    I have booked three tickets from clear trip on 14th may 2018 to travel from port blair to chennai by spicejet flight no. Sg 607 on 16th may 2018 for toptal amount of rs. 37, 488/- but subsequently the said tickets were cancelled on the same day. At the time of cancellation of the said tickets in was informed to me that the refund amount will be confirmed via mail & sms.

    Yous have further informed that i will get refund amount of rs. 26, 181/- and the said refund will be appearing in my account in 5 to 7 working days but till date i have not received the amount refund back.

    Thereafter i had also sent mail to you but no response was given at your end.
    I once again request you to attend my complaint and to resolve the same by depositing the said amount in my account.

My account was debited rs. 12721 but i was not received ticket or pnr and no booking sow in air india flight. So

          I want to make a complaint against cleartrip as i booked ticket from cleartrip but till now cleartrip not providing the pnr number. I spoke to customer advisor 4 times every time they are giving me wrong information and i will go to consumer court now against cleartrip
          Now i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible other wise i will go to consumer court against cleartrip

            I have been trying to reach Cleartrip customer service desperately in order to change my flight New York-Dubai but I cannot get any response. I tried to change my ticket online but cleartrip.com says for international flights we need to speak with a representative. I cannot find anybody in the website there is no contact email. I wrote them on facebook and it took them almost two days to answer "Thank you for your query. Visit our website www.cleartrip.ae for the best prices available online. You can also call our customer care on +[protected] for any further inquiries. Thank you"
            I answered "I am not in Dubai now I am in New York what is the phone number to call here? Also I tried to change the ticket online but it said that for international flights I cannot do it online but through the phone only. In here also you have the option a representative to call us so how about some of your representative call me? +1.718.925.1055 IT IS URGENT!!!
            I tried calling this number but it is not working[protected]

            NOBODY ANSWERED! Then I sent today again message
            can somebody answer to me?
            I clicked 4-5 times the button in their facebook page Could you give me a call? I'd like to speak to someone.Can I get customer service help?

            Nothing nothing nothing. This company is dangerous for consumers.

              Sir I booked air ticket on 7th June 18, at 06.43hours. The tickets are not confirmed because of the net error., but, the amount deducted from my wife's account of I O B Chennai. I called and give a information regarding this, they said that the amount will be returned 4 to 7 working days. Till the date we can't get the amount. Please do the needful help. Thanking you.
              Attached the photos of the bank details/ 6th month statement.

                Cleartrip — refund not justified: cancellation for bangalore - london return flight — trip id[protected]

                I refer to the above trip cancellation. Clear trip has deducted a sum of rupees 14349 against the ticket price of rs. 56022. This is @25% deduction.
                The airline charges of rupees 12343 are ridiculous.
                The cancellation was done more than 24 hours of the departure of first flight from bangalore and as such the charges of cancellation to the extent of 25% are not justified and are not acceptable.

                  The above mail from them is dated 28th May 2018 and till date no response. Now when I called them today they are saying no price change and the prices got escalated after I pressed the pay button. They charged me additional USD 100. Good way to dupe the customer and make money. Show a different price and charge something else. On top of it the customer care is pathetic they don't respond. Their 24-48 Hours are months.

                    I got the below message from my bank after booking flight tickets from www.cleartrip.com.
                    Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 521XX5100 for a purchase worth Rs6134.0 on POS PAYUST[protected] at www.cleartrip.com txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].

                    But the ticket is not booked as i didn't get any confirmation message or mail from cleartrip. I would like to have the money refunded to my account.
                    I also tried to contact their customer support team but failed to do so as i do not have a trip id with which i can move further.

                      I booked 2 tickets for delhi to calcutta by jet airways flight at 2.30 on 03.06.2018 through your company on 26.05.2018 online on payment of rs. 14904.00 but i only got one sms "trip id :[protected] 03 june, 2018, 02:30 airways 963 pnr : dbbthc". Expected the mail and the browser link for details of my ticket. Since nothing was communicated me & my wife was not allowed to enter into the airport area in delhi for collection of boarding pass for want of details and names of the passengers. I was stranded overnight and came to kolkata by spice jet flight at 5.55 a. M after purchase of tickets against payment of rs.14904/-. This was entirely due to your sheer negligence and callausness for which we had suffered mentally, physically and economically & as you are liable to pay rs.14904/- in addition with rs.22788/- plus rs.4200/- for hotel charges and rs.2, 00, 000/- as compensation.

                      I have paid the booking amount for hotel booking at Hotel Le Garden Inn, Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India -- Trip ID[protected]. Though I have paid in cleartrip, money collected from hotel again. The hotel person was behaved very during check in.

                        My refund for trip id[protected] has not been processed for last 1.5 months by Cleartrip. It was an overseas flight from Bangalore to Pittsburgh. I received mail from Cleartrip that one of the connecting flight has been cancelled by Air France and they have not provided any alternative. So I can go ahead and cancel the flight and look for other options.

                        Now they are claiming that they will deduct cancellation charges which can amount to anywhere from 20K to 24K because there were 3 connecting flights. First they cancel the flight and do not even bother to call you to tell about the same and on top of that applying cancellation charges on a flight which has been cancelled by Airline - this is tantamount to fraud.

                        Please can you help me settle this issue with Cleartrip / Air France.

                        Cleartrip has still not processed the refund. They informed that they will apply cancellation charges of c. 13000 for a flight which was cancelled by Air France. And as a justification they are saying that they are not bound to give full refund for this flight as they did not promise full refund.

