I had booked tickets from chennai to hyderabad on 17th and cancelled the same at indigo counter at chennai airport for 3 passengers swaminathan, anantharaman and rudrakshi. Till date not received the refund amt. Of rs.4833 which i got confirmed from indigo.
For the same trip id i cancelled for another 3 passengers
Sivaraman, ganesh mahalingam and subhashini online for which i got the refund. A snap shot of confirmation from indigo and their mail is below. When contacted they have asked to contact travel agent - clear trip

1. Attach: e-ticket or PNR + INVOICE / receipt, which state the sums and currency
2. Give ID of the canceled flight according to PNR: date, number, origin - destination airport, passenger names
3. Specify:
have the air carrier provide dyou with
- the nearest flight till final airport
- hotel,
- drinks + food
following your complaint to them.
4. keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.
Probbaly, you need to "go to" the court, if you need compensation in full.
For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 2 pasengers you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 6000, to assist you before the court.
The fair court shall award full compensation and the reasobale expences, which incured.
