I have booked a hotel via cleartrip, during checkin hotel reception informed me that their hotel have no tie up cleartrip. I immediately informed this to cleartrip customer care and they informed me to make payment and do the checkin, they will pay me back, they also asked me to send them the copy of hotel payment bill, i have mailed the same to them, then they asked me for 48 hrs for enquiry, i agreed, after 3 days i contacted them, again they asked me to wait for 48 hrs, now i am behind cleartrip for last 2 weeks, they are disconnecting my calls and not responding to my mails,
