Today after noon i tried to book ticket on emirates flights round trip from trivandrum to dubai, from trivandrum 2nd december and return 22february, and passenger name kamalamma sukumaran pillai, date of birth 16/05/1945, and i paid on line transaction through fgb mastercard, payment of aed 1125.00 at the time of 12.35 pm, my fgb card last number 7029 and my name sathish kumar, but after payment i saw message that some error and i don't receive my ticket but payment has been done, could you please check and update, mu mobile number [protected], i normally using clear trip for my all travel bookings,
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My trip ID is[protected].
I have cancelled my booking from Muscat to Hyderabad by Oman Air (travel date 14.11.2018) and requested for refund.
Till date I have not received the refund.

    I have booked a flight on 21 nov 2018 to cochin to chennai and back for rs 8335 on cleartrip i'd[protected], upon rescheduling it on a day later on 22/nov 2018 the fares were 1500rs lesser than old rate, instead of refunding me they have charged rs 8300as other taxes and other charges (7500 and taxes) and deducted rs 15631 for the rescheduled ticket which seems unfair and done only in the intention of cheating money from the customers. I claim refund for the excess charged

      We are an average middle class family and we did an early booking from blr - mum for dec 26th, 2018. The amount paid for passengers (4+2) was 48, 000 booked on 30th october. But now when we are checking the website and the prices have dropped to 38000. This we felt is very unfair and painful to know that we paid extra 10, 000 by booking early. We are looking for a compensation for this extra money we paid.

        Booked from sharjah to trivandrum for 8th october 2018 under trip id [protected] and got it postponed to 9th october 2018 by transferring an amount of rs.4193/- through net banking which was rs.993/-in excess and i am told that the amount would be transferred to my account within 5 to 7 working days. Till now that amount has not been refunded. I contacted over phone number [protected] on october 22nd, 30th and on 14/11/2018 but of no use. Is this how you treat your customers? Please look in to the matter urgently.

          This is regarding trip id:[protected] delhi-adelaide return flight. We requested for wheel chair assistance for both the passenger and got the confirmation too from clear trip. However, airline informed that they only have wheel chair assistance approved for one passenger. This is totally unexpected and unprofessional. Cleartrip have given us the wrong commitment.

            I booked 2 air tickets on 5 nov 2018 from delhi to cairo (Egypt) and return, the amount of rs 74364/- was deducted from my account but i never got any email or text from cleartrip regarding booking or confirmation, and also havent recieved any refund till now.

                  Booked 2 tickets through cleartrip for Sept. (both Indigo flights) and got a PNR.

                  Booked another indigo flight ticket through cleartrip for Nov. and got the same PNR as before (Cleartrip acknowledges this was their system's fault).

                  Indigo did not receive any booking by Cleartrip for this flight on my name. So I couldn't travel by that Indigo flight. Although I was charged by Cleartrip and have the invoice with me.

                  I get to know this a day before my flight while trying to web check-in.

                  Talked to Cleartrip support and they told me to book another ticket (through Cleartrip only) and I would receive a refund of (only) the new ticket within 5-7 days.

                  Constantly following up with Cleartrip support but no response. All I get to hear is "We're following up with the concerned department."

                  I've spent a lot of time and extra money in booking new ticket for my travel.

                  I've attached the snapshots of all tickets and mail communication. You may check the PNR (LG3M2Q) on indigo's website. It shows the Sept. tickets and not the Nov. one.

                  I still haven't received the refund after almost a week now.
                  Please help.

                    Hope you are doing well,

                    This to inform you that on 11th of november i was trying to book a hotel in abu dhabi (Anantara eastern magroves hotel and spa) using cleartrip for four nights at the cost of (238 omani rial) by using cleartrip 30% voucher from samsung members as shown and attached with my credit card ends last 4 digits (4324), but as attached the total amount of (238 omani rial) was deducted from my account but i didn't get the booking confirmation as its clearly mentioned that (Ooops your payment didn't work).

                    Please do the needful as i need my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                    I already raised a complain to my bank about the issue.

                      Now the flight timings are changed to: you can refer the attached ticket copy.

