I had booked 3 tickets of water kingdom yesterday but the booking is not done and the amount is debited.I couldn't even contact them because the trip is not booked so trip Id is not generated and for contacting them trip id is required. And there is no email Id where we can write a mail for getting support.Please resolve my problem at the earliest....

Booked a flight ticket on 02nd march 2019 pnr emynme not got refund till date booking made from clear trip. No response from customer care. Calling so many times not answering. Trip i'd[protected]. We have booked flight ticket on 19.03.2018
(Jet airways 434 from mangalore - (Ixe) to mumbai (Bom) pnr no: cznxtt
& indigo 6621 from mumbai (Bom) to mangalore (Ixe) pnr no:kcuk4j
And both tickets has been cancelled due to some issues but till now we have not received refund amount to our account.

I made a booking on 25th feb 2019 for mumbai to delhi flight jet airways 9w 353, departing on 16th march 2019 in the name of mrs chaya urivi rao. However did not receive clear trip id or confirmation email. Booking made by andhra bank credit card. Credit card was debited. This is a very serious issue. While booking tickets for kolkata-delhi-kolkata for 25/3/19 and 31/3/19 amount of 11, 547 inr was debited from my account through net banking [ref avenues-ccagc2gum277/ccavenue.com] dated 16/3/2019 at 08:12.

I have travelled from delhi to calicut on 17-jan-2019, indigo flight. (Trip id: [protected]). Because of flight issue i miss the flight from bnglr to calicut. Indigo already refunded the amount (621 rupees) from their side.

I booked ticket for six persons from bhubaneswar to port blair and back vide trip id[protected] and pnr sdu3fc. Indigo cancelled the flight from bhubaneswar to kolkata. Hence, i was compelled to cancel the flight. Indigo intimated me that an amount of rs.32, 256/- has been processed as refund amount on 24th february'2019.
