I have booked a ticket for ccu to ixz sector for 12 oct 2019. I have made the payment through upi payment method from google pay for which an amount of rs.4983/- has been debited from my a/c. But i have not received the ticket nor i get refund of that amount. I have contacted several time with the customer support of cleartrip and given all related documents in mail, but till date not received my money back.

Team kindly consider my request and do the needful.

      Hi team,

      I am regular customer of clear trip. But i am going to stop this service..

      I have travelled from delhi to calicut on 17-jan-2019, indigo flight. (Trip id: [protected]). Because of flight issue i miss the flight from bnglr to calicut. Indigo already refunded the amount (621 rupees) from their side.
      But clear trip team not able to refund my amount.. I called multiple times they told that you will get refund in 7 working days.. Now almost 2 month is going to complete.. No response from their side..

      I request everyone please dont use cleartrip service.. Their cce very bad.. Service is too bad..

      You missed the unknown flight bnglr to calicut by yourself witht e-ticket, according to you.
      unknown Indigo already refunded the amount(621 rupees) as a good will guegsture, according to you.
      questions:
      1. where is a prove of payment (e-ticket)?
      2. What is cleartrip chargable for?

      Once, probbaly in 2015, I used the services o[censored]nknown operator of the cleartrip.com site,
      when I had purchased the train ticket for the travel from Agra to Delhi at the cleartrip site.
      They use different and complecated solutions in order to get access to (unknown) reservation system
      of Indian railways (unknown clearly) corporation.
      The train was canceled by the agent of Indian railways (unknown clearly) corporation.
      I requested the refund.
      The unknown representative o[censored]nknown operator of the cleartrip.com site issued me the refund and took about 120 rupees for the services (administration of refund) for their cancelled trip.
      All travel agents do such type o[censored]nfair business in India.
      To hire the lawyer costs from 4000 ruppes for the train passenger.
      No person will pay 4000 rupees in order to get a refund of120 rupees in 1-2 years, exept stubborn passenger, who has nothing
      to do.
      I canceled my flight on 1st week of February and the Cleartrip co send me the confirmation of cancellation and the money will be back on my account within 2 weeks max. Almost a month gone and nothing is happened
      You receive only words and promises from them but nothing
      A BIG cheating company.

        I have book ticket from guwahati to mumbai round trip in jet airways flight no 9w 135 by cleartrip on22feb and 26feb followed by trip id [protected]. [protected].[protected]total ammont of rupees 42637. We have been informed by the cleartrip that the flight is cancelled by the airlines. And the total money will be refund betwee5to7 working days ourcancelition date was 1-3-2019. But till today i have not received a single cancellation money plez sir do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible.

            I booked ticket for six persons from bhubaneswar to port blair and back vide trip id[protected] and pnr sdu3fc. Indigo cancelled the flight from bhubaneswar to kolkata. Hence, i was compelled to cancel the flight. Indigo intimated me that an amount of rs.32, 256/- has been processed as refund amount on 24th february'2019. The booking was done by vikas yesane of your office.in the mean time 28 days have passed but no amount is deposited in my account. Please take necessary steps to deposit the refund amount of rs.32, 256/- in my bank account.

                I had booked the subject trip (Trip id[protected] with you and had subsequently cancelled the bangalore mumbai leg of the trip for which i had received the refund. I had however not cancelled the mumbai - jamnagar leg of the trip.
                Upon trying to check in at mumbai on 25th january 2019 at mumbai for the jamnagar flight i was told that the entire trip had been cancelled by"clear trip"and the flight was full. I had to plead with the air india manager to accommodate me with one seat as it was necessary for me to reach jamnagar on that day. Finally, i was able to get one ticket for which i had to pay a much higher amount. I sent a complaint to you along with attachments claiming a refund of rs 5830 which i had to pay air india to get a new ticket

                I have neither received a refund nor a status update for the above complaint sent to you on 7th february.in case it is not your intention to compensate me for my losses please let me know so that i can take further necessary action

                  A flight was booked for 4th march, 2019, (Trip id[protected]: agartala hyderabad one way) through cleartrip. Payment for nonveg meal on board was included in the transaction that got cleared.
                  But i was not provided any meal because the boarding pass showed special services as nil even though my flight itinerary issued by cleartrip showed meal is booked. I stayed starving for 5 hours. Asked the flight attendants to solve the issue, but they could not resolve the same. Later i wrote to the customer care of indigo, but they said i need to contact the agency from which i booked the flight. Since cleartrip does not have a customer care email, i had to take help of this forum. I hope they solve the issue and provide me with compensation for the distress they caused during my flight.