                          I had booked 2 rooms on 6th Nov 18. Trip no[protected],[protected]. on 9th Nov 18 I got call from hotel stating, we don't have rooms, pls cancel it. Layer I had called customer care clear trip. And lodged complaint to arrange alternative, if not refund the entire amount. And they agreed. But I had called them 6 times n followed up. But np solution. I need y amount back .

                              I attempted to make an online payment for a flight booking at www.cleartrip.com of Rs. 9, 702.00 of Indigo 904 of 13 Dec 2018 from Lucknow to Bangalore.However the internet connection was interrupted and the transaction status was showing as failed.

                              Finally the flight booking could be successfully paid by transferring Rs.9, 702.00.by HDFC netbanking to Cleartrip’s account ( CCACleartripPrivateL) .Registered phone no was -[protected] and mail id was -riti.[protected]@gmail.com

                              After checking my bank statement I noticed that, despite of the failed transaction, the amount of Rs 9702 had been also deducted from my bank account the same day. That means now I paid for the same flight booking!

                              I hereby demand Cleartrip to refund this amount without any further delay!

                                  [protected] while booking tickets from varanasi to newdelhi amount rs.61680 (Rs.20560 for 3 times) has been debited from my idbi account but not received any confirmation, hence no trip id generated. Later i have booked tickets through hdfc cc which was successful received confirmation vide trip id:[protected]. However i am yet to receive the refund of rs.61680/-

                                    I have to travel from washington dc (Dca) to mumbai with my wife on 05/11/2018 and the details of the flightsshown on the ticket are as under :
                                    I) american airlines aa-2134 dep. Dca at 18:30 & arrival bos at 19:56
                                    Ii) british airways ba-214 dep. Bos 21:15 & arrival lhr at 08:45
                                    Iii) british airways ba-139 dep. Lhr 09:50 & arrival mumbai at 00:15

                                    2. I received two sms on my mobile no.[protected] on 29/06/2018 & 05/08/2018 stating that the departure of ba-214 has been changed from 21:15 to 21:30 and aa-2134 has been changed to aa-2144. I have taken the printout of my ticket from your website today and surprised to know that these changes are not shown in my ticket.

                                    3. My biggest worry is that now the layover time at london-heathrow airport to board ba-139 will be less than 50 minutes which is very little.in case flight no. Aa-2144 or ba-214 is delayed we will miss our next flight.

                                    4. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps so that we may not miss our flights. If such a situation occurs can will your representative or any other person be available at boston or heathrow airports to help us.

                                    5. Please also send me a copy of our ticket on my email id : [protected]@gmail.com urgently giving correct details of our flights for return journey.

                                    6. Please treat the matter as extremely urgent and reply me in the matter.

                                    I have to travel from Washington DC (DCA) to Mumbai with my wife on 05/11/2018 and the details of the flightsshown on the ticket are as under :
                                    i) American Airlines AA-2134 Dep. DCA at 18:30 & Arrival BOS at 19:56
                                    ii) British Airways BA-214 Dep. BOS 21:15 & Arrival LHR at 08:45
                                    iii) British Airways BA-139 Dep. LHR 09:50 & Arrival Mumbai at 00:15

                                    2.                                       I cancelled 3 tickets out of 5 tickets[protected] of Airasia flight from Bangalore to Goa on 26th Oct.
                                      While cancelling in Cleartrip website it showed a Refund of some 1300Rs ( for 3 tickets costing 7890Rs) after I confirmed and went ahead with cancellation. next day I got a mail that the refund amount processed is zero.

                                      I had called Air asia customer care and reported No show. they confirmed that they had processed refund of taxes of 2100 Rs to Cleartrip on 31st October.

                                      But cleartrip is insisting that there is no refund.

                                      The cleartrip is showing the airline charges as 5670 Rs. Air asia has refunded 700 per ticket of taxes. that works out to 2100Rs.

                                        I made a booking yesterday 30 oct 2018 the email i received to confirm my ticket said i will get my ticket in 5h. Its now a day later and i have not received my ticket. On the site i tried contacting them and to resend a ticket but it says my ticket is not confirmed. How? Iv paid in full though. Why are they even on the sites to purchase tickets?
                                        Is this a scam now?
                                        I dont have time for this.
