I am ansuman das, i have ordered headphones on club factory on 9th august 2019 and estimated date of delivery was given 17th august and today's date is 24th august 2019 and still now i haven't received my package. The customer care is even worst they are not lodging my complaint nor they are letting me talk to any senior. My order number is so[protected].

    I just ordered a product from club factory. The product is a mini portable speaker which is not working. I have requested for a return but there is no response from seller end. It's been 15 days since no action have been taken. What do i need to do? There is no toll free number from club factory to contact with. I need a quick replacement of my product.

      Hi my order no. Is so[protected], i have ordered on 8th of july. It's been more than 1month now still waiting for the parcels to receive. Very sorry but you guise are not at all responding on mails and your customer care is also good for nothing... I had so much trust on this website but now... If you people not able to deliver it at least refund my amount.

        I tried calling your india customer service helpline number zillion times, but it's always busy. I also mailed from the app, but no response. You have pathetic customer service.

        I want my order to be cancelled as i haven't received my order yet. So[protected]. It shows delivered on the app, however, i haven't received my order yet. It was to be delivered by pawan, i called him but he seems to be clueless. Please refund my money back.

        Please find the attached screenshot of the messages.

        This is my last message and if i don't get a response, i ll sue your company in consumer court

          I had ordered a watch which is not at all similar to the picture I saw. I received order on time but it is not present under ordered items. The order number is- SO[protected]. I was not able to find under guest orders as well. Since product needs to be returned in 9 days how should I proceed the request. Also on calling helpline they do not receive calls. It literally kept me on waiting for more than 15 mins but did not receive the the call

            My return request order number is SO[protected] which had been received by me as on 14.08.19 but I didn't like the product I request for return my return Id is SON[protected] which had raised on the same day even if your courier person (ecom express)didn't come for pickup i got message as on 15.08.19reverse pickup has not been picked up plz call centre so I called there they didn't give me proper response. It's already 8 days goes...but still I didn't get any satisfied suggestio.This is really disappointed me. Club factories service center is also not giving proper response

              I ordered a dress worth rs 450 in cash through club factory on 3/08/19 and it was delievered to me on 7/08/19. As the material was cheap so i applied to return item. They collected the item as per my return request on 09/08/19 and ensured me that my refund amount will be transferred in to my club factory's account. It's been a long time they havn't refunded me tiil now. Eeven they don't provide any complaint no on their site. This is second time i am facing this problem with club factory. They don't refund. You are requested to take your kind concern in this regard.

                I had put in a complaint before but nobody reverted back. So[protected] is my order number and it's showing that it has been delivered but i haven't received it yet. I had placed the order almost 1 and half months ago. Either i want my parcel i want refund. It was online paid. Kindly revert back. This is highly unprofessional and not acceptable at all.

                  Please kindly ban this Application. Not sure how many innocent people are getting fooled every day.

                  I Ordered 2 Items and paid for both, but received only one Item.
                  After Calling customer service, They do not even bother to look into this. They are saying it is seller issue.

                  And after 3 Weeks I get below message early morning

                  Which I ignored, And then got a Scam call.
                  Telling me that I won a lucky draw, insisting me to pay above mentioned service change to deliver the price.

                  Not sure how this scammer got to know that I transacted with Club factory.
                  They leek our vital information to scamsters.

                  Googled and saw many people have fallen prey to similar scam call in the name of club factory.

                    I ordered one product from Club factory which I didn't received. It was prepaid. It was supposed to be delivered on 18.08.19. When the delivery guy called me, I was a bit busy. After 10 minutes when I called back him his number was unavailable and still it is. After 3 hours I got a message saying that my order has been delivered. I'm not sure whether the order has been hand over to someone else or it was a scam without any confirmation. I have proper order details and there is no confirmation from my side whether the order has been delivered. I want strict actions against it or else kindly payback my amount.                                   I have ordered two long sleeves frock from club factory and i received the order on 14 of august but unfortunately the size is not appropriate. After that i apply for return the vendor came and take the both products from me the vendor name is anoop hiremath working in e-commerce express private limited. Then after returning that order to him i don’t receive any type of msg or call. Today i receive a call from company they are saying your order number is not correct. Well i m too much frustrated from the service. And the amount for both products i have paid is ₹1724. One more thing is the number of pieces are 2 not 1.

                                      The shopping app displayed catalogs of porn images while searching for an item to buy, after those images were show i quickly took a screenshot of it and tried to go back but was not able to, and had to use home button. I didn't even tried to continue shopping as i was afraid i might open a porn site again from club factory or possibly a virus from the app itself. There are no category for this type of problem provided in the category list under the complaint details section, so i selected internet services. And the upload image/video tab below did not allow me to upload any screenshots i have taken, but i already send an email to [protected]@clubfactory.com with the image attached.
