I had been to innovative film city, bangalore and booked ticket through cleartrip. On first attempt, system failure message came immediately after payment on cleartrip. Tried second time and received confirmed entry ticket. On checking bank statement, found the deduction twice. On contacting customer care, the head of the department said, i have made both the bookings using two mail id, and cheque/reference number on my bank transactions are in their record. Or someone else has misused my account for booking. Both the mail ids (One belongs to me and other belongs to unknown person). Amount can't be refund and mailed the same to me. Next day i tried again and customer care has tried calling on the other booking number and requested the contact person to provide bank statement for verifying the transaction. Still no update has come. This is a technical issue in cleartrip website/app. Transaction was done from my account and confirmed to someone else, done on the same date and time.

Why i will book twice and run back for refund. Cleartrip doesn't care for customer. Last time i have used their service and request others also not to use.

My husband book a tickets booking id is[protected] from amritsar ro mumbai.booking cobfirmation mail cone on his id.but after 2 mibute may be one minute another ticket cones on my husbabd id trio id[protected].her name is sayma khan.my husband said i had not booking any other flight for any one..i had called indigo too thay are alao saying same your husband no and his e mail id registered here and from this numbee tickets had been booked..day before yesterday indigo executive tell me that phone no and id has been updated now he had uodated no [protected] and this is not saym khan no.my sincerely request to u sort out this matter..if theres a technical issue from your side than i ll say anything to u..and delete this post but if you are right tou have to give me proof..so that i ll asked witg my husband its not mattee of money..its mattee of fath and relationship..i dnt thibk isse jyda samjhana padega..u just provide me from wchi ac these booking confirmed and does sayma khan is not registered memner of cleartrip...i regards u lot..i hav no prob with you...please dnt gv me excuse personal informatiob share nahi ker sakte.. Becoz i m his wife..and i hav to right ask anything abt him...i dnt want togo consumer court or police i want matter yehi close jo jae

    I have booked a train ticket of id number[protected] on 18/8/2018 from kollam to new delhi for 10th september 2018. Through your system the ticket was failed and my booking amount of rupees 4888/= blocked. Then i called many times your costomor care, every time they intimated that my money is refunded from cleartrip. But till date i did not received the money in my bank or not refunded to me. It is an intimation you that i m going to lodge a complaint against you legally.

      I booked a flight from delhi to bhubneshwar as per details given below:

      The above flight was booked through cleartrip but i was not given the discount for the senior citizen. My age is about 71 years (Dob 19 th nov; 1947)
      It is requested that i may be allowed the senior citizen discount.

        I tried to make a hotel booking on 02/08/18 @ 22.34.50 and made the payment via upi (Transaction id:[protected] for an amount inr 2790. However the booking failed and the amount got debited from my account. I checked with the bank and they confirmed me that the amount has been successfully credited to your account. I was trying to reach you since then and apparently there isn't any means i could get in touch with you!. Thus i request you to kindly refund my amount at the earliest.

          I booked an air canada flight ticket from hyderabad to vancouver via bombay and zurich through cleartrip.com for an amount of 94000 inr. I received a ticket copy from the website stating my above said itinerary. But when i checked it on the air canada website with the given booking reference, its only reflecting the travel from bombay to vancouver (Without any mention of hyd to bom flight). I ve contacted cleartrip a number of times but they only ask for 24 to 48 hrs every time i call, with no solution or atleast a call back. I think the ticket that they have provided me is fake and thats the reason its not refelcting the same details in airlines website. I request you to please take this complaint seriously and act accordingly ben=cause my travel date is only 9 days later. Thank you

            I booked a ticket from mumbai to chennai using cleartrip app. While booking the confirmation page before payment showed the flight correctly but after the booking was done the paid itinerary showed wrong ticket had been booked. I called cleartrip within 2 min of booking and reported the issue. Cleartrip customer care confirmed that the ticket is nullified and payment will be refunded on my card. However the money was not refunded on my card and in follow up calls clear trip denied i reported the issue, asked me to pay cancellation fee for a flight which was supposed to be nullified and didn't refund the money even when i disputed the charges on my credit card.

