I'd booked 2 return tickets for self & my wife on 5th october 2018 - trip id[protected], pnr ottsfg – flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del and flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del – both confirmed tickets. On i was travelling elsewhere from 27th feb to 5th mar.
On 3rd march, i received a call from cleartrip customer care informing that jet airways has cancelled the flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del and whether i wish get the refund or request for an alternative flight – i confirmed that i’d like to opt for refund. Subsequently, on 5th march, i once again received a call from cleartrip informing me that flight 9w-371 for 6th march from pnq-del has been cancelled by jet airways and whether i wish get the refund or request for an alternative flight – i confirmed that i’d like to opt for refund.
Needless, to say, i was put to huge inconvenience and and to rebook my alternate travel arrangements at a much higher cost.
Now, even after a week of cancellation of the bookings – both, due to jet airways having cancelled the flights, i’m still awaiting refund.
Is this your’s and jet air’s efficiency? Pls respond urgently.
