This is a complaint against a delivery boy whose name has been reflected as Nathaniel kharumnuid as per true caller service.He call me for delivery of my parcel but I couldn't pick up as I was busy.later after few minutes I tried to call him up but he didn't response then after a while his phone was switch off. Then after 20 minutes later he switch on his phone and when I ask him where he is at present he replied me that he had left the place....

I ordered an item in club factory but it cannot be canceled
Please do some necessary actions about that
Order id is SO[protected] i dont know what type of an app is this..
If somebody order unfortunately what should they do . I ordered the product but the product was not fare to me. So i want to cancel but there is no cancel option. So please do necessary actions for it....

I need to refund my money as my order number is so[protected]. The pair of shoes are not exactly what i ordered. And the size is too big. Not at all happy so need to refund my money back. I want the issue to resolve asap i ordered the other shoes and received totally wrong item.

This made me so disappointing so please i request to refund my money asap....

Please rate us on : https://cfb. delhivery.com/? Tid=upto6m0z and on clicking the link my order id is fo[protected] and the link is asking me to rate them....

I have not got my refund amount in my bank account i refunded on august 8 2019 i didn't receive it!
And i'm trying to call the customer care care they're least bothered to pick the call!
Worst behavior!!

I have ordered a backpack costing 476 and i have paid online too on 12 august 2019 but it is not showing paid. The order is showing unfinished. Now i'm required to bear the courier charge to return the product to get refund which is not fair at all. It was not my mistake that they have sent a wrong product to me. I have ordered a mi ear phone... Details which has shown is the order was shipped not yet delivered till now... And my order was cancelled by club factory.. And gave a compensation of 70rs. It was valid only for the purchase of 700rs. Who needs this compensation. If a person can ready for the purchase of 700rs is the 70 rs is the huge amount of discount uh??? I ordered 4 beautiful golden colored rings for gift to my parents on 7th august. After 2 days the company message me that the delivery takes 2-3 business days to prepare your items. When i ordered the rings i paid payment through debit card. But i can't track my order, will you please solve this problem that i get first time, if you not eligible then please pay my money back....

I had ordered a product from club factory (Tracing id so[protected] on 12 jul, 2019. It is showing custom clearance from 17 jul. Today is 16 aug, 2019. I have not yet recieved it. Last sunday[protected] i received a message from club factory the product has been delivered. While checking with delhivery the courier service they say it is for custom clearance. And it was a guest order. Also i can't track my order. I already paid the money....

Club factory is fraud company. I ordered a hand watch on. 9 july 2019 but still i don't get my product. I have done online payment. And the customer service number doesn't give any response. As company can't give any response i am going to complain in indian consumer court about all this frauding. I request indian consumer court to take hard action on following matter. I'm so disappointed by clubfactory service....
