Vijayawada to Ahmedabad Trip oN 02.06.2018

I was booking tickets and I ended up with booking failure but money Rs. 10128 +10028 debited from my account. Multiple times I have tried to contact customer care but they are asking me to provide trip Id. How can someone provide TRIP ID when booking got declined from website.

They are just nonsense and I am not gonna book any ticket or advice anyone to use this nonsense website. Just refund my hard earned money.

We are booked to your clear trip web site to vijayawada to ahmedabad on 02.6.2018 tickets is not booked some error message showing means ticket is not booked but amount is debite to our account rs. 10028 and again i try to book to flight ticket but process is same and again error amount debit to rs. 10128 is cutt to my account total rs. 10028+10128 two times means total rs 20156 and i have informed to your customer service but still did not receive any refund.

Please request you to kindly arrange fuss according.

    I booked tickets through cleartrip trip id[protected] (Date of journey 15 april and 22 april) for cathey pacific filghts. Even after repeated e mails and many follow ups the airline as well as cleartrip have not provided me invoice for full amount. Cleartrip is just giving a receipt and does not understand that it is differrent from invoice. It is giving invoice only for its own service charges. It fails to explain from where will the invoice for rest of the amount come.
    In its last mail dt 5 june 2018 cleartrip mentions that the airline has refused to give invoice since gst was not given at the time of booking. I think they can deny gst benefit but still they must give invoice.

    Hopeless airline and hopeless clearttip service i would say.

    Tatra and make my trip are far better.

      I need to resume my flight. I was just trying to find a way to prepone the flights but unfortunately went on to cancel the flights (The whole round trip). I need to find a way to resume it. Trip id:- 1805*76*. It was scheduled from bangalore to dehradun on 15th june and return date was on 22nd, is there any way that i can resume my journey? Kindly get back at the earliest.

      I had booked 3 tickets destination from mumbai to jaipur date 05/06/2018.but i had not receive confirm tickets & i got transation fail message, payment of tickets deduct from my account. Ref no. Of transation is[protected]. Transation amount is 20868/-. Please refund my money as early as possible.

        Dear sir

        I would like to drag your attention towards the problems i faced due to your negligence.

        I booked my ticket from cleartrip (Trip id[protected] from abha to new delhi and i instantly paid the amount. After i received the confirmed ticket from your side i booked for my onwards journey from delhi to ranchi by rajdhani express (Pnr no. [protected]). Since the train was in the evening so to spend the day i booked concourse lounge (Elr no. Lb[protected].

        When i reached abha airport far from 200 km i came to know at the counter that there is no booking for me. I called the cleartrip support number ([protected]) and your customer care kept talking and holding me over and over for long period until the counter at the airport was closed. Later she transferred my call to the flydubai airlines from them i came to know that the amount was not paid to them from you, so my ticket was cancelled.

        Later i expected cleartrip to atleast arrange an alternative flight so that i could manage my onwards journey but, i kept on getting lame excuses (Team is working on it, i cannot commit anything, we cannot rely on airlines, bla bla bla). I waited at the airport throughout the day with my family which includes 68 year old man and 8 month old infant.

        My question is if you can't rely on airlines, how can we rely on you?
        If you can't commit anything why do we book ticket from you?
        Who is responsible for my inconvinience?
        Who is going to bear all my expenses?

        You have ruined my trip and robbed me.
        I am sorry to say but you have compelled me to file a complain against you, so that you do not play with customer's time, money and energy again.

          On 04.06.2018, rs. 1603.75 was deducted from my account at 17:53:45 hours while booking for accommodation at treebo hoops hotel at kolkata through trivago site.

          As cleartrip was offering maximum discount i initiated the transaction choosing cleartrip.

          At the end of transaction the page displayed by cleartrip showed some error mentioning that it happens sometimes, so booking was not confirmed however the booking amount of rs. 16.03.75 was deducted form my account, which is till date not refunded.

            I booked my return journey dubai bangalore on 5th june 2018 through cleartrip. Ae
            Trip id :[protected].

            After selecting the itinerary the very first screen showed all the flight details including the total amount 3042/.
            Fare breakup:
            Base fare +1940 (2 adults), fees & surcharges +1490, coupon discount -388

            And the second page also showed all the flight details including the
            Total amount aed 3122/ (Total inclusive all taxes).
            Fare breakup:
            Base fare +1940 (2 adults), fees & surcharges +1490, convenience fee +80, coupon discount -388

            Finally i entered my credit card details and i was stunned when i realized that the amount debited from credit card was aed 4144/. It should have been aed 3122 but instead the amount deducted from my credit card was aed 4144/. (Extra amount charged fallaciously was aed 1022/)
            The new fare break up was as follows:
            Base fare +3180, taxes and fee+1570, discounts and cash back -636 total fare aed 4144/.

