I had ordered for 2 charcoal masks and was charged for both. But when the delivery came, i received just one of the item. The bill on the box says 2 items but inside there's space for only 1.

I was charged for both but have received only 1. I filed a complaint on the same day from the club factory app but nothing has been done by now. Kindly look into it.

    I ordered the product (Espoir analog unique style black dial boy's and men's watch) on the date. 03/08/2019 at 12:02am. And my is shipped by the process. And today 09/08/2019 my order is see in the trip arrived but when i call the customer care for inquiry.. Answer received that is your order is cancelled...

    I ask why.. Then cut the call.. And then not received the may call twice... And contiously cut the call..

    Why ignore my call.. And why currupt..

    Please urgently my order delivered. I urgently want my product..

      My order no so[protected] has got stuck in customs for a long time. I ordered this product on 08 jul 19. I have not received it till now and i have recieved a message that it has been delivered. I checked with courier company no[protected] delhivery about its delivery. They said you have not got customs clearance as yet. Kindly expedite the release of the product as i have already paid for it. Please do something as i am eagerly waiting for the package. Recieving a late coupon is no compensation for your delay.

          My order is stuck at customs clearance since 27th july 2019 and there's no other information updated in the app.
          It has been 7 days since the estimated delivery date.
          I need my products to be delivered as soon as possible, at least get updates, or please initiate refund.

                Hello.. I paid for the order nad then it's messaged to me that order delivered but i haven't receive my order🤐😠 bloody hell it was my money o trusted club factory and what your delivery boy did he cheated neither hevcalled or delivered the order to is this a way and i am following up with your customer support but i haven't received any support you guys just wasted my time on chat call center they dont respond even after waiting for hours...                   Hello.. We order an paid order but it did not delivered neither the delivery boy contacted and i received message that it is delivered how come... Its more than a week club factory is not helping they dont know customer worth at all is this the customer rewarded with cheating..i am fed up...its my money deliver the order or refund my complete money..i chatted i called i mailed but no response very pathetic dont order from club factory they cheat with the customers trust

                  I have ordered from Club factory on 10th July, 2019 and today is 2nd Aug, but till now i haven't received my order. I called up customer care, they are saying that we don;t know how much more time it would take. Also they are not ready to cancel my order and refund my money.

                  Shipment agency is showing status"Shipment not received from Shipper".

                    I have made the payment in net banking. Item shipped on 19th july 2019,
                    Went in customs clearance on 22nd july 2019. My estimated delivery date is 2nd august 2019 and i haven't received my order.

                    Its more then 15 days order stuck in customs clearance,
                    No update, estimate time is already passed.

                    Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

Considering your experience, we prefer to issue full refund for you and cancel the order in about 2 days. Please check the amount in your balance after 2 days, and place a new order at your most convenience, we'll do our best to deliver it to you soon. Thanks again for your support.
                    Its been over a 20 days that product is kept at home completely packed. I applied for return because it was not of good quality. Bedsheet colour is coming in hands. But now return is being cancelled. But its still packed. I request to take it from my home and refund money to my account.
                    I ordered a bag, the bag quality was not good so I returned the product, app shows that money will be refunded to your app balance within 5 - 10 working days, it's been 1 months still my money didn't get refunded . May I know when my money is going to get refund to my app balance . please do something it's my request to you guys .
                    I need to re fund my order because i ordered to redmi note 4 but they cheated me.. they ordered to a power bank.. so i want my cash...

                      It's been over a month now and my order hasn't been delivered to me still.

                      Its delivery too bad.. its shows 4 aug. of delivery then its shows 6th of August.. nd till i haven't receive my order... total worse app.. its not trustable... its services are so worse..

                      I ordered two kurtis but only one was delivered. Now i asked for refund, but i am facing problem in that also . I have to ask for refund for not delivered. How to do it i am not able to do so.

                      It would be very nice if you could deliver it in a day or two or I have to register an Police complaint along with the refund.
                      I ordered 2 sling bags on 17th of August & it says that it will deliver by 4th of September but today is 10th of September.. It's been a very long days when will I receive my order?

                          I have ordered 3 products and payment is also done. It has supposed to delivered before 3rd of august but still not recieved the products. The product is at custums since a week. I[censored] take 1 month to deliver the product why you are giving the date of expected delivery so early you have to give the near by date know. I booked it for gifting my sis on her birthday but if you are making this much delay means how can we tolerate it.

                              My order so[protected] has not been received yet despite getting assurance that it will be delivered soon. It's been almost 2 weeks since i first put a complaint to which i got a reply saying that to be patient and wait for 3 more days. I'm honestly dissatisfied with this service.

                                  I have asked to redund my order. But clucb factory seller is still showing processing my refund request from last 7 days. Club factory gives time period of only 9 days to submit a refund request. Today onwards my request will not be submitted. What is to be done in such cases. I would say we should never trust such websites and these should be banned in india. Firstly my order was not completely delivered, one one item out of two is deliveredand now i got only 1 kurti of rs. 699/- and that too of worst quality. I asked for refund and they are not responding to that also. Can any help?

                                      I have ordered 2 earrings on 16th july. The expected delivery day was 30th july. But now it’s 6th august. I still didn’t received my order but in the tracking status and staff says it’s delivered. I have confirmed with my friends, family and colleagues whether they have received it or not.

                                      But neither me nor my friends family have received it..
                                      Still they (Club factory staff) are saying it’s delivered. I don’t know to whom they have delivered my order but i didn’t received it.

                                      I want my order back or they should refund me.
