29/05/2019 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank as shown below:

Thanks for paying rs.10, 309.00 from a/c xxxx9060 to techcleartrip via netbanking. Call [protected] if txn not done by you.

I was not given any confirmation email following the transaction nor any form of statement of failure of booking. However upon calling indigo it was confirmed that no booking had been initiated by cleartrip.
I cannot even contact the customer service centre as i was not issued any trip id. This is a pathetic system fooling customers and has caused me great discomfort and monetary loss.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 26.04.2019 I tried to book tickets from delhi to Ahmedabad by my debid card. Second trasaction not credited so far. Please refund 4423.00 urgently. Niether any booking ID or TRIP ID was generated. I tried to contact on your phone but they ask for booking/trip ID.     Hi team,

    Its really pathetic online portal to use for booking any tickets. I booked a ticker once on 28 may 2019 at around 2pm and the money got deducted but the ticket was not booked. I got an email that the money will be refuded. Now again after trying to book another ticket i have faced the same issue.in 24 hours my money got deducted twice. Please proceed with reimbursement as soon as possible. I am never using this service again if i am not getting my money back as soon as possible

      I wanted to raise the case of my refund for trip id[protected] that has not been processed till now. I canceled the ticket at 2 am on april 1, 2019 and the flight was scheduled at 4:55 on april 2, 2019. As per the airlines policy i am eligible for a refund.
      I have been following up with cleartrip for past 50 days and every time they say we will talk to the technical team and come back to you. Though first time the agent accepted that you will get a refund.
      This is really frustrating, i am asking what is due to me, if policy says you are eligible for refund 24 hours before than i should be refunded.
      Please pay back the refund money asap, i cant keep on calling cleartrip customer care and explain the case again and again.

      Just to further support my case, please find a confirmation mail from the CLEARTRIP side at 12:14 AM in the night.

      I raised the issue on social media and Gulf Air contacted me to explain the issue. They have mentioned in the mail and Clear Trip did not inform the airlines to cancel the ticket at 12:20 am in the night rather the request was placed at 8 am in the morning which is within 24 hours of the flight time.
      This shows that problem is with cleartrip and they are not accepting their mistake and refunding the amount.
      I would really appreciate if you could help me get a refund.

      I have booked a ticket on 17/05/2019 from Mumbai to Dehradun dated 01/06/2019. While the payment for the ticket has been done and money has been deducted from my account still I haven't received any email or trip id.
      The flight I was booking in was SG 6932.
      Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

        I had applied for uae visit visa via cleartrip on 18th may and received the visa on 19th may 2019. However the traveler details mentioned were not matching with the passport (Name, dob & place of birth). I contacted cleartrip for rectification and i was promised a 48 hour window to get the corrected visa. It has been 8 days since and issue is not resolved yet. The person is travelling in 2 days and i am yet to get any update on the visa, inspite of applying well in advance. Due to such delay, i am in the verge of losing out on the flight tickets, visa charges and hotel bookings etc. Every day i make calls to customer care number and get the same reply, asking for 24 hour period to resolve the issue.

        I am unable to apply for a fresh visa because the visa from cleartrip is still active. I asked for cancellation of the visa also, so that i can apply as fresh from my end. I was informed that cancellation is not possible too. So neither will cleartrip provide visa on time (For me to update ok to board status) nor will they allow cancellation of the visa for me to apply for a new one.

        The person travelling is going abroad for the first time and this has caused much hassle which otherwise could have been a smooth trip for that person. Also there has also been zero response to any of my mails. The customer care people also have standard response everytime the call is being made. Promise to call back never happens too.

        Is there any resolution possible before i lose out on the entire travel due to cleartrip?

            I had tried booking a banglore ahmedabad airticket on 15th may once online through the cleartrip website and when the transaction got debited from my account and no ticket was booked, a cleartirp representative called me and the second time again the transaction happened and still the ticket couldn't be booked.
            I made two transactions of rs.11, 340 each on the 15th of may and only one amount of rs.11340 was refunded into my account on the 22nd of may after 7 days.
            Sill the second amount of rs.11340 has not yet been credited back into my account.
            The transaction receipts from the bank have been attached here for both transactions for further reference.

              In two calls the person introduce himself as Mr Patnaik and then Mr Rahul. hetole me to transfer the payback amount form credit card.
              he withdrew amount 19998 form my card and made fraud.
              I am fillin FIR against cleartrip as I received call form the cleartrip official mail,
              in reply of my complaint today afternoon I received calls from the official number of Clear trip [protected] for resolving the issue.
              In two calls the person introduce himself as Mr Patnaik and then Mr Rahul. hetole me to transfer the payback amount form credit card.

