I have booked my ticket under the name of aditi sinha for round trip journey on 20th of june 2019. And to worsen the condition niether i got any confirmation email on registered id nor any any trip id generation. On reaching the helpline they ask about trip id and no other access is provided. So the only way to get trip id is mail and if i didnt recieve the mail than i would i provide the trip id. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Dear concern,

    Dated 26th april 2019, my travel was booked through cleartrip from hyderabad to delhi in air india flight number ai 127.
    After reaching at airport i found my flight was delayed by 2 hours without any prior notice. Again this delay extended and my flight got delayed by 12hours.

    As per govt. Rule if flight was delayed without any prior notice, customer can avail full refund and compensation.
    But in my case still i am waiting for refund. I don't want any compensation but what about my refund. I am continuously following with cleartrip from last one month, but they are failed to do so.
    They promised me while cancelling the flight ticket they will provide me full refund. I have proof of there mail.

    Requesting you to help me out.

    But no refund till date. And instead of refund They have done fraudulent
    I booked online for two persons using a credit card. Unfortunately, they missed the flight and I don't have a choice but to cancel the booking. But atleast the return ticket is not used I want to get a refund half of what I paid. My first time to booked in Cleartrip and will never ever do it again. Worst online booking for flights. Be fair enough.

        I have booked a hotel through cleartrip on 17 May 2019 for May 23 to May 25 with clertrip booking ID[protected] and also make the payment for the same, when I reached the hotel then I found that there is no any booking for me. Hotel Management told that they have no any tie-up with cleartrip for booking. When I called the clertrip they told they will arrange some different hotel for me, the hotel they are offering is cheaper then the hotel which I have booked. This website should be blocked and company should be blacklisted for such cheating.

          denied gst invoice

          I am flying to usa from mumbai for which i paid 90000 to cleartrip for my luftansa flight, while booking it shows me around 2000 was charged to me as gst where as when i ask for gst invoice they refuse to give me the invoice saying travel in foreign airline will not get gst invoice, then why did they chrge the same? It is scam run by cleartrip for misguding the cleint and eat the gst credits.. When talk to cusotmer care they give ereicpt...

          Hello sir/ madam,
          I did booking from mumbai to columbus on 21st may 2019. It had costed ₹1, 76, 342 for two tickets. It was done by net banking. Please refund it immediately as i want this money urgently. Please sir/ madam reply me fast. You have given me id which is not working now. It is very urgent so hoping for your positive reply. I had received a call saying that it will be refunded within two days but yet not received.

              On[protected] i attempted to make an online payment for a flight booking at www.cleartrip.com of rs.7866 (Trip id ; eh3k-x5zk-ssp3). The transaction status was showing as failed. Payment was done through ola money wallet. Payment was deducted from the account.

              Following msg was appeared

              Sorry, our system is acting up.
              Just like people, cleartrip's system sometimes has a bad day and gets grumpy. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please bear with us while we get it to behave.

              Please let me known the refund status

                I have done my booking of flight from delhi to kochin and return flight on 18 may, 2019,

                I have to travel on friday[protected].

                My money has been deducted on 18th may but till now i have not got any ticket. Neither my money has come back to my account.
                Please help me as i am not in position to do repeat booking as my money has not come back.
                My travel is very important.

                Please help me. I am trying all of your customer care numbers but nothing is contactable and i am not able to talk to anyone.

                I have paid 16000 rupees and booked ticket on[protected]. I have to travel on 24th may, 2019 .
                Please send me my booking details as My money has been deducted. I am trying since 18th May on all your numbers but nothing is contactable.
                Please help me . I am not able to book ticket also.

                  I have booked one ticket for 3rd august 2019 from cochin to jeddah via abu dhabi (Ey247 pnr no cfthdi, ey313 pnr no cfthdi) through cleartrip. Which i cancelled the very next day. But till date the refund amount has not yet received.

                    We have made a booking with cleartrip flights online (www.cleartrip.ae) on 09.05.2019 from manila to dubai with trip id no.[protected] however, we received a call that the said booking was not confirm and our money will be refunded immediately.

                    Until today, 22.05.2019, we still did not receive our money and it caused us major problem. We need to book my brother and we need that money.

                      I was booking tickets for delhi to leh. The transaction of ₹60216 was made but bookings were not done. The money got deducted from bank account but when redirected to site from bank transaction page, it showed time out error. Please find attached the screenshot for error page and the transaction made.                         This has reference to my booking on goair airlines for flight no. G8 121 on 20.05.2019 from kolkata to hyderabad (Pnr no. X653fc). Wereas you debited rs. 8776/- for two (2) adult persons, which in itself, was much higher than one which was prevailing at the time of booking, but, fraudulently, did not even refund/adjust the rebate availed through applying promocode savenow for rs. 225/- it indicates that, the concerned merchant with whom you are tied up is a confirmed fraud and acts with malafide intention in cheating unsuspecting customers like me.
                        Obviously, this act of fraud does not augur well with a healthy relationship with you, especially, even after bringing the same to your notice. I do not have a cleartrip account, but you are aware of my other relevant details through the booking made through you.
                        Your failure to resolve the issue and your retracting upon your promise to adjust/refund the amount of rs. 225/- for application of the promocode noted above, obviously would establishment your stake in such frauds as a party to the malafide intention of payment gateways, as in my case.
                        Needful for providing due succour to the undersigned is anticipated at the earliest.

