I had booked a hotel sagar kinara in malvan for nov 16 to 18th. But when i reached there the hotel was closed from past 3 yrs. I was not able to book another hotel and had to travel back with my family to mumbai. And was not even helped to book some other hotel. The worst experience ever anyone can have by spoiling the holidays with the family. I lost my time any money for travelling from mumbai to malvan and back to mumbai. I need compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. And the call centre people said i can't help you as the hotel people had not informed them, but the hotel is closed from last 3 yrs then how can they take the online booking for the hotel. And it's their responsibility to check why should i suffer for the same. I have spoiled my vacation due to the cheating done by the clear trip company. They have cheated me by taking the booking of the hotel which not there. I will also do a case against the company for cheating the customer. So that they will not cheat anyone else. They should have a policy to review the hotels which are listed. Hence i want a strict action taken so that no other person suffer the way i have suffered.

    I booked flight tickets through sky scamner r app through happy go easy payment mode on 24th november, 2018. I booked ticket from goa to delhi for 14th feb and return for 17th.. With name:prairna my money got deducted 7003, i got a message that money has been deducted from account but transaction was failed and there was no confirmed booking. It's been almost a week and no refund has been made.. I called them, they are just making excuses regarding the same.

      I booked 1 return air ticket using ClearTrip from kuwait to cochin. The Trip ID is[protected] and airline PNR - NJMW3X.

      The ticket clearly states that " This ticket is classified by ClearTrip as refundable".

      Even after speaking to the ClearTrip customer care people 2 times, I was not given any refund.

      This is clearly a harassment by this web site. I would never recommend anyone to use ClearTrip .
      I discussed with indigo airlines also, they said my refunded amount already sent to cleartrip.If i have to collect from any agency means pls sent me the details, bcoz one of my friend cancelled in wego on the same day i cancelled, he got a money directly from agent.

      Cleartrip is wrong in front of you, in case you produced the exact extracts of the ticket.
      The cheapest way to get the compensation from so called "cleartrip", you can
      - collect (save) the ticket and the conditions of the refund
      - to apply for the customers court in India by post (government fee from 100-200 rs).

      Your exapences can be[protected] rupees for the assitance of the legal professional. Plus your own simple efforts.
      The customers court obviously must reward (1) fare of the ticket (2) legal expences (3) moral injury.

      Today I booked a flight for 3rd Dec, 18 from Kolkata to Chennai with Spice Jet
      Base Fare is Rs.6799 and paid total fare of Rs.8553

      But for the same flight, SOTC base fare is Rs.5300 and Total fare is 6605

      Why is difference.

      I ask for refund of such difference amount from Cleartrip
      In general, the agent's duty is to display the total fare and each component of fare prior to purchase.
      it is impossible to discuss anything without each piece of document.

        Dear sir/madam
        I had booked on spice jet dxb-cok-dxb flight vide trip id[protected] two adults :
        Dxb cok 13 niov 2108 & return cok dxb 25 nov 2018
        As there was change in my return travel plans, i checked up with cleartrip sharjah office about the cancelling my return ticket. Then i was informed by the customer service executive that after deducting the airline cancellation fees, i will get a refund if dhs.350/-
        Further i had rechecked with spice jet airline who informed me that i will be refunded dhs 195/-. Spicejet had mentioned that rs3500/- per passenger for change of date and rs 4500 for cancellation

        Since, i felt the spice jet was charging me more i decided to cancel the return journey through clear trip portal
        When my cancellation was processed by clear trip, i learnt that no refund was payable to me.
        I am shocked to know that clear trip has ripped my off stating that there is no refund due to me
        May i request your good office to kindly intervene and facilitate the speedy resolution of the case and

          Due to one of my relative death unfotunateky we have done with the cancellation of flight tickets clear trip id is[protected], at the time of cancellation i have been in touch with clear trip representatives and explained the problem and reason for the cancellation, by considering it they clearly said us they will be doing waive off clear trip fee and convenience fee but they didn’t do that and charged for it. They are not on the commitments and they are fooling and cheating the clients

            I tried to book online flight ticket from muscat to hyderabad to muscat (Round the trip) on 12.11.2018 through the cleartrip. The amount of 125.93 riyal omani deducted from my debit card but ticket not booked, i did not received any confirmation mail, trip id and confirmed ticket, but i received the message on computer screen that transaction failed please try once again and enter the debit card details for the payment. I feared and i didn’t enter the card details once again. Later i told my brother to book the flight ticket with his debit card from india, and he booked the ticket successfully.
            After that i tried to contact on toll free customer care no to ask regarding the failed transaction to get the refund but i don’t have any trip id so i am unable to lodge my complaint.               Irresponsible customer care service, i have done cancellation after confirming refund amount with clear trip customer care team.after cancellation they are telling ticket is non nonrefundable.worst service.Trip ID : [protected], cancellation done date:14.11.2018.first they said cancellation charge will be 140 aed and clear trip charge around 50 aed.any way i loose my whole amount.clear trip don't cheat customers like this.

                On early morning hours of 24/11/2018, i tried to book travel tickets online for myself and wife through clear trip and furnished all details of passengers required to be furnished as per the online reservation site..

                The tickets were sought to be availed in indigo flight no. 6e-6965 bound to cochin international airport (Cok) from kempagowda international air port, banglore (Blr). The date proposed for our travel is 03/12/2018. The departure time scheduled for the flight is 18.45 hours (6.45pm ist) from blr and the flight is scheduled for landing at the destination cok at 20.00 hours (8pm ist).

                After completing all the steps, i was taken to the payment portal where i furnished the details needed of my debit card. The total amount for two tickets was notified as rs.3, 154/- (Three thousand one hundred and fifty four only). Payment was effected though my kgb debit card ending x4256.

