Its been a one month still i have not received my refund money, why club factory always do this #?

Whether it is saying, my issue is too short unlikely will appear, why? Whats the matter with this
A complain is always a complain, whether it is short or long

    I have placed an order for a watch and balloons packet for a birthday party from club factory on 03/07/19. And the delivery date was showing as before 21st august. It's 30th aug already and not delivered yet. When i checked the tracking number, it's showing as not picked up by the delivery partner. I called the cf customer service number and asked about the delivery, they are saying that i have to wait for some more days and they also don't know till when. When i told them to cancel my order, they said it's not possible.
    This way they cheat the customers and i am telling everyone not to believe in them and lose your money like me.
    I want to know how can i get my money back. Can anyone help me with that??

    Hi i got the order but the product already is having some issue.There is no stone for one ear ring

      Asked me to choose between a car or cash of 16 lakhs
      He was also telling me that he will make me talk to owner of club factory

      I have received product and paid cash but my cod is blocked why?it's been 2weeks they are showing your cod is blocked. Why?

      I have book earphone on 30 jun 2019 but as of now no response from club factory. Also i am trying to call customer care they tolled you will be received your product within 2 to 3 days but as of now i am not received.

      Really it is bad experience for club factory.

        Hi i have contacted customer care about the defect product they said something i didnt unrerstand to cancel the order.

        As shipping is done i am unable to cancel the order.

        Please tell me the process to return with out charges or refund the amount
        Hi club factory order no SO[protected] worth Rs 2236 order confirmed on 7th July has been delayed, they said it wil reach before 21st July but we are yet to receive it and I will get RS 67 compensation now it is saying it will reach on 27th July there is no proper support
        My order with Order Id: SO[protected] hasn't been delivered uptil now. I placed the order on 21 June and its been almost a month. The tracking status says that it is stuck in Customs Clearance since 10 June.
        I was ordered some items in 25 days back tracking information is not getting[protected]

              I had order a product on 30 jun and it has still not been delivered. A months time has elapsed. So i ordered similar product from club factory again and it arrived on time and now i want to return/cancel the previous order which hasn’t been yet and for that club factory is asking me to pay ₹90 even when the ordered hasn’t been delivered after so many days. I think i am eligible to get a full refund. Any help?

                Please address the issue before the order is made and delivered. I do not want it. The return policy is not simple on club factory and I am a college student and not easy for me to parcel it back.

                  I had placed an order last sunday, payment was made i have confirmation of the same on email and sms. I am not able to track my order. When i am checking it on app i am getting the error that no order is placed.

                    I had ordered from club factory. The estimated date of delivery was on 05 july 2019 but the product is not yet received or any message regarding the order is being received and the status of order is in custom clearance since 27th june 2019 now it's been more than a month. And again now status is delivered yet i have not received order. I had called the courier company in that which is named delhivery but they told that they had not got any parcel to be delivered. Please take action against it and make refund of the product or deliver the product to the assigned address. S[protected]

                        I had placed an order of 4 items from club factory on 16th June 2019, but Still have not received my order. It has been almost near to 2 months already and the estimated delivery was on 2nd July, 2019.

                        Also everytime I call club factory the response comes as busy on another call.

                        The payment has already been done.
                        My order no. SO[protected]. There is no way to contact or anything.
                        Currently when I am checking on the app, the status is shown as delivered whereas the order has not been delivered to the mentioned address so far.

                        Please help regarding the delay in shipment.

                            I have been ordered that product by mistake...I apply for return, then the courier service take the product they Didn't give back me the money... They told club factory will call you then only they give back your money..Till your service didn't call me...

                                I purcahed two dresses, one dress cost is 500rs, seriously it's worth even 250rs. I am very disappointed, they charge double price for every dress. Another dress 1300, it is not worth that amount. They displayed a very good quality in the picture, but it's just only for picture. Two dress quality also very cheap, there is no proper customer care service too.

The estimated date of delivery was on 26 July 2019 but the product is not yet received or any message regarding the order is being received.                                   Yesterday I received the order so[protected], XXL girl overcoat, I need XL for the same product
                                  I couldn't see any return option for my product in website, kindly check and I need XL size for the same as soon as possible
                                  I ordered 32 size and he give me 28 size and now customer care do not receive my phone

                                    I actually ordered 3 products in club factory on july 6 and the estimated delivery was on 23rd july... But from that day i didn't get any order tracking... It just said that my order is delayed.. Actually i had made my payment through net banking! So pls help me i want my order! My order number is so[protected]... Pls club factory don't cheat people...                                         My club factory order with number so[protected] was ordered on 25th june'19. It reached customs clearance on 2nd july and it has been stuck there since that. I have contacted multiple times with their customer care but no solid help was offered. Now the website shows the order delivered. I haven't received a single product from that order. And it was prepaid. And there's no way i can request a refund.
