My product with order number SO[protected] had to be delivered on 4 july'19 but its 25 july'11 now, with no updates about the delivery. As per the shipment company, ithe order hasn't been picked since 3 weeks and in compensation, I have been provided with Rs 65 off on the next order with min purchase of Rs 600, but what to do with that if I'm unable to get the current order....

So[protected] i was order on 30/06/2019 and it was showing the date 16 july delivery. I was order this dress for some purpose and till now i didn't get my product. For making fool to me you give rs 65 coupon for late delivery which i was used only when i purchased of rs 600. I want my full money back. I don't want product now. It's totally your fault....

I had placed the order on 25th june. My order no is SO[protected].The expected delivery date was 13th July 2019.But my stuff didn't delivered till now. When i try to track my order, it's continuously showing customs clearance. It is almost 9 days now from the expected delivery date.I called in customer care 2 times, but they told me wait for 2 to 3 days. Actually i wait over 9 days. Either please let me know when will i receive my order or...

Amount paid by me for 2 sandals by paytm rs 1592 on 7th july. Items not available, so i finally got a refund for one pair 637 rupees on 17th july.
I wrote many emails to hannah and isla, who responded saying refund of 637 has been made. They are not considering the original amount 1592 paid on 7th. Balance amount to be refunded to me.

I had ordered a dress from club factory n payed through credit card n now they are debiting money from my bank account n showing false detail in the order history of my order that the payment was from paytm which is not true i directly did from credit card. They fraudly debited rs 20k.in the mini statement it is mentioned that they did. Plz help me get my money back i can show proves....

I have ordered on 25th of june. It is supposed to be delivered on july 12th. But it's already 21st, not yet delivered. I am making a complaint almost everyday. But they are just replying the same excuse blaming custom service. They also refuse to cancel the order and return the money. Sometimes they are copy pasting the same messages again and again....

I had ordered 3 items on club factory on 3rd july 2019 and my order number is so[protected]. The site is showing that the order has been at the custom clearance from 9th july and is not updating the information any further. I was supposed to receive my order on 19th july but i haven't clearly. There has been a long delay and i want my order urgently....

I was promised that the package would be delivered to by by delhivery by the 16th of july however even after the being cleared by customs on the 21th of july i haven't received my package. My oder has not been delivered it was to be delivered by july 4 and now its shows delivered and i didnt get the product yet! Today it shows returned but i did not even get the product and no refunding also has been done for that. This is a very improper service and need to taken action to asap. I ordered the product a month ago and still not recieced...

I had made a order in club factory. My order no is. So[protected] now i am not able to track my order precisely and is unable to get the proper tracking details.

It was july 2nd when i placed the order and it said it would be delivered by july 10th. From 10th it became 20th of july still it's not been delivered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number...

My item is stuck at customs from about past one month. My so is so[protected] and whenever i contact the customer care operator through chat all i get is wait for a while your item will get delivered and they are constantly working with the customs. They always keeps reminding me how i have received a 65 rupees compensation.

My order is already at the destination city but have not been delivered for more than weeks. It is a prepaid order. What is happening to the delhivery? I have been visiting the delhivery in the nearby place too but they could not solve it. This is so disappointing. Why is it so slow just because it is prepaid? Cash on delivery orders are really quick....
