I booked one flight from app clear trip but transaction failed because system error and my money deduct from my card and i try speack with call center and send email and write in there facebook but no any reply that's the worst customer service mytrip id[protected] and my ref card 454857 they already send me msg my transaction fails but no answer....

We had booked through clear trip.com a holiday goa to cochin and return.

Let me start with the summary for the consumers who are reading this; i can only suggest booking your flights directly on airlines' website is the way forward.
