Hello sir / madam,

I had done my international flight from dubai to india few days back. Now because of some emergency, i can't fly on same date, i contacted cleartrip to amend my ticket to new date or cancell it. I got no clear answer from the team. Very poor service, full of wrong commitments. Executive had no idea, how to help me with my amendment or cancellation? He said someone will call me back with solution in next 2 hours. No one has called me back. My flight is on 2nd at 00:05 from air india.

Completely disatisfied with cleartrip services. No email id, no proper office, even a contact person to speak with.

    I have booked a flight from cleartrip for Calcutta to Delhi still haven’t received any confirmation, I have received only the booking reference no. The amount has been debited from my account.

    This is really disappointing there has been no proper update and the customer service only keeps the call on hold. My money is stuck the operator says it will take 5 to 7 working days to refund the money but I haven’t received any confirmation on that.

      I booked a air ticket from delhi to srinagar on 29 march 19. My booking id is[protected]. After booking i didn't receive any conformation regarding my booking, so i booked that ticket from different website but after nearly 40 min i got a mail for my booked ticket from clear trip. Now i want a refund from your side and explanation regarding the delay from your side.
      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      To author,

      There is no obligation of travel agent to issue the ticket immedietely, untill other rules are stated at the site of the travel agent.
      Usually, the air ticket can be issued within 24 hours follwing the reservation and payment are done.

      I am not a staff of operator of cleartrip.com .

            I have repeatedly complained for not refunding my money that has been debited without any confirmation and i couldn't even contact them and days are passing and they are not refunding the money. This is a case of consumer harresment. Please look in to my matter on urgent basis. I am just getting mails that the complaint is forwarded to their support team but still they are not returning the money and not even responding.

                Airasia informed me about reschedule of its flight 15 1829 kolkata to bangalore on 9/05/19 and gave option for change of date free of cost. Accordingly, i informed cleartrip customer care personal for change of date to 10/05/19 airasia flight 15 2473 dep. Time 8-45 am from kolkata.
                But, till now, i have received any intimation from cleartrip.

                1. Add copy of primary pnr (booking) which you own
                2. Add copy of message from Airasia .
                3. Be ready to produce other related to travel evidences in the public or in private comlaint
                4. To pay attentin on detals in future, for example, an unidentified Air Asia is not cleartrip.com

                All private deals is on the risk on the involved persons in life.
                The live is a spiritual and material length of soul and body in this universe.

                  On 20th march 2019, i tried to book an air ticket, but after the booking process was completed and amount deducted, i did not get any email or ticket confirmation from cleartrip. So, the amount was deducted but not ticket was provided. I was waiting for 3 business days to see if the amount will be reverted back to my bank account, but sadly that is also not done.

                  Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
                  Please look into this matter. An image of the transaction is attached.

                    Clear trip and Jet airways together is the worst combination ever,
                    we have booked our ticket from dubai to kolkata via cleartrip and all of a sudden the airline have cancelled our ticket .When we call customer care they are all bunch of fools who have very differente answer to each other ...they were suppose to get back to us within 2 days but all in vain ...we have waited but no calls came back..Asking for refund they say it will come after 21 days ..that means after my travel date ...This way they are just making fool o[censored]s and making people forced to book ticket urgently at a high price..

                    I would never suggest anyone to use Clear trip neither will i ever use clear trip again. WORST TRAVEL WEBSITE EVER !!

                    For my reference would share my trip id so that someone will get back to us ...but i think all will be in vain...

                    3. who was envolved (physiscal person or the company),

                    4. what was the result,

                    5. to experss the claim in fugures to the correct responder (the company).

                    If the author do not know the basic elements of the complaining,
                    he or she can hire a lawyer or legal profesiinal in the demanded field for the agreed monetary remuniration.

                    Nobody has a duty to examine the unidentified complaints.

                        I partially cancelled my flight ticket talking to the airlines directly and got the refund initiated from the airlines end on the booking date that is 28feb 2019 itself. I also got mail from the airlines that refunded amount has been transferred to cleartrip but after a long period of 24 days i am still waiting to get refunded from cleartrip. Worst service on this part. Highly dissatisfied.

                          I had booked air tickets with trip id is[protected].
                          Trying to contact your customer care but of no use and so ultimately writing an email.

                          The below invoice generated by cleartrip is not indicating convenience which is charged on the ticket.
                          If clear trip is charging convenience fees then the invoice must be complete with details.

                          Moreover the promocodes mention on your website don't work and while last step of payment the software pushes back to reselect.

                          Cash back of 2000rs with code flight or ctsave must be eligible for this ticket booking

                          Kindly look into the matter and esclate it further

How many times i need to write mails and complaints. Why cannot you resolve this matter as it is not credited since so many days and my money is stuck.                                 Tried reaching to call centre multiple times however kept on waiting for 20 minutes each time.worst service no customer support..worst site..worst people
                                I have called the call centre before as well and they said money will refunded to my account fully in 5- 7 working days as the flight is cancelled by the airlines.
                                Initially as well when flight was cancelled by airlines no notification has been sent and call centre was unaware about the cancellation. For what you are charging convenience fee to give inconvenience customer

                                    I tried booking tickets from Kochi to Bangalore and back via their website on 21st March.

                                    Twice I got an error after spending a long time on their site that the booking cannot be processed.
                                    It took me back to the cleartrip home page.

                                    Following this I went ahead and booked it via another site for Rs. 600 more. While going through my sms I realised the payment has been deducted and the tickets booked.

                                    I spoke to their customer service for the complete refund however failed to get a response that was satisfactory. Worst experience by their so called supervisor Nachiket Nachan who first blamed the banks site and then me. I repeated umpteen times that I had to go through the drill twice of clicking the date of birth tab close to 800 plus times since the date of birth was in the year 1946. However he kept disputing the number of attempts I made.

                                    They seriously need to realise that there is a genuine issue on their site. I understand most sites give an error while they are in the process of increasing fares but going ahead and booking tickets after giving an error is totally unacceptable. Two other examples of their site issues while logging a complaint are attached. I tried registering an online complaint and it failed to do so. Tried cancelling the tickets and failed to do that as well.

                                    I am not willing to pay a single rupee for an error that reflects on Cleartrips website due to poor functionality.
                                    I need this looked into and a refund of Rs. 3865/ Now i am left with two tickets for the same flight, for the same passenger. Booking ID is [protected]

                                      I have tried to book an air ticket in favour of lincy cherian from port blair to chennai for 22/03/2019 on 21/03/19. Payment of rs. 5081/- was made successfully but no pnr or ticket received. Immediately after completion of the payment process, the net connection was failed and net connection was reinstated very late. My bank account shows that the amount is released. Pl. Help me to get get the ticket or back back my money.

                                        I have booked one ticket through cleartrip.com. but due to some problem i have to canclled that ticket.I called the customer care for cancellation of my ticket. they made the process and told me that within 5 to 7 working days my money will be refunded in my account.But after more than one week i didn't get my refund. Again i called the customer care for that, this time they are telling that it will take 40 to 45 days. How? Can I make any mistake by booking ticket through cleartrip.com.
