On 12th april i spoke to trupti gaikwad customer care executive. This was done over an online chat line. She asked me to send the stamped refund sanctioned, by the check in desk at guwahati airport. I sent it by an email. She did not acknowledge the receipt of this. She sent a survey email of her services instead.
1. She should have acknowledged my email with the attachment sent-she did not.
2. Should have applied for a refund with a window of 21 days.
Now i find that 21 days have elapsed. I am now told i have to wait 21-45 days for the funds to go into my account.

    On 22/03/2019 i have booked a round trip from doha to coiambatore in indigo airlines for 04/07/2019 (Doh to cjb) & 12/07/2019 (Cjb to doh) for inr (32, 913.00).
    Due to my personal issues i want to reschedule the flight to aug 29th of 2019, so i have contact the customer care they instructed me to do online itself by using the rescheduling options in my clear trip account and i have selected the flights for aug 29 of 2019 (Doh to cjb) and sep 3 of 2019 (Cjb to doh) and made extra payment of inr 3968.00 on 26/04/2019.

    After payment and all i didnt receive any updated confirmation tickets for the rescheduled date, then again i contact customer care they informed within 2 hrs the rescheduled ticket will be sent but i din't receive.

    Next day after contacting the customer care i have been informed that the amount got struck in gateway and it will be refund within 3 working days nad asked to make payment one more time, done everything (Paid inr 3968.00 on 27/04/2019) same issue no email about updated tickets.

    Finally customer care informed to change ticket by airlines itself and i have made changes by paying 7000 inr directly by airlines, still i dint receive refund payment.

    Contacted 50 times via telephone and email same irresponsible answers that we short out the issue witin 48 hrs but still now no response. No call from them.

    Never had such a worst experience.

    Two days before I have received a mail from Cleartrip customer care that the amount has been refunded.

    First thing they have mention the amount of INR 3968.00 but the amount which has to be refund is (3968.00+3968.00) total 7936.00 since both the time failed only amount has been debited and Third time I have changed directly through airlines.

    Second Still I didn't receive in my bank account single ruppe received I was waiting for saturday and sunday as bank is off but today monday not yet received.

      I cancelled my ticket prior to departure the flight around 2.5 hrs and got no refund even airline agent (Saudi airline) informed that amount will be refunded but by the agent "cleartrip" only.
      I have sent so many emails then get the response that airline considered my flight as no show so refund amount is "zero".

      Before cancellation, neither refund amount nor any conditions was shown and when i make cancel, it was showing they will take 48 hrs to cancel - which will not be acceptable by anybody who can't take the flight for any emergency.

      Seeking for help to get my refund back.

        On jan 2019, i did a flight booking through cleartrip (Id[protected]). Requested for a cancellation well in advance. We contacted customer support after a month and they said they are waiting for the airline to refund them. We checked with the airline by providing pnr and they gave us a screenshot where it shows full refund was done next day after the cleartrip request for cancellation came. We have been sending multiple emails to cleartrip, 4 months passed with no response. Kindly help resolve the matter.

        I booked one Ticket from Mumbai to Dubai by Emirates then I called customer care to cancelled my ticket. customer care team are said that to me I ll get refund amount 170AED but I ll get only 90AED.

        from last one month I am following by phone by mail but I didn't get my remaining amount.

          Dear sir,
          The two way tickets booked on 06 may 2019 around 10:30 pm for date of journey 31 may, 2019 by pia from dubai to islamabad and return date july 15, 2019 from islamabad to dubai for cost me aed. 1991/-. I made the payment through emirates nbd atm debit card no...0194.

          However while the card payment was in progress shows two payments of aed. 1991/- is deducted form my account instead of one (Aed /-3982). It really worries me for no fault of mine why two payments are deducted. The details of the booking is given below :

            On 04/05/19 by mistake i booked a spicejet flight for 06/05/19 instead of 05/05/19 with timing 11:50 am to 12:50 pm from srinagar to jammu with amount rs. 3174. Which was needed to rescheduled. Firstly i contacted clear trip customer care but they advice me to pay the booking amount of current flight rates of dated 05/05/19. This kind of response from clear trip customer care service causes more inconvenience to me. When i reschedule the same flight to 05/05/19 by paying additional amount of rs 3462. The booking was confirmed for 08/05/19 instead of 05/05/19. Again i contacted customer care and after that my flight booking was rescheduled and confirmed to 05/05/19. I am charged more than double amount for a single flight. Therefore i request to initiate refund please.

              Sir, i tried to book an air ticket on 05/05/19 in air india express - muscat to trivandrum on 31/05/19, the amount was deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation mail from cleartrip. I have received the below sms after the purchase on 05/5/2019 at 16.24 pm (Oman time).

              Your debit card no xx2142 has been used at cleartrip mea fz llc for omr 184 on 05/05/2019.

              Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.

              Please kindly look into this matter. Air india express has confirmed that no ticket has issued to me.

              So please refund the amount.

                Sir, i tried to book an air ticket on 05/05/19 in air india flight for 09/05/19, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank as purcshown below:
                Dear customer, purchase of inr 4, 095.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx7757 on 05/05/19. Info: vin*cleartrip
                Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
                Please kindly look into this matter. Further, i confirmed from air india customer care about booking of ticket. They said that ticket has not been booked.
                Sir please look into the matter.

                    I attempted to purchase a ticket from maa to hyb for 13th may and did purchase for inr 2, 433.00 using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx7228 on 03-may-19. Info: min*cleartrip t.
                    Money got debited from my icici account but did not receive ticket as a dialogue box mentioned-'failed transaction'.
                    There is no communication from clear trip regarding this. There is no proper customer care helpline where failed transaction can be reported. Without transaction id, you cannot do any complaint in this company. When the complaint is that "ticket not received", how can we share the trip id that is non-existent?
                    Though i tried to contact them using the customer care no. Using another trip id of other ticket [protected], i could not speak to any customer care executive in spite of calling 5 times and spending an hour waiting and listening to their music.
                    Please help me process the complaint. I am scared seeing the number of similar complaints and the record of 4% complaint redressal rate!!!

