I had booked a ticket for 4 persons from Mumbai to Srinagar for 1 July 2017. And as soon as I booked the tickets, within 10 minutes I got a message that there is a cancellation request they had received. When I checked the app, it showed one person's ticket had been cancelled. I called the customer care, they said that the ticket has been cancelled from my end which is ridiculous as why would I cancel one person's ticket within 10 minutes of booking the same. I am being offered a refund of less than 50% of the total ticket amount which is not even my fault. I want a full refund to be initiated as I have not cancelled the same from my end. I have paid room rent and that time didnt confirm but balance deducted from my account

I booked yesterday 28/10/2018 3 train tickets Mumbai- Aurangabad, I paid with the credit card, then I am told that there was a problem with the reservation, I am given a number of confirmation of train 18 [protected] that I have to go to see 15 minutes later, otherwise I will be refunded in 14 days, what should I do because I did not receive the tickets on my mailbox
