Dear sir/madam,
I booked the train ticket through your website, following is details.
Trip id: [protected] booked on 18/7/2018.
Trip id:[protected] booked on 17/7/2018.
Trip id:[protected] booked on 17/7/2018.
They were all train trip from bangalore to gadag.
Since there is a ongoing problem with irctc, which i realize now, may be irctc is not working
From canada, where i live.
On my visa card bill, i see cleartrip debited twice, $ 14.43 and $ 14.45 on 17/7 & 18/7/2018.
And credited $ 13.49 once on 19/7/2018. I did not receive any rail ticket.
My request is to go to the details of trip id, and refund the amount i am entitling for.

This is some thing like extortion when a state reeling under heavy natural calamity.
