I have ordered for a product lemongreendp dress. Western outfit. The quality of the material is very poor. The email address given by is fake. The phone number is fake. They is reply to the correspondence. Really unsatisfied. Customers are scapegoat to them. Everything this fake.
For comparison I have posted the images.

I already issued complain against this on email provider by site but there is no response and also the phone number given is not responding... This is a fake site which fooling the customer.. Dress is of worst quality does not fit into any criteria which is described on site... I only want to refund the money... Worst and worst site i ever see... Anyone who see this plz it's my request not buy anything form this rubbish site clothing heart......

I ordered stuff from there and I recieved defective products. I raised request to return on their fb page and they blocked me. The product I recieved are of very bad quality and totally different from what i ordered.
I asked my friends to message on my behalf but they blocked them too.
This is fraud website and they do not welcome negative comments....

I had to go to a party saturday i loved seeing your dress. Looks like a nice dress flare in the picture but when i get the dress, then there is no flare in it, i am very surprised.
I want to return it to clothing heart. I'm so sad that they do not give people the way they look in the picture. These dresses ise less for me.

Order id[protected]. I had ordered 3 dresses costing rs 1510. I ordered on 3rd september. The site shows status that it's still processing. But there is no further update. Meanwhile i messaged them regarding this. There is no revert at all even if they have seen the messages. I think they are frauds. As i also came across people who have complained the same. Many people are complainug that the site doesn't deliver after accepting the payment...

I already logged a complaint about your supplied item which is not according to my order and not as i am ordered for. I logged the complaint on 10.09.2018 and you said the representatives of the company will contact me. But it is 6 days over nobody contact me. Today i was delivered “green and lemon color indo western digital printed dress size free size (Larger then xxl).”
To my surprise,
01. The product was different from what was advertised in your website. The flare of the dress was said to be 2.5 metres, whereas it is very small in original delivered product.
02. The product is damaged at 02 places, torn.
03. The product has dark patches, probably due to rains....

I have order for saree cotton printed nd western collection drees... Oder id[protected]. But received some other dress which is not at all good and the cloth is pathetic i need my money back.. I have tried to call them but no switch off..
No. ([protected]). They are not even responding to my mails. I think it's a fraud company in from surat it's origin is..

Kindly help me out nd block such site......

My order number is[protected]. The product I received was very bad quality one and does not match with the description at all...such a disappointment!! Can't find any return option in the site also and no phone number works whichever are mentioned!! Surely Clothing Heart is one of those fake fraud sites and consumer court should take immediate action against them. Want to return products and get refund at earliest......

I have ordered for one item but you send me another. Now i want to replace with red digital printed western collection dress instead of green digital printed western collection dress. As the quality and size of the material are very worst. While seen in on it was different material and what i receive is completely worst. I don't want this material. That much expensive worst cloth material. Not at all worth. Totally upset for the product which i seen. Cheater product send by this company. Not expected this worst product. We had ordered for a gown from clothing heart an online store. We got it as cash on delivery on 7-9-2018. But the dress which we got was completely differnt fron the one we ordered. So plwase arrange for return of the dress n refund us. The dress i ordered was light pink01 and order number was[protected]. It was a dress withbflare of 3.5 meters. But the one send was didnt have the flare told and print was also differnt from picture shown....

Dress code is[protected] dress is not appropriate. Email address given by company is not right. No source how to give back this dress. I am completely dissatisfied with this dress. Entirely different from the picture posted on facebook it's just wastage of money fabric of dress is too cheap to wear they are just making fool of innocent people by posting such fake pictures of dresses...

I have ordered a dress on 2nd sept 2018 from clothing heart and they delivered it on 5th sept 2018.

However, the product is extremely bad and i paid cash 800 inr. Now, i am trying to reach them through phone or email continuously but no response.

I want my money back as i am buying online from several years but i have never experienced such fraud site.

This site is fraud site and please don't pay and buy any products. As they don'y have any contact and address to revert back... So please share to all never do booking in clothing heart... Please remove from facebook and google... As its been shown again and again in facebook and people will order with cash. Which they won't get cash nor the product back. So never put such sites. Banned this type of site......

Dress is not same as shown in picture. Want return and refund. Print and colour are different. Cloth mentioned in product is different. Lining of cotton silk and georgette material is mentioned but dress is single layer, crepe. Belt shown in the picture is not given with the dress. Colour of the dress is very different. Print of the dress is also very different....