                        I had booked a two-way ticket from bhubaneswar to mumbai on 17th april 2019 and at the time of payment although the said amount had deducted from my bank account but the booking was not successful. Then i contacted customer care and got to know the amount will be refunded within 4/5 working days.

                        After that i have been in touch with costumer care of clear trip many a times but all the time, they replied like the amount has been initiated for payment and till now not get it. When i asked after the time period of refund they said to submit my bank statement for the period and in turn they sent a referral code to check with bank winch the bank employee didn’t found valid and again on quarrying they had given an arn no. And insists to submit again to the bank in a particular "charge back form" which is still invalid from the bank point of view

                        So, by this their intention seems to be very clear to cheat the money and harassing people which is very is bad enough to defame them

                          I booked a ticket for my travel dubai → amsterdam (Sun, 17 mar 2019) on 20 feb and i cancelled the ticket due to my trip cancellation. I submitted request for refund after cancellation. I contacted cleartrip through their website chart, but there is no refund or no response from clear trip till date.
                          When i try to initiate a chat with cleartrip, chat response says they are busy, can't be reached.

                          They send lot of promotional mails but they dont' respond to the refund whihc is due

                            I had booked 2 round about tickets from chennai to Kathmandu through cleartrip in jet airways for the dates 28/3/2019 chennai to Kathmandu
                            31/3/2019 Kathmandu to chennai.
                            they said the tickets are cancelled from the jet airways side.
                            And informed me that my money will be refunded fully.
                            They did give me a last date by which the refund would be done, that was 24/4/2019. But till date there is no refund from thir side and they are not providing any gaureente whether the refund would be done.

                            This is very bad and I feel that Ihave been cheated by these people.
                            I am frustrated with the company and the airlines act.
                            Want to go for consumer protection act.

                              I have booked air ticket on 28th february 2019 for travelling by indigo flight from trivandrum to new delhi for 24th april 2019 and return ticket for 29th april 2019 for me, my spouse & son. A payment of rs. 33, 768/- was made for the same. The trip id was[protected]. Subsequently, on 13th march 2019, i have cancelled tickets of trivandrum-new delhi sector for my spouse & son and all the return tickets retaining my ticket (Total 5 tickets cancelled). The refund also has been processed and i got the refund amount on 20th march 2019 as per your calculation sheet which is calculated for 5 tickets only. On 15th march 2019, i took a print out of my uncalled ticket with the above trip id wherein only my name also has been clearly shown. However, when i reach at the airport on 24th april 2019 and during check-in, i was informed by indigo authorities that my ticket also has already been cancelled. It was surprising and i had to by another ticket with a high charge (Rs.31, 735/-) as my journey was in urgent nature. Since the cancellation was done without my request, i express my grievance before you and request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the entire amount (Rs. 31, 735/-) which i have paid for purchase of ticket in the last minute. I also request the management to take necessary action against the officer who is responsible for the mistake committed.

                              Booked a ticket through Clear Trip to travel from Abu Dhabi to Bangalore via Muscat, but the flight timing were changed, had to cancel the ticket. Now its 70 days no response from Clear Trip. been calling them every day, keep saying the issue is escalated to higher authority but no action taken.

                                Sir,

                                On 19th april i have booked one compliant regarding non deposit of refund amount against cancelled flight ticket from bhubaneswar to trivandrum bearing the pnr no mj56vn of indigo flight scheduled to departure on 6th january at 8.35 a. M from bhubaneswar biju pattnaik international airpor. Plz. Check the status and do the needful for refund of the same to my account.

                                  I am writing with reference to my trip id[protected], i tried to transact the amount for the payment of my return trip, i did not receive my tickets however the payment is debited from my account. The transaction was done on the 06th of april 2019 and today is the 29th of april 2019 and yet i have not received my refund of rs. 23939/-, i had made several follow-ups and each time i was informed that the refund is in process, i want my payment asap as this is the heights of my tolerance limit.

                                    Cleartrip issues us a ticket and and confirmed us that we can fly but when we went to airport, airlines didnt allow us to board the flight. The reason mentioned my airline was that cleartrip has not re-issued the tickets and hence they cant allow us to board the flight. We called cleartrip executives and they informed us that it was their mistake and now they cannot do anything else as their seniors will be available only after the weekend. We waited at the airport for 18 hrs but noone from cleartrip helped us. All fake commitments, fake promises, fake tickets and fake people. More than 30 hrs we have spent talking with them on phone but in vain. Cleartrip sent us an email that it was etihad's airlines mistake and they are sorry about it. We went to airlines office and made them clarify with airlines directly. Cleartrip executive was not ready to speak to them and when we insisted, they spoke to airlines and realised that it was their mistake. Cleartrip had no answer and hence, they disconnected the call. Highly insensitive and unprofessional approach. We were telling them that we have a small kid with us and it is causing lot of harassment to all o[censored]s. But they did not care about it and did not do any alternate flight arrangement.

                                      I am bhavin raithatha having booking ref no.[protected] for international flight travel. I called 4 times for rescheduling return trip mum - dxb from 19th may to 11th may or 10th may. On calls i was told that i will be called back, they can see seats available but not fare and hence they cant amend. Every time i was promised call back in 2 hours and did not receive a single call back in 2 days. Since tickets on other portals were getting sold out i had no option than to book fresh ticket myself for required date. This cleartrip's failure to provide timely service costed me excess fare and inconvenience and choosing of non preferred airline.