                          I booked a hotel on your site for Jun 14-15 on CLEARTRIP and got a confirmed voucher. Thankfully, I contacted the hotel to book an airport transfer and at that time the hotel clearly mentioned that there was NO ROOM AVAILABLE for the dates for which Cleartrip gave me a hotel booking confirmation voucher. The hotel also sent me mail stating they had informed Cleartrip that the rooms were not available on those dates and yet Cleartrip was giving confirmed bookings. This is shocking - had i not tried to book the airport cab I would have landed up at the hotel to be told there is no booking! On contacting Cleartrip, all they said is "do you want to cancel the booking, we will process the refund in 7 days" - this is a fraudulent service they are offering and Cleartrip needs to pay dearly for such practices.

Amount has been deducted from the account but booking has not been confirmed. kindly check the status and confirm as I have to proceed with other bookings as well .                             I booked flight dubai to manila may 17, 2019 thru cleartrip and they charged immediately to my credit card. However, they were not able to send any tickets saying they have technical issue, if cleartrip has problem with their system, then why do they allow booking on their website? Customers doesnt deserve this kind of treatment. Few hundreds of dirhams from saving will not compensate the tension and worry that this company is giving to us customers, please help us

                              Hi, i have booked a ticket this afternoon using cleartrip website. The travel is between dxb to karachi and back to dubai on emirates airline. The travel dates are 6th june 19 and return on 13th june. My credit card has been charged already but no ticket received on my email address. Please look into it.

                                I have book ticket it's show refundable till cancelling the ticket amount has been shown that 500 will only be deducted and rest amount will be in your account all of sudden now you r telling it's non refundable till date your site is showing me that it's nonrefundable. If i know it's non refundable i can shift the date and pay rest of money why should i cancle the ticket as off now plez resolved it and give my hard earn money as your website show only 599 will charge rest 7500 will be credited in my account i need my money back so plez do the needful.

                                  Dear sir / madam,

                                  I booked indigo flight ticket of mrs. Fatimabanu mansuri from vadodara to dehradun (Pnr no. Hn2ive, flight no. 6e 2591 & 6e 966, date : 23.04.2019, time 07:05 & 12:55, ticket fare : rs. 9192) on dtd.08.04.2019 but immediately we came to know that we booked ticked with wrong name (In place of faridabanu mansuri i entered fatimabanu mansuri) so i called indigo customer care to do the needful in this regard so indigo representative suggested to cancel the same ticket and book another ticked with corrected name in 1 hour and they will refund 100% amount against cancellation after 48 hours but still i didn't get any refund from cleartrip.

                                  Whenever i call customer care no of cleartrip, they asked me trip id but i did not get any trip id with this ticked as i booked this ticket without login id. My mail id is [protected]@ongc.co.in and mobile no for this ticket is [protected] so kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end to get me my refund amount back as soon as possible.

                                    I have booked a flight ticket from kolkata to agartala on 09th may 2019 using cleartrip portal. An amount or rs 20970 has been debited through phonepay wallet and sbi upi with transection id hdf1b15c9ec7e9745b68a0ba87a77dc5574 dt 09.05.2019. Gateway used for the transection is razorpay with payment id
                                    Pay_ctvudw7605xa32. While redirecting from the bank website to cleartrip website the internet connection breaks down and tickets booking could not be completed. I have raised a ticket with razorpay and they have confirmed that they have successfully paid the amount to cleartrip. [protected]@hdfcbank. I have tried many times to contact with cleartrip customer care but could not. Please help i am writing this on 17th may 2019 and the amount of rs 20970 has not been credited back.

                                      I have booked a round trip ticket from hyderabad to kochin. When i am trying to make the payment, my credit card payment was declined and i am trying to make the payment through another credit card.in the mean while i got a call from one of executives of clear trip and said that they are going to send the link for making the payment, i said ok and i have done the payment. After making the payment i got another call from cleartrip about the confirmation of my trip and passengers details. Atlast he said your booking has been done through phone facility but not through website. When i am trying to make the payment through website i have sellected for the cash back offer of rs.1150/-. Now the executive of cleartrip is saying that you are not eligible for this cash back offer as you have booked the flight through phone facility. The conversion of facility from website to phone was done intentionally by cleartrip for there benefit
