Good day!

With reference to trip id no. [protected], kindly be informed that i had booked a trip through clear trip for karachi – dammam on march 03, 2019 by carrier saudi gulf.

Trip was intended for my self (Mansoor), my wife (Saima) and daughter (Anam). However, tickets were only utilized for myself and my daughter,

Whereas, due to some reasons, i had to cancel flight for my wife (Saime mansoor). Perhaps, this cancellation request was made twice through saudi gulf, karachi office on march 1st 2019 and march 2nd 2019 and accordingly requested to refund the ticket.

But now, since last couple of days, i am following up to get back the refund through clear trip india office as well saudi gulf head office but not getting any satisfactory response.

Please acknowledge this message, look into it and support to resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Booked a flight from bangalore to bombay for 6th february for 2 people. The flight didn’t get booked but my card got charged. The charge has not been reversed and i can’t get through customer care because i dont have a trip id. Can you please help! Request you to let us know how to initiate the refund since its been one month but i’ve not recived any intimation from cleartrip and i have no idea how to get the money refunded. The amount is around 35000.

      Hi,, i booked the flight ticket from cok to hyd on the dated of journey 15-2-19. But when i went to airport they said flight was cancelled, previously we didn't get any information & cash returned still date,, main promblem is daily we are calling to customer care but its nobody is not responding past 1 week.. If they respond they are saying didn't get flight cancelation conformation from airasia, for ur kind information i can share my trip id :[protected].. Pls check and call to this number [protected]..

        Hi mam/sir
        I have done transaction today 2nd mar 19 from delhi to goa for three person me, my wife and my daughter
        Money was debited but dint get confirmation of ticket
        Called my bank icici.. They told payment was sucessfull.. Please help as i need my tickets asap
        I can provide you transaction details and msg recieved from my bank

        Ticket were roundtrip on 20th april return on 23 april 2019

        I cant contact you because i dont have trip id

          amount deducted however no confirmation about the same

          I was making a booking with clear trip for a flight ticket to dehradun for jet airways for 2nd of march however the amount got deducted but did not receive any confirmation or any ticket id. I need the amount back refunded into my account.
          This seems to be a major flaw with them as this is the second time it has happened and there is no account for the same on there end....

          My go air flight got cancelled and the go air people said I had to call cleartrip to get the refund. I have Calling cleartrip since two weeks and no one has answered any of my calls. I have no idea what is wrong with your customer care service it just keeps me on hold. PLEASE refund my flight money as it was a costly flight and this made me realize never to book flights from cleartrip.

              We have booked mumbai - us ticket through clear trip. However, even after payment being sucessful, the ticket was not confirmed.in the first call customer care executive assured that it will be concluded either side within 2hours. It was not done. After 9 hours i again called up and the guy called alex assured me that he will taken personal initiative and get it resolved within next 3.5 hours. I insisted to raise a formal complaint. After little hesitation he provided me the complaint number and assured me that he will call up after 3.5 hours. However, neither the ticket got confirmed nor he called up.
              The next day i tried calling clear trip number for 4 time, waited for 15-17 min in every call but after ivr queue waiting time of 15 min the called use to get disconnect automatically. Wasted my 1.5 hours
              The worst customer service management i have seen.
              Executives are liars, casusals and non sensitives in resoliving customer complaints.

                On 1st december 2018, i was confirmed that a full refund will be processed. This communication was made via call and email both. It is 28th february 2019 and i have still not received the refund. The staff doesn't follow up and has no clue about the refund. When a full refund is confirmed, i get varied response from another staff on 20th december.

                I am sharing all details with screenshot. I receive no replies to my email. The staff on 28th february 2019 shares that the refund will be processed on 1st march 2019 which is tomorrow. But keeps me on long hold.

                I am waiting for 1st march 2019 hoping that the refund will be processed.

                As per communications, I waited but still haven’t received the amount today. Many misleading conversations from Cleartrip & I request to process my refund asap.

                Cleartrip has no professionalism in case of refunding process. Now I as customer has to again wait for 10-15 days.

