On 24th june 2018 i had sent a detailed complaint to you regarding not refund of my cancelled ticket amount.. On receipt of my complaint you have sent a m, ail sating that my compliant has been sent to clear trip complaint but till date i have not received any response from your side nor i have received my money back.

I had also called in support mobile no. [protected] and they have also assured me that they will take care of my complaint and will resolve the same at the earliest but till date the matter is not settled.

I therefore request you to resolve my matter by returning my money within a week failing which i have no other alternative but to move before the appropriate court of law for redress of my grievances.
Please not if you failed to do so you would be saddled with the cost and consequences thereof.

I have booked two tickets on name of Harikishan and Prasanna lakshmi on 24.06.2018 around 11:45pm. My date of travel from varanasi to vijayawada on 17.07.2018. Money got deducted but tickets were not booked. I did not get any confirmation regarding booking. Please refund my money

    Hi, when we tried to web check in for 1st sept amritsar-bangalore flight for 2 passengers mr. Madhusuda nagaraja and mrs. Roopashree (Pnr: mfblgh we came to know that this flight has been cancelled by airline. So we called spicejet and requested them to cancel this ticket so that we can rebook on another flight. We need to get the full refund for this booking as the flight was originally cancelled by airline. We paid rs.8, 218/- towards our ticket. But as per cleartrip we are getting refund of only rs.1, 178. Pls explain why is it so..???

    I Tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi Vistara Flight UK 996 which departs at 18:30 and reach Delhi at20:40 but when I paid successfully I got the ticket of flight no UK 998 . I did not booked that flight because I m having time constraints I cannot even let it go .

      I have booked my ticket from dubai to kochi and kochi to dubai via clear trip
      Trip id[protected] /[protected]
      Travel date 16th and return 25th

      I have called the customer care 3or 4days before my travel and i was i formed that i can cancel /modify my booking 24hours prior to my travel.
      I called on 15th which was 24hours prior to the travel and i cancelled my booking and i was told of getting a refund of 774aed after all charges with 5to 7working days

      I got email from airline that i have my flight on 16 so i called again clear trip cc to confirm whether the cancellation was done or not
      I was infomed that the cancellation was not done due to some system issue from cleartrip

      Now as of 1st july i have received only 211aed as my refund.
      I have wasted many money calling the international line without any proper solution
      The company if holding my money without any reason

      There cc is not aware about what is happening

      I badly need my refund at the early, i kept the money for the repayment of loan which i failed due to which i will be getting fine from the bank

      I need compensation for it and for the mobile call expense

      I hope this will taken up seeiously

        I booked a train ticket from you for journey date 6/7/18 from mathura jn to amritsar jn for 1 passenger deepak kumar male 62 years in sleeper class & paid for the same through credit card, for which 376 rupees got debited to my card, but when i was redirected to irctc site for confirmation of booking, irctc was not reachable, after some time when i reached their site it read, that my session got expired & i could not complete the booking. Now my main concern is that my card has already been debited and i could not have the booking done. So please refund the amount of rs 376 to my card.

          I went on the trip with my family to jilling silent trail sanctuary, nainital. I carried out the two bookings from two different contact numbers. One of the booking id is[protected]. I booked two standard rooms worth ~rs. 28000 for two days and one premium rooms for one day through separate booking. When we reached there, they kept us in the living area for almost 3 hours. We were happy to see the living area, however, when they showed us the room our happiness just got vanished. First, they showed us the room of a jungle lodge which was totally sub-standard. Then they showed us the total unfurnished room (Which was actually a storeroom beneath the kitchen) which did not have any latch in the windows and the place was damped and stinking. We refused to keep our mother to stay there and since there was no other room available, we adjusted our mother to our room (But we paid 7000+ taxes for two rooms!!). Next day they provided us two standard rooms which were also substandard but not the premium one. The food was pathetic. There was no wifi or connectivity, no room services. The prices we paid were equivalent to a 3 to 5-star hotels but the services were below the standard of a dormitory. The owner lady said that she will adjust the amount but she did not even mention it next day. The whole trip cost me around 50000 but it was the disastrous one. I need my money back if possible or at least restrict them to charge so much and if they are charging so much they should provide worthy services.

            The portal doesn't allow you to make a transaction using their own cleartrip gift vouchers. solution provided by support staff, since you have validity make use of them in later point in time and for now use bank payment. firstly they are unaware of their our portal issues. they sell vouchers which cannot be redeemed and the solution is 'sorry for the inconvenience caused'. vouchers brought on amazon and hence they are not ready to take the ownership of those vouchers and failing to realize the seller is cleartrip on amazon.in

                I have booked three tickets from clear trip on 14th may 2018 to travel from port blair to chennai by spicejet flight no. Sg 607 on 16th may 2018 for toptal amount of rs. 37, 488/- but subsequently the said tickets were cancelled on the same day. At the time of cancellation of the said tickets in was informed to me that the refund amount will be confirmed via mail & sms.

                Yous have further informed that i will get refund amount of rs. 26, 181/- and the said refund will be appearing in my account in 5 to 7 working days but till date i have not received the amount refund back.

