Hi,
I booked a AirIndia flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 22 April 2019 using Cleartrip. After we boarded the flight, AirIndia staff announced that flight has technical problem and it will be delayed. Later we were unboarded and announced that they are cancelling the flight and full refund will be made on original payment.
Initially I contacted AirIndia to refund the money, eventually they responded indicating the I have to contact Cleartrip for refund as I booked from them. After contacting Cleartrip few many times I received email from them indicating the AirIndia approved full refund and I need to contact the customer care for providing the details. I contacted them and provided all my details. From then onwards Cleartrip is not at all refunding my amount. It's been 50 days no refund has been issued. One day I received email indicating the I need to submit endorsed copy from AirIndia. When I contacted AirIndia, they are telling that refund has to go through Agent (Cleartrip) rather than through me. I have no other option raising a complaint here.