            Cleartrip is required to produce the recorded conversation between me and the agent on 20th may regarding this ticket through their helpline [protected] and refund me the full ticket amount.

            I have been a loyal customer of cleartrip and this is just extremely irresponsible and poor service from cleartrip.

              While visiting cleartrip site on 07 august 2018 i purchased a bose speaker for rs 2709 which was shown in the same site. My sbi account shows debit of the amount viz. Rs 2709 into cleartrip account on same day my sbi transaction id with cleartrip pvt ltd on 07 aug 18 is [protected] igeaec sima transfer.
              I am unable to track the bose speaker purchased and neither is cleartrip showing my purchase./ communicating any progress of my order.
              Pls confirm where is the item or where is the refund..

                refund the amount at earliest.
                Money deducted from my account .Rs. 6400. but tickets are not recd.
                I have booked two tickets through Cleartrip and the flight got cancelled due to heavy flood at Kochi airport. When I cancelled the ticket, they have refunded only 34.64%.

                This is some thing like extortion when a state reeling under heavy natural calamity.

                  I have cancelled the onward journey ticket PNR number UBF9SW from COK - BOM as COK air port was closed due to heavy Flood and there was no Flights from this Airport.

                  However, regret to inform that instead of giving full refund, I have received only 35% of the ticket amount from Cleartrip through whom I have booked the tickets. Understand from the airline that they have refunded INR 10580 against the cancellation of above said ticket. Since it was no fault from us and we were ready to take the flight if it was there as usual.

                  It is totally unfair from the Cleartrip side if there was natural calamity which caused heavy damages for life and property of Keralites.

                    When am trying to book ticket flight ticket from New Delhi to Chennai yesterday at 11:07 pm, I completed my payment details, entered otp pin but I received a transaction denied page and money has been debited from my account.                     The site is pathetic and would suggest others to use other portals to book tickets

                      Received tickets. Found dates in reverse order. Tried modify journey but failed. Re-booked fresh tickets and cancelled tickets trip id: [protected], in less than an hour. Details, clear trip id [protected] tkt, ey255-16/8/18, ccu-auh/ey256-24 aug 2018 - auh to ccu, cost aed 2250/-.

                      New tats - e tkt[protected] ey 256-16.8.18- auh to ccu/ey 255-24.8.18-ccu to auh - amount aed 3427/-

                      Clear trip refund aed 1522, deduction 728/- charged by air lines. Since travelling y same airline-destination-time - date in reverse order, airline shouldn’t tax twice. Please request airline refund cancellation charge

                        I have made 2 booking in last since 11th August with trip id :[protected] and[protected] respectively, but the transactions failed . The amount although was deducted from my account for approx INR 18K total. Now after almost 12 days passed by and the refund is still not made . Everytime I call the customer service i get the same reply stating it will take another 4-5 days for refund. This is a good way to block somebody's money .
                        So pathetic web portal cleartrip have . When I ask to talk to the manager or escalate this, the team never allows me or transfer my call to the upper level . I find cleartrip team no intention to solve the problem with seriousness or they are doing fraud business and playing with customers money .


                        The site is pathetic and would suggest others to use other portals to book tickets

                          I booked airline ticket on flydubai airlines via cleartrip website on 13th august 2018 using my emirates nbd credit card. Preferred travel date was on 17th august 2018 (Kochi to dubai) and return on 22nd august 2018 (Dubai to kochi) and the charges was aed1735. As usual it was redirected to payment window and i received an otp from my bank. The payment window was hanged and remained idle. Without entering the otp number, cleartrip deducted the money from my account and received an message that ticket was generated. It will be an system error and i canceled the ticket within half an hour and requested for refunding the money. How can cleartrip deduct my money without entering the doublesecure otp from my side?
                          I canceled the booking and contacted my bank as well as airlines. Got feedback from airlines that airlines didn't received money from cleartrip and its under cleartrip only and the provided pnr number is not by airlines. On otherhand, i contacted bank and mentioned the same and the payment was deducted by cleartrip website only.
                          I contacted cleartrip for cancelation and refunding the money as the booking was not completed from my side. I got a bad feedback from cleartrip that your money cant be refunded and cleartrip cant deduct money without entering otp. As far i know, without the cardholder entering the otp money cant be withdrawn. But here cleartrip did so. I hereby request to enquire about the fact and refund the full amount i paid for booking.