                I booked flight tickets from. Delhi to goa (2 way) from. Cleartrip site n it lead me to som gateway razorpay. I got a email of payment confirmation from razorpay with some payment id (Paycaakiapgp1yumx)
                But hvnt got my tickets or any trip id. While i try cleartrip customer care they ask for trip id which i dnt hv. Neither do i hv any co tact of razorpay. I feel i m. Cheated of my money please suggest as soon as possible

                  Sir, I had book a ticket from clear trip app with a mail id [protected]@gmil.com without any login to the app. The transaction has been made of rs 6837 for the booking to VPA [protected]@ybl having reference number[protected] from [protected]@ybl. But no ticket has been generated, no transaction has been found in any corner of the app and from the costumer care of clear trip

                      I booked Indigo flight ticket of Mrs. Fatimabanu Mansuri from Vadodara to Dehradun (PNR No. HN2IVE, Flight no. 6E 2591 & 6E 966, Date : 23.04.2019, time 07:05 & 12:55, ticket fare : Rs. 9192) on dtd.08.04.2019 but immediately we came to know that we booked ticked with wrong name (In place of Faridabanu Mansuri I entered Fatimabanu Mansuri) so I called Indigo customer care to do the needful in this regard so Indigo representative suggested to cancel the same ticket and book another ticked with corrected name in 1 hour and they will refund 100% amount against cancellation after 48 hours but still I didn't get any refund from Cleartrip.

                      Whenever i call customer care no of Cleartrip, they asked me trip id but i did not get any trip id with this ticked as i booked this ticket without login id. My mail id is [protected]@ongc.co.in and mobile no for this ticket is [protected] So kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end to get me my refund amount back as soon as possible.

                          The flight tickets with your trip id:[protected]From kochi-bangalore-bagdogra on 12 april, 2019 and return flight on 22 april, 2019 from bagdogra-bangalore-kochi were cancelled due to the grounding of boeing 737 max 8 by the spice jet. Those tickets were cancelled as per the directives issued by the spicejet. Hence i request your good office to take urgent steps to refund the full ticket charges without any delay.

                          Please note that this is my thirdrequest for the same. I believe that you will take necessary actions for immediately refunding the cancelled ticket charges. Please do the needful without delay. Now more than 2 months already elapsed. You are purposefully and deliberately delaying the refund which is against the directives issued by the ministry of aviation.

                            I have booked my ticket under the name of aditi sinha for round trip journey on 20th of june 2019. And to worsen the condition niether i got any confirmation email on registered id nor any any trip id generation. On reaching the helpline they ask about trip id and no other access is provided. So the only way to get trip id is mail and if i didnt recieve the mail than i would i provide the trip id. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                              Dated 26th april 2019, my travel was booked through cleartrip from hyderabad to delhi in air india flight number ai 127.
                              After reaching at airport i found my flight was delayed by 2 hours without any prior notice. Again this delay extended and my flight got delayed by 12hours.

                              As per govt. Rule if flight was delayed without any prior notice, customer can avail full refund and compensation.
                              But in my case still i am waiting for refund. I don't want any compensation but what about my refund. I am continuously following with cleartrip from last one month, but they are failed to do so.
                              They promised me while cancelling the flight ticket they will provide me full refund. I have proof of there mail.

                              Requesting you to help me out.

                              I booked online for two persons using a credit card. Unfortunately, they missed the flight and I don't have a choice but to cancel the booking. But atleast the return ticket is not used I want to get a refund half of what I paid. My first time to booked in Cleartrip and will never ever do it again. Worst online booking for flights. Be fair enough.

                                  I have booked a hotel through cleartrip on 17 May 2019 for May 23 to May 25 with clertrip booking ID[protected] and also make the payment for the same, when I reached the hotel then I found that there is no any booking for me. Hotel Management told that they have no any tie-up with cleartrip for booking. When I called the clertrip they told they will arrange some different hotel for me, the hotel they are offering is cheaper then the hotel which I have booked. This website should be blocked and company should be blacklisted for such cheating.

                                    I am flying to usa from mumbai for which i paid 90000 to cleartrip for my luftansa flight, while booking it shows me around 2000 was charged to me as gst where as when i ask for gst invoice they refuse to give me the invoice saying travel in foreign airline will not get gst invoice, then why did they chrge the same? It is scam run by cleartrip for misguding the cleint and eat the gst credits.. When talk to cusotmer care they give ereicpt...

                                    I did booking from mumbai to columbus on 21st may 2019. It had costed ₹1, 76, 342 for two tickets. It was done by net banking. Please refund it immediately as i want this money urgently. Please sir/ madam reply me fast. You have given me id which is not working now. It is very urgent so hoping for your positive reply.