                When I was informed that on 1st March the refund will be processed, why is there a wait?

                Would recommend other passengers to kindly avoid booking from Cleartrip.

                    Don't know how they will be the one to choose the date you are traveling for you. And immediately they removed my money from my account and i asked for a reschedule but no positive response and money not refunded. Am surprised at this company's mode of operations and will not allow anyone i know to use it.. Money isn't easy to come by. Bitter experience and stay off person bringing adverts

                      Your customer care agents are # # they are putting my call on hold more then 30 min and from last 5 days they not solve my baggage allowance problem is this type of your service your providing to customers.

                      I book this ticket becoz of baggage allowance is check-in: 40 kg, and cabin: 7 kg now jet airways is saying only check in is : 30 kg, and cabin: 7 kg.

                      Jet airways is saying cleartrip is responsible for this issue and your call center agents are not supporting me is this your service?

                      This is cheating how can you cheat like this to customer you have to check my ticket as per attachment and check with jet airways and resolved this problem as soon as possible other wise i have to file a complain against you to my near police station.

                          I booked a flight for 13th march, 2019 from pune to delhi.
                          I haven't received a confirmation ticket even after deduction of money.
                          The customer care number asks for a id which is also not available since there was no redirecting after payment successful.

                            They are looting innocent people in the name of amenment fees and double charging for same flight. Clear trip.com
                            Recently i booked a fligth through them just i i reschedule half flight website shows you have to pay difference again they took the full money plus amendmenr charge. Double flight fare. There should be a system for a flight ticket having value of 3300 changing how can you add ammendment fees 6500rs this type of cheating from innocent people should stop at once if an ament ment fees of 6500 can apply to a ticket of!                               I book this ticket becoz of 40 kg check in baggage allowance.

                              Now the problem is jet airways is saying there is only 30 kg check in baggage allowance information on there system.

                              Whenever i call to your customer care they are always saying my supervisor will call you soon from last 3 days i did not get any call from your side is this you are giving service to your customer. Any how i want (40 kg check in allowance)

                              This is cheating how can you cheat like this to customer you have to check my ticket as per attachment.

I wanted to cancel my return journey from 17.3.19 for both passengers but ur executives are saying me u can't get refund out of it. Although the airlines is giving refund.                                   I booked for flight ticket from COK to MAA online on 12/02/2019
                                  Merchant Transaction SBI Reference No. IGAFJXRTF9
                                  Amount. INR 7098 Status - Success Reason- Processed.
                                  Complaint reason- My Account with SBI was debited but Ticket not processed. I have booked for another ticket on 13/02/2019 and obtained a fresh ticket for the intended journey of 21/02/2019 with a fresh payment and obtained ticket.

                                    I have booked ticket from indore to ahmedabad on 29th january 2019 for 30th january 2019 morning 8:05 am. They deducted money from my account but ticket not emailed to me. I received a call from +[protected]-2019 7:01 pm, 7:10 pm, 7:17 pm) saying, that gateway process did not occur at our side and your money will be refunded in 2-3 days. But till now nothing happened.

                                    I tried to reach customer care but they are not supporting or able to see anything on their system for this issue.

                                    Help needed!!!

                                      I, rajiv chouhan had booked round trip tickets for two people - shailika (Daughter) and sheba kalra (Wife) from patna to ranchi on mon, 28 jan 2019 at 14:51 hrs.
                                      Trip id: [protected].
                                      Pnr:zfn96z and bfw7hw
                                      Airline: indigo

                                      The site cleartrip claims the ticket to be refundable but have charged the cancellation charges more than the tickets amount.
                                      I had contacted the indigo airlines and they claim to have refunded an amount of rs. 608 for pnr zfn96z + rs. 596 for pnr bfw7hw.
                                      The cleartrip is not ready to refund a single penny but the ticket that we have booked through their website clearly states refundable.
                                      The customer care says that they would have refunded the full amount if we would have contacted them over call but through website they won't refund. I think they should have mentioned "refundable over call" rather than just mentioning refundable. They are just fooling the customers making false promises.