                    With the reference to the above we informed that we had booked flight booking on 09.10.2018 from ahmadabad to delhi. At the time of booking first time transaction was not successful and we had not received any booking confirmation from cleartrip as well as jet airways. After some time we had booked the ticket and second time we got the booking and email for confirmation of booking. We ahd make payment through credit card. On receiving of our credit card statement we observed there are two debit for rs.20204/-each. We had informed the matter our credit card company and they taken up the matter with the merchant but merchant has refused to refund the money with producing two charges slips. When your company and jet airways not confirmed my booking and even we have not received any transaction massage how you will be deduct amount from my card. We request to you kindly refund the amount rs.20, 204/- within 15 days to avoid any legal action against your company as well as jet airways.

                      Through cleartrip.com booked three air tickets from cok to pnq eventhough the money has been processed but failed to get a confirmation as well as the e - ticket. The flight was supposed to be on 13th of march and it was spice get and the scheduled departure was at 13.50. Do pay attention to the mail and please take relevant action.

                        I'd booked 2 return tickets for self & my wife on 5th october 2018 - trip id[protected], pnr ottsfg – flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del and flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del – both confirmed tickets. On i was travelling elsewhere from 27th feb to 5th mar.

                        On 3rd march, i received a call from cleartrip customer care informing that jet airways has cancelled the flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del and whether i wish get the refund or request for an alternative flight – i confirmed that i’d like to opt for refund. Subsequently, on 5th march, i once again received a call from cleartrip informing me that flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del has been cancelled by jet airways and whether i wish get the refund or request for an alternative flight – i confirmed that i’d like to opt for refund.

                        Needless, to say, i was put to huge inconvenience and and to rebook my alternate travel arrangements at a much higher cost.

                        Now, even after a week of cancellation of the bookings – both, due to jet airways having cancelled the flights, i’m still awaiting refund.

                        Is this your’s and jet air’s efficiency? Pls respond urgently.

                            I tried booking a ticket through cleartrip app, but it got canceled aat the end and an amount of 21894 got debited.
                            After that we tried contacting the customer care for continuous 2 hours from 3 different numbers. Nobody is picking up the call for help.

                            As a customer we are too much unsatisfied with this. I will do each and every complain against this. I want the refund today only.

                            My travel date is no 11th March, 2019... So, Due to this casual behavior of Cleartrip customer care my trip will be canceled.

                            Worst customer service ever...
                            Cleartrip not processing refund...on calling the customer care, IVR is saying customer care is temporarily closed. While the airline is saying to get in touch with cleartrip for the refund.

                              Actually i booked a jet airways ticket from pune to chandigarh from clear trip. That flight has been cancelled so i call to clear trip and ask about refund they told me that you will get full refund in 5 to 7 days.
                              After that today i got that flight has rescheduled but now i have booked another ticket so i asked to clear trip about my refund they again told me to wait for 5 to 7 days when i asked that guy that previously also you told me this he cut my call and after that from past 1 hour i am trying to call them.. Is this the way to treat your customer or should we stop to believe on you..

                                While booking a flight, received an error page at the final payment stage about booking not successful. The amount is charged to me but booking status and trip id not conveyed via sms nor on email. I cannot even call to customer service for any assistance as i am not provided with any single piece of booking information such as trip id etc.
                                Moreover the error page that i have attached promptly said that cleartrip would contact me as soon as possible to resolve my issue, which they haven't till date.
                                Hats off to cleartrip that in today's world organization like this exist which has such a pathetic customer service, no one can contact them without a trip id.

                                To the author:

                                If you did not get the refund within 10 days, if your card had been debited, kindly:-

                                1. Attach: INVOICE or receipt, which state the sums and currency, our particulars, ID of issuer.

                                2. Keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.

                                3. Probably, you need "to go to the court", if you need compensation in full.

                                For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 1 passenger, you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 4000, to assist you before the court.

                                The fair court shall award full compensation and the reasonable expenses, which incurred.

                                    I had book 1 flight ticket from dlhi to srinagar on 7th feb-it got cancelled because of heavy snowfall in srinagar..                                         I booked ticket on clear trip on 4th march 2019. I got a transaction id. But, a ticket was not generated by the system and moreover their customer complaint numbers and their onsite support system is also not working. Their online support system asks for details and then it just does nothing. Also, their phone system is also totally unresponsive. It says someone from customer care will contact and disconnects. There is no personal intervention possible at all. Such sites should be barred from operating. The delay of such kind means i will have to book a ticket at higher price on another app if this ticket is not generated. Also, this ticket being non refundable, i will have to put up a lot of fight till i get the money back, or not.

                                        ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        After confirmation from the team of flightxp on call and providing all the evidences, a claim was never provided. Now, when i follow up, no one even tend to reply back to my emails. Could you look into this?
