[Resolved] BagItToday.com. Marco Ferro Tan Shoes — Consignment not received yet. | |||
I placed an order with Bagittoday under POD for a pair of Marco Ferro Tan Shoes at price Rs 499.. I was informed that the consignment was dispatched on 23rd April 2013, by www1st flight.net Up till today i have not received the consignment. On tracking the consignment through SMS I was repeatedly informed that it was in transit. About a week back on tracking I was told that there was no such consignment I immediately contacted Customer care bagittoday and told the matter would be looked into and I would be contacted with in a week A week has passed I contacted them to day and was given no assurence Just that the matter would be looked into.I am glad it was on POD and I did not use my Credit card. The consignment order No 33006325 and another no given 9690. The consignment transshipment No.LO 0364730. Kindly look into the matter. Thanking you Stafford D Arnold Hubli 580023 . BAGITODAY IS THE WORST ONLINE SHIOPPING, WASTE OF BUYING, They wont respond properly, and they are waste. Complaints Customer care number is also always disturbance not at clear tone, Order booking number will be clear, they want orders and money thats it

I think your lucky at-least they shipped your order. I also order on 23rd and there was no response till 29th, today i got SMS it was shipped.
Is it tradition of Bagittoday shipping late.
Why so much delay in shipping the order or atlest there is no communication too that it will be delayed.
Too bad service.
First experience is Worst experience.
