Dear team,
I am frequently travelling from hyderabad (Hyd) to puducherry (Pdy) and puducherry (Pdy) to hyderabad (Hyd) through spicejet.
On 05/march/2019 morning around 8:07 am, i tried booking air ticket from hyderabad to pondicherry via cleartrip. Due to some technical issues, the transaction has been aborted at the last stage (After payment) and i received a message that "oops! There is an issue". Also the ticket fare rupees 4265 has been debited from my son’s icici bank account[protected] and my ticket wasn't confirmed too. Apart from that i didn’t receive any pnr number via sms or any ticket confirmation to my e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com) from cleartrip.
This issue was first handled by spicejet and they said that they will reverse the amount. But it's been more than 13 working days and no amount has been received and now they say that this issue needs to resolved at cleartrip end.
Since booking isn't confirmed, i didn't receive any ticket id and also their support team is the worst one i have ever faced. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
