I booked air asia tickets from delhi bagdogra trip id-[protected] & [protected]. However later the govt announced refund o[censored]df. Cleartrip has provided me with refund in the form of 2 gift vouchers of rs.552 each. I tried using the same on its site and it was not working. However later i contacted them and demanded a refund in my bank account rather that voucers with 3 month validity. However they refused and said it cannot be done. I have a recording of the entire conversastion. I did pay them cash and so acc. To govt. Order they should refund the same in my bank. This is so unacceptable. What should i do, should i approach the concumers forum? What are the chances that i can win from them this refund alongwith legal charges and harrasment.

It's already been 15 days since you have notified Cleartrip. But it seems they are least interested in resolving this complain. They have not responded yet. What should I do next. Should I forward a complain at districts forum in Siliguri.

    I have booked a flight on 27 july 2018 for 10 aug for pune to patna. Trip id is[protected]... But they has not refund my amount 4593 still... For this i have called at least 50 times to them. They are only passed it to my bank.. Which is not appropriate as i have called my bank too they are saying that they have not recieved any amount from cleartrip. So, why they would hold. These guys are passing the ball only. So they wud be stay in safe zone.

      I had booked the ticket from dubai to amritsar and the ticket id is [protected] for 9th august for myself and 3 other family members. Now when i am trying to change the ticket for one passenger than customer care person is telling that spice jet is now allowing the same as the ticket was booked under "friends and family" category. So all of 4 passengers ticket should change together. But there is change in plan for one passenger only so how can i change the same for all 4.
      While booking the ticket on clear trip site there is no such option given to the passengers that under which category you are booking the ticket and thus all such clauses are hidden.
      Due to this i am suffering the loss as neither spice jet is ready to refund nor clear trip is giving me positive feedback.
      This is a clear case of cheating. I am spending the money what so ever is demanded by clear trip but untill and unless such options are given to customer while booking the ticket how will he take a call at the time of booking.
      I need full refund for my ticket else will definitely escalate the same further.

      I book 2 ticket for ahmedabad to cochin of go air for 23rd july 2018. Price money rs.6176. Is deducted my account thru txn no :[protected] on date : 3rd july 2018 at 16:17 qclock. But ticket is not issued. We are waiting for your deposite but till today there is no deposit of rs.6176 so do needful urgetly...

        The customer support person provides false information.
        I had a word with 5 executives of clear trip everyone says something different.
        They provide false information, if you ask any proofs for that statement provided by them, they don't have any answer.

        It is mentioned cleartrip will credit the money into your account which they are not ready for

          I have booked a return ticket from cleartrip for the first time and wasn't aware of their policy of 0 baggage allowance on return flight. Why will someone have 0 baggage on return? How does even make any sense?

          Really disappointed as this is nothing but cheating with customers to make money.

            I have cancelled my ticket on 30th-june-2018.
            Trip id: [protected]

            When i cancelled my ticket clear trip confirm to return the money withing 5-7 working days but still i have note received my refund back.

            When i asked to clear trip then they are telling that the refund has been already proceed but when i checked with the bank then bank clarify that there is no intimation from clear trip.

            So would like to request you to check in to.

              I have asked my friend to rebook my ticket in my behalf because my current location is phils. She is in uae. My supposed flight is on august 23 from manila bound to dubai, but i re-booked it to august 11, 2018. They said they will email me the ticket and receipt after 2 hrs. But it already took one day until now i haven't received anything. I receieved a text message from my bank that the online re-booking transaction took place and was already credited from my card. My old cleartrip id for re-book is[protected] and they are suppose to email me yesterday at [protected]@gmail.com

                Mr rahul tripathi called me from his mobile number [protected] today informing me that he is calling from cleartrip and it is regarding the refund amount of rs. 5706/-. He was asking details of my debit card for speeding up the refund. I got suspicious and to took necessary precaution. The question is how the concerned person got the information regarding my claim for the refund of rs. 5706/-. I request that necessary steps to be taken to investigate the matter. I am also taking up the matter with the cyber cell, police dept.

