I have booked hotel room for four days, believing in the cleartrip claim that their price is cheaper, if not half the price. They charged me 35 % more than i have been paying for the same hotel in guntur, india, when i booked directly, at the end of my four days stay. My husband booked 5 air ticket using cleartrip from new delhi to doha on 23rd may 2018 the trip id is:[protected] and 3 tickets cancelled out of 5 on 25th may i. E. 1 day before travel date. We have received a cancelled mail by clear trip site same time but when we did query to indigo airlines we have come to know that they did not received any information from clear trip about cancellation and a nominal refund amount was generated by them...

This international air tkt maa-dfw & return got cancelled on 23 aug. The journey date was 29th aug. & return 23 jan 2019, both sector got cancelled due health issue of the passenger.

Inspite of various telecom doc.& chat and mails, no positive response on status of refund.
It's more that 20 days passed and refund not recd.

I had cancelled my flight ticket through clear trip from delhi to frankfurt on 28 august, 2018. They didn't initiate my refund even after 15 days and not attending my complaint properly. I am going through a huge mental harassment due to their irresponsive behaviour. Kindly help me in getting my money back. I have to book another ticket using this money. I wanted to change the dates for my return ticket from delhi to hyd on 19th oct to a future date and to my surprise, i have been told that the total ticket amount will be forfeited to make this change along with the cost of new ticket on new dates. This means i will pay 13k for the same ticket which i bought in 7k just for change of dates. How ridiculous is that?