                Immediately on effecting payment through card,, at 4.53am i received sms on my mobile (+91 [protected]) from bank that the card payment was successful and rs.3, 154/- has been debited from account at 4:48:18 hours as transferred to cleartrip private ltd. Mumbai, mh, in.

                This sms is conclusive proof of the fact that the payee cleartrip pvt. Ltd mumbai has received the transferred amount of rs.3, 154/-.

                But till now, i have not received any booking confirmation or soft copy of the travel tickets issued to us from clear trip.

                I must travel by the above said flight as my other programs are pre scheduled.

                Therefore i request your good selves to take urgent remedial actions on this complaint and cause cleartrip to issue the travel tickets which i had booked as aforesaid and do everything necessary to facilitate our travel by the said flight itself without much ado and hurdles.

                    Last nov22, i have booked hot air balloon ride online in cleartrip. I have made a payment of 29, 850 for 2pax. We have received an email from cleartrip stating that our booking is confirmed with confimation number[protected]or nov 23, morning flight. The email includes the contact details of the organizer who is mr pushpendra ranawat, with contact number [protected]. Since we did not receive any call from the organizer regarding the details of our pick up, we decided to get in touch with him instead. As per mr. Ranawat, he will check and get back to us. On nov 22, we received a call from mr. Ranawat saying that there is festival in pushkar and they are overbooked. He offered to give us a slot on nov25 which is not possible since we already set all our plans. Plane tickets were purchased for our next destination, hotel bookings were made and activities were paid. We did not accept the option since we are confirmed for nov 23. As per our phone conversation he will check again and he requested for our passport copies and weights. Later in the evening, a representative from cleartrip called us that our activity is caked due to bad weather. We got furious because we know ahead that there was no cancellation since we were in touch with the organizer. The reason why they were cancelling our activity was due to overbooking so we requested them to do something about it and we requested for their manager to get back to us. Miss tara, a senior in cleartrip called us back and was trying to convince us to get nov25 which was totally not possible. It was already night before the activity and still we didn't have a guarantee that we can make it the next day despite the confirmed booking. As per our request the manager called us and said that he will try to get us our slots and call us back. We have waited until we fell asleep but no one called us back up to this morning. This incident is unacceptable. We are tourists and we come a long way to experience the activities rajasthan has to offer. We demand that they refund our payment in full and give us compensation for all the inconvenience they have cost us.

                        I have booked a flight on 21 nov 2018 to cochin to chennai and back for rs 8335 on cleartrip i'd[protected], upon rescheduling it on a day later on 22/nov 2018 the fares were 1500rs lesser than old rate, instead of refunding me they have charged rs 8300as other taxes and other charges (7500 and taxes) and deducted rs 15631 for the rescheduled ticket which seems unfair and done only in the intention of cheating money from the customers. I claim refund for the excess charged

                          We are an average middle class family and we did an early booking from blr - mum for dec 26th, 2018. The amount paid for passengers (4+2) was 48, 000 booked on 30th october. But now when we are checking the website and the prices have dropped to 38000. This we felt is very unfair and painful to know that we paid extra 10, 000 by booking early. We are looking for a compensation for this extra money we paid.

                            Booked from sharjah to trivandrum for 8th october 2018 under trip id [protected] and got it postponed to 9th october 2018 by transferring an amount of rs.4193/- through net banking which was rs.993/-in excess and i am told that the amount would be transferred to my account within 5 to 7 working days. Till now that amount has not been refunded. I contacted over phone number [protected] on october 22nd, 30th and on 14/11/2018 but of no use. Is this how you treat your customers?                               This is regarding trip id:[protected] delhi-adelaide return flight. We requested for wheel chair assistance for both the passenger and got the confirmation too from clear trip. However, airline informed that they only have wheel chair assistance approved for one passenger. This is totally unexpected and unprofessional. Cleartrip have given us the wrong commitment.

                                      Booked 2 tickets through cleartrip for Sept. (both Indigo flights) and got a PNR.

                                      Booked another indigo flight ticket through cleartrip for Nov. and got the same PNR as before (Cleartrip acknowledges this was their system's fault).

                                      Indigo did not receive any booking by Cleartrip for this flight on my name. So I couldn't travel by that Indigo flight. Although I was charged by Cleartrip and have the invoice with me.

                                      I get to know this a day before my flight while trying to web check-in.

                                      Talked to Cleartrip support and they told me to book another ticket (through Cleartrip only) and I would receive a refund of (only) the new ticket within 5-7 days.

                                      Constantly following up with Cleartrip support but no response. All I get to hear is "We're following up with the concerned department."

                                      I've spent a lot of time and extra money in booking new ticket for my travel.

                                      I've attached the snapshots of all tickets and mail communication. You may check the PNR (LG3M2Q) on indigo's website. It shows the Sept. tickets and not the Nov. one.

                                      I still haven't received the refund after almost a week now.
                                      Please help.

                                      Today 15/11/18, I have made a hotel booking at JW marriot (Juhu tara Road) cost - 21863 Rs. Trip id- [protected] . The amount got deducted but the booking was not being done.

                                        Hope you are doing well,

                                        This to inform you that on 11th of november i was trying to book a hotel in abu dhabi (Anantara eastern magroves hotel and spa) using cleartrip for four nights at the cost of (238 omani rial) by using cleartrip 30% voucher from samsung members as shown and attached with my credit card ends last 4 digits (4324), but as attached the total amount of (238 omani rial) was deducted from my account but i didn't get the booking confirmation as its clearly mentioned that (Ooops your payment didn't work).

                                        Please do the needful as i need my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                        I already raised a complain to my bank about the issue.
