..

    Customer service management are very non cooperative and talk like they are master of each customer

    Coz of clear trip lazy attitude we are suffering

      I booked a trip last March 3, which is Bangkok to Dubai, unfortunately, I received an email last week of March, that the timings were changed by the airlines which is OMAN AIR, so at that time I thought I still have a good deal so I confirmed it. But then, I decided to cancel it because I found a cheaper price for the same trip. I request a cancellation and they confirmed it April 21. To make the story short I called them several times, and yet I haven't received my money back. I believe I waited long enough for this, I am tired of getting the same answer from their customer service. I hope I can get my full refund.

        Hi,
        I booked a AirIndia flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 22 April 2019 using Cleartrip. After we boarded the flight, AirIndia staff announced that flight has technical problem and it will be delayed. Later we were unboarded and announced that they are cancelling the flight and full refund will be made on original payment.
        Initially I contacted AirIndia to refund the money, eventually they responded indicating the I have to contact Cleartrip for refund as I booked from them. After contacting Cleartrip few many times I received email from them indicating the AirIndia approved full refund and I need to contact the customer care for providing the details. I contacted them and provided all my details. From then onwards Cleartrip is not at all refunding my amount. It's been 50 days no refund has been issued. One day I received email indicating the I need to submit endorsed copy from AirIndia. When I contacted AirIndia, they are telling that refund has to go through Agent (Cleartrip) rather than through me. I have no other option raising a complaint here.

          Trip ID [protected] round trip flights for Ashley Jessica - she was not able to make it to her flight because she got hospitalized, brought this up to the airline (Cebu Pacific) and they agreed and processed the full refund since April 2019. Until now Cleartrip did not give me my money back. If I will follow up, there is no progress at all and they are always saying the same thing. Customer representatives and even the supervisors not doing their job properly.

            Hi,
            I was trying to book a flight with Cleartrip on 2nd June, 2019 from Ahm to Del. But my online transaction was failed and still amount was debited from my Airtel Payment Bank

            I don't get any contact numbers to call their customer service, they always ask for Trip ID which I don't have as my booking was not made at all.

            Please help me to get my money back into my account.

              I had prebooked 5 meals - 3 veg and 2 non veg meals
              2 months before at the time of ticket booking itself

              And PAID IN ADVANCE through debit card
              Wishing that I’ll get breakfast served in my 5 hours long journey

              But it had been very disappointing to see that we were refused by your crew members because their list didn’t have our details

              She asked me to talk at the delhi airport

              I have a question, when i had booked it to get in between the flight why should i wait to reach delhi airport which is my destination
              We have been travelling from someother place and came a long distance to reach the airport due to which we couldn’t eat anything but we were relieved to know that we had already booked meal in the flight
              Should we wait all EMPTY STOMACH till 4:00 pm

              I never expected such things from indigo, I considered you as a reliable airline who values their customers
              I had booked in advance to avoid last minute flight payments and hassle
              BUT I REGRET IT NOW

                I was trying to book a flight in GoAir for Oct 23, 2019 from CCU to AMD. But my online transaction was failed and still amount was debited from my account.

                  Very poor service by clear trip as we have been calling from Vancouver since last 8 days & called 7 times, but apart from promises to revert with alternate option, by all help line attendants. No alternate option is provided by clear trip. We have also lodged a complaint in writing, but no response. Very bas service & your people are just fooling us

                    There is no value for the customer. I had to change my flight for my family due to some emergency and i call the call center agent miss kajol she had informed that i can do a partial cancellation and the amount can be refunded. So i had booked another flight for my family and they travelled back home. I call the call center and requested the same and now he is stating that i can't cancel the partial tickets. Requested a manager mr. Dev said no my staff should know that this tickets can't be cancelled partiality and i had requested him to check the voice recording which he said he will check and call me in 24 hours. After 3 days i call again and wasted my 1 hour of time explaining the agent when they had transferred my calls to 3 different persons. Finally i ask for manager and my call was put on hold for 10 min. The manager had promised that someone will call me on the 03rd june morning which again no call received.

                        I tried to book an air ticket from Bangalore to Pune, after all the process total 21, 696.00 amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank as shown below:
                        Dear customer, purchase of inr 21, 696.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xxxxx5027 on 03/06/2019. Pune Trip[protected]Clear Trip.
                        Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
                        Please kindly look into this matter.

                          I tried to book tickets on 27/05/2019, in the name of ankita nanda and made an online payment for it. The amount was debited but the session got timed out and the tickests were not booked. Below is the transaction details:

                            I was trying to book a funworld ticket through cleartrip.com from my mobile on 2nd june 2019 and while doing the booking i have been charged 5300 for the booking but my transaction has not completed and also i did not get any booking confirmation intimation
                            I want to know when will the money which had been deducted from my card is back to my account.
                            Tried to call cleartrip support but could not able to connect as it required a trip id which i did not received as the booking has not completed due to some error.
                            After happening all this when o tried to connect with cleartrip support then it is aksinh trip id to connect so i am not able to connect with them and alsi i did not get any callback to my number as my transaction has failed and update about my reversal of amount

                              I had booked on 03Jun2019 time 20:22 doha local time, one way ticket from Ahmedabad to Doha indigo flight for 20July2019 departure time 12-30 throgh Ixigo application by using Doha bank credit card. Money deducted 509 87 Qatari Riyal but not received ticket or trip Id . Without trip Id i can't talk on customer care phone support. Please do needful.

                                First of all this company should be shut down, there is no value for the customer.                                   I had to cancel my flight schedule due to unexpected changes from my side.
                                  So i cancelled the flight next day and it has been already two months!
                                  But the cleartrip company did not refund me my money yet.
                                  They only repeat same answer again and again.
                                  I can't understand why this takes such a long time and lost trust on this company. I am really annoyed and disappointed about india based company and urge this problem to be solved before i begin another administrative means. My trip id with this company cleartrip is[protected].

                                  It's already passed 50 working days as of today whereas they kept saying 40-45 working days.
                                  I am really upset and frustrated about this company.
                                  I should not trust this company again and never ever chose this company again.

                                  They are holding my money since I had to cancel the day after reservation.
                                  As I asked them the status, their answer were always the same but the time has changed.
                                  Such as, within a working week, within month, 40 to 45 days, now ten days more.
                                  I will keep an eye on whether this last statement is met.
                                  I am really upset and frustrated about this company.
                                  I should not trust this company again and never ever chose this company again.

                                  I booked air ticket from new Delhi to Patna on 24 th june at 6:10am . I paid through Google pay and razor but didn't receive the air ticket nor mail. I don't have the trip id so I can't contact the customer care.pls refund my money back to the account as soon as possible

                                    I have booked flight ticket from delhi to vishakhapatnam and the amount was deducted twice from debit card. When i called up customer care they asked me to send the bank statement and i have done that. But after that no response except always saying we need to further investigate the case.

                                      I booked a mumbai filmcity tour today at 12:30 pm. However due to sunday megablock, i couldn't reach there at the time. However i contacted the cleartrip team before this, but they failed to provide me with a slot later, although there were many. My ₹585 is wasted. Even they had said they will call to verify my trip but they never did so.
