I have booked 2 air tickets for bangalore to bagdogra plying on 20th january 2019 for which i have paid rs, 9738/- on 6th september 2018 through axis credit card (Details showing my deduction clearly) but till today i have not been sent any information about the tickets as well as any trip id from the clear trip, really confused what the matter? Needed urgent arrangement....

I had booked 2 rooms on 6th Nov 18. Trip no[protected],[protected]. on 9th Nov 18 I got call from hotel stating, we don't have rooms, pls cancel it. Layer I had called customer care clear trip. And lodged complaint to arrange alternative, if not refund the entire amount. And they agreed. But I had called them 6 times n followed up. But np solution. I need y amount back ....

I attempted to make an online payment for a flight booking at www.cleartrip.com of Rs. 9, 702.00 of Indigo 904 of 13 Dec 2018 from Lucknow to Bangalore.However the internet connection was interrupted and the transaction status was showing as failed.

I have to travel from washington dc (Dca) to mumbai with my wife on 05/11/2018 and the details of the flightsshown on the ticket are as under :
I) american airlines aa-2134 dep. Dca at 18:30 & arrival bos at 19:56
Ii) british airways ba-214 dep. Bos 21:15 & arrival lhr at 08:45

I cancelled 3 tickets out of 5 tickets[protected] of Airasia flight from Bangalore to Goa on 26th Oct.
While cancelling in Cleartrip website it showed a Refund of some 1300Rs ( for 3 tickets costing 7890Rs) after I confirmed and went ahead with cancellation. next day I got a mail that the refund amount processed is zero.

I had called Air asia customer care and reported No show. they confirmed that they had processed...

I made a booking yesterday 30 oct 2018 the email i received to confirm my ticket said i will get my ticket in 5h. Its now a day later and i have not received my ticket. On the site i tried contacting them and to resend a ticket but it says my ticket is not confirmed. How? Iv paid in full though. Why are they even on the sites to purchase tickets?
Is this a scam now?
I dont have time for this....

I have booked 3 tickets for 31st oct-18 with cleartrip @11:23 pm from indore to ahmedabad, amount of rs 10576 has been deducted from my account, but i have not received tickets and also unable to connect with cleartrip customer care as i have not received any trip id.
Kindly help me immediately as i have booked ticket due to some medical emergency and need to reach ahmedabad anyhow by 31st oct also find attached payment gateway error...

Myself mujibur rahman ansari, i had purchase a ticket for gangadhar g. From sharjah to hyderabad by cleartrip id[protected].
Later i had cancelled it because some family problems. And i have got confirmation also about the cancellation but the money is not yet refund in my account.
Please make it as soon as possible.

I did booking from your website via ixigo and last amount deducted but didnt received the confirmation mail or ticket.

Already mail and created the case but still no response, also while making call ask for trip id, i didn't understand, how will i get trip id even my booking not confirmed from your side.

This is bring to your kind notice that i mr mujibur rahman m. Ismail ansari booked the ticket of air arabia for gangadhar gaddala from sharjah to hyderabad dated 16/12/2018, time 22:30. After booking suddenly i got some issue so that i have cancelled the ticket. I have got the message of cancellation and within 7 days refund amount to be in my bank. Now almost more than 10 days passed but i have not received...

I booked a flight from delhi to hyderabad on 18 nov 2018. Couple of days back
I got to know that it has been cancelled by the airline and no alternative is being given . I asked for the refund and they have given me partial refund. I spoke to customer care they told me that the full refund has been initiated but now they are changing their statement....
