My club factory order with number so[protected] was ordered on 25th june'19. It reached customs clearance on 2nd july and it has been stuck there since that. I have contacted multiple times with their customer care but no solid help was offered. Now the website shows the order delivered. I haven't received a single product from that order. And it was prepaid. And there's no way i can request a refund.

      I ordered a watch on june 19 2019, june 25th it reached custom clearance and is still there, however to me it shows delivered. This is really annoying and i am a regular buyer from club factory, if this is the customer service you provide, i might never buy from you again.

        Hello. I received a message that " your product is delivered.".. But i didnt receive my package yet. I even didnt receive any information about the courier boy such as contact number. My package was supposed to delivered by delhivery courier. I tried to call them bt they have mentioned the incorrect number on the justdial.

        M obsessed with club factory.
        I cant complaint here all the time. Plz upgrade ur customer care service. Provide us a care number to contact.

          Have not received my order yet. Request you deliver it as soon as possible.

          Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of.

          Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers?
          Such a bad experience.

          They are giving same response even i call or do live chat with customer support.

          That is why i raised complaint here before but it got marked resolved automatically without any action.

          We do trust you thats why we are taking your help, but here also its same i did not got any positive response.

          Its been 1 month 5 days since i have ordered my product from club factory. Even if i didnt get the product, in app its showing delivered with custom clearance state

          This time i expect a serious action on club factory. As i did not got my product or any refund

            more than 27 days are gome but mot recieved my product. they said my my order stucked at custom and it will takes 2-3 days but i did't recieved till now...

            there customer support are filled with stupid people which not give solution and ignore customers problems, they play games on computer and ignore the customers problem

            i already given 1 star and tell my friend to also give 1 star and and my friends will never shop again.

            change the app name from club factoty to cheat factory. 😡😡😡😡

                I ordered 2 watches from club factory, 1 on 3rd july and another on 4.. It was a birthday gift for my loved ones and i already paid for it through my debit card.. Today is 25 july and still i haven't received my parcel... I called in the customer service twice and they said there are 15000 parcels in custom duty and it will take a bit longer in delivery... I really regret buying from club factory... If you cannot deliver my parcels then please refund me...
                I received my package today nutriglow cosmetics order no. SO[protected] I have not all products in it it contain 1 lipstick 1 compact and 1 kajal but I have not got the the compact
                Please refund it as soon as possible.
                Please replace it or refund my money as soon as possible solve my query please.

                  Regarding order number - so[protected]

                  I have order a shoe on club factory app, which is delivered by the logistics yesterday and now i want to return the shoe (Because of its fitting and quality issue). When i follow the procedure to return through the app, its show you cannot cancel because the parcel is in shiping process. And also shows that i got the delivery of the shoe. Is it the new way to fool the customers? Even there customer helpine number on the app is not servicable and no answer of mails too.

                    Hi even I order three items on 28 June till date I didn't receive my please take some initiative and deliver it ASAP and it show it has been delivered but I didn't get any order spent 600 rs so take an action on this.

                      A suggestion for people who are planning to buy from Club Factory, please never buy anything from this fake website.
                      It has been more than 1 and half month i have ordered but it's stuck in customs no body is responding properly have called customer care 5 times and everytime they say it will be delivered shortly but never happened.
                      It will be really appreciated if my amount is refunded.

                          I ordered iron man sunglasses from guest mode through web but when i received my parcel its right hand side handle was broken which not in a condition to wear. And now i am unable to return it.

                          so either you take it back or exchange it as soon as possible. I am really got disappointed from your service this time because it never happened with me from your side. i already wasted my 20 days for receiving my parcel and when received this happened

                              I had placed a pre-paid order (so[protected]on 02.07.2019 which was supposed to get delivered by 18.07.2019. Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the app it says that the ordered product has clearance failed at destination and i haven't received my order till date. Tried reaching out for help, . Given customer care no. Doesn't respond either. Very horrible service!
                              They gave Rs.65 as compensation on orders above Rs.600 How Clever!

                              in short i don't want any compensation

                                I have placed the order SO[protected] on July 4th and it said you will recieve the product between 12-22 july but It has exceeded the delivery day and now says that Clearance Failed. I have already paid for the product using my card. I need a refund. This is my first experience in ClubFactory and it has failed. I need refund for the exact money I paid ASAP, or I will deal it in court.

                                    I ordered shoes from this app and i got these shoes today the quality is too low.and a big betray is that the order list in my app is disappeared..i want to return my order please cooperate and refund my amount.
                                    It is over a month and the club factory order has not came yet it was a paid order is there giving my money back or send the order all we will complain in police!!
