I had ordered a lemon and green dress costing rs 799 by seeing a pic on the profile but when the product reached me it was totally different. The fabric was pathetic and of low quality with no similarity as shown in the pic.
When i tried to complaint or return the product the contact number given on the website is contonuosly switched off.
There is no other alternate no. Also on which we can file a complaint and ask for return...

I had ordered a gown on 20/07/18 but yet not processed please give me details about my order... If it is not dispatched then please process it... Otherwise refund me. I have given a email adress to them... Snd repeatedly mailed them but they even not replying my email and not answered me... How they could be? Its not their responsibility to give details about my order... Please please give details... Or refund me back... My money is already...

I have received my order for a green and lemon digital print design on 30 july. The product quality is pathetic and the size does not fit.
I am trying to reach out to clothing heart's customer care number and mailed them as well... But no response till date.
This is really not acceptable that the number provided is not reachable at all...
Please resolve the issue soon else we will reachout to consumer...

Hello, I have ordered Red Digital Printed Western Collection Dress of Size M-36 the product which was described in online was different from the order which i get.I need to return the product and get back my money of 799/- which is the price of the product. Please solve this issue, as we couldn't reach to the customer care contact number. If there is no response i will take action by filling the case on that company....

After purchase i dont like their product so when i go to their return and refund page and type it its show entered information is wrong. And the customer service which is given their site is always busy never they respond. Now after purchase i am unable to return my product and refund. Horrible quality product.. They had mentioned pure georgette and it's a different stuff. Costumer care not reachable for the return and mobile no always engaged.. What has been ordered is not received... No response to mails... It's being 3 days now. Its a fraud company for sure. I want my money back and also a legal action against them so that no one else b come the victim....

I have ordered a dress from clothing heart.com on 15/07/18 and it was delivered on 20/07/2018. After opening the package the dress was totally out-of expectation and was not as mentioned in the site. The client has given a wrong number which I cant reach also.
They have given the wrong product and is not even responding to my mails.The quality of the dress is worse and they are posting wrong pictures in the website, I have informed my whole friends and families about this and if they are doing a good business atleast they have to contact me and refund my amount back....

Would like to return the dress I bought. It is not what is depicted on the picture. The picture indicates a Green lining and the product delivered has white lining and looks awful. And not very happy with the quality of the same.
There is no response to the mails sent. I have called and sent emails too.
I am not satisfied with the same. Want to change it....

The product is totally different from the pic and the description given in the site. According to the description the flare of the dress is 3.5 metres. In reality the total round is hardly 1.5metres. It is so constricted that u risk falling while walking. The frill at the neck is also very narrow. In the pick it is wide and elegant with a blue lace. There is no lace in the dress. The product is totally not worth the price. Also they don't...

Size is not correct of the western dresses sent. I had ordered free size but got very small size. I want to return the products.