            I presumed that there was some glitch. So, i immediately lodged a complaint with cleartrip customer care and i was told that it was an error from cleartrip side and i was assured that it would be sorted out within 24-48 hours. But there was no response from cleartrip for 2 days.
            Cleartrip complaint number : 06076818 dated 5th june 2018.

            This was a deceitful and dishonest act by cleartrip. I never expected such type of things from cleartrip.

            I was expecting quick call from cleartrip apologizing and assuring of prompt action. On the contrary when i called cleartrip customer care i was categorically told that everything is right and no technical error from our side and the extra amount was charged by the airline. I once again explained what had happened but the cleartrip representive (Ms pratiksha) flatly said nothing can be done now. Subsequently i requested her to transfer the call to the supervisor but she was intentionally uncooperative.

            Its my humble request kindly to look in to the matter seriously once again and resolve the issue at the earliest.

              Hi team - i haven't received the copy of my ticket yet. I booked a ticket for my mother from dubai to mumbai for 05th sep, 18:35 departure. It was a jet flight & the flight no was 9w537.

              Everytime i contact you guys you ask me for trip number, how do i get the trip id unless i get teh ticket. You contact center also asks for trip id. Is there any easier way for me to connect with you.

              My india number is [protected]. Email id on which it was requested suchita shetty

                  Subject to the trip id:[protected] i was booked flight ticket through cleartrip from vadodara to dehradun (To & fro). i had booked 5 ticket(2 adult+ 1 child + 2 infants). as per the cleartrip ticket id there was not one infants ticket shown in indigo flight record. i was call to cleartrip helpcenter at that time. but not get proper responce. i was very much suffered during the check in from dehradun to vadodara. i purchased one infant ticket becouse of in indigo record there was shown in 4 tickets booked by cleartrip.
                  so kindly refund my one ticket payment as earliest. n reply to me on my mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                    Hello team,

                    I made a booking in clear trip today from chennai to delhi

                    My booking id:[protected]

                    But it was supposed to be booked from delhi to chennai for 24th june & chennai to delhi on 17th june.

                    I wanted to cancel it immediately.

                    But i was told by the customer care that refund is not possible.

                    After i spoke to few people who are working in aai, they told me as per dgca rules full refund is possible if it is within 24 hours of booking.
                    (I booked it 2 hours back)

                    I spoke to jet airways and they said if it was booked through their site, i will get full refund.

                    The amendment charges and cancellation charges are way above the ticket charge itself. This is a huge loss.
                    I am requesting this within 24 hours and it is clear as per dgca rules that i am eligible for refund. Even the airlines have agreed to that.

                    Cleartrip has agreed to waive off their charges only if the airline can waive off its 'airline' charges.
                    I don't understand what is stopping you because jet airways has a policy to refund fully a cancellation done on their site. The only difference here is it is done through a 3rd party site.

                    I am raising this concern immediately after booking, well within 24 hours of booking. It is a big loss for me at there is no refund and huge cost for rescheduling as per our conversation with cleartrip.
                    Please note that there is no loss for the agent or airlines because anyway i have to make the correct fresh booking.

                    Why does a person have to loose all his money for a small mistake?
                    And why is the cost for cancellation and rescheduling so high, more than the ticket fare itself? : (
                    Very disappointed.

                    Please get in touch with airlines and cancel this ticket initiating a full refund..

                      Cleartrip didn't make any tagline that if we book this flight they will not refund any amount (Since airline cancellation fee would be more than the ticket booking cost.

                      They didn't tell me this reason rather pulled time for 4 days. Later they provided this reason for zero refund. They are real time cheater who didn't mention while booking that no refund for booking this specific flight.

                      We booked for 6 adults and 2 children. Total cost was ~28000 and booking id [protected]

                      When I checked with airlines they did not take the entire money as alone cancellation.

                      Always book directly. Never through cleartrip. Cheating and they are really irresponsible At customer care.

                      The ticket clearly states that " This ticket is classified by ClearTrip as refundable".

                      However, when I cancelled the ticket, they informed me that this is a zero base fare ticket and can not be refunded. Who has taken the money if airlines has not taken.
                      When I checked with airlines they did not take the entire money as alone cancellation.

                      Always book directly. Never through cleartrip. Cheating and they are really irresponsible At customer care.

                        Want to cancel a ticket (Trip id [protected], pnr livgxk, indigo 6e 2783, bangalore-delhi, 05.06.2018, amount paid 3825.00). When contacted, was told that 2781.00 will be deducted straight away, which is a base fare, by airline and balance amount will be paid to cleartrip and will have to chase them for refund and will be on its mercy and don't know how much will be refunded.
                        Lodged a complaint with consumer helpline.gov.in vide complaint no. 761754 dated 04.06.2018.

