They have given is out of reach or not valid and policy of return is mentioned. Please return my money i am really disappointed to see this cheap and poor stuff. Mail delived on date 20 august 2018. No reply / telephone massage received till date. Phone no given by them is not reachable. Please advised further action resolve the issue. Ur corporation will be appreciated....

I bought dress.. Lightpink01, oder no[protected] on[protected]..i have received the dress but am very upset with the style and fabric shown in picture and what exactly I got it is different and low quality ..now am trying to return.. There phone no saying not valid and no other provision given to return the product.. I bought this on cash delevery.. Thanks...

The product quality is horrible and not at all like what it was shown to be like. The product image was highly misleading and i'm extreamly dissatisfied with the product to say the least. The cloth material is poor quality. There is no reciept either. I'm never ever buying from this site again and telling my aquaintaces not to do so either. The least this site can do is refund my money and arrange a return of the product. I'd like my money...

I have placed an order on 22.08.2018 for 3 dress my order number[protected] but i have received only 2 dresses & that too are of very cheap quality...

The actual product what they shown in fb is different from what they delivered and also its not at all good and not worthy at all. Such cheap product they have delivered to me. And please return back my money asap. And dont do this for any one else again. This is my small request as we have expectation about some product and we wait for you people play fool with us. And we have eared that with full hard work and you people easily cheat us....

I ordered for three dresses and they sent me another three that is not relevant from my order.
I called atleast 100 times but every time it was busy and after a time its not responding and not reachable.
I mailed too but didnot get any response.

I ordered for a western dress on 17-august-2018 and i received it on 23-august-2018. The product i recieved is wrong and of very cheap quality. It is of no use and very different from the dress which is shown in the image of the that product. There is no response even on the given complaint no. Whenever tried to that no. The response i get that the no. Is switch off. I want to return it and my money back. Kindly revert.

I had orderd for a skirt at this website. Today morning i recived a msg of my skirt out for dilevery. But evening i recived a message that unable to deliver due to Refuse to accept . But no one had come to deliver only.. how come this is posiible. I tried calling customer care . They told i had cancelled the order. But i did not cancel it. Hi, i have ordered the product from clothingheart.com and i have received a wrong product and of very cheap quality... And there's no response for my mails to initiate the return of the product...

There's no response on their contact number, it's always busy and no response on mail too.

This site is visible on facebook and the photgraphs of the dresses they have kept are fabulous however the product came as very cheap. Repeated complains on mails have not worked netiher have they responded on the landline, watsapp or mobile.
This seems to be a fraud site which probably uses a photography trick to show the clothes and do not provide any value to the order. The lengha is not worth 100 rupees.

What the hell i have received the wrong product and i ordered western lehenga and crop top and you people have sent me some cheap quality lehenga which is not even the product which i ordered so kindly give me the return option orelse m going to complain about ua fake website...
If you cant satisfy consumers then atleast don't give fake images o[censored]a product on ua fake website...
Action has to be taken against these fake people.....

I have purchased 2 dresses from this site. The products do not comply with the specification given in the site and the sizes are also not matching. Hence i wanted to return it. Though the company has mentioned in their website that they have a return policy and any product can be returned but when i tried to return it they are not communicating. I had sent them mails, they do not respond. I have tried their phone number several times but...

Very bad quality, product received is nothing familiar compared to what i have seen and ordered. No reply from concerned authorities even after a complaint mail. Please reply and i want to return my product or give me a convenient solution. Its not just one product i got three with same bad quality. If this facility is to resolve the problem of customers, please give me a reply

I ordered 3 dresses for 1500 and it said it will be delivered in 4-5 business days it has been a month since i ordered and nothing is done for this i called the customer care number [protected] and they answered once i enquired about the status they asked for my debit card number i gave the account number and asd them to refund to it they hesitated to do that and as i was constantly calling them and was asking for the refund they directly...

I have cheated from the the website www.clothingheart.com. they have sent me a substandard product which is not at all of good quality torn on multiple sides, faded color, pre-used prodcut. Moreover the size is also not the same for which i have ordered.
Despite multiple complaints i have not got any assurance about the return of the product or refund of money.
It is my dire request to take strict action against the company...

I did not receive the product which I ordered for. The quality is too bad and when i am opting for a return my request is being cancelled. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible and I want my refund. I am really sorry to say this but you are a cheating company who sends wrong product to the customers and harass them. Your customer care phone no. is always busy, when opting for return, information it is always showing as wrong details...

I had ordered a pink floral dress costing Rs 799 by seeing a pic on the profile but when the product reached me it was totally different. The fabric was pathetic and of low quality with no similarity as shown in the pic.
I have been tryin to call on the contact number given on the website but it is continuously switched off. I have also emailed on the I'd given but have not received any response.