                  I had lost my invoice copy of recent international flight booking with clear trip.com. I don't have the backup copy of my ticket also.

                  I was trying to contact the customer care by email, but no response from their side. Then i'm trying to contact through customer care number, it's straight away asking the booking id to connect the call to support executive.

                  I had booked a flight ticket for two persons from chennai to mumbai for 24th august, 2018 today at about 10 a. M. The booking was for spice jet flight scheduled to leave chennai at 22.40 hours. While making the payment i had used a debit card and though my account was debited with rs. 5706/- the tickets were not booked. The amount was deducted rs 3870 under the ref. No. 80301013. But, i didn't get the details of e-ticket. It is not sure now that whether the ticket has been booked or not.

                      This transaction was done for the air asia flight no. 15-1543 at 11.40 a. M. On 25.7.18.

                        I had booked a ticket for two persons (My wife (Remya bino thomas) and my son (Aaron bino thomas) to udaipur from mumbai for 22nd july 2018 on 20th july 2018. Now while booking the ticket i missed out to enter my wife’s first name. I. E. Remya. I realised this while i was about to print the ticket which was immediately after booking the ticket. I immediately happen to call the cleartrip customer support, i was assisted mr. Pratik. I narrated the entire incident to him, after which he kept on repeating no name change can be done as this is not allowed by the airlines (Jet airways), therefore i would need to cancel the ticket and book a new ticket. I succeeded in convincing him that he should call up the respective airlines (Jet airways) and ask them if we they could help us. He asked me to wait for 10-15 mins so that he could talk to the airlines and get back to me. At the same time i happened to call jet airways to check what can they do, to which they advised me that this can done only by the agent (Cleartrip) through which i have booked the tickets and they also mentioned this is purely on the agent’s discretion whether to do the name change or no. Pratik happened to call me back after 30 mins and he told that the airlines would not allow a name change to be done, to which i told him that i spoke to the airlines they have advised that this is the agent’s call. Now, after this pratik told me that i should give me more 30 mins so that he could try to work out some solution. So, i waited for more than 30 mins and when i did not receive a call from him, i called up the cleartrip customer support again. This time i was assisted by mr. Tejas, who advised me that pratik has left for the day and he has left a note that the outbound team needs to look into this query. Tejas told me that it’s the airlines responsibility not cleartrip’s responsibility to change the name. Then i again narrated to him the conversation that i already had with the airlines, to which he at first agreed that it’s not in cleartrip’s policy to rectify names and then he told i can also get the airlines to confirm its not in their policy to rectify the names. To which i advised him to conference me and the airline customer support through his phone, which he agreed and did so. We waited on the call for 30-35 mins and no one from the airline customer support replied, to which he told me let’s drop the call and he would provide me an update as he receives an update from the airlines. This never happened.

                        Issues to be noted:

                        1) mr. Pratik and tejas were just fooling around with me by saying they can’t do the name change. Reason being sometime back my cousin had a same issue while booking a ticket on makemytrip to goa, where she committed the same mistake as i did but the makemytrip guys helped her to get the name rectified from their side without even charging a single penny and top of which they provided her with a rs. 2, 000/- voucher.
                        2) tejas had advised me that he will call me back but he never did so. May be because i cancelled my tickets as i wasn’t getting any response from cleartrip customer support.
                        3) tejas told me that cleartrip cannot directly contact the airlines hence he had to call the airlines customer support wherein we never got a response for 30-35 mins.

                        Sad part in this entire issue is cleartrip wasn’t at all customer friendly, what i understood here is cleartrip as a company are happy when customers do make this type of errors as that would result in added revenue to the company. To reiterate the customer support was not at all bothered to help me when i explained them the reason why my son and wife need to travel to udaipur. Because of such a small typo error and a not so accommodating customer support i lost rs. 5, 600/- anyways i have learned my lesson that i should stop using cleartrip and at the same time i should educate the ppl around me about this incident so that could use some better customer friendly web portals to book air tickets.

