Dear sir,
Yesterday I purchase the air ticket from Cleartrip.
It actually cost me 262.3 Kuwait dinar, but from my Nbk debit card 275.69 Kuwait dinar was deducted. Please correct it, I am looking forward for an immediate action from the concerned authorities.

Hello,
I would like to compose a complaint because the company deducted extra money .
On 19/7/2018 we purchased airline tickets from Cleartrip, it cost me KD.262.3, but when I used my debit card the company deducted KD.275.611 instead of the original fare,
KD.13 was debited extra. I will attach the ticket below for further reference.

    I made a booking through Cleartrip to go from Luang Prabang, Laos to London UK. I was forced to cancel and I have been awaiting any confirmation if the refund that I am entitled to have.
    When I have asked them what is happening I only get a response that they will get back to be in a few days. When they haven't, I have contacted them again only to have my email blocked!! That is too much and so disrespectful to Thier customer.
    I have since written on a separate email asking once again why am I still waiting for the refund confirmation that I am entitled to?

    So could someone please assist me in this and stop blocking and ignoring my rightful requests of a refund. I will take this matter further if necessary because I have not been shown respect especially with an email being blocked.

    The photos that I will share are screenshots of the person that blocked any further communication and screen shots of sent messages returning to me.
    This is awful conduct and so disrespectful to a paying customer.

    I also have a Cleartrip account and suddenly cannot Access my wallet with money in it.

    My trip ID for that flight was: Trip ID [protected]

    Thank you for your time in reading this. I sincerely hope this is resolved soon as I will share to continue with my journey.

    Cleartrip have responded today. Saying that the money will be refunded into my account and I have to wait 5/7 days for it to clear depending on my bank. Once it is clear I will confirm again. I am grateful my request was finally heard. Hopefully I will not have to experience this again from this company.

      Dear Team Member,

      I have cancelled my trip in [protected], on 04 July 2018 at the time of cancelation your executive tell me only 910 Rs. will be deducted from your ticket and refund will be return with in 07 to 10 day.

      ​Now after 15 day amount will be not return and when I will call on 18 July the your call center executive tell me only clear trip will retune 910 Rs.

      ​I am very disponed and fad up from your executive she will give me wrong commitment and have lose a huge amount due to your executive. if she will confirmed me the real amount which will be return so I will never cancelled my trip.

      ​now I will sure to you, I will and suggest to my friends, and all never booked my travel on clear trip.

        I would like to raise a complaint against kalpdev supervisor and representative named angel as these guys have been playing the fool around with me i called up more than 23 times and my isse has not been resolved and these 2 guys have assured me that they will call me next day and have not i am total disgusted with the service and really frustrated for getting my refund.         I have booked tickets via cleartrip.but this company cleartrip has cut down amount 1414 rupees. And did not provided any information about my reservation ticket confirmation and details.pls help

              I had trying to book flight from Chennai to Pune for 13th july on early morning flight at 10.59pm.

                Today morning, I was trying to book return flight from Mumbai to Goa for 10th Aug - 13th Aug.

                Flight details:

                  Please note that despite having mailed twice on 2nd and 12th July, 2018, for refund against cancellation of my and my wife's journey ticket by Indigo on 8th July, 2018, from Kolkata to Mumbai, which the airlines had done at their end, no refund has been made from your end for Rs1878 as per terms of refund informed by Indigo.

                    When i booked the ticket in scoot airways, it says only hand luggage is allowed, incase of checkin baggage, starts $15 for 15kgs. When i traveled, i have carried 38kgs for 4 persons. If so considering 3x15 kgs, the amount should be $45. that is INR 2250. Also, when i booked the ticket, i tried for online booking for luggage which could not find on that page.
                    Finally, i have charged for 2x20Kgs, i.e., 2 x INR 4093, i.e., INR 8186.

                    Can you please explain.
                    1. Why cleartrip website doesn't giving correct direction while booking.
                    2. Whether i have paid over amount, if please arrange for refund the balance

                          This is a official complaint on the refund of cancel;led tickets

                          its been a month now that ive been following up on the refund for the cancelled flight i had booked with you.

                          Apparently, the feedback am getting from you is that fly dubai is not responding on your email.

                          I called fly dubai and i was told that they did not received any follow up from your side!!!

                          is this how you deal with your clients???!!!

                          your services is so horrible and your call center agents are not helpful at all!!!

                          they always promised to make a call back and till now nobody had done any single call to update on my refund status

                          today i spoke to ranja ghupta and its the same promises that she will call me but she never did!!!

