You are really a fraud. Irresponsible shopping website. The dress ordered for 799 is not worth that amount. The quality is cheap. Kindly refund my money else i'll take it to consumer forum. Mark my words. This kind of fraud won't be tolerated. I'll even report your account on fb, drop down your ratings and beware people of you. Your email is even fake.

I want to return the dresss as it is totally different from that i ordered and as shown in the pic while placing my order. I recieved the order on 30 oct 2018 and since then am trying to get in touch through call or mail but no response. I even commented on there facbook page, n the next i see they deleated the comment and blocked me....

I ordered a dress material on oct 22 2018 and it was delivered on 29 oct. The product which was delivered was exactly different from its display and the description of that dress.

You are such a big fraud. I ordered the dress from your site order id :[protected] and its not even worth of 50 rs. There is no way to return your low quality product. Let me handle your company through consumers court.

I had ordered a dress which turned out to be pathetic. I want to return that but still no option is there regarding that. This is completely fraud. They even have fraud reviews on their website. They are just cheating everbody. The things they have displayed are entirely different from what they deliver. Its so disheartening. There is no way to contact them and they dont even respond....

The payment was made for all the three dresses in advance, but we received only 2 dresses that too were not the one we ordered.
We tried to call the customer care number but that is not working.

Off white flower printed western collection dress, need to return the product as the product size has been varied and when we compare the dress with photo and original the product, is not up to the mark in photo the frills are more but in original its less and its look narrow so please initiate to return and replace the amount as soon as possible. Return policy is not there & no refund. They flatly refuse.
They advertise high quality american georgette dresses & send nylon dresses not worth even 100rs. Do not buy from this site.
Their intention seems to be only to. Scam customers. Please beware of this site clothingheart.com which has very attractive pictures...