                          I have booked the air ticket through cleartrip, the initial cost what shown in the website is got changed while i am booking the ticket by stating that the demand is high thats why they hiked the ticket rate. Still i booked the ticket and by mistake while taking print out my daughter clicked the cancel button and its got cancelled from the flight company website. Even though i tried contact the customer care and explained my situation, they are not ready to hear my complaint on any ground and informed me that this is an automated process and the refund is initiated. The amount is fairly 33% from my booking amount. Cleartrip paid only 66% amount from what they charged and from that i got 33%. But later i realized the fund as to come through cleartrip and i initiated the process through the website and got only 20% amount from that 33% amount. Which is really confused me, why this guys took more from my pocket and paying less for the same which company is refunded a quiet good return.

                            I cancelled one return trip for 2 adults and 2 children on a telephone call with the customer service. The agent confirmed that i would get back 1000 aed after deducting airline charge and cancellation fees. It has been more than 10 days and i have not received amount back. I called customer service several times and each time they told me that i would get it in 24 hrs. I don't have trust on clear trip and i would advise others not to do any booking with clear trip.

                              I am writing this mail with deep regret & disappointment & i will surely like to share my worst experience with you too, today i was booking a ticket for 1 of my client in varanasi - delhi (Return), i was trying to use the spice jet mobile app but unfortunately it was not getting through, i tried the same directly online through my system but again i was unable to do the same, suddenly i got an option to book the same ticket through clear trip & it was coming cheaper than booking it directly through spice jet app, i thought o[censored]sing it as i’m registered with clear trip also, as i was trying hard to book through different means the same ticket i found out an easy option as i was registered with clear trip automatically all my details got refilled & suddenly i found my ticket was booked under my personal name (Girish gakhar), immediately i called up the clear trip people they denied any help, i called spice jet they refused to help?? Both denied me help inspite of helping they kept me on hold for approx 30mins?? I ended up paying the heavy cancellation fees?? But im unable to digest this loss that is why i am writing this mail to both the concerns (Spice jet & clear trip), i want to still book the same flight in my client name but i am really fed up.

                              Request you to kindly understand my concern as its seriously very frustrating for a person like me,

                                I made the booking yesterday for dalhousie for 2 rooms on clear trip website first time after seeing the details that the booking cancellation is free till 1st june however i submitted my credit card details by keeping trust on this clear trip brand, since i chose the option to pay at hotel only rs 5 got deducted but when i got an confirmation mail i saw just one room got booked and after that i tried to modify it but unable to do that might be because of availability, since the cancellation was free i immediately canceled that booking within couple of hours i got a message that that have accepted the request and will send me the details over mail soon when today after 24 hours i didnt received any mail i checked the status online ands shocked with the status booking cancel and you will be charge rs 10816 for cancellation seriously!!!

                                This is completely nonsense and open fraud and unnecessary harassment, when i called their customer care now they said will update you within 24 hours i am unable to under stand how come such brands are making customer fools in inida? This issue must go to ministry and a example must be set for such fraud agents and companies. Have never ever faced any such concerns with make my trip or go ibibo, if you will not take necessary step to avoid this deduction i will be forced to publish this case into media for justice!

                                  On 29 th may around 9:00 pm, i booked a round trip from bangalore to goa and backforth. The ticket costed me 14, 000,
                                  . While booking it was clearly written on the website that this ticket can be cancelled and refunded. I still have that ticket which says the ticket can be cancelled. Same day i cancelled the ticket. That is on 29th may around 10 pm i cancelled tge ticket. But the amout got refunded is 1887. When i enquired they said its airline charges and cant be refunded. This is cheating. If you cannot do something donot promise and fool people. For 1 hour i lost around 12k. Have some ethics /morality and most importantly respect for others hard earned money.

                                    Dear sir, this is a second reminder for a complaint against clear trip. My amount is debited from my account but ticket has not been confirmed. Without knowing the ticket confirmation how will i know that my ticket has been confirmed. I want my money to be refunded otherwise i will file case against clear trip.

                                    Dear sir, Initially I made a phone call to customer care on 15.05.18 they said they will file complaint to technical side and they will revert back but they have not contacted me and Already I had registered complaint against clear trip on 20.05.18 night 9:00pm through consumer complaints. My booking has not been confirmed by mail or msg and amount is debited from my account. I want my amount to be refunded otherwise I will file a complaint against clear trip.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am charuvasine from chennai. This is a third reminder for refunding amount from clear trip. Amount refunded but ticket not confirmed. I didnot received any msg or mail confirmation from clear trip. I made a phone call on 15.05.18, but no response and i had made a complaint but no response. My travel date is 30.05.18 (Today).
                                    Passengers name : ganesh sundaramurthy, sundarmurthy ganesh, charuvasine ganesh, nandita ganesh. Still i don't know my pnr number. Kindly refund my amount. This is a final reminder to clear trip to refund my amount.

                                        Very disappointed!!!
                                        Charged for insurance for a flight to dubai where i clearly remember not marking it on the first page. It is a issue with the site picking up insurance again but customer care staff couldn't understand and not willing to help and rather asking to contact insurance company directly. As a consumer i feel cheated and as a poor customer service cleartrip washing there hands off.