                          They were all train trip from bangalore to gadag.
                          Since there is a ongoing problem with irctc, which i realize now, may be irctc is not working
                          From canada, where i live.
                          On my visa card bill, i see cleartrip debited twice, $ 14.43 and $ 14.45 on 17/7 & 18/7/2018.
                          And credited $ 13.49 once on 19/7/2018. I did not receive any rail ticket.

                          My request is to go to the details of trip id, and refund the amount i am entitling for.

                            While a customer is booking a ticket on your site Insurance of the trip comes as a default option. Sometimes in a hurry or otherwise this goes unnoticed and even if the customer did not want insurance, insurance has been done.
                            After that if customer wants to cancel the insurance and refund of the insurance amount that is not permitted.
                            Case in point is trip I booked today Trip Id[protected]
                            This is not a fair practice.
                            Request some body to look into this and arrange for :-
                            1. Refund
                            2. Change in booking site

                              On July 9th 2018 I have tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Kerala and they charged twice from my atm and didn’t get any msg or calls I got msg from bank that they taken amount from my account, I called coustemercare guy and he said that it will refund in 2 days it’s been 10 days now no response or no msg anything
                              Don’t cheat poors
                              Pls file a case of cheating on this company

                                I was charged money 3 times for one transcation and told it will be refunded 15 to 20 days later. I did not have any money left to book any other tickets till my money is returned to my bank.

                                Also website showed RAC but when I booked got waitlist seats. I am travelling with kids nd MUm who has back issues. If we do not get a seat who is answerable for all inconvenience caused.

                                  On 19/7/2018 we purchased airline tickets from Cleartrip, it cost me KD.262.3, but when I used my debit card the company deducted KD.275.611 instead of the original fare,
                                  KD.13 was debited extra. I will attach the ticket below for further reference.

                                    I made a booking through Cleartrip to go from Luang Prabang, Laos to London UK. I was forced to cancel and I have been awaiting any confirmation if the refund that I am entitled to have.
                                    When I have asked them what is happening I only get a response that they will get back to be in a few days. When they haven't, I have contacted them again only to have my email blocked!! That is too much and so disrespectful to Thier customer.
                                    I have since written on a separate email asking once again why am I still waiting for the refund confirmation that I am entitled to?

                                    So could someone please assist me in this and stop blocking and ignoring my rightful requests of a refund. I will take this matter further if necessary because I have not been shown respect especially with an email being blocked.

                                    The photos that I will share are screenshots of the person that blocked any further communication and screen shots of sent messages returning to me.
                                    This is awful conduct and so disrespectful to a paying customer.

                                    Cleartrip have responded today. Saying that the money will be refunded into my account and I have to wait 5/7 days for it to clear depending on my bank. Once it is clear I will confirm again. I am grateful my request was finally heard. Hopefully I will not have to experience this again from this company.

                                    I also have a Cleartrip account and suddenly cannot Access my wallet with money in it.
                                    Please know I will take this to law if necessary. It is not acceptable to treat customers this way.

                                      Dear Team Member,

                                      I have cancelled my trip in [protected], on 04 July 2018 at the time of cancelation your executive tell me only 910 Rs. will be deducted from your ticket and refund will be return with in 07 to 10 day.

                                      ​Now after 15 day amount will be not return and when I will call on 18 July the your call center executive tell me only clear trip will retune 910 Rs.

                                      ​I am very disponed and fad up from your executive she will give me wrong commitment and have lose a huge amount due to your executive. if she will confirmed me the real amount which will be return so I will never cancelled my trip.

                                      ​now I will sure to you, I will and suggest to my friends, and all never booked my travel on clear trip.