                            I booked air asia tickets from delhi bagdogra trip id-[protected] & [protected]. However later the govt announced refund o[censored]df. Cleartrip has provided me with refund in the form of 2 gift vouchers of rs.552 each. I tried using the same on its site and it was not working. However later i contacted them and demanded a refund in my bank account rather that voucers with 3 month validity. However they refused and said it cannot be done. I have a recording of the entire conversastion. I did pay them cash and so acc. To govt. Order they should refund the same in my bank. This is so unacceptable. What should i do, should i approach the concumers forum? What are the chances that i can win from them this refund alongwith legal charges and harrasment.

                            It's already been 15 days since you have notified Cleartrip. But it seems they are least interested in resolving this complain. They have not responded yet. What should I do next. Should I forward a complain at districts forum in Siliguri.

                              I have booked a flight on 27 july 2018 for 10 aug for pune to patna. Trip id is[protected]... But they has not refund my amount 4593 still... For this i have called at least 50 times to them. They are only passed it to my bank.. Which is not appropriate as i have called my bank too they are saying that they have not recieved any amount from cleartrip. So, why they would hold. These guys are passing the ball only. So they wud be stay in safe zone.

                                I had booked the ticket from dubai to amritsar and the ticket id is [protected] for 9th august for myself and 3 other family members. Now when i am trying to change the ticket for one passenger than customer care person is telling that spice jet is now allowing the same as the ticket was booked under "friends and family" category. So all of 4 passengers ticket should change together. But there is change in plan for one passenger only so how can i change the same for all 4.
                                While booking the ticket on clear trip site there is no such option given to the passengers that under which category you are booking the ticket and thus all such clauses are hidden.
                                Due to this i am suffering the loss as neither spice jet is ready to refund nor clear trip is giving me positive feedback.
                                This is a clear case of cheating. I am spending the money what so ever is demanded by clear trip but untill and unless such options are given to customer while booking the ticket how will he take a call at the time of booking.
                                I need full refund for my ticket else will definitely escalate the same further.

                                I book 2 ticket for ahmedabad to cochin of go air for 23rd july 2018. Price money rs.6176. Is deducted my account thru txn no :[protected] on date : 3rd july 2018 at 16:17 qclock. But ticket is not issued. We are waiting for your deposite but till today there is no deposit of rs.6176 so do needful urgetly...

                                  The customer support person provides false information.
                                  I had a word with 5 executives of clear trip everyone says something different.
                                  They provide false information, if you ask any proofs for that statement provided by them, they don't have any answer.

                                  It is mentioned cleartrip will credit the money into your account which they are not ready for

                                    I have booked a return ticket from cleartrip for the first time and wasn't aware of their policy of 0 baggage allowance on return flight. Why will someone have 0 baggage on return? How does even make any sense?

                                    Really disappointed as this is nothing but cheating with customers to make money.

                                      I have cancelled my ticket on 30th-june-2018.
                                      Trip id: [protected]

                                      When i cancelled my ticket clear trip confirm to return the money withing 5-7 working days but still i have note received my refund back.

                                      When i asked to clear trip then they are telling that the refund has been already proceed but when i checked with the bank then bank clarify that there is no intimation from clear trip.

                                      So would like to request you to check in to.

                                        I have asked my friend to rebook my ticket in my behalf because my current location is phils. She is in uae. My supposed flight is on august 23 from manila bound to dubai, but i re-booked it to august 11, 2018. They said they will email me the ticket and receipt after 2 hrs. But it already took one day until now i haven't received anything. I receieved a text message from my bank that the online re-booking transaction took place and was already credited from my card. My old cleartrip id for re-book is[protected] and they are suppose to email me yesterday at [protected]@gmail.com
