Sir i order a bluetooth headphones stereo ear phones with charging box i order on 30/06/2019 but my order is in customs clearance about 17 days i call in customer care club factory india they are saying order will dispatch soon in 4 days they are saying same thing from many days but they donnot take any action my order id:- so[protected] please solve my problem please sir please

I ordered a watch on june 19 2019, june 25th it reached custom clearance and is still there, however to me it shows delivered. This is really annoying and i am a regular buyer from club factory, if this is the customer service you provide, i might never buy from you again.

The estimated delivery date was 20 july and i havent received my order. I tried to call on customer care. It is unreachable. It says u dialed a wrong number

Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of.

Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers?
Such a bad experience.

They are giving same response even i call or do live chat with customer support.

That is why i raised complaint here before but it got marked resolved automatically without any action.

We do trust you thats why we are taking your help, but here also its same i did not got any positive response.

Its been 1 month 5 days since i have ordered my product from club factory. Even if i didnt get the product, in app its showing delivered with custom clearance state

This time i expect a serious action on club factory. As i did not got my product or any refund

there customer support are filled with stupid people which not give solution and ignore customers problems, they play games on computer and ignore the customers problem

i already given 1 star and tell my friend to also give 1 star and and my friends will never shop again.

change the app name from club factoty to cheat factory. 😡😡😡😡

I ordered 2 watches from club factory, 1 on 3rd july and another on 4.. It was a birthday gift for my loved ones and i already paid for it through my debit card.. Today is 25 july and still i haven't received my parcel... I called in the customer service twice and they said there are 15000 parcels in custom duty and it will take a bit longer in delivery... I really regret buying from club factory... If you cannot deliver my parcels then please refund me...

I have order a shoe on club factory app, which is delivered by the logistics yesterday and now i want to return the shoe (Because of its fitting and quality issue). When i follow the procedure to return through the app, its show you cannot cancel because the parcel is in shiping process. And also shows that i got the delivery of the shoe. Is it the new way to fool the customers? Even there customer helpine number on the app is not servicable and no answer of mails too.

I had purchased 2 different orders containing 2 order nos from club factory, it is showing to me as delivered but it has not been.

Through the tracking no of delhivery, it is showing not picked as shipper did not provide. There is no point of contact at clubfactory.

Hi it has been more than a month i have ordered but it's stuck in customs no body is responding properly if luckily they connected through chat then they say it will be delivered shortly kindlt it will b appreciated if my amount is refunded they are just copy pasting the messages i have read the reviews many customers are suffering from same issue they are deceiving people by taking lots of money as promising fake too

I want to return the product from club factory I bought today, the products clothes quality is very poor. Customer care is not responding also. There is no option for damaged product even. The fitting was really poor. I am calling since evening, I mailed them also. I want the refund of my money as soon as possible. The product is unused. Product number is CJU[protected]N

I ordered iron man sunglasses from guest mode through web but when i received my parcel its right hand side handle was broken which not in a condition to wear. And now i am unable to return it.

so either you take it back or exchange it as soon as possible. I am really got disappointed from your service this time because it never happened with me from your side. i already wasted my 20 days for receiving my parcel and when received this happened

I had placed a pre-paid order (so[protected]on 02.07.2019 which was supposed to get delivered by 18.07.2019. Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the app it says that the ordered product has clearance failed at destination and i haven't received my order till date. Tried reaching out for help, . Given customer care no. Doesn't respond either. Very horrible service!
They gave Rs.65 as compensation on orders above Rs.600 How Clever!

I have placed the order SO[protected] on July 4th and it said you will recieve the product between 12-22 july but It has exceeded the delivery day and now says that Clearance Failed. I have already paid for the product using my card. I need a refund. This is my first experience in ClubFactory and it has failed. I need refund for the exact money I paid ASAP, or I will deal it in court.

I recieved my order today but the size and the material of the casual youth elegent wear shoes (Rupees946) is not so good as expected.
The price is too high for these kind of products. So kindly return my shoes.

I just received all the products i ordered from club factory. While ordering it was showing easy 9days return policy is available for the products i order. But now there is no return option visible in orders list. Now i want to return it for refund because it was not the products i ordered and expected. Please provide me some help to return.

I got the wrong size of product and i wanted to return it asap but order delivery confirmation is still not confirmed in my cf account and hence i'm not getting the option to return it back. Today its 24 june and i see no progress or update or delivery.

I have already done the payment and i really want to know when it will be delivered.

I ordered a cosmetic product but the delivered product is not as shown in the picture also it seems used and poor in quality. I tried returning it but they have the policy of not returning cosmetic products unless they are of bad quality. The return option is not available so i tried to use their consumer helpline but it is not working nor they are replying to my emails. The product delivered is of poor quality also it is not same as shown so it should be returned.
