On 13/11/2018 i booked two flight tickets from vijayawada to trivendrum with 12446 ruppes charge and also booked return tickets on 15/11/2018 from trivendrum to vijayawada with 15194 rupees from bank account of sbi, bank account number [protected], account holder name - g. Narasimha rao, ifsc code - sbin 0005151 and the booked tickets were cancelled but i didn't get any refunding to my account please refund my money thank you

    I have been charged for one single booking twice, first I booked my ticket from Cleartrip, later on the airport during the travel i have been humiliated by AIR INDIA staff stating my ticket is not valid due to NO SHOW, The booking AIR INDIA staff has refereed as NO SHOW was cancelled by me for which i have the cancellation confirmation as well.

    When i contacted Cleartrip and asked them why i have to pay double i have been informed that i was intimated for the cancellation, where the email clearly stated the cancellation of To ticket not return ticket.

    Its a clear case of wrong communication and compliance by AIR INDIA and Clear trip, i become the victim of there fault as-

    I have voluntarily cancelled my To ticket dated 15th November 2018.
    No communication by AIR INDIA or cleartrip regarding the entire trip cancellation.

      I was charged 2 times on my credit cared for all of my trips. When I called them, there is no proper response

      For one trip, I received 2 trip IDs and charged 2 times.

      For second trip also, I was charged 2 times.

        I made this booking online cleartrip.com website. I booked a hotel in vijayawada dt. On 14/12/18. The transaction id.[protected]. When was making the payment it shows rs.2815/- after i made the payment they charged rs.3713. This amount is more than the hotel tariff and since i have been staying in this hotel for few days of time i used to book rooms in the same hotel for lesser of the above amount at other websites like make my trip, trivago, tripadvisor, yatra or booking.com. Tried to contact cleartrip customer care and they are denying the resolution.

          On 20-dec-2018 i tried to book round trip from dammam (Ksa) - bangalore - dammam using cleartrip. They have deducted the money 39, 529 inr. And after a while i got a message in the cleartrip app saying my payment failed.
          I connected to customer care and informed in detail, they apologized for the issue and assured money will be refunded in 5-7 days, meany while requested me to book another ticket.
          However, i was badly in need to go, so i tried booking it again on 21-dec-2018. 41, 092 inr deducted and i got invalid payment, the same issue repeated.

          I have all the details, trip id, ref no. For my online payment for both the transactions. Now i request to get my money back in time and no more of harassment. Its my hard earned money. Please stop harassing people like this.

          Followed up with helpline no. They sent me a mail confirmation of failed transactions and mentioned they will refund to bank account in 4 working days. After couple of days they deposited the exact amount deducted from me for tickets. I'm revealed from the stress of loosing 80000 INR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLEAR TRIP.

            I didn't get refund money on my account.
            I did cancel the trip which i did pay 4448, 00 rs, they wrote that i can get 928, 00rs back, but nothing happend
            On cleartrip is written refunded, but money (928, 00rs) didn't come.
            Two times i report this through their web service (Chetana), i got answer that somebody will contact me in 48 hours, but nothing happened.

              I and My Husband (Dr P B N Gopal, Head of the dept, Continental Hospitals, Gachibowli, Hyderabad were to travel back from Rajahmundry by Spicejet SG 1602 (Trip ID [protected] Cleartrip.com)
              But I have received a message from Spicejet on the 29th Nov 2018 citing the cancellation of their flight SG1602. I have actually been waiting to hear the same from "cleartrip" since then. Curious to know what happened almost 21 days later, I logged in to the cleartip website and it said, if the airlines have cancelled, I have to go ahead and cancel on the portal (strange, they facilitate booking from us and take charges, but when the airlines cancel, they don’t facilitate and get back to us--a one way business of sorts!!)
              Anyways, I cancelled and it said I will know the refund amount after they hear from the airlines

              And within moments I get a refund of Rs 66/--{{Booking Gross Amount was (+)Rs. 4, 990.00}}
              It is the airline which cancelled the flight, not us!
              Why should our whole money be not refunded ?

                  I booked a flight ticket via cleartrip in SpiceJet on 16 of December for a flight from Goa to Mumbai on 17th December. After I paid online the next web page showed “access denied” and later I did not receive any further email or message from cleartrip but my money got debited from my account which I received a message from my bank. I cannot complain directly to cleartrip because I dont have any Trip ID. What should I do now? Can you please help me?

