I have booked a two and fro flight ticket to chennai vide booking reference:wenvvp andnfsl2g. We have lodged a complaint with ezeego1.com for refund of the cancellation amount. The firm has replied as follows:

    About 4 days ago i booked 4 tickets from new delhi (Ndls) to varanasi by cleartrip. But i don't know why, i dont get the tickets and there's no recorded reservations on application and no email from cleartrip, but my credit card issued that transaction.

    So, what happened with my tickets, and if my tickets are unavailable, how to refund the money.

    Anyway, here's the details of my transaction:

        This is my first and worst expreience booking with cleartrip. I booked a flight in emirates with 45kg check in baggage and 7kg hand carry. Upon checking in my luggages, emirates airline informed thay i only have 30kg check-in allowance and that i have to call cleartrip about the “45kg”. I was trying to call cleartrip but no one is answering my call. I ended up removing all my stuff to reduce it upto 30kg, since it’s very expensive to pay for the additional baggage in emirates. Also, emirates staff did not do anything to assist me with cleartrip baggage issue since it’s not their fault and it’s not under their custody (As per their supervisor, allah). He told me that i should be the one to call to cleartrip to fix the issue.

        Please see attached copy of my cleartrip paid and booked online, stating that i have 45kg checkin allowance - which both cleartrip and emirates did not acknowledge.

        Worst experience ever!!

          I have booked a round trip from raipur to sydney from 10 to 16 feb.
          The amount has been charged immediatly but still no confirmation mail or message was sent by them.
          Worse... No way to get in touch with them to know the status of the booking.
          There are very few days left for traveling and i am clueless abt my bookings!
          This was my first and worst kind of experience with them and am certainly not recommending it to any one
          Please help!

              I made a hotel booking by clear trip on 22 January for dolpin resort. due to some connectivity error the booking was not done but the payment was done from SBI debit card.
              more so ever no trip id was given. i contacted the throught help line they said my payment will be receibved ib 3 working days.still no refund has been recieved.

              i have send may mails havent recieved any reply. when i call help line they ask for trip ID which i dont have

                    My flight jablapur to delhi rs 7073 got delayed byxfew hours, so i asked cleartrip what will be the refund if i cancel my flight, cleartrip agent informed me that i will get 6300 as refund amount, i asked him to double ensure this refund amount. He was very positive about it, so gave asked him to cancel the flight and claim refund. After that agent tells me refund will be processes in 5 business days. I asked him to give a receipt or acknowledgement of this cancellation refund, he refused, after i insisted on giving me some proof of refund he informed me that the refund amound is nil, and he cannot help. After that he kept giving excuses and cut off the pjone call.

                    Cleartrip is cheating people, i cannot believe i have been a victim of their fraud.

                    My advice, beware of this fraud company cleartrip, they will cheat you and eat your money.

                      On 16th january 2018, due to bad weather condition the flight from srinagar to delhi has been cancelled. I have cancelled the ticket and also talk to your executive. Despite lapse of twelve days i couldn't receive my refund. I have receive a message like "we have received flight cancellation request for trip[protected]" now it is request to yourself to kindly look into the matter.

                        Cleartrip and all other airline websites seem to be misrepresenting and misleading the consumer by advertising low rates say 2500 rupees for a ticket from delhi to jaipur.

                        As you go on through the ticket buying process and you say no to all add ons, the final price reflected is still rs. 2500z

                        Then suddenly when it comes to putting in the payment details, the price suddenly rises by ~500 rupees. The “new final” price.

                        In fact this sudden increase is never consistent. On the same flight i went back and filled in the details again, the increase was 200 rupees. Then again 450 rupees, then again 150 rupees.

                        All airline websites are scamming, misleading and misrepresenting consumers in regard to the final advertised price.

                        This has happened to me on several website and several times. It something new. It did not exist up until september 2018. But, there has been a sudden rise in ad hoc pricing by these airline websites. Please look into these frauds and misrepresentations.

                          Cancellation confirmation for manama / bahrain - bangalore one-way flight — trip id [protected]

                          I have made the above cancellation on 01-11-18, i haven’t received any refund yet, whenever i call up cleartrip customer care they said it is still pending and its been more then 3 months no proper response, really very bad customer service from clear trip.. Its our hard earned money is lost after making a booking through them.

                            Clear trip has confirmed the refund amount will be 839aed for a flight from abu dhabi to/fro udaipur on cancellation, but they have given only 319aed saying airline has deducted more amount as fuel charges. They have provided wrong information so we have gone ahead with cancellation thinking more than 70% ticket price will be refunded but now we are not getting the refund.

                              I write to you to complain from unfair treatment. I tried to book two tickets (One for me gehan a. Mousa and one for my daughter yara) from bahrain to egypt and i already booked (Trip id[protected]. I did mistake in my name therefore i try to call clear trip to help me to correct the spelling error in my name but no one response. Very careless with customer. Therefore, i sent inquire about the problem from cleartrip website. I have a list of problem and i selected error in name customer then i have a reply from cleartrip system said "cancel the trip and book again". I did after this i have an email deducted about 58 bahraini dinar from my money. I received the following email from cleartrip:
                              We have processed a refund of bhd 161 for your manama / bahrain - cairo return booking (Trip id[protected]. The refund should appear in your account in 5 to 7 working days depending upon your bank.
                              Why cleartrip did this first i have a spelling error in my name and cleartrip system advised me by this. Second i cancelled and booked again on the same airlines within 10 minutes. Why you stole my money i have the same airline and even i booked in the same trip that i cancelled for spelling error.
                              This not fair and i need my money because i cancel for wrong name and i already booked another tickets at the same time for the same airlines. You can cheek on your system.
                              I called cleartrip many times and i complain too many people in cleartrip and no one give any attention. I asked to call the manager and the employee said he has another call and promised me to make him call me after 30 minutes. He did not call me. Cleartrip deals with me by very bad and unfair way. I never trust again cleartrip. I will do my best to make everybody know the truth about this company.

                                I purchased an indigo air-ticket pnr no: llf42e through your on online site by my visa credit card no: 4132xxxxxxxx5177 on 15th december 2018 for return (Muscat-mumbai-muscat) in my name: prakash madhukar mohanlal for an amount of indian rupees 17, 297/=. The date of travelling was 29.12.2018 and return was 01.01.2019.
                                As per my bank statement, above credit card transaction reference number is: 74332748350834938908916.
                                I had cancelled my above ticket before my travelling date. Unfortunatelly my refund has not yet given!!
                                May you please help me in this regard to get the refund amount at earliest.

                                  On 2nd jan 2019, i booked a ticket from kuwait to kochi, on indigo flight, for my wife thresiamma joseph from kuwait. Kd 62.770 deducted from my national bank of kuwait but ticket no issued. Next day morning, i chat with the customer support and he told me that money will return within five working days. So far nothing happend. Let me know the status

                                    I have booked a ticket through cleartrip. My journey has departed from srinagar to chandigarh on dated 5 january, 2019 and my pnr is hkzwpk...