                Thereafter i had also sent mail to you but no response was given at your end.
                I once again request you to attend my complaint and to resolve the same by depositing the said amount in my account.

                      I want to make a complaint against cleartrip as i booked ticket from cleartrip but till now cleartrip not providing the pnr number. I spoke to customer advisor 4 times every time they are giving me wrong information and i will go to consumer court now against cleartrip
                      Now i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible other wise i will go to consumer court against cleartrip

                        I have been trying to reach Cleartrip customer service desperately in order to change my flight New York-Dubai but I cannot get any response. I tried to change my ticket online but cleartrip.com says for international flights we need to speak with a representative. I cannot find anybody in the website there is no contact email. I wrote them on facebook and it took them almost two days to answer "Thank you for your query. Visit our website www.cleartrip.ae for the best prices available online. You can also call our customer care on +[protected] for any further inquiries. Thank you"
                        I answered "I am not in Dubai now I am in New York what is the phone number to call here? Also I tried to change the ticket online but it said that for international flights I cannot do it online but through the phone only. In here also you have the option a representative to call us so how about some of your representative call me? +1.718.925.1055 IT IS URGENT!!!
                        I tried calling this number but it is not working[protected]

                        NOBODY ANSWERED! Then I sent today again message
                        can somebody answer to me?
                        I clicked 4-5 times the button in their facebook page Could you give me a call? I'd like to speak to someone.Can I get customer service help?

                        Nothing nothing nothing. This company is dangerous for consumers.

The tickets are not confirmed because of the net error., but, the amount deducted from my wife's account of I O B Chennai. I called and give a information regarding this, they said that the amount will be returned 4 to 7 working days. Till the date we can't get the amount. Please do the needful help. Thanking you.

                            I refer to the above trip cancellation. Clear trip has deducted a sum of rupees 14349 against the ticket price of rs. 56022. This is @25% deduction.
                            The airline charges of rupees 12343 are ridiculous.
                            The cancellation was done more than 24 hours of the departure of first flight from bangalore and as such the charges of cancellation to the extent of 25% are not justified and are not acceptable.

                              The above mail from them is dated 28th May 2018 and till date no response. Now when I called them today they are saying no price change and the prices got escalated after I pressed the pay button. They charged me additional USD 100. Good way to dupe the customer and make money. Show a different price and charge something else. On top of it the customer care is pathetic they don't respond. Their 24-48 Hours are months.

                                I got the below message from my bank after booking flight tickets from www.cleartrip.com.
                                Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 521XX5100 for a purchase worth Rs6134.0 on POS PAYUST[protected] at www.cleartrip.com txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].

                                But the ticket is not booked as i didn't get any confirmation message or mail from cleartrip. I would like to have the money refunded to my account.
                                I also tried to contact their customer support team but failed to do so as i do not have a trip id with which i can move further.

                                  I booked 2 tickets for delhi to calcutta by jet airways flight at 2.30 on 03.06.2018 through your company on 26.05.2018 online on payment of rs. 14904.00 but i only got one sms "trip id :[protected] 03 june, 2018, 02:30 airways 963 pnr : dbbthc". Expected the mail and the browser link for details of my ticket. Since nothing was communicated me & my wife was not allowed to enter into the airport area in delhi for collection of boarding pass for want of details and names of the passengers. I was stranded overnight and came to kolkata by spice jet flight at 5.55 a. M after purchase of tickets against payment of rs.14904/-. This was entirely due to your sheer negligence and callausness for which we had suffered mentally, physically and economically & as you are liable to pay rs.14904/- in addition with rs.22788/- plus rs.4200/- for hotel charges and rs.2, 00, 000/- as compensation.

                                    My refund for trip id[protected] has not been processed for last 1.5 months by Cleartrip. It was an overseas flight from Bangalore to Pittsburgh. I received mail from Cleartrip that one of the connecting flight has been cancelled by Air France and they have not provided any alternative. So I can go ahead and cancel the flight and look for other options.

                                    Now they are claiming that they will deduct cancellation charges which can amount to anywhere from 20K to 24K because there were 3 connecting flights. First they cancel the flight and do not even bother to call you to tell about the same and on top of that applying cancellation charges on a flight which has been cancelled by Airline - this is tantamount to fraud.

                                    Please can you help me settle this issue with Cleartrip / Air France.

                                    Cleartrip has still not processed the refund. They informed that they will apply cancellation charges of c. 13000 for a flight which was cancelled by Air France. And as a justification they are saying that they are not bound to give full refund for this flight as they did not promise full refund.

                                    Can anyone suggest me how can I send legal notice to them and file a case in consumer court.

                                        I had tried to make a biiking on teesta torsha express (13141) sleeper class on 15 june 2018 arounf=d 8:56 a. M, txn #[protected].
                                        I had paid rs.844.00 on pos payust[protected] using debit card.
                                        The payment was made and then i was redirected to irctc site which seemed to be down. So the booking was never done after that. Can you refund the amount to the same account.