                        Can anyone suggest me how can I send legal notice to them and file a case in consumer court.

                              I was booking tickets and I ended up with booking failure but money Rs. 10128 +10028 debited from my account. Multiple times I have tried to contact customer care but they are asking me to provide trip Id. How can someone provide TRIP ID when booking got declined from website.

                              They are just nonsense and I am not gonna book any ticket or advice anyone to use this nonsense website. Just refund my hard earned money.

                              We are booked to your clear trip web site to vijayawada to ahmedabad on 02.6.2018 tickets is not booked some error message showing means ticket is not booked but amount is debite to our account rs. 10028 and again i try to book to flight ticket but process is same and again error amount debit to rs. 10128 is cutt to my account total rs. 10028+10128 two times means total rs 20156 and i have informed to your customer service but still did not receive any refund.

                              Please request you to kindly arrange fuss according.

                                I booked tickets through cleartrip trip id[protected] (Date of journey 15 april and 22 april) for cathey pacific filghts. Even after repeated e mails and many follow ups the airline as well as cleartrip have not provided me invoice for full amount. Cleartrip is just giving a receipt and does not understand that it is differrent from invoice. It is giving invoice only for its own service charges. It fails to explain from where will the invoice for rest of the amount come.
                                In its last mail dt 5 june 2018 cleartrip mentions that the airline has refused to give invoice since gst was not given at the time of booking. I think they can deny gst benefit but still they must give invoice.

                                Hopeless airline and hopeless clearttip service i would say.

                                Tatra and make my trip are far better.

                                  I need to resume my flight. I was just trying to find a way to prepone the flights but unfortunately went on to cancel the flights (The whole round trip).                                     I would like to drag your attention towards the problems i faced due to your negligence.

                                    I booked my ticket from cleartrip (Trip id[protected] from abha to new delhi and i instantly paid the amount. After i received the confirmed ticket from your side i booked for my onwards journey from delhi to ranchi by rajdhani express (Pnr no. [protected]). Since the train was in the evening so to spend the day i booked concourse lounge (Elr no. Lb[protected].

                                    When i reached abha airport far from 200 km i came to know at the counter that there is no booking for me. I called the cleartrip support number ([protected]) and your customer care kept talking and holding me over and over for long period until the counter at the airport was closed. Later she transferred my call to the flydubai airlines from them i came to know that the amount was not paid to them from you, so my ticket was cancelled.

                                    Later i expected cleartrip to atleast arrange an alternative flight so that i could manage my onwards journey but, i kept on getting lame excuses (Team is working on it, i cannot commit anything, we cannot rely on airlines, bla bla bla). I waited at the airport throughout the day with my family which includes 68 year old man and 8 month old infant.

                                    My question is if you can't rely on airlines, how can we rely on you?
                                    If you can't commit anything why do we book ticket from you?
                                    Who is responsible for my inconvinience?
                                    Who is going to bear all my expenses?

                                    You have ruined my trip and robbed me.
                                    I am sorry to say but you have compelled me to file a complain against you, so that you do not play with customer's time, money and energy again.

                                      On 04.06.2018, rs. 1603.75 was deducted from my account at 17:53:45 hours while booking for accommodation at treebo hoops hotel at kolkata through trivago site.

                                      As cleartrip was offering maximum discount i initiated the transaction choosing cleartrip.

                                      At the end of transaction the page displayed by cleartrip showed some error mentioning that it happens sometimes, so booking was not confirmed however the booking amount of rs. 16.03.75 was deducted form my account, which is till date not refunded.

                                        I booked my return journey dubai bangalore on 5th june 2018 through cleartrip. Ae
                                        Trip id :[protected].

                                        After selecting the itinerary the very first screen showed all the flight details including the total amount 3042/.
                                        Fare breakup:
                                        Base fare +1940 (2 adults), fees & surcharges +1490, coupon discount -388

                                        And the second page also showed all the flight details including the
                                        Total amount aed 3122/ (Total inclusive all taxes).
                                        Fare breakup:
                                        Base fare +1940 (2 adults), fees & surcharges +1490, convenience fee +80, coupon discount -388

                                        Finally i entered my credit card details and i was stunned when i realized that the amount debited from credit card was aed 4144/. It should have been aed 3122 but instead the amount deducted from my credit card was aed 4144/. (Extra amount charged fallaciously was aed 1022/)
                                        The new fare break up was as follows:
                                        Base fare +3180, taxes and fee+1570, discounts and cash back -636 total fare aed 4144/.

                                        I presumed that there was some glitch. So, i immediately lodged a complaint with cleartrip customer care and i was told that it was an error from cleartrip side and i was assured that it would be sorted out within 24-48 hours. But there was no response from cleartrip for 2 days.
                                        Cleartrip complaint number : 06076818 dated 5th june 2018.

                                        This was a deceitful and dishonest act by cleartrip. I never expected such type of things from cleartrip.

                                        I was expecting quick call from cleartrip apologizing and assuring of prompt action. On the contrary when i called cleartrip customer care i was categorically told that everything is right and no technical error from our side and the extra amount was charged by the airline. I once again explained what had happened but the cleartrip representive (Ms pratiksha) flatly said nothing can be done now. Subsequently i requested her to transfer the call to the supervisor but she was intentionally uncooperative.

                                        Its my humble request kindly to look in to the matter seriously once again and resolve the issue at the earliest.