                          i dont understand how these customer servie people are being trained!!!

                          your call center agent and tema leaders too are not so helpful!!!

                          either they will hang you on the phone for 2 long as seems to be not more that 2 minutes!!! or they hang up untill
                          the line will be closed.

                          So dissapointed how your customer services is so poor and unprofessional!!!

                          i hope this email reached to the top management as this is getting worst!!!

                          i will send a official email as well to the top management of cleatrip as this is getting no where!!!

                            I had booked water kingdom tickets on 23/06/18 for the date of 24/06/18.but while booking tickets the amount is debited from my account Rs-3562 from clear trip.(photo of the same is attached) and it shows the message of error in payment.(photo of the same is also attached). after this message we called customer care of clear trip, they assured us that debited amount will be credited within 2--3 days. but till today the amount is not credited in my account. kindly resolve this issue as there is no trip id is provided by clear trip.

                              baggage in ticket booking

                              This is reference to the resent air ticket booking thru clear trip, while the time of booking it is not showing baggage allowance information in booking portal, when i call in customer care only i will come to know what is my actual baggage allowance but it is not more than 20 kg, at the same time airlines company is offering 30 kg with the same fair. This is absolutely misleading the regular customer like me and it is injustice.

                                Hi,

                                I cancelled my round ticket from mumbai to hong kong on 12 june 2018. The cancellation was done online.
                                I received a mail from cleartrip that the balance money will be refund into the bank account in 5-7 working days.
                                But 25 days have passed by no definite answer is received till date and i am yet to receive the refund money. Have been calling since last 20 days to know where the problem is but every time a different person on the line falsely assures of response in 2 days.
                                I have even forwarded the bank credit card statement showing the debits as per their instruction from the day of booking cancellation.

                                I contacted the bank as well, but they do not have any information about the refund money.
                                Can you please help me to check the money is being held up.
                                I hence request the refund to be made as soon as possible with out any further delay.
                                I am really disappointed with clear trip services.

                                  On 24th june 2018 i had sent a detailed complaint to you regarding not refund of my cancelled ticket amount.. On receipt of my complaint you have sent a m, ail sating that my compliant has been sent to clear trip complaint but till date i have not received any response from your side nor i have received my money back.

                                  I had also called in support mobile no. [protected] and they have also assured me that they will take care of my complaint and will resolve the same at the earliest but till date the matter is not settled.

                                  I therefore request you to resolve my matter by returning my money within a week failing which i have no other alternative but to move before the appropriate court of law for redress of my grievances.
                                  Please not if you failed to do so you would be saddled with the cost and consequences thereof.

                                    Hi, when we tried to web check in for 1st sept amritsar-bangalore flight for 2 passengers mr. Madhusuda nagaraja and mrs. Roopashree (Pnr: mfblgh we came to know that this flight has been cancelled by airline. So we called spicejet and requested them to cancel this ticket so that we can rebook on another flight. We need to get the full refund for this booking as the flight was originally cancelled by airline. We paid rs.8, 218/- towards our ticket. But as per cleartrip we are getting refund of only rs.1, 178. Pls explain why is it so..???

                                    I Tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi Vistara Flight UK 996 which departs at 18:30 and reach Delhi at20:40 but when I paid successfully I got the ticket of flight no UK 998 . I did not booked that flight because I m having time constraints I cannot even let it go .
                                    Kindly resolve my query as soon as possible

                                      I have booked my ticket from dubai to kochi and kochi to dubai via clear trip
                                      Trip id[protected] /[protected]
                                      Travel date 16th and return 25th

                                      I have called the customer care 3or 4days before my travel and i was i formed that i can cancel /modify my booking 24hours prior to my travel.
                                      I called on 15th which was 24hours prior to the travel and i cancelled my booking and i was told of getting a refund of 774aed after all charges with 5to 7working days

                                      I got email from airline that i have my flight on 16 so i called again clear trip cc to confirm whether the cancellation was done or not
                                      I was infomed that the cancellation was not done due to some system issue from cleartrip

                                      Now as of 1st july i have received only 211aed as my refund.
                                      I have wasted many money calling the international line without any proper solution
                                      The company if holding my money without any reason

                                      There cc is not aware about what is happening

                                      I badly need my refund at the early, i kept the money for the repayment of loan which i failed due to which i will be getting fine from the bank

                                      I need compensation for it and for the mobile call expense

                                      I hope this will taken up seeiously
                                      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