                    I tried to booked hotel in jam nagar on10/12/2018. Money deducted from credit card same time but booking not happen. How do i get my money back. As i don't have trip id so i am not able to contact them. Or when i call them on there customer care they ask trip id. Also at the time of deduction i call customer service they told me that because of server issue it's happened and money will be refunded in 3to 4days but still not received

                    I have cancelled my ticket [Indigo186 PNR:Q123FQ Hyd to ghy ] on 22 nov 1:30 AM November. But until now I did not get my money refund or could not get a status regarding the refund. Indigo replied me that they have already sent the refund to agency account

                      When i booked the trip (Id [protected]) and paid successfully in cleartrip, i got error while the portal redirected to crctc. No further info appeared regarding of the reservation comfirmatiin and failure. Also not notification reached me at the time. I thought it was failed and as there were only two positions left so i had to book as soon as possible again. The second trip was booked successfully. Then in the morning i found that i had two trip in the same train, for the same passagers.
                      How could this happen that the portal failed and the booking successed? How could this happed that no notification was sent if the booking was comfirmed at the time? How could this happen that the same passagers could book the same train on the same day? How could this happen that i have to pay the bill because of this stupid system (Including crctc and cleartrip). Cleartrip has responsibility of preventing from this kind of no logic event.
                      I was told that the ticket was tatkal and couldnt get refund only because that crctc took the money. Cleartrip should think your responsibility and minimize customer loss. There are huge space for the improvement in your part.

                          We had booked through clear trip.com a holiday goa to cochin and return.

                          Our return flight air india cochin-bangalore - goa was on 27th november. The flight was at 1.40 pm. We arrived the airport at 10.40 to be informed by a message that the flight would be delayed and would depart at 3.40 pm. Subsequently, when i went to check on the same i overheard them saying they were cancelling the flight as the flight had only 11 passengers but we were told the standard statement 'for technical reasons'.
                          Subsequently we were put on a jet airways flight 1.50pm but were re routed to mumbai through jet airways. The flight landed at 3.55 pm at the international airport and air india refused to forward the baggage directly and insisted that we pick our baggage in mumbai and check in at air india mumbai.
                          Meanwhile the mumbai goa flight was at 4.50 pm. Our baggage from jet airways came only at 4.25 pm and my husband &myself both senior citizens were running with suitcases onto several floors to check in at the air india counter. I had asked for help in mumbai (From cochin) as i knew there situation would be chaotic but no one came. They gave me a number and said that person would help us out. But that number was of the help desk and he said he couldn't leave his desk.
                          After picking our baggage and climbing yet another 3 floors we arrived at the air india check in counter. I went directly to the ai manager as we had crossed the check in time but she was making and receiving calls from one phone to the other until i asked to stop phoning and listen to me. Fortunately, some officers around helped us and even sent someone to accompany us to the aircraft. We entered the aircraft at 4.40 pm for a flight leaving at 4.50 pm.
                          Besides being senior citizens my husband is also a heart patient..

                            I booked a flight via cleartrip which is a return flight which goes through toronto and requires a transit visa.
                            This ticket is deliberately mare non-refundable and cheap so that customers fall in the trap of purchasing a cheap ticket and miss the flight.
                            The canadian vac in new york is horrible and a huge number of people do not get a transit visa... All thanks to the horrible and worst management of canadian vac.
                            The airline air canada then wouldn't allow people to pass through canada as they don't have a transit visa.
                            And cleartrip has a policy that if you miss the onboard flight, your return flight will get automatically cancelled. What kind of a joke is this?
                            There are several people who miss an onboard flight and want to take the return flight.
                            A ticket deliberately made non refundable which cannot be converted into a refundable ticket, which requires a transit visa via canada and return flight gets automatically cancelled if missed the onboard flights clearly shows that they have a collaboration with air canada airlines to dupe customers of their money.
                            I called the centre several times for a refund but they are reluctant to do anything about it and blame the customer. I won't stol at this and will complain to a higher authority for my refund.

                            In general, the agent's duty is to display the total fare and each component of fare prior to purchase and after the e-tciket is issued.
                            No piece of the document is produced in the complaint.
                            it is impossible to discuss anything without each piece of document.

                              My money got deducted but I never got flight details and when I called for refund they said I will receive in 3-4 days .. it’s been 3 weeks now I have not got any refunds.
                              I booked Nagpur to Mumbai Airindia Flight at 23rd November 8.45 pm. They charged me 5700 Rs .I have been calling on their customer support helpline but that is not evening working. They are asking me TripID which I never received from them because my tickets bet got booked. This is a big fraud and scam. I’m going to take serious action against cleartrip for this fraud. Even I can go to consumer court and file a legal complaint against them.

                                    My booking id is (Ghqb2n). I booked return flight ticket from delhi to bangalore (7-13th dec) and after all cancellations and deduction charges. I was supposed to get 666 as refund as previously confirmed by one of their (Cleartrip) agents. I was also told that i will get the same refund which airlines has initiated. After numerious conversations with cleartrip team i was finally told by ms. Pragiya (Floor supervisor) that i won't get any refund because i applied the coupon code. As informed by indigo airlines that all the charges including coupon has been initiated to cleartrip. And also there was delay of cancellation from cleartrip despite cancelling the ticket previously on indigo website. I was also told that this trip is non refundable but i have the screenshot where it was mentioned that this is a refundable. If incase that is required i can share that too in my next post.

                                      On date 04.12.2018, i had done a flight booking from bhubanrswar to delhi and back. On the number[protected]. Money deducted from my acount bt booking failed. I dont get my refund yet. I called costemer care but they put me in hold for long time. So kindly refund my money that i can book another ticket. Please refund as soon as possible. Its a request
